Nadelen: "There was a person name Manzoor at Lahore airport working with Qatar Airways ticketing he was asking me to pay him $50 to help me get boarding pass. i will also contact Qatar Airways about this incident if this issue is not going to forward to the airline please let me know."

Nadelen: "Even though we landed in Doha before our connection left ( barely-20 min)on Qatar airways, they would not hold the connecting flight for the 7 of us who were connecting. This was extremely disappointing as we then lost a full 8 hours of our first day arrival. If they schedule you for a 45 minute connecting flight, I suggest you book a later one. Our flight from NYC left on time but was 20 min late landing. Their only compensation to us all was use of the airport lounge in Doha ( quite nice with free food wine and showers, but would rather have had the extra day in Bali."

The bathrooms were SO dirty and yet no flight attendant took out the trash or cleaned it even though we are in the midst of a pandemic. We were also not given hygiene kits to keep ourselves safe. DO NOT FLY WITH THIS AIRLINE."

If they would have informed and talked with the other customers that would have been fine but being treated like a piece of furniture isn't nice. Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."

One of the flights did even give headphones. The staff wasn't rude and not helpful, and didn't make the flight comfortable. I had high hopes flying with Turkish Airlines for the first time, but I was thoroughly disappointed with everything."

Often rolling their eye and making overt gestures to passenger questions - one crew member just threw the food tray down and it all spilled over another passenger - they also struggle with english and so is hard understanding both ways - abslote the worst food selection and quality in my experience. Better pack your own food from home"

Nadelen: "No body from airline staff was at Lahore Airport to facilitate passengers.Lot of time wasted.One staff member was attending 2 rows of passengers in slow operational speed."

Voordelen: "Travelled in Airbus 380 for the firstvtime and I was impressed by size of the plane and comfort in economy class. Enough of leg space to bend my leg and avoid bad blood circulation. Overall comfortable flight."
Nadelen: "Again I found behaviour of few Crew Members a bit rute for instance i asked hor headphone from one of the attendant and she immediately told me that it cannot be missing as she put the headphone there by herself making me feel like as if i stole the headphones. I was bit speechless though i really wanted to reply to her but it would have been rude. Second thing I did not like about flight was foir serving. In our over 7 hour flight, we were just served breakfast in the morning just 2 hours before landing. Its not healthy to keep customers hungry what if the customer is diabetic. Airline need to understand that up in the sky we are dependent on them for our basic needs and it should be respected."

Nadelen: "No food and crew was so rude and Lahore airport crew not only rude also nasty"

Nadelen: "food was bad in taste ,they present us just like give to baggers there was no serving in trays .pictures show in add. are all falls we did not get that kind of food in our whole trip . for exps .in dinner they serve 2 small buns filled with 2 leave of spinch 1 bean barito 1small piece of chocolate for desert. for breakfast was lentel,with mashed patatos.when I asked for somthing else.reply was we do not have anything else.so i did not have anything in my 15 houre flight."

Voordelen: "Crew was nice"
Nadelen: "The behavior of crowd and no leg space"

Voordelen: "US immigration was a breeze at Abu Dhabi. Online check in was not working. Abu Dhabi airport had a lot of options for passengers in transit. Flights were on time."
Nadelen: "Food was terrible on the flight. Baggage was not handled properly."

Voordelen: "Food was great!!!"
Nadelen: "Crew not friendly!! Flight dropped cup and napkin never excused herself- smh"

Voordelen: "The Airbus A321 flight was much more comfortable than the 1st leg. The service again was good"
Nadelen: "There wasn't anything not to like."

Voordelen: "You know how it is. It's a long haul international flight and you're flying economy. NOTHING is ever good."
Nadelen: "Seats are super narrow, wifi did not work, food was quite poor."

Nadelen: "Crew was not as attentive as Emirates Airlines."

Voordelen: "The entertainment"
Nadelen: "Horrible food and beverages The crew will never serve a Diet Coke with ice come what may. If asked a lot they will give you a tiny serving mostly without ice. They will never give you a meager can. Ublebeliavable."

Nadelen: "Was not allowed to board flight, had to purchase a second d ticket, told no seats available until Sept 17 which was a lie, after an additional charge of $750.10. Could not reach customer service. Ended up buying a ticket with another airline. Would like some reimbursement in this."

Voordelen: "Cleanness - friendly staff -"
Nadelen: "Landing."

Nadelen: "The toilet configuration is not good. It is cramped and the sink positioing makes It difficult to wash your teeth."

Voordelen: "Everything ran smoothly!! People are very friendly and staff were amazing!"
Nadelen: "Can't fault it!!"

Voordelen: "Crew was cool and service was good."
Nadelen: "Because I purchased the ticket from kayak I feel like they punished me. I had a 14 hour layover. I went to the counter ask about a meal voucher and they said I didn't qualify because I purchased through a 3rd party and so I sat there for 14 hours dreaming of when I would eat next."

Voordelen: "Crew was supportive"
Nadelen: "Food was a huge let down"

Voordelen: "Staff was great. Food was good, not great, but better than every other airline."
Nadelen: "The guest services agent at Delhi when I checked in was very strict about having a through ticket at my destination which almost caused me to miss my flight. I had previously checked with the consolate at my destination and there was no such requirement. Upon arrival, there was no concern whatsoever about having a through ticket. I know she was just doing her job, but this caused a lot of unnecessary stress."

