Du moment que l’on paye pour choisir ses sièges (bébé, espace pour les jambes…) tout se passe bien. Sinon pas de possibilité de s’arranger avec les autres passagers. Et le check in online marche très bien, très rapide à l’aéroport

J’ai demandé plusieur fois qu’on m’aide avec mon bébé car je n’avais pas acheté les sièges avec couffin à l’avance mais personne n’a pu m’aider du coup 11h de vol avec le bébé sur les genoux

J’ai eu trop d’informations différentes du personnel de Turkish Airlines concernant les sièges équipés de couffin pour les Bébés donc finalement nous n’avons pas pu en obtenir un

It was a great flight and great crew.

Vol à l'heure. Vol court donc on n'a pas mangé mais des sandwiches étaient proposés. Pas de divertissement mais ce n'est pas nécessaire sur des vols courts.

I was booked in economy and was upgraded to business class by bidding for the upgrade. The business class experience was excellent. The seat was very spacious and comfortable. The meal service was provided by trolley service so each course was chosen at your seat so you could view each selection. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The only negative thing was the entertainment selection. There were few movies to choose from in comparison to other airlines I have flown.

I don’t know how it’s possible but the airline has squeezed extra seats onto the plane which are not even an arm’s-length distance from the toilets. So on a redeye international flight that anyone would want some sleep on , we were placed in seats that didn’t recline and smelled like the bathrooms the whole time with them opening and closing every 10 seconds while the whole plane was using them. absolutely horrible flight!!!

My suitcase did not arrive. Still waiting …..

The staff between IAD and Copenhagen was not friendly

Flight got delayed in SFO. Had layover in Copenhagen for 1 hours but missed my connecting flight because of delay in SFO. Had to wait 6 hours in Copenhagen for next flight :'(

Nadelen: "SFO-Copenhagen was cancelled. Only hint for that came from Kayak which I didn't even use for booking (I used Flyus). Sas and Flyus didn't notify us and sas customer service had to actually use 5 min to verify that flight was cancelled after we called them. That left some poor rebooking options. Anyway, I am very disappointed how Sas didn't notify us. It would have been even nastier if we had got to the airport before realizing that flight was cancelled."

Nadelen: "The seat I selected was changed. I selected 45C and was assigned 54 E Upon check-in. Why? An aisle seat vs middle seat when I paid full faire is unacceptable. Also it was not made clear that I would have had to pay to check luggage. $120??!!!! I always carry on and this could have been easily avoided by not bringing gifts. Again, $120?!!!!! On top of an $1100 flight? You have to be kidding me."

So I was squeezed in the middle section which made it quite uncomfortable, especially if you have to get up more frequently as an older person, but your neighbor is asleep. A notification about the possibilities for seat purchases would have been great!"
Nadelen: "Delayed flight - 2 1/2 hrs. No advance info. Departure gate change after check in. No Info at original gate. Unfriendly staff. No apology. No explanation for delay. Food substandard, even for cheap airlines."

Nadelen: "We were in 40G and H, bulkhead seats. I have never had such a hot plane (and I am a world traveler). We were both very warm (felt like 85 degrees- warm enough to not be comfortable). I was told by the flight attendant that people in back of plane were freezing. The breakfast was good, but the dinner was ok, but not ‘I wish I could have seconds” good. I lowered the rating because they never gave us more than the one bottle of water that was on our seats when we arrived. That may have been ok for the people in the cold part of the plane but not for us in the sweating part. Luckily we had brought a big bottle of water."

The vegetarian breakfast was grilled veggies with fruit and yogurt on the side, kind of a mish-mash of things."

Nadelen: "I know you can't expect coach to be luxurious. But the space between seats in the airline industry in general have gotten ridiculously small. Words were exchanged between my wife and the lady (nothing extreme, but still) in the seat in front of her. When the lady leaned her seat back, my wife could barely watch her movie. All in all, I would definitely fly SAS again."

