Transfer desk was unable to get us to Bari same day although it was only noon; rebooked for 6:55am next day... Significant financial loss to us."

It sounds silly, but my neck hurt after the flight a little. Might be a pop out tv you can attach that is moveable to fix this"

Nadelen: "They checked my bag at the gate - despite me traveling all over the world NEVER having to check it - and would not take no for an answer, despite me having a 25 minute connection due to their one hour delay. Once boarded there was an incredible amount of empty overhead bins! Bag didn't make it"

Nadelen: "She would not listen to me. I had to come out, unfinished, embarrassed and couldn't even wash my hands before going back to my seat. Other than that, every other experience was excellent. Please lecture your crews about constipation and to listen. Thanks."

Voordelen: "We struggled to get the system to add our bags. Never got it to work and had to pay at check-in. It was even worse coming back! When bad weather caused delays and we missed our connecting flight from Frankfurt to Istanbul they put us on Turkish Airlines which was fabulous!!"
Nadelen: "Lufhtansa is slipping. They are acting like a budget airline when the expectation is for a full service airline. The online check-in would not let us add bags even though we tried for 3 hours. Not impressed with this."

Nadelen: "This flight was the second leg on my trip from New York to Munich. Many people on the flight from NY to Brussels were scheduled on this flight and that plane landed in time that this flight would only need to be delayed 10 minutes to allow for us to connect. However, they decided to leave all of us with a long unexpected layover in Brussels, costing many of us a day of what was supposed to be a short vacation for most."

Nadelen: "We booked these flights expecting Lufthansa. Little disappointed to learn they were Brussels airlines. Inflight entertainment options and meal options don't seem to be as good. Flight crew was pleasant and fine. After learning it was Brussels airlines I went through their check-in process for families and requested kid-friendly meals, but nothing came of it. Slightly disappointed."

Nadelen: "C’est la première fois que nous prenons Iberia et nous avons été très déçus. Personnel extrêmement désagréable. Première fois que je vois tout un équipage aussi peu professionnel, indélicat et qui ne passe pas en dehors des repas. Le repas a été servi et le débarrassage 5 min après. Pas de nettoyage des toilettes pendant les 12heures de vol. Les hôtesses étaient trop occupées à papoter à l’arrière de l’avion. En tant de covid c’est inadmissible. Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie et ne la prendrais plus jamais !"

Nadelen: "Not having to wait in the hot line. It is terrible that you cannot pick any seat if you buy economy. And the economy seats are tiny!!! The rate for checking in baggage is more expensive than other airlines. Food was terrible: both for dinner and breakfast had plane awful sandwiches . Not traveling iberia again"

Nadelen: "Tout sauf le repas très mauvais des boîtes de conserves. C'est de la rigolade. Très déçu du repas vraiment."

Nadelen: "My checked bag did not make it to London, and it’s really affected my short stay which requires a lot of traveling around England."

Nadelen: "Missed my transfer in London because the plane took too long to unboard and I was unable to make it to the gates of my next flight in time, despite there being over an hour connection time. The flight came in slightly late and passports were re-inspected upon unboarding which wasted a lot of time, and Heathrow is a nightmare of an airport on a good day, which made it very difficult to get where I needed to go."

Nadelen: "The transfer in Madrid was ridiculous. They could not find a bus to transport passengers and no one had any clue."

Nadelen: "LEG ROOM! This was less than normal space! The seats were so close to each other I couldn’t even straighten up my knees! This is a long haul flight, it is not humane to keep people folded in 3 for 12h!"

Voordelen: "Le personnel de bord était inattentif, cela se voyait qu'ils n'avaient pas envie d'être là. Aucun passage entre les deux repas (pendant 8 heures d'affilée), puis le café servi jusqu'à la moitié des rangées seulement, avant l'atterrissage, personne n'est passé vérifier les ceintures."

Not major but I did feel like I spent more time on the plane than I should have"

Nadelen: "Everything went wrong. The flight arrived 40 minutes late and I missed my connecting flight because they closed the gate before I could get there. As a result, when I asked both airlines involved (Brussels Air and Portugal Air (TAP) what to do, each airline blamed the other airline for the problem and each said it was my problem to fix. After speaking with ten people and begging them to make the problem right for a problem I did not create, they finally issued me a new ticket but I had to wait 24 hours for the new flight to leave. It was a total breakdown in communication and organization and customer support and problem resolution on the part of the airlines and the airport. I never want to fly these airlines again and never want to take a flight with connections."

