Nadelen: "I had a middle seat on this flight and felt very cramped- by the end of the flight my legs were getting cramps and were twitchy. The boarding process was chaos- everyone gathered around the boarding area and it was impossible to board when the zone was called due to all the people in the way. Also, the food for breakfast was good but nothing great- the dinner on the previous flight was much more appetizing. Having said all that, flying Emirates was still a very pleasant experience."

The ground staff was not supportive at all and screamed at me on part of their own error. It was an horrible experience and I might not take Emirates flight."

The touch screen does not respond to your finger and sometimes you can't even get the remote to work. They definitely need to update the technology on all planes."

They kept changing our time and thus we were trapped on the tarmac for 4 hrs. Had we known, some of us could have gotten off the plane and rerouted so as not to miss our connecting flight. We and others were stuck in Atlanta, had t okay for a hotel....and missed a day of vacation....☹️"

Nadelen: "I could not sleep on my return flight, as I am a woman travelling alone and I was seated next to a young man, when there were plenty of free seats in the rear, where some guys were spread out among 3 seats sleeping."

Nadelen: "This A320 aircraft departed LGA with the first class toilet inoperative. Flight was entirely full. First class passengers had to fight their way to the rear two toilets, around serving carts, etc. Cabin Crew was very good natured about all of this; but flight crew never mentioned it."

Dur sur les fesses, le dos, les jambes et le sommeil! Bref, cette classe n’a plus rien de premium!"

Voordelen: "There were many delays and cancellations due to bad thunderstorms at LGA. Despite a few hours delayed (because the airport was closed due to the storm), the flight was still schedule to leave! I was very happy about that. They did issue waivers for those who could not make the later time. Once delta got the ok to fly.. The flight left the gate very fast and we arrived and exited the plane super fast too. The process was so efficient and quick, I did not feel the waiting period. The flight attendance were so happy and positive, they made he flight very enjoyable. Great job delta!"

Nadelen: "The seats we were in were where it went from 4 in a row to 3, so the telvisions were not directly in front of us, and i had to keep my head turned at an angle for ten hours. It sounds silly, but my neck hurt after the flight a little. Might be a pop out tv you can attach that is moveable to fix this"

Nadelen: "They checked my bag at the gate - despite me traveling all over the world NEVER having to check it - and would not take no for an answer, despite me having a 25 minute connection due to their one hour delay. Once boarded there was an incredible amount of empty overhead bins! Bag didn't make it"

Nadelen: "The flight from Copenhagen to Brussels was delayed long enough that I barely made my connecting flight to Frankfurt. However, my luggage did not. I hope it will arrive today."

Nadelen: "On the way out Lufthansa charged us a total of £129 to take our bags with us (all under 23KG). On the way back with the same 3 identical bags Lufthansa charged us $399.47 (£306.92), again all under 23KG. How can it be fair to charge passengers 2.4 times more to return home with their bags?"

Voordelen: "The crew was ok. The seating was comfortable as we had good leg room as we booked on a premium economy class."
Nadelen: "We requested for a chicken meal at dinner time but instead my husband and I was served the beef meal. I was very disappointed as firstly the way the beef was cooked tasted horrid. Secondly a mix up at the catering dept like labelling beef meal as chicken should never happen!"

Voordelen: "We struggled to get the system to add our bags. Never got it to work and had to pay at check-in. It was even worse coming back! When bad weather caused delays and we missed our connecting flight from Frankfurt to Istanbul they put us on Turkish Airlines which was fabulous!!"
Nadelen: "Lufhtansa is slipping. They are acting like a budget airline when the expectation is for a full service airline. The online check-in would not let us add bags even though we tried for 3 hours. Not impressed with this."

Nadelen: "The airline as a whole, however, encourages you to book with them under the reasonable assumption that connecting flights with Lufthansa will be achievable. Now that I've seen Frankfurt, There was no way they could actually expect any of us to make our connecting flights. And they offer no compensation. When I did get another flight, it was terribly delayed. Talking in line with regular European travelers, they said they expect it. Also met several fliers at the service desk attempting to connect via entirely different routes, all having the same experience."

At my suprrise we had to pay extra money to check in our laggage. I will never again will book thru your site and will always tell everyone how dishonest are you are. Your telephone support staff is unsupportable ! The best to get tickets directly through the flying company, their sites are honest and correct!"

Many people on the flight from NY to Brussels were scheduled on this flight and that plane landed in time that this flight would only need to be delayed 10 minutes to allow for us to connect. However, they decided to leave all of us with a long unexpected layover in Brussels, costing many of us a day of what was supposed to be a short vacation for most."

Flight crew was pleasant and fine. After learning it was Brussels airlines I went through their check-in process for families and requested kid-friendly meals, but nothing came of it. Slightly disappointed."

Nadelen: "Very poor ground staff at the check-in counter. Made me pay 2nd bag fee of $100 at the time of check-in, despite the airline rules allowing 2 free checked bags. The staff including the supervisor were so un-cooperative and rude. The supervisor snapped at me by saying that I was not doing the airline any favor by flying Lufthansa. At that point I just gave up and paid the totally unjust fee. Took me to a back room to pay the fees, where the credit card machine and even the printer wasn't working. ...... very bad experience EVER !!!"

Nadelen: "Flight got canceled, everything was slow."

Voordelen: "When my traveling companion suddenly became acutely ill the flight attendants stepped right in and assisted him to an available Business Class area where he could be cleaned up (including changing his soiled shirt to a clean one from the 1st Class supplies) and made more comfortable. They checked on him frequently during the rest of the flight and made arrangements to get us assistance off the airplane in Detroit and through the crowded airport in record time in order to get him to the ER as soon as possible. We are so grateful to them for their caring help during what could have been a very embarrassing situation."
Nadelen: "We had no complaints or suggestions. Flying with Lufthansa was a wonderful experience during a difficult situation."

Nadelen: "Having to change my seat to accommodate a rude belligerent passenger, who had taken my seat, refused to move until spoken to by steward. She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

Voordelen: "The crew was fantastic! Our needs were constantly being met and just about the time you thought you might want a snack or a meal, the attendants were already heading down the aisle. Because of an allergic reaction, I asked for ice a number of times and the attendants were more than happy to meet my needs."
Nadelen: "The seats were very close together. The trip from New York to Amsterdam seemed a lot more comfortable than the return flight. The food from NYC JFK was better than the food from Amsterdam. The movie selection on both flights was a little disappointing."

Nadelen: "The boarding area was total chaos. In order to get to the gate I had to literally fight with the 100s of people who were waiting in the same area. No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Nadelen: "Exceptionally unhelpful customer service when asking about extra kilos/bags. Just quoted the online info back at us. We simply wanted to know how much would be charged if the bag was 1-2kgs overweight. We could not get a straight answer, just quoted the unclear company policy. Extremely frustrating and annoying. KLM offer a superior flight experience - it is a shame their terrestrial customer servic does not match it!"
