The bad reviews made me worry so much as we are flying with a 17 month old but the flight and service was amazing!

I asked for face mask when boarding the airplane but to my dismay they did not stock COVID-19 face mask onboard and it would have been okay but the crew member said "you should have bought one" which totally is disrespectable and not appropriate as this totally goes against their policy of COVID-19 deterrence policy which they have laid out in their online app as well as their website. Although I made an online complaint regarding this matter....But so far nothing has been said or done! Very disappointed.
Le personnel de bord est rapide et efficace. Impossible d’emporter un bagage à main, tout est rempli en quelques minutes les gens ne respectent pas les limitations et donc les autres. Mais 10 minutes de retard à l’arrivée.

Embarquement en retard. Sièges peu confortables. Aucun écran dans la cabine. Repas très chers. Personnel parlant à peine anglais, ne débarrassant pas nos plats, incapable de nous renseigner sur le retard pour nos correspondances.

bloquer au niveau de l'embarquement sans explication pour nous mettre dans un autre avion, et à du payer un supplément sur place de 600€
I liked that we could pre order and pay for meals. Crew was super efficient and got everything exactly right and of course we didn’t even have to ask it was all super seamless I wish other airlines would do this.

Nadelen: "I hate traveling with this airline I couldnt sleep or rest During jurny the sttaff we were disturbing , there attention was how to purchase there meal and do there busines with out thinking about the thime and the passangers condation The tiolet was in abad condation and i couldnt use it"

Nadelen: "The staff isn't exactly friendly and the food is horrible. Do not buy food on the plane. Bottled and canned items are ok to buy, do not trust the rest."

Nadelen: "As an international traveler, I'm not aware of international flight times and rules when traveling. Thus, before my flight on the day, I tried to check-in online which was not available. I then checked check in times cut offs and on the website it clearly says in black and white that check in closes 45mins prior to departure. I made it to the Pegasus check in desk 55mins prior to departure, but it was already closed. In a complete frenzy, I ran to the one and only Pegasus agent and she absolutely refused to help me, saying "everyone knows it's one hour before check in". Uhm, no, everyone doesn't;t know, which is why they go and check it out on the website. That caused me not only to miss a flight and lose €120, but I then had to buy another flight for €370!!!!!!!! I now have to fight my way to the top to dispute this case."

Nadelen: "On my flight, passengers were rude to the extent that a fist fight broke out and cursing amongst everyone occurred."
Voordelen: "The tickets were relatively inexpensive."
Nadelen: "However, for comparably-priced flights within the United States, we would have been given a snack and two beverage services on a four hour flight. This was international (turkey to spain) and we weren't given anything. We couldn't even get water without paying for it. Definitely one of the worst flights I've ever taken."

Nadelen: "No one smiles or tries to help, the Baggage weighing is farcical as people get on in Turkey with three hand luggage’s. Flight was late, no explanation and no apology. Pre flight safety and general announcements are made as fast as possible. Unintelligible"

Nadelen: "Oh wow there’s a long list: -flight was late -no food or drinks were offered -seats were dirty -plane was dirty -staff spoke very limited English -every single food we ordered was “sold out” -credit. At cpayments we’re not accepted -toilets were not clean I could continue but the above suffices."

Voordelen: "From clealininess of the planes to the professional and sincere approach of the cabin crew, Pegasus is by far the best budget airline I have ever flown in the world. Their in flight menu prices are much affordable compared to most European airports (water is cheaper on the flight, compared to Berlin airport for example) For these prices, and this quality, they are uncompeted. I really hope they can maintain these cheap prices all the time."
