Nadelen: "There was a technical problem with the plane at our gate when we landed, so we were on the tarmac for an hour waiting for a gate to open. Video choices were limited, and Internet was extremely overpriced."

Nadelen: "Attempting to check in online the day before was a nightmare and after half an hour on two different sites and an hour of speaking to very rude customer service reps for both BA and Aer Lingus, we were told we just had to check in in person. The check-in line opened fifteen minutes late, the woman who checked us in didn't answer our questions because she was busy talking to her friend. Once on the plane the Airbus seats were truly awful and should not hold a person for 10+ hours. The wifi also never worked."

Nadelen: "At checkin the crew at Aer Lingus claimed that they could not issue a Gate pass, which is offered by all other airlines at SFO."

Voordelen: "Great Plane, Fantastic service. Did their best to take care of us. Provided us with vegetarian meals and requested and plenty of drinks, including wine and beer."

Voordelen: "Flying overnight across the U.S., and then the Atlantic, to Dublin would have been very difficult if not for the accommodations and service provided by Aer Lingus. The reception was warm and comfortable. The in-flight food and service was perfect. The environment was conducive to sleeping during this red eye flight."
Nadelen: "I have no complaints, to be honest. The flight attendants were so welcoming and accommodating to every request. They were efficient and quick to respond to my questions and requests."

Voordelen: "Prompt Rebooking. The new schedule was better the original schedule with fewer connections."
Nadelen: "My original flights from Dublin to London and London to Munich were cancelled. The booking agency Webjet did not inform me about the cancellation. I noticed changes to my schedule three days before the flight and requested a rebooking. The entire leg to Munich was rebooked by Webjet but again I had to call and ask for an update since they don't issue a second round of confirmation emails."

Nadelen: "One of the on flight crew members was extremely rude, ignoring repeated request for coffee - skipping my husband when she was offering routinely in order, didn't respond to several calls after she skipped then gave him water, acted annoyed when he reiterated he wanted coffee like everyone else. Also insisted my sleeping 7 yr old upright his chair for beverage service when everyone around us had their seat reclined(the people around us were all Caucasian btw) and she didn't seem to feel the need to remind them."

Voordelen: "The crew was pleasant and accommodating to me, my wife, our 3-year-old and 1-year-old for both legs. The planes were in good shape and everything was on time. The balthrooms were clean and felt spacious. I didn't eat the dinner because we ate a large dinner before the long flight. I did tasted it and it was good. The selections of movies was also very good."
Nadelen: "Thw system they use for in flight entertainment was a little glitchy."

Nadelen: "Flight was delayed over 2 hours. They also lost my luggage. Very poor and rude customer service."

Voordelen: "The flight attendants on board were nice. The ticket counter woman at SFO who put my luggage on another flight should have read my itinerary. A colleague at work said aer Lingus loses luggage and this is exactly what happened."
Nadelen: "The 1.5 hour delay to board the plane; the fact that my luggage went astray."

Nadelen: "Leg room is atrocious. Food is sub par even fornairline food. The drink cart should be brought around more than once. My entertainment centre was off or in disrepair for large portions Of the flight, and the plug on tomcharge the phone was not only in a difficult place down. Wtween seats but was not functioning. I paid for an internet connection I couldn't use be aide of a dead phone."

Nadelen: "On the MIA-DUB flight, my headset/entertainment would keep losing sound. On the DUB-BRU: the flight was almost an hour late. They could have at least given free coffee or water to all of us in Economy."

Voordelen: "The flight was delayed by a little over an hour, but the pilot managed to make up some time. Airplane was clean enough and crew was friendly."

Nadelen: "Are Lingus seems to have gone down hill. No water during the night. Seat didn't recline; cramped seating; no overnight comfort packet. Two entertainment screens didn't work. Very poor user interface on British Air's web site. Difficulty checking in on line. Unable to request vegetarian meal. Not the kind of service I have come to expect from British Air."

They said they didn't have any information about it and that it was probably in Dublin. Later it showed up at my hotel with no call or notification. Not acceptable. Probably will avoid Aer Lingus in the future."

Voordelen: "Embarquement efficace. Un mail la veille pour prévenir que le vol est complet et donc de déposer ses bagages cabine à l’enregistrement facilité la vie à tout le monde, c’est bien pensé! Un personnel navigant à l’écoute et très aimable. Vol à l’heure et en avance à l’arrivée."

Que du stress! Nous étions en état de choc, ils ont annulé notre billet à l’instant: l’aller et le retour!). Ce n’était pas du tout normal. Nous allons faire un recours, c’est inadmissible. Jamais plus avec British Airways."

