The flight itself was more than 2 hours and not even a complimentary soda? You have to pay for a coke? I've taken 45 minute flights to vegas that offered complimentary drinks and snacks. Pretty odd."
Nadelen: "1 week prior to departure I found my itinerary was cancelled as I could not find it under my flights - no email notification to either traveling party - TERRIBLE - all data in the computer under profile correct. It took two hours on the phone to fix things and the wanted to charge more as seat rates went up"
Nadelen: "On the flight from Barcelona to Boston we almost missed a connecting flight because of many steps to get from one plane to another an long lines at every One has to allow at least 3 hours to transfer from one flight to another"

Nadelen: "not even water was offered- i left the flight really dehydrated, and with a terrible migraine because there was a young baby behind me who was crying the entire time. The flight was mostly empty yet no one suggested moving the baby and parents (to the back) or the passengers around the baby to seats that were more quiet."

Voordelen: "First international flight. In flight entertainment was fantastic, plenty of new movie titles to view along with music, all complimentary. Staff was hospitable and frequently came by to reduce lighting and offer food and refreshments. I’m about 6’3” so my only complaint was no room in the middle seat but otherwise it was ok. I made it work."
Nadelen: "Not enough room between the rows for me to adequately stretch my legs out."
Voordelen: "The Chief Purser came over to apologize. At the end of the flight, the Captain came to me to apologize on behalf of the airline. (Too little, way too late.)"
Nadelen: "I am handicapped and the jetway was broken. British Airways took a bad situation and made it worse! Obviously they had no contingency plans and the gate agents just wan't to avoid any responsibility and started blaming the poor man who had been wheeling me all over the airport. ONLY BRITISH AIRWAYS WAS AT FAULT FOR THIS. Eventually they put me on a lift several gates away and then loaded me onto the platform lift of one of those catering trucks that deliver food to the planes and drove me to my plane. The plane door was shut and they had to bang on the door to have them open it and let me board. As a result, I personally delayed the flight (officially) 28 minutes; in reality about 40 minutes. This was one of the most embarrassing and humiliating experiences of my life; to be loaded on a plane like freight!! Is this how British Airways operates??"

Nadelen: "Airbus A380, so boarding and de-boarding took some time. Aircraft interiors are made per airline requirements, not simply by aircraft manufacturer. On an airplane that will always be use on long haul routes I won't expect the usual non-really-reclinable last row of seats. Moreover, the armrest does not disappear between seats when moved upwards, it goes up only 45 degrees. Quite a nuisance traveling with your s.o. or children if you want to lean on each other."

Nadelen: "Mediocre service, not what you expect from a premier carrier, I have not flown BA in many years and my how the stands have slipped. Economy was sub par with little to no room, not comfortable for a 7 hour flight."

When we asked if they could inform the next flight that our flight wasn't delayed, the stewards response was "our planes don't wait for anyone". Real friendly. Wish Southwest flew to Europe!!!!"

Nadelen: "The crew barrels down the isle with the cart on am already cramped plane. LAX construction consistently causes ridiculous waits on the tarmac after landing. The deplaning process was super slow."
Voordelen: "Booked week ago, expensive but seating was comfortable, crew first class, in economy."

Nadelen: "We left more than two hours late because of a mechanical issue with the plane that wasn’t caught until all passengers had boarded the plane. We were forced to deboard the plane after an hour of waiting."

Nadelen: "Flight delay at every single step of the way Crew was great though"
Nadelen: "The flight from Miami to Sao Paulo was delayed, therefore, I lost the flight from Sao Paulo to Asunción, those from Latam did not give me any solution and they sent me to the people of American Airlines saying it was their fault. I traveled 3 hours through the whole airport and they did not give me any solution, no new flight."

Nadelen: "Old plane, prezels are boring, it was cold during the flight"
Nadelen: "Boarding could be improved if they would start boarding from the back of the plane to the front after boarding 1st class and Priority this way people would not block the passage when putting their luggage in the top compartments. The crew was not very helpful because I almost went into a hypothermia condition because the air in the cabin was extremely cold. When I ask for a blanket one of the stewardesses said that AA would no longer have blankets in flight which I prove it wrong when I saw in the flight Mai-SDQ blanquets all over the cabin. The soliton they gave me was that they would ask the crew to raise the temp in the cabin, I had to make the request three times and I had to tell the stewardess that if not raising the temperature in the cabin I could have gone into an emergency hypothermia crisis. I had to take another shirt from my carry-on to put it over my shirt to warm me up."

Nadelen: "Cant believe my 600.00 for upgraded seats got ignored!!! I want a refund!@ Ripoff!!"
Nadelen: "I believe there should be two staff to serve as for one it looks like too much."
Voordelen: "The seats were smalllish but had excellent amenities, such as a multifunction screen and built-in chargers for my phone or such."
Nadelen: "We were 35 minutes late in boarding, which is not a big deal, but the cabin temperature was very warm and I was sweating most of the trip. Not happy about that."
Voordelen: "Efforts to get us to Philadelphia"
Nadelen: "Got to Philly - no one there - rushed 2 concourses and plane still there with daughter on-board. They gave away our seats, told us we would not get on, would not get our baggage and would not get put up in a hotel. Because of the NBA draft - had to travel 60 miles to New Jersey for a hotel. Lost a day, lost 2 tours, endured additional hotel costs...and the attendant made it clear she was on overtime and we just needed to move on. American Airlines is too big and consolidation of airlines has not been good for the public."
Voordelen: "They got us there quickly."
Voordelen: "I had a connection flight to JFK I came before the time about 15 min and crew saw me but she told me, sorry someone took your seats I lost around 4000$. This happened at Dallas airport."
Nadelen: "Filght was delayed by two hour with multiple repairs necessary including a few after we had already boarded. We sat on the tarmac for 1.5 hours."
Voordelen: "The airline staff was SO kind and helpful. I'm an AA fan now!"
Voordelen: "Staff at SAN was good helpful. Check in was seemless."
Nadelen: "Wishing that they would serve something to drink — even if I would have to pay for it. Flight attendant gave me wrong directions and I left for another terminal while my carry on luggage (which had to be checked) was still at the gate. I had to wait until it arrived at baggage claim."
Nadelen: "We were unfortunately stuck on the tarmac for 45 minutes. I ran to my connecting gate but they had already closed it. There wasn’t a service rep at the gate. I walked to another gate and there was a very helpful rep who rebooked me to a nearby city. It overall was disappointing and caused me to get home about 3 1/2 hours later."

Nadelen: "They had a delay that bumped our international connection. We had to switch airports and airlines and arrived significantly later than originally planned, causing us to miss pre-wedding events."

Nadelen: "Our plane was very old and there were engine problems that kept us grounded for hours at JFK. I was terrified the entire time we were in the air that something might go wrong. Additionally, the air conditioner worked very poorly."

Nadelen: "the boarding process is chaotic. No one pays attention to the boarding numbers and it's just a big, pushing, shoving mess. I'd like to see a little more use of the system to keep.people more orderly."
