Nadelen: "The staff was not great. An issue with a first class customers made them move around economy customers like they ' really not even people but utilities, all that for that one person. If they would have informed and talked with the other customers that would have been fine but being treated like a piece of furniture isn't nice. Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."

Voordelen: "I like the food in the air craft it was good, but the crew seemed not wanting to speak inglish The are more willing to serve turkish speakers, They were not even able to solve seat problem. that I and my next seat guy decided to solve the issue by offering our seats to them so that they can sit together, the crew spoke poor english and we were held up by that seat problem, ask that crew member they will tell you what happend, After we gave up our saets to random girls who were also angry about turkish airline, we were able to take off for nairobi And yes the coffee store by the cafe nero and nearly all business refused to give us a wifi And turkish airport offers wifi to only those who have a turkish phone number that is so very low Shame on turkish airline for treating us the give us a free rides we are their bussiness and we will make sure that we stop giving our bussness It looks like they took their customers for granted and we will just tollered it but I will not and many people whom I know will not It is simply desaster... 0% service from the time you come to the airport untill boading time I had to ask about 5 deffrent men to tell me if where I was terminal. One but none of them know what i was saying And at the time my flight was sopposed leave 7:50 so I was freaking out And no one helping at that crtical moment I finaly got the delay flight info after running somany times up and down the road"

Voordelen: "The only things that going for Turkish Airline is the cabin crew (lord knows they try), food and in-flight entertainment."
Nadelen: "The flight was delayed for nearly 2 hrs, that in itself is not an issues, traffic delays do happen. However, the fact that captain choose not to run air conditioning to save fuel and main cabin, even after numerous requests, was 95 degrees for 2 hrs combined with the fact that airline did not submitted travel information to US Border Protection that also added another 1.5 hrs to clear customs is totally unacceptable... Although THY has the most direct route to/from Moldova from Houston, in the future, I'll most likely will spend more money and more time just to avoid it..."

The following baggages having the bagage tags: LH 093506 and LH 093492 did not arrive at final destination Montreal YUL! Please investigate ASAP and get back to us! I've spent upon arriving at home two hours on the phone and customer service representatives from YUL were totally not helpful in solving the problem!"

Nadelen: "The crew kept the temperature in cabin at 26 or 28 degrees Celsius. Whole trip felt like being in the oven. I will NEVER EVER FLY AUSTRIAN AIRLINES AGAIN."

Le petit-déjeuner a été servi 1H avant l'atterrissage! ce qui laisse peu de temps pour se restaurer ainsi que pour la suite... oblige le personnel de cabine à courir pour le rest"

Swiss Airlines overbooked the flight but didn’t warn us in advance. This meant my husband was forced to pay over 8 thousand Euros to charter a small private je"
Nadelen: "So That we could attend the wedding early the next morning in Oldenburg. They then had the audacity to void our return flights. Luckily I spoke with a lovely lady at Lufthansa, explained the situation and she re-instated return flights for an admin fee. Will never ever use Swiss Airlines again."

Nadelen: "We are regularly taking this flight for end of the year snd in summer. For no reasons whatever if it is in France or in Vienna, the flight is delayed of minimum 2 hours! It was the case once more the case. And all without communication as it is normal! And it looks like this is normal as the flight from yesterday was also leaving at 19h05. This is a joke."

Nadelen: "Original flight cancelled so rebooked ojba floght five hours later - then with one hour to go until that second flight, that was cancelled as well. Totally unhelpful ground staff, who were oblivious to the fact that I had a work commitment the next day so couldn’t overnight in some random hotel at an airport to suit Austrian’s policies. Eventually routed via Lisbon which meant literally flying all night to arrive at 0600. Lufthansa and Austrian have some serious faults to correct."

Nadelen: "Very strict carry on policies, much strictet than US carrieers, primarily by weight. Known traveler numbers (Glibal Entry) were not askrd at the time of online check in and ad a result, TSA Pre didnt show up on out boarding passes. Agent at the counter coulsnt dix it euther. Surprisingly, very disappointing breakfast."

