Le transfert de dossier entre Delta et Air France qui affrétait l'avion n'avait pas été réalisé. Nous n'avions pas de billets pour le vol retour. Le personnel Air France à l'enregistrement nous a dit de nous débrouiller avec le service assistance Delta Américain pour le transfert de notre dossier, alors que j'ai des enfants en bas âge… Finalement, quelqu'un a accepté de s'occuper de nous, et après une heure de négociation, il est parvenu à nous avoir des billets d'avion. C'était une expérience très désagréable. Je ferai attention pour mon prochain voyage à acheter mes billets d'avion autrement

Nous avons fait la queue pour l’embarquement pendant de longues minutes. Au moment de passer, on nous dit que nos passeports doivent être vérifiés. Obligation de suivre une autre queue. L’hôtesse nous demande notre test Covid alors qu’il n’y en n’a pas besoin pour revenir en France. Une fois les passeports vérifiés, on nous demande de retourner à la fin de la première queue…donc très long !

Notre vol a été annulé, puis l’autre retardé ainsi nous avons loupé notre correspondance. Ensuite nous n’avons pas eu notre valise à l’arrivée

Des casques anti bruits pourraient être transmis si les conditions de voyage deviennent difficiles : les pleurs et les cris d’enfants durant tout le trajet et ce quasi sans interruption ont rendus le vol très désagréable . Vol choisi à l’initial car etant un vol de nuit et cela permettait d’avoir un peu de calme. Le personnel était sympathique et avait des bases en français ce qui était agréable. Ce qui n’était pas réellement le cas pour le vol aller . En vous remerciant,

L’embarquement s’est déroulé facilement. L’équipage manquait un peu de disponibilité

Mauvaise gestion du retard et de l’embarquement. Repas minuscule qui donne la nausée. Personnel de bord qui parle super fort y compris quand 75% du vol dort…. J’étais très mal installé, même dans une low cost j’étais mieux, assez déçue

Sat on ground at Lax for 40 min after landing because some one was at our gate. After a 3 1/2 hour flight it sucks to just sit there and wait for no reason that the pilot could give us. So much for ever getting out of the airport on time.

Everything was great until landed and had to wait 25 minutes to get into our gate! Can’t think of a good excuse for that on such a late, cross-country flight. Plenty of prep time!

Je suis un Franco Americain de 63 ans residant aux US depuis 38+ ans. Apparement mon retour vers Miami a ete booké sans baggage !!!??? De toute evidence une grossiere et innacceptable erreur !!! Comment puis rentrer chez moi sans bagagge ??? Imaginez ma surprise quand Air France m'a informé au "checkin" que mon billet de retOur n'incluait pas un baggage et a refusé de me laisser embarquer avec ma valise de 21 kilos si je ne payais pas un " suplement de €60. A €960+ ce billet ne qualifie pas particulierement de billet "discount"!!!??? Pour compliquer les choses encore un peu plus suite a un traumatisant vol de picpokets dans le metro parisien qq jours avant mon retour je n'avais plus de carte bancaire. Depuis presque 40 ans de voyages entre mes 2 pays je n'ai jamais eu une experience plus desagreable et humiliante dans un aeroport. De retour en Floride a la maison je suis stressé triste humilié et terriblement deçu par ce dernier jour dans ma ville lumiere de naissance.

They ask for electronic vaccination status to be downloaded but then they ask to see it again!!! Whats the point of downloading?? Also economy class was allowed to board through business and were not told to go to a different line

Transit à Frankfort : horrible !

J'ai manqué ma connection en dépit des assurances de l'équipage. 6 heures d'attente.

Vol retardé (+ d'1 heure), pilote qui annonce que les autres vols à Frankfurt sont aussi retardés, donc qu'il sera possible tout de même de continuer le voyage. Annonce qu'un employé de Lufthansa va nous attendre pour nous aiguiller. Rien de cela ne s'est passé. La seule chose c'est que j'ai manqué ma connection, à peu près 8 heures de retard. Inacceptable

Le fait de refuser de servir un deuxième verre de vin sous prétexte d’effectifs réduits à cause de la pandémie, Servir de l’eau ou du vin ce ´n’est pas plus difficile ! Aucun choix de repas et une bouillie trop cuite qu’ils osent appeler pasta. Personnel de bord particulièrement expéditif et antipathique. Le pire long courrier de ma vie.

When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

Got passed over during the first drink service. Second service was more agreeable. Passengers are allowed to prop their feet up on the backs of the seats in front of them and to play their devices without headphones so everyone has to listen to it?For 4 hours. Why does this go unchecked? Is the comfort of a single passenger more important than all the others? I normally have nothing but good things to say about Air France but they missed the mark today by a wide margin.

