Voordelen: "The cabin crew was very attentive throughout the long flight, offering water and orange juice often. Good selection of movies was available."

Firstly the flight was delayed, these things happen but nevertheless I end up missing my connecting Qatar flight to Belgrade, put into a horrible little hotel for 24hrs without my bag, no clothes or toiletries. At one point during the flight once everyone had their chairs reclined one hostess told me to not put mine so far back?!?! Then when asked well then person in front of me has to move theirs forward and her response no they don’t. Absolutely shocking. To think I wanted to upgrade to business class. I’m traveling the globe over the next year and thought let me try Qatar but never again with this type of service and how they treat their customers."

Nadelen: "Low cost airline so they charge you for everything. I had to pay $159 to check a bag for a 1.5 hour flight. That nearly doubled the cost of the original ticket. By the time they charge you for everything, you don't save any money. And they even weigh every purse, backpack, handbag, etc. at the gate and start charging customers for carry on. Don't fly with these guys. And because their customers are dissatisfied, all the employees I encountered were rude."

Boarding in Doha was extremely slow, some passengers had issues with their travel documents and instead of handling those issues on the side, they kept everyone waiting for over 15 minutes"

Nadelen: "Onboarding was ridiculous. They merged two gates together with no instructions to the large crowd of people boarding the plane. We were scheduled to start boarding at a certain time and we didn’t actually board until 45 minutes later. When we asked the attendants when we would begin boarding and did they have any instructions they were extremely rude, laughing with one another and taking selfies. When we we asked for the third time they brushed us off with a time frame. It was extremely disappointing."

Nadelen: "Original schedule was changed from Sunday departure to Saturday without notifying us resulting in a 12 hour stay at Philadelphia and a one day loss of our scheduled trip. So far no explanation from webjet."

Voordelen: "Good quality planes with lots of leg room! Also, pretty and young crew...unlike most domestic airlines."

Nadelen: "The aircraft was changed and passengers were required to check in their hand luggage, yet remove their electronics from their hand carry. In my case I had several electronic items which I had to carry onto the aircraft and store awkwardly which created a major risk of my camera and laptop being damaged in the process. This is not the kind of service I expect from Qatar Airways, especially considering the exorbitant ticket prices."

Voordelen: "Cet avion un B--777 avait plus d’espace pour les jambes, ce qui fut fortement apprécie.. Ce n'était pas le cas pour les épaules, surtout si le voisin est le moindrement corpulent ou un peu hors norme, ce qui n'est pas mon cas, ni celui de mon épouse."
Nadelen: "Dormir dans un avion ou essayé d'y dormir est une sacrifice que je ne suis plus prêt a payer . Dorénavant, je me contenterai de de distance ne dépassant 7-9-heures"

Nadelen: "same remark : Before our trip we called Kayak service desk with the request to reserve our seats. The answer obtained was that we should do it online. When we went online there were almost no more seats available so we decided to go to the check in counter in the airport. Although we were more than 3 hours in advance in the airport there were almost no seats available. We were very disappointed about this service, we never experienced this with any other airline companies..."

Voordelen: "Once staff were aware that my child was sick one staff member in particular regularly checked on the well being of my child."
Nadelen: "Crew only helpful when pushed to help. My child was sick and the cabin crew tried to give me food. I said that my child had just vomited but there was no offer to help me clear it up they just continued serving food to other passengers. I had to search for someone to help me to clear up and then I felt as though I was an inconvenience. I then had to look for someone to bring food for myself and other child. My other child is 1yr and 11 months and I was told they were only allowed baby food not a child meal. Although there were a few spare seats on the plane I was squashed into a full row with a 3 yr old and one year old on my lap. I appreciate that there may not have been any bassinet seats left but would have been helpful not to be on a full row as a single adult travelling with two small children. No offers for assistance with bags."

Luggage limited to 2 pieces, even as GOLD FF, was made to pay US$200 dollars on a ticket of already 3,500 dollars and the price is the same for F-C-Y! The treatment was really commerce, as if the check in gets a commission"

I am a small person, 5'1'' and 110 lb. Consider not having such a huge gap between 1st class and economy. Way over crowded."

Nadelen: "I'm desapointed with first flight with Emirates. Having travelled with various airlines, i was expecting a much better service on board. 15 min waiting on a call for the cabin crew to answer and separately banquets and pillows who stinks."

Nadelen: "On this flight, the Gluten Free snack wasn't good. Only one meal was served. For a 10 hour flight, there should be two meals. A snack was served towards the end of the flight. The GF snack was not good! it was two rice cakes with chicken inside. I felt as if they ran out of GF bread!"

Nadelen: "I didn't like the long delay to stay in the airport on hard chairs before leaving Cape Town. The delay affected all the other connections with long periods of stay in the airports. The whole flight was rough, being shaken all the time."

If they would have informed and talked with the other customers that would have been fine but being treated like a piece of furniture isn't nice. Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."

Nadelen: "Suggestions: A few more centimetres of space between the rows of seats would work wonders. A piece of fruit (apple or tangerine) would add to the enjoyment of the food. A wider range and variety of movies would increase the quality of the entertainment."

