Voordelen: "Overall, my flights with Aeromexico were smooth and comfortable. I especially appreciated the airport staff allowing me to load a zone ahead of my assigned zone so that I could easily get my viola in an overhead compartment on the plane. Lots of points earned there, thank you!"

So people who arrived 10 minutes after me and had not checked-in dropped their luggage before me. 2. They did not ask questions to figure out how to best help passengers. 3. Provided incorrect boarding time 4. provided incorrect information to pickup luggage in CDMX"

Voordelen: "I notified the crew that I would have a very short time upon arrival in Madrid to catch my connecting flight to Santiago. They transferred me to a seat close to the front so I could disembark faster. That allowed me to reach the gate as the boarding began."

The line reserved for baggage drop-off was used to prioritize check-in for a large group, making the benefit of online check-in meaningless! Also, the supervisor who intervened on my check-in issue lacked basic customer service skills!"

Nadelen: "Belachelijk weinig beenruimte, waardoor ik niet eens recht in m’n stoel kon zitten!"

Nadelen: "Seats small and uncomfortable. My seat did not recline for 8 1/2-9 hours (middle seat-even after told it was a good seat). My sons entertainment screen did not work for the last 3 1/2 hours. The stewardess’ didn’t even respond to the call light and after myself and sister walked back there, nothing was done. Stewardess’ sat and talked in the back and never walked around. When the finally brought drinks, never even asked why the light was on. They also were extremely unfriendly because our incoming flight from Malaga was late . All 4 pieces of luggage missed the flight and in NYC we had to ask for robes to sleep in and tooth brushes. we felt horrible flying the next day. Three pieces of luggage came 2 days later that we had to go back to airport to get. The fourth was delivered one week later with only 3 wheels!"

The food was actually one of the best I had in a while for an international flight and flight was on time. Service was courteous and prompt too, for the low price I couldn't have asked for more."
Nadelen: "I couldn't get my touch screen to work so didn't watch movies. But I also didn't bother to ask the stewardesses and just went to sleep. The seats were just the right size for me but can see ow it might be a problem for larger people. I'm guessing the seats are European size?"

They scheduled us a new flight with Vianca and Iberia: Bogotá-Madrid + Madrid-Brussels. My partner and I could not sit together on any of these flights! 1 of 10 hours and of 2 hours! I would NOT recommend AA to anyone! This was full responsability of AA!"

Nadelen: "My center seat, which was assigned, put me in an extremely uncomfortable position physically for the entire 14 hour flight. My two seatmates extended physically into my space, and minimal legroom meant by knees were pressed against the seat in front. I was not happy at the lack of seat choice."

Nadelen: "Waiting for a plane to go that wasn’t ready to move, going for 2 rounds of de-icing when the 1st wore off, losing our place in line. Should have waited a little longer at 1st de-icing so we could have left in allotted time period (20 minutes after application). Also fairly certain we left Toronto Airport past the 20 minutes of 2nd de-icing. Which resulted in many passengers missing connection flights (myself included) with as much as a “We are sorry” from Air Canada. I know the weather was an issue, but wasn’t sole cause."

Nadelen: "We had a 5:35 am flight and the plane was 1/2 hour late to gate. By the time it got there, we spent over 1 hour sitting at gate loaded up waiting for weather to clear. It was fine when it was supposed to be there. Therefore, this was not initially a weather issue. Our connecting flight is 12 hours after Our schedules flight. I have a 1 year old toddler. Customer service rep less than sympathetic personality."

Voordelen: "How I was treated How I felt was wonderful."
Nadelen: "Nothing"

Nadelen: "Not that I didn’t like, but there was no entertainment and no beverage on this flight. Maybe add a “N/A” as an option in the survey. Flight was delayed, but we were kept updated."