Nadelen: "The boarding process was completely disorganized and hectic. The woman making the announcements on the plane was extremely soft spoken and the PA system was static-y so I could neither hear nor understand any of the announcements. The refrigeration system for the food also broke down on the plane so we weren't fed our second meal. Instead, they chose the cheapest and most unappealing snack of plain almonds to give us. Despite confirming our luggage situation with us at the first airport repeatedly (because of our connecting flight) SAS still temporarily lost our baggage when we arrived at our final destination and caused us to stay an additional hour at the airport after already having spent an exhausting day travelling."

Nadelen: "Flight delayed so that would not be able to make the SAS flight. Therefore had to switch flights to go to CHicago instead. But initial flight was booked under alaska--but boarding pass unable to be printed from any of the kiosks and we were told to talk to American. American didn't know anything about it. THen stood in Assistance line for 45 minutes to be told that we needed to talk to VIrgin American. They rebooked us on to American, which then promptly was also delayed for several hours, and we thereby missed our connection. Throughout the process there were no customer service representatives either in person or on the phone who were remotely helpful. Overall, worst travel experience of my life."
Nadelen: "The SFO crew was not helpful at all. Upon check-in, the SFO to Copenhagen leg of the flight was 2.5 hours delayed. When I expressed concern to the SFO ground crew, they said "You'll be taken care of in Copenhagen" in a very dismissive manner. I noted that we would miss our connecting flight (Copenhagen to LHR) and that there wouldn't be another direct flight that day. The SFO crew member told me that I was wrong that there was another flight available (a 4:30 pm flight). I told her that that flight wasn't on the SAS website and she told me that I didn't know what I was talking about in a rude manner. When I arrived in Copenhagen, the ground crew informed me that there was not a 4:30 pm flight and there never was. To get to London, I had to be fly first to Frankfurt then to London on another airline. Overall, this delay cost me over 6 hours. Utterly unacceptable and will never fly SAS again."

Nadelen: "A very dishonest experience. The booking never made it clear that I was not allowed to check my suitcase and I had to pay € 70 extra both coming and going and thereby paid 1 1/2 times more for my suitcase than for my ticket. I am very disappointed to be 'tricked' in this way and consider it a very dishonest business practice."

Nadelen: "I Had checked several times to make sure I had 2 bags included ( standard for US-EU flights) and every time. At the airport I had to pay an extra charge for my second bag which made the flight very expensive and just ruined the whole experience for me"
Voordelen: "It was a pleasant flight with friendly service. Boarding was smooth and efficient."
Nadelen: "Food choices and limited entertainment. I know that SAS need to remain competitive, but strict limits in drinks seems a bit cheap."

Nadelen: "Crew attitude was not pleasant: no smile, no "you're welcome", as they were robots. Food was terrible."

Nadelen: "A little more leg room. Ability to change seat once reservation made online. The SAS website does not show your seat relative to entire place seat availability. Would have liked 24 hour customer service by phone option. They are actually closed for phone calls at night."

L’organisation pour l’embarquement afin que les passagers soient équitables en nombre de bagages à main autorisés en effet le dernier groupe embarqué n’avait pas le droit d’embarquer avec son bagage à main alors que les précédents voyageurs ont embarqué avec plus de 2 ou 3 bagages cabine ceci est inequitable et irrespectueux L’équipage devrait faire respecter le nombre de bagage cabine par personne

Les sièges trop étroits

The problems on British Air website and with their check in overshadowed the generally good experience on the actual flight. The flight was completed safely and on time. The crew with whom I had personal contact were capable, friendly, patient and went out of their way to be helpful. The experience communicating with BA before the flight was the worst. I dutifully responded to email prompts for my personal information and COVID status only to have these disappear again and again. I looked for a way to request food that I could eat on the flight and was told that choice was not available. I paid for a reserved seat only to have that reservation lost. A friend and I spent hours trying to check in the day before the flight, each on her own devices (we tried various) with many, many, many failed attempts before we could FINALLY complete the process. (Another friend had had the same experience with BA the week before.)