Nadelen: "Well, it was all messed up by kayak and priceline. I clearly stated in your search engine I want flight with checked baggage, for which you gave me results. What a unpleasant surprise at check-in to find out it was super expensive airticket with only 8 kg of carry on! You are confusing people on purpose, I cant believe your service! And I was loyal customer for years and years. Well, time for change."

Nadelen: "There was plenty of space, and so I rven had a chance to catch some sleep on the transatlantic flight. But Uktimately, unless you are travelling in luxury, transatlantic flights are awful."

Nadelen: "While going to the gate G11 at Vienna airprt, i slipped infront of the gate in presence of 3 male austrian airways staff who were checking there. After i got up i requested if i could get some water and they said they cannot. Finally a co passenger gave me her bottle of water. I ended up actually breaking my leg"

Nadelen: "Our flight was cancelled at the time we were suppose to board. We had to find another flight via Istanbul and got to our destination 6 hours late. Won't use Kayak again."

Nadelen: "Check-in to Canada not possible when passengers have third country passport and Canadian residence card. A combination, although very common, proofed to difficult for AUA personnel. Because of check-in delays lousy seats and miserable overall experience."

Nadelen: "The inflight entertainment included so many mediocre films, with hardly a classic among them. I suppose those are cheaper, but I would think both Austrian and Lufthansa (they seemed to be using almost identical entertainment systems with almost identical offerings) would benefit from limiting their movie options much more towards movies with, say, above a 70% Rotten Tomatoes rating or above average box office sales. Even if they had fewer films, say 40 instead of 56, the ones they have would be more popular."

Nadelen: "They sent me an email to check in online, so I did checked in one day previous to my flight but it is a waste of time because you still need to make a huge line to check in again and get the printed boarding pass."

Nadelen: "Went to SVO at 6 AM on June 11th for flight at 8:10 AM to Brussels. Waited in line to check-in untl 7:23 AM Because of long lines at check-in (Russia Day, apparently) and inadequate staffing for the large numbers, I succeeded in getting through passport control and security ten minutes before flight time, only to be told "no Flight" I had to buy another ticket for the next day at a second fare, all because of Aeroflot' s inadequate staffing. Aeroflot service desk only told me to " go back into the city" where I found an Aeroflot office. After meeting three staff members in succession there, they made no effort to make good on their error. I will avoid AEROFLOT on all future travel. Brussels and Amsterdam airports were so much better set up to handle the crowds"

Nadelen: "charged me 100 euros and made me check in my carry on that they let me bring with no issues on the same flight there AND it was a half empty flight. 1cm off and 100 euro robbery. Avoid them if you can."

Voordelen: "It was a short flight, crew was very friendly and helpful. No need for on board entertainment cause the duration was short and most people were actually sleeping."

Voordelen: "The boarding process was smooth, no hassle at luggage check in, the crew was very solicitous and eager to help,the seats had plenty of leg room, slippers were distributed, my veggie meal was tasty and there even was ice cream."
Nadelen: "My TV screen was very slow to respond to touch and to remote control. There should have been a greater choice of current movies."

Voordelen: "The crew was nice and helpful."
Nadelen: "The entertainment system was the slowest I have ever used in my life. The movie collection was very poor. There was no alcohol served in the flight."

Nadelen: "My monitor for in flight entertainment was broken. My flight was 13 hours and attendants were unable but to solve the issue."

Nadelen: "The parents request for me to move my seat to the upright position despite the family having the entire row of seats available for them to rearrange their positions within. The crew initially asked me to upright my seat, but upon realizing I was out of space they asked the family to respect my allotted space as well. There was no in-flight entertainment - boo! The food... Interesting at best. And my assigned crew for food service purposefully did not offer refills on my water and it was impossible to get his attention!"

Voordelen: "Nothing. According to Aeroflot, Russia and Belarus are one country. I don't need a visa for Belarus, and I transit through the Moscow SVO several times per year with no problems. Today, Aeroflot denied my boarding and said that I need a visa to be in the Moscow airport. They said that Belarus "is considered to be" a domestic flight in Russia, while they also admitted that Belarus is a separate and independent state."
Nadelen: "Kayak, if this is, in fact, correct, why did you sell me a ticket to transit in Moscow? You have my passport information. I demand a full refund immediately."