Voordelen: "Flying to/from the US in a wide body is always more comfortable than a smaller plane. Air Canada buy on board, ability to purchase Business Class meals in economy (pending availability) and swayback entertainment continue to be Air Canada’s strengths."
Nadelen: "Air Canada can speed up the boarding process by making announcements asking passengers to step out of the aisle to let people pass AND remind passengers to place one bag under the seat and one in the overhead bin like they do on US carriers. Service is always pleasant but nothing exceptional. I find FA’s on American to be friendlier."

Voordelen: "The passengers, the Brussels airport retail area, 1 of the flight attendants who was polite and welcoming, and the entertainment selections. Finally being connected to Swiss staff."
Nadelen: "The crew was not very welcoming and was borderline rude when I asked any sort of question such as why I was not allowed to wear my headphones prior to take off. I was patient in not wearing them, but could not relaxing into the trip for the 40+ minutes we remained on the ground mostly not moving. I was tired when boarding and fumbled with my documents and was very curtly told to just hand them over. Another time I accidentally mistook headphones the stewardess was handing out for something else. I took a pair and then immediately gave them back with an apology that I didn't realise what they were, but thanked her anyway. This was met with a scowl and a bit of opposition. There was one stewardess that was very nice and accommodating out of the entire crew. On top of this the toilet seat on the plane was broken, so it fell on you when you were trying to go to the bathroom, and the soap dispenser was broken. I didn't dare mention these things to the flight crew though. The plane was late taking off from Montreal, and so was late landing in Brussels. No effort was made to provide connections assistance, or provide directions on where to go to rebook our missed connections. I and all others traveling to Zurich spent the entire morning trying to find anyone from Air Canada to help us rebook our flights. We literally were going from desk to desk between two terminals, and consulting each other as we went to limit the amount of leg work we all had to do. We all had to finally leave the terminal area and go to Swissport and stand in a long slow line. By that time any afternoon flight was already overbooked. So I and a group of other passengers were booked for an evening flight which forced me to book a hotel in Zurich because I couldn't get to where I needed to be that evening. After being rebook, I still tried to get on an earlier flight by going directly to the gate. It was confirmed that there was some extra space available, but they would not switch me to the earlier flight because I had a checked bag that I could not separate me from. Ultimately my bag was lost which made me have to stay awake and in the Zurich airport even longer after I finally arrived going from one lost baggage representative to another, and then waiting in another line to finally fill out paperwork because my bag had never been scanned in Brussels. The Zurich representatives were very polite, helpful, and efficient compared to anyone I encountered in Montreal, or Brussels. I was without my bag for 3.5 days of what was supposed to be a 10 day trip. My trip was reduced to 9 days because I spent an entire day in the Brussels airport and then had to spend the night in Zurich. I arrived in Zurich on Saturday night, and received my bag on Tuesday afternoon. All in all it was not a good experience until I got to Switzerland."

Voordelen: "This was my first time flying Air Canada. Our flight was delayed by 4 hours because they had to deice the plane. Yes it was frustrating but I would much rather have a flight of upset passengers then risking our lives. The captains and the crew went out of their way to make sure that we were the most comfortable. They gave us food and drinks as we waited and were extremely patient. Upon arrival many passengers had missed their connecting flights, including myself. They put us on the next flight out and gave all passengers a hotel and meals for the night. I would definitely recommend Air Canada. The plane itself is also pretty spacious so don’t be afraid to fly economy."
Nadelen: "Nothing really. They were great. I mean, definitely wished my flight wasn’t delayed. Although It wasn’t their fault that they needed to deice the plane, that’s something that should’ve been accounted for way before our flight was supposed to take off."

Voordelen: "They did a good job and I enjoyed their touch screen entertainment on the flight. I enjoyed the wine on the flight over and back. I will fly Air Canada again"
Nadelen: "Nothing, they did a good job"

Nadelen: "Overall experience with kayak was too poor and I paid a fortune just to have my flight changed, spent 8 hours in Frankfurt transiting no advise from kayak and no way to contact kayak"

Nadelen: "Old and partly broken plane, horrible food. 2 officials to immigrate hundreds of people at Brussels. Breakdown of luggage system in Brussels. No luggage at arrival in Vienna."