Wheelchair assistant was late in getting us to gate as was pre arranged….we had been told that they would pick us up at the priority lounge however they only came after a few ph calls … the airport assistance was excellent in the beginning …the failure came only with the tardy lounge connection. Otherwise all was excellent with Finnair and the initial wheelchair service went very well. Thankyou!

Le gros point noir : quand on fait le check in en ligne, les places sont attribuées de façon aléatoire de façon à ce qu'une même famille soit séparée afin de faire payer très cher le placement si on veut être regroupé. Et ce, avec énormément de places disponibles à côté. Nous étions 3 ,il y avait plein de places à côté mais il fallait payer pr les avoir ce que nous n'avons pas fait.Nous avons donc ete séparés .scandaleux !!!

Ponctualité du vol mais embarquement très long à Helsinki

La réservation du vol est à revoir, après avoir acheter le billet d’avion pour Helsinki, il n’est plus possible de prendre le bus directement de l’aéroport pour aller à Tampere, c’est très frustrant

Air France bumped us without notice due to overbook. All other flights were overbooked. Had to pay $400 for a train to Bordeaux. Luggage was never returned to us. Now in Bordeaux for a week without any of our belongings. Not sure the flights back to the US will be honored. Worse travel experience of my life.

Notre fils est très grand et la procédure d'enregistrement des places n'est pas toujours facile pour obtenir un siège adéquat quand on voyage en économique .

Enregistrement désastreux à l’aéroport, une heure et demie d’attente, seulement 2 guichets ouverts, des gens avaient peur de rater leur vol.

I love love this airline. The crew was awesome; so friendly, professional, and playful. The seats were comfy & very clean. Great entertainment selection and the Complimentary wine was most appreciated! 3 thumbs up 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Traveling these days can be a little strange and at times more difficult than normal due to this pandemic. Finnair did an amazing job and all areas of the trip! I would absolutely fly with finnair again and will recommend the airline to friends and family.

Nadelen: "Ran out of food options from SFO to HEL. I was sitting towards the end of the plane ... and no more chicken so got stuck with the pork and mashed potatoes options. Need more coffee aboard the flight. ANA cleans the bathroom periodically, and wouldn't be bad to do the same on long flights. The arm rest between seats don't go all the way up, only half way. If the person in front of you is asleep during meal service, the FA (flight attendant) won't lift the seat and it may be a very uncomfortable meal experience. Other airlines will have the FA do it themselves. ...and you need to be careful about staying awake to get food (otherwise you can get forgotten)."
Voordelen: "nonstop to Helsinki was great...I have done this route over 100 times and this was the first time non-stop. When you have 17-19 hours travel time in your head door to door and then it is 12 - you really appreciate the extra time. THANK YOU!"

Nadelen: "I did not find too many indian films which I would have liked, especially in a flight because Indian movies are 3 hours long and help to pass the time quickly :). I would have liked more variety in the Hollywood movies as well. They mostly had much older films and hardly any of the new releases while Emirates flight had lot many more new releases and oscar winning movies. They served the Indian amul cheese which is not worthy of serving on a flight, and they could have served some better cheese."

Perte de bagages, et personne pour nous aider à les retrouver, même par téléphone ils ne peuvent rien faire. Surtaxé coût téléphonique.

Nadelen: "The airline features an upgrade yourself bid option that starts at a minimum bid. We went above this and got rejected, only to find there were still open seats. They tried to then upsell is at 4x the cost which makes the entire thing seem terribly dishonest. After calling customer service, they hung up on me. It’s clearly a scam to extract more pricing data from customers."

They kindly reminded us of safety, but also due to me not making up my mind for drinks I asked for a ginger ale later in the flight and the staff were sweet enough to give once they finished what they were doing. They also were good at accommodating when my partner was unsure what food he would like and gave a good suggestion. Thank you, the Sheppard’s pie was delicious."

