Foi bom, só gostaria de solicitar que vissem a situação dos assentos, não são muito confortáveis.
Bruh... Ryanair c'est du "Low cost". Que le stricte minimum sans plus. Les WCs étaient très salle!
We had to stand for 25 minutes after showing our Boarding Passes before being allowed to walk to the plane. It would have been better if they delayed boarding until everything was ready.
Le vol s’est bien passé. Personnel chaleureux
C'est RyanAir, rien d’exceptionnel.

I arrived 2.5 hours early and still stood in line to check in for an hour because two flights were checking bags with TWO EMPLOYEES! It's 120+ people, and they needed more people working! The flight leaving 20 minutes ahead of us was still checking people in 30 minutes from their departure time, so truly this was on whoever is managing this airline at this airport. I will never fly with RyanAir again."
Embarquement à Malaga à 16h50 au lieu de 15h35 (compagnie Air Europa) Correspondance à 18h15 à Palma de Majorque en direction de Marseille (compagnie Ryanair) Arrive à Palma à 18h20, nous avons logiquement pas pu embarqué à bord du vol Ryanair

Nadelen: "Sat on the plane for 1:30 due to delays and missing our departure slot then to be informed that there was no water ,drinks or any food on the plane due to “supply issues”. Then the conveyor system to broke down at East Midlands and all the cases had to be moved into the collection area by had by 2 security staff All in all 3 hours later for the booked taxi and didn’t arrive home till 4am ! Never had such a bad experience with Ryanair and East Midlands airport"

Nadelen: "My hardshell luggage was heavily damaged during the flight and the policy of the company makes it almost impossible to get a refund that is otherwise guaranteed by any air travel company. They have created a loophole that is impossible to exit in what I can assume is the majority of the cases they receive."

Le transit proposé par Pegasus m'a obligé à courir entre mes deux vols
Le personnel de bord est rapide et efficace. Impossible d’emporter un bagage à main, tout est rempli en quelques minutes les gens ne respectent pas les limitations et donc les autres. Mais 10 minutes de retard à l’arrivée.
Retard au départ et retard au retour Le staff fait rentrer les passagers sans prioriser les numéros des rangs du coup c’est un grand bazar et on prend du retard

Ma valise est arrivée cassée cela a tout gâché ! La compagnie n’est jamais disponible pour les réclamations bien évidemment..
Embarquement en retard. Sièges peu confortables. Aucun écran dans la cabine. Repas très chers. Personnel parlant à peine anglais, ne débarrassant pas nos plats, incapable de nous renseigner sur le retard pour nos correspondances.
il y eu du retard pour le décollage
bloquer au niveau de l'embarquement sans explication pour nous mettre dans un autre avion, et à du payer un supplément sur place de 600€

I was on a work trip followed by a vacation, the vacation got cut short and I had to cancel the flight, unfortunately there was no way to cancel online and due to the nature of my job I cannot make phone calls to the states. I was not expecting a refund just an easy way to cancel the ticket online."

Nadelen: "The none sense of explaining why I cant go on the plane ... according to there website I should have 2 stamps from the lebaniese authority on my passport one for going in and one for going out which I gladly provide them with... the responsoable for the check in at Frankfurt Airport and according to him was communicating with "pegasus Airline" in Istanbul by WhatsApp and just kept saying "those can't fly today" the funny thing he was writing in german and refuse to give me there number so I can explain the situation now the main reason why i couldn't go on the plane because I wasn't once in my life in Turkei which makes none sense according to there website I contacted them with Emails and they answered me that I should have the 2 stamps if i want to fly from Instanboul to Beirut which I already have but the haven't notice that i didnt even got ob the plane at the 1st place .... the huge amount of nobe sense, stupidity, the lying that there is no Pegasus airline office ath the airport and the 0 responsibility for there actions can provide you guys with a picture of how they behave with the customers"

Nadelen: "my flight from Rome to Istanbul delayed 1 hour so i missed my second flight to Athens and they asked me to stay at the airport till the next day waiting for free seat :( but i refused and i fighting with them .. then they found a free seat in the next flight"