Nadelen: "Hanging flown on several wide bodied aircraft, it’s been my experience that the A330 has a much better coach experience than the 777 aircraft models. For me, it’s a matter of legroom. Fortunately, I didn’t have anyone next to me on the flight and was able to spread out a bit (I’m 6’5”!!) My only other complaint was that while this was booked as an Iberia flight, the flights were all serviced by American Airlines. Check-in, seat selection were all handled by American. It was a little confusing in the online check-in process, because for months, the AA app wouldn’t recognize anything but the return legs of the trip using the record locator provided by Expedia."

Nadelen: "We we’re delayed 3 1/2 hours causing us to miss our flight to San Sebastian. That, in turn, caused us to miss our check in for our hotel that we had already paid for so we ended up spending $300 on nothing."

Nadelen: "I came with a friend. At first we were given 2 boarding passes, both with my name. We continued to security where they found the problem. We had to go back to the check-in counter and they reprinted boarding passes. This time names correct but both for the same seat. Only after a long while they were able to fix it. The Iberia crew barely spoke English. Overall - made mistakes, wasted a lot of our time."

Nadelen: "Absurd weinig beenruimte. Alleen geschikt voor mensen kleiner dan 1.50m. Je kunt het best de hele vlucht op het toilet gaan zitten. Dit was één keer, maar nooooit weer!!! Sterk af te raden!!"

Nadelen: "Belachelijk weinig beenruimte, waardoor ik niet eens recht in m’n stoel kon zitten!"

Nadelen: "I had ordered a gluten free meal but in the chaos of my seat moving multiple times, it got lost in the shuffle so I wasn't able to eat much of the food that was served. I have long legs and the seat provided almost no where for them to go. I was very uncomfortable by the end of the flight."

Nadelen: "We paid extra to sit in Economy * I am 6-3, wife 5-4 and neither had any leg room We were sitting in 2 seats by themselves. It was an endurance contest to make it through the flight. I will never fly Iberian Airlines again. It was terrible!!!"

Nadelen: "Like everyone says, you are cattle jammed in a sardine can. Barely any leg room and I’m 5’3. Other thoughts: the plane was old, my seat had a lump in it, zero entertainment, food was over priced. (3 Euro for a tiny water). This may seem petty but ultimately the appearance and function of the plane represents their company as a whole. From my first impressions, I’m thinking as a passenger is: I just hope the age and appearance of the plane isn’t reflective of their repairs and maintenance work as well."

Nadelen: "They were very unhelpful in flight changes and schedule changes. I was very disappointed in all the travel agents we spoke with. They were all very unhelpful except for one lady who helped change our reservations. I will not be flying Iberia, British Airways, or Americans airlines ever again. My experience was terrible."

Voordelen: "Entertainment was excellent. I appreciated the blanket, headphones, and pillow. One of the staff was very rude to the gentleman next to me because he asked for tea after she passed by with it the first time."

Nadelen: "The last thing I would ever expect from a flight attendant is negligent behavior. A child aged around 5 years old clearly unattended by parents throughout the entire 9 1/2 hour flight to Chicago was not only being disruptive but his behavior could have placed him in danger. From banging the table shut successively against the chair, to walking on top of the seat and placing his hands in the monitor behind him not allowing me to see my screen. Furthermore, his feet and legs dangled and kicked the person immediately next to him across the aisle, creating a dangerous environment for himself and for others as he could have gotten hurt from somebody or a cart passing through. I proceeded to express my concern for the child's safety and the flight attendant expressed these matters are delicate and refused to engage the parent in any type of conversation. This child's screams and incessant yelling lasted the entirety of my flight, hindering ANYBODY from sleeping or watching their entertainment without interruption. Hopefully in the future when faced with not only an extremely disruptive family but a clinically uneasy child, flight attendants will make an effort to at least announce the importance of respecting other people's flight experience. Needless to say this is the very last time I ever fly Iberia. This matter was not only brought to the crew's attention once but three times by three different people."

Voordelen: "Not a full flight so I had to seats to speak out. Flight attendants were friendly and it didn't seem like a 10+ hour flight."
Nadelen: "I wish there was a quicker flight between LAX - Europe."

Nadelen: "When we arrived at AirPort El Dorado, we discovered that our flight was cancelled/has been changed without warning us! They scheduled us a new flight with Vianca and Iberia: Bogotá-Madrid + Madrid-Brussels. My partner and I could not sit together on any of these flights! 1 of 10 hours and of 2 hours! I would NOT recommend AA to anyone! This was full responsability of AA!"

Nadelen: "Stewards keep trying to speak in Spanish to you. Every time again you have to ask to repeat in English."