Nadelen: "Some of the flight attendants were very unprofessional and I could hear them in the back while taxiing for take-off complaining about the job. The food was terrible and was served 3 hours after take-off. Every flight I've taken to Europe has at least had extra water bottles in the back of the plane and this flight had nothing. However, my flight from DUB to SFO was great. The flight attendants were happy, the food was good and they had extra water bottles in the back of the plane for everyone to use. I think the service suffers significantly on flights to Dublin from the US."

Voordelen: "Flying overnight across the U.S., and then the Atlantic, to Dublin would have been very difficult if not for the accommodations and service provided by Aer Lingus. The reception was warm and comfortable. The in-flight food and service was perfect. The environment was conducive to sleeping during this red eye flight."
Nadelen: "I have no complaints, to be honest. The flight attendants were so welcoming and accommodating to every request. They were efficient and quick to respond to my questions and requests."
Voordelen: "Prompt Rebooking. The new schedule was better the original schedule with fewer connections."
Nadelen: "My original flights from Dublin to London and London to Munich were cancelled. The booking agency Webjet did not inform me about the cancellation. I noticed changes to my schedule three days before the flight and requested a rebooking. The entire leg to Munich was rebooked by Webjet but again I had to call and ask for an update since they don't issue a second round of confirmation emails."
Voordelen: "The crew was pleasant and accommodating to me, my wife, our 3-year-old and 1-year-old for both legs. The planes were in good shape and everything was on time. The balthrooms were clean and felt spacious. I didn't eat the dinner because we ate a large dinner before the long flight. I did tasted it and it was good. The selections of movies was also very good."

Nadelen: "Flight was delayed over 2 hours. They also lost my luggage. Very poor and rude customer service."

My entertainment centre was off or in disrepair for large portions Of the flight, and the plug on tomcharge the phone was not only in a difficult place down. Wtween seats but was not functioning. I paid for an internet connection I couldn't use be aide of a dead phone."

Personnel sympa et nourriture et boisson très bien

A fuir!!!! Que ce soit kayak ou British, fuyez!!! Aucun service!! On remercie tout particulièrement kayak pour son absence totale de service après vente prétextant qu’ils ne sont qu’un moteur de recherche! Donc un conseil allez voir ailleurs!!!

Pas à l'heure Vol suivant pour New York loupé Attente à Londres 4 JOURS

Nous avons essayé de joindre British Airways pendant des jours. Aucun numéro de téléphone ne répondait on a perdu un temps fou pour rien. Aucune réponse à nos mails. Avion très bruyant très petit Pas de possibilité de modifier quoi que ce soit. J’ai l’habitude de voyager, c’était la première fois avec ba mais ça sera la dernière.

Bon accueil, un steward particulièrement sympathique. Du retard sur le départ

L’organisation de manière générale est rassurante, le personnel agréable. Le confort des sièges sur les longs courriers pourraient largement être amélioré…

Le vol est parti avec 2 heure de retard. Dans l'attente, aucune information ne nous a été donnée et le personnel du service client de British Airlines absent. Avant le départ, le Stewart a dû réparer le plafond de la cabine avec du scotch. Nous sommes arrivés trop en retard pour prendre ka navette reliant l'aéroport au centre ville et nos bagages étaient perdus ! Impossible de joindre le service client de British Airlines (répondeur pendant 30 minutes puis ça raccroche) !

Nadelen: "My backpack zipper got caught in another passenger luggage in the over head holdall. The crew member tried to separate it while the owner of the other bag complained about me like I’d done it rather than it being the bags moving themselves during the flight. The flight attendant ripped my bag zipper in order to separate the bags. The other passengers bag was not damaged. He tried to fix it but dropped the zip and then pretended it was okay putting it back in the holdall. Kind of unhappy that my new back pack was damaged"
