When we reached our gate, we then waited in a long line to have our passports and boarding passes checked again. There were several Swissair crew members, but only one person to check all of the paperwork for economy. Then another long line to show our boarding passes again, while the business class entrance remained unused. Swissair needs someone to manage this better."

Was told we had to pay for the suitcase.... Hmm. I thought that was one of the reasons we were paying 4 times as much as a RyanAir ticket. 4. On the return fight couldn't check-in online. 5. At the airport we were told to go the Aegean desk. 5. At the Aegean desk we were told we had to pay for the suitcase again, had to cross the airport to do that. 6. Finally found that desk, not called "Aegean" like we were told, but "GlobeGround" 7. Plane was delayed. 8. At the a Athens airport we were told Taron shouldn't have charged us. What's going on here?"

Nadelen: "Flight was full and most people hast to check in their carrying suitcases. Food was decent, especially the honey yogurt."

Voordelen: "We had a technical problem after take off and our flight needed to return to Athens airport. The Captain assured all the pax this was not a safety related issue, and a fresh plane would be ready for us when we landed in Athens. After landing in Athens at a remote gate, we were bussed to the terminal, waited for no more than 10 minutes to another aircraft to make our journey to Paris. As we got on the bus to go to the new aircraft we were handed a letter with apologies for the disruption. In this letter we were offered a free flight anywhere within the Aegean Airlines network, valid for 12 months. I thought this was great customer recovery. The same technical and cabin crew took our new plane to Paris and we managed to make up a reasonable amount of time delay. This was an unforeseen situation handled very well. Well done Aegean."

Other thoughts: the plane was old, my seat had a lump in it, zero entertainment, food was over priced. (3 Euro for a tiny water). This may seem petty but ultimately the appearance and function of the plane represents their company as a whole. From my first impressions, I’m thinking as a passenger is: I just hope the age and appearance of the plane isn’t reflective of their repairs and maintenance work as well."

I would NOT recommend AA to anyone! This was full responsability of AA!"

I'm sure whether he pretend too I have walk back & forth to get help for information to have it translate to Spanish. All He does is make priority to all local people, it took one hour to get the wheel chair & then by transfer to intl national airport by bus took another hour, we check in @ 8:30AM by the time we get into the terminal was 12:30PM the flight leave 2 12:45PM. What a service. I will never ever flight with Iberia Airline. What a BAD service. Communication by itself is very very bad, the airline crew hardly can speak English. We have 6 people. We will definitely not recommend Iberia Airline. Thank you."

Passport control workers failed to recognize or help move us through to be able to board in time while they allowed other passengers to go ahead who had same departure. Plane waited 30 mins past take off for us."
Nadelen: "Brussels airport staff at pass control needed to acknowledge departure concerns to prevent plane delay of takeoff. Many passengers missed their connection in Chicago because of our delay boarding due to pass control wait and lack of help."

Nadelen: "1. The boarding process was chaotic - it was not clear where a line was to form or if there was an ordered process for boarding. 2. As an economy passenger, I was to purchase a meal between Geneva and Brussels. Since I didn't want a meal I was surprised to learn I also had to pay for a small, regular coffee."

Nadelen: "The a la carte approach that includes charging 3 euros for water. I mean, seriously?"

Nadelen: "Very poor service at brussels airport. It took 15 minutes to connect the bridge and evenually we had to go down the stairs to take a bus that also took 15 min to start. We also left late frm malpensa due to late check-in but i thin rhe plane actually camw in late too."

Nadelen: "Boarding late. Good for sale-not even a cup of water free, staff rude, there is no entertainment"

Voordelen: "I'm not certain this will get to where it needs to go, but I want to give a special thanks to my flight attendant on Brussels Airlines flight SN2712. I don't know what her name was but she was the younger of the two flight attendants and she provided the drinks in the main cabin. My girlfriend experienced sudden and traumatic pain due to the pressure change on the descent and so I hit the call button and when the flight attendant came over and saw what was going on she knew exactly what to do: she ran to the back of the plane to gather some cups and fill them with hot water-soaked napkins then sprinted back to give them to my girlfriend to show her how to hold them. She was so fast, so kind, and so effective. I wish I knew her name so I could tell her thank you one last time. Please pass this along to her if possible!"

Voordelen: "The short flight?"
Nadelen: "Seriously now, the line, the attitude, the delays, the lack of information, is not "low cost". I fly some low cost companies but easyJet needs to improve. I was stranded once in London and the company never did a thing to help. Sadly, it's not worth it considering how one gets stranded with no real recourses. Try to get a refund from the company and you know what I'm talking about. Now Norwegian Express, that's another good story."

Nadelen: "Delayed ! Jet bridge was a mess and super hot! Almost passed out from heat"

Nadelen: "We arrived early to airport but it took almost an hour to go through check in..We arrived early to airport but it took almost an hour to go through check in... we did not account for the long security which held us up.. it would have been nice if they would have called us out over the intercom and if need be held up flight as we were running from security to the boarding area. Afterwards the guy at the desk was not helpful at all and told us to leave the airport and then go back to the ticket booth.. if they could have made a call that would have been nice."

Nadelen: "I had booked a day trip to London. The night before flight I received phone call from Easyjet offering me Euro250 to take a later flight as only a smaller plane than planned was available. But then you decided obviously not to send the smaller plane but did not bother phoning or emailing us customers as you had done the previous evening. I wasted more than half my day (1.5hr drive to airport plus 3 hours a airport) as I had to reschedule my day trip for a later dater to fit in the few meetings I had. I understand problems arrive, but Easyjet push their planes too hard. They are often late. Unreliable. At least communicate to your customers if you care about hem"

Nadelen: "We had to cancel the trip because my father has recently passed away. We have spent $200+ in phone calls waiting to speak to an agent and to call back for follow up. The agent service is terrible and it’s not fair that we have to call long distance to cancel due to bereavement. I did not think it would be so hard. It’s been very frustrating. We have travel insurance through you and all the paperwork is in French that was emailed to me. The issue is still unresolved and I’m very disappointed."

Je suis à Bruxelles pour le week-end , il neige et fait -8 degré dehors et toutes mes affaires d’hiver sont dans la valise . Comment ma valise a t elle pu être oublié au pied de l’avion sur la piste à Bordeaux ????"

Nadelen: "Return flight was canceled just a few hours before actual departure. EaseJet did not have any other options for next couple days. We had to book 6 one-way tickets costing $2,400. Will never fly with EasyJet again!"

Voordelen: "Speed at Southampton airport Good service at Geneva, they did search my bag, but very nicely done Great. Happy Stewardess"