Voordelen: "I liked the entertainment, the food and the good service from the ladies and gentlemen"

Nadelen: "Seats were atrociously uncomfortable for a 6'1" man. Less than zero leg room due to ridiculously tight row spacing and non-reclining seatbacks. Had to attempt to cram in sideways - resulting in serious pain by the time the flight finally landed. Intercom system, especially from the captain, was painfully grating and loud. Boarding was extremely slow, in part because gate personnel made no effort whatsoever to police and enforce the four-group boarding process (premium - no carry-on - group A - group B). People boarded whenever they felt like it, many carrying on huge backpacks and multiple other pieces. Will definitely avoid TAP in future."

Nadelen: "Economy fare was great until 95 euro for a single bag added to stowage was added on . With Ridiculously high baggage charges watch out if you are flying economy. Sort of negates the benefits of economy"

Nadelen: "Multiple delays for my flight. First the departure was delayed which I know can happen. Then we boarded and sat for over an hour before take off. Captain made up a story about the plane needed gas and said we would take off in 15 minutes. An hour and 15 minutes later we finally took off."

Nadelen: "On my ticket I selected the lacto-ovo vegetarian meal and I never received it. I told the flight attendant and he said “we don’t have any more, chicken or fish”. I said “I am a vegetarian” and he gave me a tiny salad, a bread roll, and a chocolate mousse. I was very hungry as I hadn’t eaten in 9 hrs"

Nadelen: "Checked bag fee was expensive at $120 per bag. For the two of us bags cost $240. The plane boarded late this departed and arrived late. Otherwise a very good flight. Very comfortable, all Amenities worked, the plane was clean and the staff accommodating."

Voordelen: "The staff were really friendly and the flight was as comfortable for me as a transatlantic journey in stage class can be. The food was surprisingly tasty and that Portuguese wine was offered for free made me and the passengers around me feel welcomed and well taken care of."
Nadelen: "My flight arrived late, apparently, as myself and people on two other connecting tap flights all deplaned after our respective boarding calls had begun. There was no announcement for people with tight connections or about what to do if we couldn't make them. That tap didn't plan out sufficient connection times for the conditions of the airport, and that it was security, not to itself, that did anything to try to expedite is through passport control, etc was disappointing and resulted in several extra hours stuck in the airport for me and for those on one of those other missed flights having to wait overnight for another seat"

Nadelen: "1. Food. I think that sandwich and juice are not enough for 3 hours flight that costs 130 euros. 2. Departure time. The flight was delayed for more than 1 hours. When we arrived at Schiphol it was night already and trains to towns around were super rare. So we came in home at 3 a.m. instead of the planned 1 a.m."

Voordelen: "The food in Economy was way better than usual U.S. airline food. Ground staff in Newark were helpful in retrieving a book I left on the plane. Captain had the seat belt sign off early and turned it back on late in descent which allowed people to visit the restrooms. Video entertainment was good."
Nadelen: "Captain should have made more P.A. announcements during the coast in over Cape Cod to point out areas of interest"

Voordelen: "I had a flight from Madrid --> Lisbon airport with a final connection from Lisbon --> NYC JFK and we were delayed in Madrid therefore arriving at boarding time of our other flight in Lisbon. The crew was so professional and prepared that when we landed in Lisbon there was a bus that brought about 25 of us who were connecting with final destination to JFK to the closest door to go through passport control and board onto our flight to JFK that they held for a good 30-45 minutes until all of us made our connection. Very professional and organized. Much appreciated that I didn't miss my final connection! Love flying TAP and will continue to do so!"

Voordelen: "1. Repas de bonne qualité et offrant plusieurs à côtés (salade, pain, brownies, etc.) 2. Films disponibles à bord par le biais de l'écran de divertissement inclus au siège."
Nadelen: "1. Non disponibilité du Wi-Fi à bord de l'avion 2. Avion remplie à pleine capacité et ayant accepté des voyageurs avec plus de deux (2) bagages à main à bord 3. Aucun surclassement offert durant le vol tandis que la famille à côté de moi était malade 4. Ils ont perdus mon bagage à main alors que l'agence de bord m'avait promis de ne pas le perdre lorsque je lui ai demandé. Ils m'ont retiré mon bagage à main puisque ma petite valise que je transportais n'entrait pas sous le siège. L'agence de bord est parti avec mon bagage contentant tous mes médicaments, ma couverture et une partie de mes vêtements et c'est la dernière fois que j'ai vu ma valise. Lorsque je suis arrivé à Bruxelles, mon bagage à main qui fut placé en soute n'était pas à destination et j'ai pleuré toutes les larmes de ma vie."