Nadelen: "Most uncomfortable plane ride I've ever taken. No food offered at all - everything was by purchase only. No entertainment system at all. Had to stop halfway to refuel."

Voordelen: "Dinner was ok, Breakfast and coffee were horrrible"
Nadelen: "Very rude staff, would not do anything I asked and responded with attitude"

Voordelen: "Interior of the air craft basically clean. Arrangements To air craft are in order."
Nadelen: "Air circulation and air conditioning is lower than Normal. Is kind of humid. My section are lower Than other sections."

Voordelen: "Vegan options for snacks were given which was great. Courteous staff were attentive and polite."
Nadelen: "It's a basic flight, not much to complain about. My standards are generally low."

Nadelen: "We sat in the back rows of the plane so it was hours before we were even offered water and by the time they finally got to us there was no food to PURCHASE. Bad enough we were not fed on this long flight but there wasn't even anything to purchase. By the time they FINALLY got to us to provide us something to drink, they came through wanting to take it from us. I was VERY disappointed with this leg of the trip as it was not at all what we have experienced on the first leg of this very long day of flying. There was no time between transfers to use the restroom, let alone buy food, had we known."

Nadelen: "My flight was cancelled. I had a wedding to attend on Saturday morning and could only be rebooked on a flight the next day at 3:10pm. I wanted to simply cancel the flight that I was automatically rebooked on; however, I have been on hold with customer service for HOURS and can not get through. I have never experienced such terrible customer service."

Voordelen: "Staff friendly. Food and drinks good. Good variety of entertainment"

Voordelen: "Actually a very good flight, the flight was delayed by less than a half hour, but was really no bother. Slept very well and had enough leg room."

Nadelen: "The crew did not cater to the passengers. Every international flight I've been on, the crew members always ask if we want more snacks or drinks. I was never approached. Also, I asked for an extra blanket and was told no."

Nadelen: "Departure was 40 minutes delayed right off the bat for reasons unknown and unexplained. Then, worse, mechanical trouble on the tarmack, we had to return to the gate and power down the plane, while still remaining on board, unventilated and unpleasantly sweaty, in the dark even for a while. What should have been a quick 1.5 hour flight and 8:30pm arrival thus became a sweaty 4-hour ordeal and almost 11pm arrival. Not the end of the world, but I was a bit taken aback at the absence of apologetic behaviour, like perhaps serving drinks while we're sweating on the tarmack, or heaven forbid, a meal of some sort considering we were departing later than we should have all already been home."

Nadelen: "I watched the Big Short, which kept shorting. I had to stop the video about 15 times to get to the end. And one slice of cake is not adequate breakfast."

Im really sad that I will have to have the same night flight back to Houston."

Nadelen: "Missed our flight from Brussels to Zurich. United said we were booked on next flight six hours later. Gave us vouchers and that was it. Went to check in and the carrier said sorry you can’t board United did not book you. The voucher just has prior info and this flight time. So we missed getting on that flight 3 total hours on the phone with United and they did nothing but put us on hold. Thank you to Brussels air who finally after many years and frustration helped us so we could leave. More than 10 hours later than we should have. Horrible experience and we lost a day of vacation and pre paid plans for the evening I will never use kayak again for international flights. As that was part of the problem per United (probably BS but won’t ever risk it again) and will never use United airlines again as their customer service and lack of caring showed that companies true colors. I hope the rest of this dream vacation is better than this nightmare was."

Finalement, on embarque et apres avoir attendu 30 min, on nous désembarque parce que l'Avion n'était pas prêt, l'équipe d'entretien n'était pas disponible! finalement, on rembarque pour de bon mais on a attendu un autre 30 min sans nous dire pourquoi. L'équipage fait comme si tout était normal mais on voit par la fenêtre qu'il y un camion de service qui essait de réparer de quoi derrière l'avion. On nous fait embarquer alors que rien n'est prêt. La personne qui s'occupait des baggages a pris 20 minutes apres notre embarquement avant de s'amener. C'était extrêment désorganisé."