Nadelen: "The flight to Lviv was cancelled after 3 hours delay. All happens in life. But the only option Turkish airlines were offering is to fly the next day. I was flying to the funeral and this was not working for me (especially this was their second flight to Lviv cancelled - 2 in a row). The transfer desk didn't inform that there were two other flights going the same day of other airlines. When i approached to help me to go with a different airline the personal was very rude saying they will not help transferring the luggage and that they can't unload the luggage sooner than 3 hours after you go out of the security and passport control. When i asked to book to a different destination in Ukraine. It took 50 min at the desk to do it. Simply because 4 people at the desk were laughing and joking and nobody was concerned about the queue of over 40 people staying. After 30 min it turned out they've lost my boarding pass and it took 15 min to find it as one of the transfer guys managers simply took it to a different room... At the end when they found it it took only 5 min to do the work. I would appreciate more information from the desk about available flights and more support to manage the situation. I'm happy that people at the transfer desk are so joyful and happy it obviously helps to deal with the stressed passengers whose flight was cancel."

Nadelen: "It was a struggle to get our hotel from the turkish hotel desk crew. We were travelling from Cape Town to Toronto with a little baby and had a layover of approx 10 hours at Istanbul. They claimed that our layover was 9 hr 40 mins (and not 10 hours) and I had to argue before we finally got a transit hotel. Their customer service is poor."

Nadelen: "Service on this flight was significantly better than the Cairo flight, probably just because this flight goes to London. Welcome drink were promptly served but the food choice was still a big no-no. EVERYTHING CONSISTS OF DAIRY PRODUCT THAT I M ALLERGIC TO. When I brought this to the flight attendant's attention, none of them was apologetic and none of them tried to find out another solution to me, who was flying their airline the first time and didn't know the not-so-diverse food option."

Nadelen: "Checking in was bad. We had difficulty with the agent, who said that we needed to wrap our plastic tubs. We have flown other airlines using these same tubs for 15 years. After our minor altercation, the food on the two legs from Dammam and then on to Atlanta was very bad. I am not very picky with food and like just about anything. However, I was unable to eat the food served in 2 out of 3 meals. My time on Frankfurt was also not very pleasant. I will most likely try to avoid Lufthansa in the future."

Nadelen: "Took first available train , arr. Freising at 9:50. Arrived at Terminal 2 by bus ca. 10:25. I am handicapped and a slow walker, so I got to departure floor ca. `10:40. Waited in line at self-serve check-in; found out that it does not have ability to process numbers (for US address). Attendant was not helpful and nasty. She told me me to go to the regular check-in line, where I waited another 45 minutes. None of the 3 "help" personnel standing around when approached managed to tell me that there was a special counter for handicapped persons. The one at the express self-check-in refused to give me her lasst name or any form of ID (first name Sophia). After waiting an additional 15 minutes for a wheelchair, I was deposited in a waiting area, where a second wheelchair arrived after another long wait. Told me I might not make the plan (I did). Overall a very unpleasant and nasty experience. With the exception of the very nice lady (Mrs. Ilser?? ) who checked in my luggage, none of the other 3 persons at the express and regular check-in spoke decent German or English, and none was helpful (Go there, wait!!!) Barely made the plane in MUC, Heathrow turned out much better than the touted German efficiency. Please forward to Lufthansa customer relations. Dr. W. Hartwig"

Nadelen: "Economy class felt like a punishment. It seemed like I was forever being reminded that the business and first class passengers were treated better. I'm not talking about perks like free champagne, but asking the economy class to enter the airplane from the rear using a lower standard stairwell ramp seems bizarre."

Nadelen: "The flight was delayed for 2.5 hours, for a reason they never made clear after they let the passengers wait in line for 45 minutes to board. Once aboard, the Lufthansa planes were much much less comfortable than the Air Canada plane I took to Frankfurt. There is very little space and the seats are crammed together. The food they served was very bad, especially again in comparison with Air Canada. Once we arrived in Toronto, they made us wait nearly an hour before exiting the aircraft. It would seem that the Toronto airport would have to know we were coming and should have prepared accordingly, but apparently not. We sat, several passengers missed their connecting flights and were angry. I nearly missed my flight, having to run and race through customs (who are in no hurry)."

Nadelen: "Flight 2 hours delayed, started boarding but had to wait on line 10 more minutes on boarding ramp for plane door to be opened, upon landing in Dublin had to wait on tarmac for anther 15 minutes for stairs to arrive and be connected to airplane. Then had to wait another hour for checked luggage...."

Nadelen: "The seat I had with no seats in front of me was very small. Much smaller than the other economy seats because the tray table and video screen were in the armrests. Paid extra for the legroom by ended up losing it side to side. Really had to squeeze into the seat."

Nadelen: "Had travelled KLM to Amsterdam on my first flight 27 years ago and the aircrafts are stuck in that age! Lousy seats, poor quality bathrooms, lousy screens, prefer not to fly them"

Voordelen: "He missed it due to having a 32 minute layover, which he ran all the way to board."
Nadelen: "he had no choice but to look at the closed door of his flight, and wait an additional 7 hours and they didn't even give him a voucher for food. I'm his mother, I'm currently visiting family in Scotland, so couldn't help him much. I'm pretty disgusting and disappointed by the whole experience."

Nadelen: "The boarding area was total chaos. In order to get to the gate I had to literally fight with the 100s of people who were waiting in the same area. No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Nadelen: "tv screens are dated so movies are not as crisp as you find in newer planes. you need a 2 prong audio adapter to use your own headphones."

Nadelen: "This airplane must be the oldest in the fleet. No USB, no charging, no touchscreen technology, no plugs, no bluetooth."