Nadelen: "i went to the (galley?) at the back and politely requested a drink, a member of staff refused me because they were just about to begin serving drinks. that's stupid. i was sat right at the back of the plane and wouldn't get a drink for at least 20 minutes because service starts in the middle and works back. fortunately another member of staff (older, female) just reached over and handed me a drink, because she understood it was easier and quicker and more reasonable to do that than to be a dick about it."

Nadelen: "Rows are very close together. We were packed in like sardines. Stewardesses prevent people from going to the toilets in the back when they are serving, and do not allow access to the toilet in the front. Not "user-friendly"."

Nadelen: "Old plane. Seats couldn't be adjusted. Had to take a bus to board the plane."

Nadelen: "Could not get my boarding pass before reaching my last terminal because it was not ready from Montreal or Toronto, and no staff were available elsewhere in the airport. this prevented me from making necessary purchases to bring with me to Kinshasa, my final destination."

Nadelen: "Had to change a tire on the plane - they checked us through at the gate but didn't allow us on the plane - which makes sense. However, they should have NOT checked us through at the gate. Dozens stood for over a half hour waiting to move forward. They wouldn't let us back into the gate area to sit. Poor planning"

Nadelen: "Never flew it; had to transfer to Lufthansa flights."

Voordelen: "Thanks to formula b.family we had priority when boarding. The Kids were offered a present on board."

Voordelen: "Zaventem airport remains too difficult , which really makes the trip less enjoyable."

Nadelen: "Si nous avons décidé de prendre notre bagage dans le cabine et avons reçu autorisation de votre part, c'est au team de s'assurer que chaque voyageur peut prendre son bagage dans la cabine comme il a souhaité au moment d'achat de billet."

Voordelen: "The whole experience was without issue - I arrived at the airport 2 hrs and 15 min before my flight, I checked in with the automated kiosk, received my luggage lablel, proceeded to the bag drop, placed my bag on the belt, the machine scanned my bag and check in was complete - all done in 6 minutes."
Nadelen: "Lining up at the boarding gate blocked those other passengers going to other gates - my only suggestion is to put a barrier between the thoroughfare and those waiting to go into the gate but I am thinking this is more an airport issue, rather than an airline issue as such - not a major issue."

Nadelen: "Vous allez abandonnez les vols du mardi pendant 2mois et demi (avril-mi juin) pour les reprendre le mercredi Va pour le mercredi au lieu du mardi, mais pourquoi interrompre ?"

Nadelen: "easyJet used to be such a bold and new company. Now it feels like cattle herding."

Nadelen: "Our flight was delayed an hour and a half so we missed our connection and then the EasyJet customer service did nothing to help us find another flight. Even though we booked the trip as a package, they claim they don’t service connecting flights so the financial responsibility to book a new flight would be on us. No compensation was offered even though it was the airlines fault our flight was late and made us miss a connection that we should have had plenty of time to make. Then all they wanted to do was charge us for a new flight, no other options were offered and the staff was very rude and appeared not to care about helping us. We did have to book a new flight but we did so with another airline. I don’t want EasyJet getting any more of my money and won’t book with them again."

Nadelen: "Le retard , comme d’habitude sur Easy jet même s’il était dû en partie à l´impossibilite de décoller à cause des orages à l´arrivee. L’aeroport De Berlin est Shonefeld.... avec tous ses escaliers, c’est indigne d’une grande capitale de ce beau pays qu’est l’Allemagne!!!"

Nadelen: "Boarding was a mess the aircraft was waiting for a stand for 10 minutes in Paris and boarding was not smooth. Over an hour late and I'm told this is a regular thing"

Voordelen: "Staff handled some rowdy clients very well. Good value efficient service. Nice to see that they were tightening up on carry on bags - never enough room especially on winter ski flights."
Nadelen: "Seat legroom tight for a 6 footer - Food/Drinks service ran out of time to reach us."

Nadelen: "Speedy security and short walk to the boarding g area and plane make Southampton my airport of choice"

Nadelen: "I had 1 hour for my connection. It was absolutely impossible to make the connection in 1 hour. They should never have issued that ticket. They took no responsibility. I had to make the rest of my journey by train."

Nadelen: "I had to check my small cabin bag in on both legs of my journey. Also, the ground staff in Barcelona could improve their customer service."
