Nadelen: "I was not allowed to fly because the reason was “tourist” even though the website said that Croatia was open to tourists. I was not given a straight answer as to what is going on the whole day. The assistants at the Turkish ticket counter were very friendly but the experience was so stressful as I was stuck at the airport and there are no ATM’s so I could not pay for a visa to get a hotel to stay in Turkey for the night. I finally managed to pay online, but really just a horrible experience all around."

Nadelen: "The staff was not great. An issue with a first class customers made them move around economy customers like they ' really not even people but utilities, all that for that one person. If they would have informed and talked with the other customers that would have been fine but being treated like a piece of furniture isn't nice. Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."

Voordelen: "We travel with our 18 month son and the crew was really Profesional, they gave us little souvenirs for my son, the food was delicious, free alcoholic drinks, they were over my expectations. I definitely will fly again with them."

Nadelen: "The were not very helpful, I lost the plain and they refuse to change my dates. I am I elderly women and they took advantage. I was force to by one more ticket when I live from I very small income. So know my 3 months social security I have to pay the new ticket. No mony left for food or my medication."
"On the way in they had vegetarian options but nothing but meat options on the way back. I totally forgot to ask for vegetarian meals when booking my flight, but luckily there were enough items to get me through the flights. A wonderful flight and crew."

Nadelen: "The boarding staff is incompetent resulting in a 2+ hour boarding time. No control or concern for boarding zones, multiple unnecessary and inconsistent ticket checks, and unclear process. If you took 300 toddlers, made 50 of them gate agents and said board an airplane, you would get about the same result. Food and crew in flight were mediocre. Entertainment system in the seat back doesn’t work, shuts off in the middle of films, and is for some reason controlled by the wrong arm rest. I was in the aisle seat, my arm rest control panel did not control anything, but every time my neighbor shifted her arm it changed the volume on my system. Ethiopian airlines is what failure looks like."

Voordelen: "The flight was four hours delayed in Djibouti and there was absolutely zero, NO communication, whatsoever, provided by the Djibouti Ethiopian Airlines staff what was going on, how long the flight was going to be delayed, or if it was actually complete canceled for that evening."
Nadelen: "Flight ET365 was scheduled to leave Djibouti at 19:00 but did not leave until 23:30, without any screen information or by the Ethiopian Airlines staff at JIB airport how long the delay would be or if the flight was completely cancelled. Extremely unprofessional and ignorant handling of the situation"

Voordelen: "The crew was very attentive, although it did help I was the only passenger in business and the food was definitely better than expected and an improvement on last time I flew with them, around a year ago."

Voordelen: "I went for my honeymoon but ET never transported my luggage. I had to spend my honeymoon buying very expensive clothes and basic needs in Mauritius instead of relaxing. My luggage never came. I got it on my way back to Bamako. Nobody was even able to even trace my luggage or respond professionally on the phone. Out of hundreds of calls I made to them, they only picked up twice. ET screwed my honeymoon that I had planned for over a year. I'm so dissapointed that I don'y even want to claim reimbursement."

Voordelen: "Overall it was good flying experience. They upgraded me to an exit row for free when I checked in and asked, which was nice. We had a blanket, pillow, and toothbrush kit on our seats. They fed us and had in flight entertainment. This was a 10 hour flight, so its so important to get these types of amenities. I flew a different airline to my destination, and they didn't feed us at all! It was terrible! Ethiopian was much better!"
Nadelen: "The food wasn't very good (but most airline food isn't), the flight attendants didn't seem to be working much of the flight, just hanging out with each other (I was seated near them), and I really wish there was more room to get up, move around, and stand. On a 10 hour flight you can't sit the whole time. Wish the seats were a little wider, especially for such long flights."

Nadelen: "Somewhat dirty ( and smelly ) aircraft even though they are a very new fleet. Some seats had strange patches and stains. Overall cabin experience can be improved in terms of hygiene and food quality ( food was mediocre or slightly worse). Seat ahead reclines almost too much into personal space in the new 787 aircraft. The LCD displays don't pivot so it's virtually impossible to view the entertainment when the occupant of the seat in front fully reclines ( a somewhat irritating issue on a long flight )"