Voordelen: "Leg space"
Nadelen: "Boarding was chaotic Crew wss average in service"

Nadelen: "The flight tickets from AUH to LAX were changed in the middle of the flight from HYD to AUH. This caused lot of travel and pain for my in-laws."

Nadelen: "They should include a separate meal that is more to the liking for kids e.g kids meal instead all they offer is the same meal as adults to the kids as well"

Voordelen: "efficient methods. kind polite staff. security workers were helpful and instructive, and kept order."
Nadelen: "tremendous amounts of walking in abu dhabi airport. not ideal for elderly or children. or anyone exhausted from travel."

Nadelen: "TERRIBLE time management!! Missed the connecting flight by a few minutes and didn't get a connecting flight for 7 hours thereafter! There was absolutely time for us customers (who landed just 20 min later than expected) to make the connecting flight but we were told it was "too late" to board the other plane. This is extremely inconvenient! I got back to SFO 14 hours after the expected time! WHY don't you guys manage your connections better?? I am never flying Etihad again!"

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "They didn't bring my baggages when I arrived to riyadh they said might be come in one day it was first time i have had this experience with the airlines"

Voordelen: "The service was spectacular to begin with. It was consistent, frequent and ultimately satisfying. It was a very comfortable ride with enough space for a broad guy like me. What I love most is their selection of entertainment. I have to say that in the 16-17 hours I flew with them (which I just came home from) I never felt claustrophobic, uncomfortable, or bored. I was in the middle seat. I love their flight progress and flight time. Their timing was very accurate. In fact, both flights landed earlier than expected."
Nadelen: "I didn't really dislike anything on the return trip. It was everything I expected and more"

Voordelen: "Crew comfort"

Voordelen: "The entertainment system was top notch and the plane was beautiful. Everything was comfortable and nice."
Nadelen: "We had a huge delay for security purposes. Which is OK, I am not giving mediocre ratings on that front. But instead because throughout the many, many hours that we were waiting for the plane to be rechecked, we were not offered even water. Throughout the waiting, it was the middle of the night and a lot of the food shops in the airport were not open. The crew knew that we were going to be waiting in the security area for many hours, even peanuts and water bottles would have been welcomed after the six hour delay."

Voordelen: "The flight was awesome. A380 is thebest"
Nadelen: "They didnt have A380 from abu dhabi to SFO which was the longest part of my trip."

Voordelen: "Service"

Voordelen: "Timeliness of the flight and communication from the flight deck."
Nadelen: "Particularly on the flight from Abu Dahbi to Washington, D.C., attendants were rude with not only me, but other customers. They were short in their responses, forgot requests multiple times, and didn't make the little bit of extra effort to provide translators in Arabic, ensure an elderly lady next to me had the meal she needed, and secure the food options that we asked for. Our row was told us there were no more chicken meals for example, when we saw an attendant on the other side of the plane offer consistent chicken meals for multiple rows to come. They were just being lazy and didn't even want to ask."

Nadelen: "Pathetic airline service especially towards senior citizens.. One of the worst airline.. Poor baggage tracking system and Etihad staff lacks knowledge about their own airline.."

Voordelen: "Flight was roughly on time. Had purchased extra leg room. Was comfortable"
Nadelen: "Staff was not interested in providing service. Their attitude was more like "I just do my job". Food was appalling and wines too. Entertainment only had stupid movies"

Nadelen: "Etihad overbooked me along with more than a dozen other passengers on a 14-hour international flight. Apparently Etihad decides on who gets left behind. Etihad's "Transit Travelers" service is one of the WORST customer service desks I've ever been to. I waited in line for 2 hours. Passengers were urging to be served so they can make it to their connecting flights not knowing they have been already selected not to board those plains. Voices were raised and demands were made to speak to the supervisor. It was chaos. I made it to the agent shortly after the gate to my flight had opened. I was shocked by how the agent lacked empathy when he informed me I won't make it to the connecting flight because it had been overbooked. Not an apology or even sir! I was forced to be rerouted which stretches my 25-hour trip to 33 hours. Then the connecting flight gets delayed more than an hour resulting in missing the second connecting flight. Now my trip has become a 41-hour trip, I missed a day of work that's worth more than double the value of the voucher Etihad gave me and lost one day of unscheduled vacation. Etihad even damages my bag that had servived more than 10 flights. I will never fly Etihad and strongly recommend against flying with Etihad."

Nadelen: "Abu-Dhabi was very crowded with passengers and it took very long (actually I was amongst last few passengers who boarded my connection). Depending on time of year, etc the time to connection need to be increased."

Voordelen: "crew friendly...."
Nadelen: "seats too uncomfortable......food pathetic...leg spacing tight.....person sitting next always unhappy."

Nadelen: "Lot of room to improve in all areas."

Voordelen: "The food was ok."
Nadelen: "The crew at O'hare Airport had terrible customer service.. The boarding crew made everyone buy new carry-on bags as their current bags were apparently 'too tall' to fit, even though most of the passengers there had arrived from domestic flights without having any issue with their carry-on baggage. They said that either pay $300 to check-in your bag, or buy a new bag. Once everyone had bought new bags ($100 minimum) and ditched their old bags (created a huge pile in the corner of the boarding area), they didn't bother to check the new bags to see if they were now compliant... Never flying with Etihad!"
