Nadelen: "This is my first flight with Turkish Airlines. It is much better than every Europe Airline company. Until the Covid19 pandemic is over I will not fly to Europe with any European company. Turkish Airline are that good. On top of that you get to transport two big bags of luggage for free."

And they always supply the same thing, unless I was just unlucky to have the same thing three times in a row. Boarding was chaotic - a full flight crammed into a departure lounge with far too few seats. There were many families trying to board and the staff could barely cope."

If they would have informed and talked with the other customers that would have been fine but being treated like a piece of furniture isn't nice. Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."

Nice meal, nice drinks, nice service...but I'm a little stunned that a European airline would call this kind of seating "business class". Only thing that separated it from economy class was a curtain, and middle seats blocked off."

That thing though slightly different was terrible every time. Also gates changes and pilot landed in wrong part of the airport for its-fra leg and we had to have passportA checked while exiting the plane and had to take a bus. My transit time was short but gladly made it"
Nadelen: "I missed my second leg from fra-ist. The gate was changed and I was given wrong directions by airport employees so I went through a very long and painful wait at a security line that I didn’t need to go through had the airport info employees knew what they were doing or saying. I ended up missing the flight because of repeated wrong directions"

Nadelen: "Istanbul to frankfurt flight had no entertainment, no charging usb ports n a small ham sandwitch for breakfast - this was a 4 hour early mirning international flight!!!"

Voordelen: "It was totally bad experience due to cancellations of the flights which I already booked to SJC airport in CA. The first confirmed Lufthansa flights No: LH 1305/ LH 488 ISTANBUL to SAN JOSE via FRANKFURT were cancelled. Then my family in USA contacted the airline and agreed about FLIGHT TK 005 / UA 1883: IST-ORD-SJC. At the checking counter in Atatürk Airport I got the last shock of being Lufthansa didn’t issue a ticket for the flight and the time was running fast and l had no contact neither with my family nor anybody else at the airport therefore i had to purchase a ticket to SFO via Frankfurt. In another word it was very bad experience."

Nadelen: "When in transit in Athens to a domestic flight they now require you to go through security again...bad news if you bought a bottle if something in your departure airport"

I reached the check in counter 55 minutes before departure time. It was closed. The ticket office had no sympathy, refused to issue me a boarding pass. My flight was paid for and confirmed. There was time to get through security and reach the gate by boarding time. All i needed was the boarding pass and they would not give it. I missed the flight i had paid for and of course you won't give me a refund It caused serious problems with my trip. I'm totally disgusted and will never buy another ticket on this ariline."

Even airline representative wasn't able to find any mention about no checked in luggage. Ticket price was twice more expensive than the lowcost ones. For me it felt like a scam. Especially they had very few passengers and it seems they're doing this intentionally"

Voordelen: "The flight crew was so friendly and the food was really good."

Nadelen: "The air conditioners fan was bad and they had to fix it in London which took over 40 minutes off travel time...we arrived much later than expected in Lagos"

Nadelen: "We were changed from KLM to Airiltalia without any information sent so only because I tried to check in did I find out the flight on KLM was cancelled and we were changed to Airitalia. The Airitalia flight was very mediocre."

Voordelen: "Once aboard the plane, all went well and I experienced excellent service from the cabin attendants."
Nadelen: "The flight was delayed (again!) for some 40 minutes and I was worried that I would miss my connection flight in Atlanata. Fortunately the pilot made up for the delay (probably costing the airline thousands in fuel). It seems these days that every KLM flight I take is delayed. This stretch goes back to 2015! Yet KLM prides itself as being punctual. Not the KLM that I have been flying!"

Voordelen: "Very good service, teh flight attendants made it as pleasant as possible, plane left on time"
Nadelen: "tough to sit on a plane for 9.5 hours"

Voordelen: "Service was great as usual. Food was very good and entertainment options were great so you won't have to be bored throughout the trip."

Voordelen: "Very attentive crew. Attended to needs immediately. Took a lot of time with each person when someone had something to say."
Nadelen: "The seat I had with no seats in front of me was very small. Much smaller than the other economy seats because the tray table and video screen were in the armrests. Paid extra for the legroom by ended up losing it side to side. Really had to squeeze into the seat."

Nadelen: "I really don't like when at the gate the take your luggage and say you'll be the first to get it at arrival.. And now I'm still waiting.. That's really really annoying"

Voordelen: "Was happy to pay extra 45.5 pounds for laugages which was hidden"

Voordelen: "The food rocks! I know that I will always be eating well with KLM. The staff is always so nice, professional and cordial...I always know I'll be in good hands with the flight."

Voordelen: "The crew came to get me from the arrival gate to get to the departure gate since our plane was delayed. It helped to know that the airline was checking to make sure we made the flight."
Nadelen: "I did not get my luggage in Nairobi. The delayed flight that was the most likely reason it did not get to the connecting flight to Nairobi."

Voordelen: "Nice seats, comfortable."
Nadelen: "Again, no aisle seat for SkyTeam Gold member. Also, my baggage was lost. First bag arrived a day late, second after I had left Billund and it was six days before the bag with my clothes reached me. I was told I will have 100 euro credit for clothing, but in the winter and for 6 days, this was not even close to the amount I needed for clothing and necessities, to have my time here."

Nadelen: "Le vol a été dérouté sur Lyon pour des vents dangereux. Seul hic, l’ensemble des autres vols atterrissants à Genève on tous pu atterrir dans la même tranche horaire. Ensuite reacheminement en bus ou taxi pour les plus chanceux. Sans qu’on nous donne le moindre repas. Pourtant atterrissage prévu initialement vers 11h. La il est 14h10 passé et le ventre vide et toujours sur la route entre Lyon et Genève."

Nadelen: "Flight was delayed (again) so I missed my train. Taxing and bus takes 30min as they do not take bridge :("

Nadelen: "Old plane. Terrible entertainment system. We ordered Kosher meals. They cam from a company called Stogel. NOT FIT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION. Flight attendants disavowed responsibility for anything other than meal service because "this is not our aircraft.""

Nadelen: "We could not board at the gate, but had to go down stairs to the tarmac and board a super crowded bus. The bus then took us out farther onto the tarmac to the plane."

Voordelen: "Without any note all passengers were required to pay for their baggage, same price either it was 10 or 20 kg. Nobody send any information before about this extra payment!"
Nadelen: "The airport wasn't ready to except foreigners. The personal at customs hardly could communicate in English, always switching to Polish. The custom officer forgot return transfer ticket. So, I had in no time to ask at the check point tofi s my name in the list and give me another tickets. It was very stressful."

Voordelen: "There was an incident with a passenger. He had an emergency and the plane went back to Berlin and got him an ambulance. From my point of view, if it wasn't for the Doctor (passenger) on board, he wouldn't have made it. It could've been anybody, even me or my friend traveling with me so, Great job! Congratulations to the Pilot and all the crew!"
Nadelen: "WE tried to Check in online and it gave us a bit of trouble. I think it was because of the connecting flight, it kept checking us in to the second flight but not the first one."

Voordelen: "The staff was nice"
Nadelen: "The flights were late"

Voordelen: "They had a overbooked flight I volunteer to give way my seat didn't ask for any money and return I lost my seat that I pay for it with no refund!"

Nadelen: "Toilets smelled terribly"

Nadelen: "I had to pay 70 Euros for luggage one way, while there was no information that my ticket does not include luggage. Actually, economic tickets (as mine) should have allowed for trips in Europe a checked in luggage according to the company website. I do not find any information regarding how I can pay for my luggage in advance, and not at the airport."