Nadelen: "I was unable to sit with my wife and daughter. And I was iseated beside a mother with a child on her lap, which was not pleasant, although not the child's fault of course."

Nadelen: "Every thing was perfect !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Voordelen: "The crew was real pleasant"
Nadelen: "20 min late Lost luggage. Afte 7days not delivered"

Nadelen: "No real order to boarding."

Voordelen: "Great service. Very decent food."
Nadelen: "Boarding process is not well organized."

Nadelen: "They did not have any entertainment and nor kids welcome package etc. Overall, the flight was horrible. Attendants were acting very tired and nervous, and at one point shouted at my kids. This is my last flight with Aeroflot."

Voordelen: "My mom had the stomach flu and couldn't make it to the flight. I called both air companies (was on the phone for hours!) and they literally didn't care. Didn't refund anything. So if you're throwing up take the flight anyway, don't worry about infecting other passengers, they apparently don't care. Otherwise, say bye bye to your ticket."

Voordelen: "Crew was friendly, cabin was as expected. Luggage arrive safely and on time (was a little worried it would not show, because online checkin said I had to pick up luggage and recheck before flight) (Virgin tagged it to go all the way through). So did not gav any issue."
Nadelen: "Flight was one hour late. No food service or entertainment for this flight, but was as expected."

Nadelen: "there was a lack of communication from the very beginning about the flight delay and then the automatic rebooking of my connecting flights to Kraków. Lot didn’t send out delay messages and I wasn’t informed at the airport either when I checked in."

Voordelen: "Both flights I was on were somewhat empty, so I had an open seat next to me. Despite some delays taking off, each arrival was not too late."
Nadelen: "Had to check a bag at the gate, despite being under the two-bag limit. However I was not charged (as my destination was intercontinental)."

Voordelen: "Without any note all passengers were required to pay for their baggage, same price either it was 10 or 20 kg. Nobody send any information before about this extra payment!"
Nadelen: "The airport wasn't ready to except foreigners. The personal at customs hardly could communicate in English, always switching to Polish. The custom officer forgot return transfer ticket. So, I had in no time to ask at the check point tofi s my name in the list and give me another tickets. It was very stressful."

Voordelen: "Barely nothing"
Nadelen: "So much waiting for no reason. The luggage takes so much time. The seats were so small that you werent able to fall asleep at all. Very dissapointing..."

Nadelen: "The flight was delayed two hours and I missed my next flight because of that"

Nadelen: "Flight was cancelled 1h prior to schedule, as people were already checked in at the gate. With no advance warning or explanation. " Awesome" experience. Do NOT fly LOT."

Voordelen: "I don't miss the connection. Hopefully plane was delayed"
Nadelen: "I don't no what to say.."

Voordelen: "The actual flight was fine. The food was decent. The entertainment selection was good. The flight attendants were pleasant. We got plenty to eat and drink."
Nadelen: "We found out in Poland that my wife was missing an eTA number necessary for her to fly into Canada. With our previous flight delayed, the application did not process in time, and we missed our connecting flight. As a result, we were stuck in Poland for 24 hours, leading to lost sleep, added expense, and much frustration. Customer service in Poland was helpful but extremely slow. Many customers needed help and it took about an hour for each customer. We waited in line for hours. We were not charged for a new flight, but we did spend 10 exhausting hours in the airport before we had everything resolved and were able to leave and get a few hours of sleep."

Voordelen: "Crew was very nice and helpful."
Nadelen: "It was very stuffy and warm on the plane."

Voordelen: "The service crew in the plane were cordial and professional."
Nadelen: "The ground staff and customer service staff made mistakes with our infant's name and twice her ticket got canceled. Instead of saying that they will just fix it they blamed us and were very rude to us when they had to fix their mistake. I suggest that you train your staff in customer service or you will continue to lose good customers"

Nadelen: "Flight was delayed. No efforts to ensure transit passengers are given priority. Spent hours waiting for the connecting flight."

Voordelen: "Older aircraft had not as narrow seating and was more comfortable."