Nadelen: "Pas avoir mes valises le jour que je suis arrivé au Pérou ....! C’est la primer fois que ça m’arrive ...!"

Nadelen: "Pas assez de place pour les bagages"

Nadelen: "Le vol est à moitié plein. Donc beaucoup de bancs vide. Je voyageais avec un chiot qu'on me demande de mettre au plancher par habitude. En temps normal, on a pas le choix puisque les bancs sont occupés, alors le plus sécuritaire pour tout le monde, c'est que bagages ( et chiot) se retrouve au sol sous le banc avant. Mais dans ce cas s'y, je pouvait ceinturer complètement la cage du chiot. Ne laissant aucun possibilité à celle-ci de se déplacer dans l'environnement s'il advenait des turbulences ou une perte de contrôle de l'appareil. Donc cala est une simple loi de physique. C'est plus sécuritaire pour tout les autres passagers que la cage soit retenue par la ceinture. Au lieu de cela, le personnel dit que c'est au cas où le compartiment ouvre et que des bagages à main tombe sur le chien (alors qu'en est-il pour nous? Devrais-je me coucher au sol?) où il m'explique que cela est plus sécuritaire pour le chiot puisque la ceinture pourrait se refermer sur la cage s'il y a des turbulences. Ce qui est ridicule, une ceinture ne se referme pas tout seule. Peut-être que le chien va bouger dans la cage mais au moin, la cage ne pourra pas bouger. Ce qui n'est pas le cas au sol. Alors plutôt de d'essayer de me convaincre que cela est plus sécuritaire pour le chiot d'être au sol, il vaudrait peut-être mieux leur expliquer les lois de la physique. Que l'équipage comprennent que tout ce qu'on peut immobiliser dans l'habitacle d'un véhicule de transport (avion,auto, train,...) c'est plus sécuritaire pour tout le monde. Que cela soit un chiot ou un bagage ne fait aucune différence. Faire preuve d'un peu de discernement et de réflexion peu s'avérer plus profitable et sécuritaire pour tous."

Voordelen: "La courtoisie de l'équipage. Le francais. Impossible d'évaluer le repas, car aucun pris à bord. Le sondage devrait proposer N/A."
Nadelen: "Un WC hors d'usage. Le système de divertissement inopérant pour les films: téléchargement trèèèssss lent et interruptions. Impossible d'ecouter un film. Enfin, les,sièges sont inconfortables pour un trajet de près de 4'heures!"

Voordelen: "Vol rapide et a l’heure malgré le décollage 1h plus tard (je pense qu’il a calculé ce délai qui ne serait pas inhabituel a PVG). Je n’ai rien a redire a part que c’est bien passé."

Nadelen: "C'était notre première fois avec Air Canada et nous avons été très déçus : tout est payant ! Bagage en soute et snack dans l'avion."

Nadelen: "Nalgré avis donné à l'agent de bord de l'état d'ébriété de 2 passagers, ces derniers ont reçu 7 vodka tonic. L'agence connaissait car clients réguliers. Ils avaient de la difficultés à descendre de l'avion. Déplorable."

Nadelen: "We're Not Satisfied With Our Seat From SFO TO YVR"

Voordelen: "The pilots were professional, got us there on time and did a wonderful smooth landing."
Nadelen: "The flights attendants uniforms were wrinkled and old, tired and worn out looking, their behaviour was the same. They were pretty much tired and disinterested in their job. Time to hire new blood, get new, fresh looking uniforms, and there definitely should be a weight limit, I have seen flight attendants who have to turn sideways to get down the aisle comfortably, what on earth would they do in an emergency. Yes size does matter. Look to JAP airlines for style and dignity in the job. Having said that I love Air Canada and fly it as often as possible home."

Voordelen: "L'équipage a été professionnelle et sympathique. Il n'y avait pas de repas donc ça ne rentre pas réellement en compte dans ma note."
Nadelen: "Les genoux de ma voisine dans le dos pendant 4 heures parce qu'elle était juste grande et que les sièges ne laissent aucun espace. On doit apporter notre appareil pour profiter des divertissements mais aucune prise électrique pour le charger si besoin donc soit on n'en profite pas, soit on paie 10$ pour louer un iPad."

Nadelen: "I couldn't board the plane due to new documentation requirements for travelers transiting in Canada. I understand the rules of the internet fare (no returns, exchanges or cancellations) but the customer service was awful. They didn't offer me any other alternative but to loose full value of the ticket ($1700). Nobody (kayak, vayama, air canada or brussel airlines) gave me any kind of information about those new requirements and I ended up cancelling the whole trip as I couldn't find any other flight to get to Europe. Really upsetting...."
