Completely disappeared after 1st meal; no water/juice service unless you went back to the back and asked for it. Overall was very disappointed based on previous reviews. This was a "meh" mediocre experience!"

Nadelen: "Transferring from an international flight to a domestic flight was difficult. This flight was a joint flight between Turkish airlines and China Southern, there should have been someone from China Southern to help us transfer when we landed. I asked the crew at the plane whether someone will help us transfer and they said yes, but there was none. At the very least, how to transfer to domestic flights has to be part of the customs video. Finding where to go was difficult for someone that does not know Chinese."

Voordelen: "So far nothing. Plane from Ukraine was delayed by 2 hours and we missed our connecting flight to Washington DC. Now we have to spend a night in Istanbul and missing the event that we had to attend on Feb 26!"

Voordelen: "I had a seat in the front row of the economy section so I had a lot of leg room. They kept the toilets maintained (cleanliness, supplies) throughout the flight."
Nadelen: "It was a 10hr flight and we were fed only twice... full meals at the top & bottom of the flight. There were no snacks or drink service in-between... a 6hr stretch. I fly a lot internationally and that was quite unusual and unwelcome. They also ran out of food"

Voordelen: "The transfer gates are always further away and there is no staff at the gates to help you. It's always a mad dash to catch your connecting flight. Turkish airport should consider transferring passengers with close connections through a faster line. Also, the security screening between flights doesn't offer any priority for passengers with tight connections"

"For a Business Class this was the worst I have ever flown."

"Late departure, the plane was filthy since people were dropping lots of trash in the aisle. The bathrooms were almost unusable because people peed on the walls and floor, and left soaked bathroom paper on the floor and toilet. Most people ignored the crew and didn't wear masks, including people who were coughing."

Nadelen: "Neither departure terminal nor gate was displaying in the application even while refreshing it continuously. The information was available in schiphol airport website 3.5 hours before take-off time."

Nadelen: "When I asked the flight attendant for an extra snack, he proceeded to tell me he had none left when I could look directly into the tray and see that there was more than enough. After calling him out on this, he complied."

Nadelen: "We waited about an hour lined up outside of the gate to board. Then when we finally boarded late, we sat on the runway for 2 hours! This wasn’t the first time it’s happened on this flight, either! We were thirsty and no one offered us water. The flight attendants kept skipping my friend and I when they did come around, which was not often. We were extremely thirsty the entire time and when we finally were able to get up to use the bathroom and search for water, we were told to sit back down. We got tiny cups of water about three times on a 10.5 hour flight. Lastly, the entertainment selection was very small and limited."

Nadelen: "The plane, supposed to take off at 6 pm crashed into another plane on the JFK tarmac around 7 pm. An hour later we were deplaned and then were uncoordinatedly brought to a shuttle... took 90 minutes to get transported to a hotel... that didn't have capacity for all... then another hotel... still no capacity for all... so I took an uber to another hotel on my own. It's 1 am before I get to my room and crash (no pun intended). Besides the incompetent organizational response in a crisis: The plane was not cleaned Dry -- no alcohol on board Food was meh. Looooooong 36 hours with Egyptair."