Delta airlines n’est pas une compagnie au niveau d’Air France. Les plateaux repas sont décevants et le personnel navigants est désagréables et quelque peu brutales, constamment énervés et peu prompt à répondre aux demandes des passagers.

Je comprends pas qu'on travaille en aéroport en plus pas nous indiquer ou même le site au-delà de 15 jours voir d'autres pays quand on y va il nous faut un visa c'est inadmissible de perdre 1000 € sans compter qu'ils ont même pas fait un geste pour au moins reprendre un vol ça ne coûte plus cher que si on prenait un voilà par. Je recommande pas la compagnie Vietnam Airlines ce sont des gros voleurs des escrocs"
Nadelen: "My entire travel experience became extremely rushed and chaotic due to my flight being canceled and me being alerted -LESS THAN AN HOUR BEFORE IT TOOK OFF! This is unacceptable."
Voordelen: "The crew worked hard, but the food was below the French standards."
Nadelen: "The flight was delayed for 2.5 hours and the passengers spent this time in the cabin without a/c."

We had tickets to sit in first class, but that section was oversold, so we were bumped down to economy. I am very unhappy about that. The employees in the terminal at the check-in desk were very friendly and tried to solve this. They helped us with boarding as first class passengers, and did everything thing else that they could do for us under the circumstances. Since we were sitting in the first row of the economy section on the plane, the flight attendants ignored us, for the most part. We did not receive the first class meal, although any of the economy class food was free. The dehydrated stew was awful. The sandwich was okay.

Nadelen: "If the flight actually left! It was canceled for a reason that was not given. I was rebooked the next day on another airline. Lost a whole day."

Nadelen: "First time flying transcontinental without a meal service. Purchased a “pizza” that looked nothing like the picture. One drink service over the course of 7 hours. Brutal."
Voordelen: "Avion neuf, confortable et silencieux. Nous sommes partis en retard mais sommes arrivés « presque » à l’heure prėvue."
Nadelen: "La barrière de départ n’a pas été indiquée sur les écrans électroniques, et comme nous nous étions enregistrés en ligne et que nous attendions au salon où les vols ne sont pas annoncés, nous sommes arrivés tard à l’embarquement et avons presque manqué notre vol. À bord, le personnel a fait le nécessaire mais pas plus, service peu chaleureux et minimaliste. Le débarquement s’est fait avec une navette, comme à Mirabel dans le temps, et comme il n’y avait qu’une seule navette à la porte arrière, le processus a êté laborieux."
Voordelen: "This flight was good, direct to PDX in 8 hours. Inflight entertainment was good and staff pleasant. Boarding was smooth and flight was on time. Luggage all retrieved safely at destination."
Nadelen: "My complaint is with Kayak! We believed we were choosing a flight with first bag checked free, but that was so far from the truth! Each of our two checked bags cost $75 USD, adding a brutal $150 to the cost of our flight! Food was also quite expensive."
Nadelen: "Surprised by very large bag fees, reservation was unclear about baggage allowance and charges."
Voordelen: "Iceland air have a good product. They fly 757 and 767s that are clean and well maintained. Staff is very helpful, I changed over a flight during the layover in KEF and it was flawless, I got my checked bag as promised in CPH which was quite well done. So, they went out of their way to accommodate me. KEF does great with passport control and the lounge there is very nice."
Nadelen: "KEF is a busy airport, always at capacity for travelers. Depending on the season it is hard to find a seat at the airport let alone the gate. During summer it is hard to even walk thru the airport. Depending on your abilities, give yourself time to get to the gate."

Voordelen: "I really enjoyed flying with Iceland Air. One bag included for check in with ticket - which can be hard to come by these days. As well, the plane was brand new, leather seats and entertainment system. There was water and a blanket waiting for you at your seat once you boarded. They were very efficient and the crew made the trip a pleasant journey. Would highly recommend!"

Everyone stood in line for a long time as no one knew what to do, and there was no waiting area or seating. No free food or alcoholic drinks on an international flight."

Voordelen: "Plane was on time/even ahead of time, though we were late leaving due to waiting for connections - for which I was grateful, as we landed from Geneva 5 minutes before we were due to start boarding and had a certain distance to cover, plus long lines for passport control. Crew were courteous and drinks were offered twice. Like the water offered as you board as well."
Nadelen: "The boarding process seemed rather chaotic to me. Everyone lined up. you were supposed to scan your ticket, but it didn't work for a number of people, who then had to go to an attendant to get checked. In the end, we all got on, however! I might have watched a movie if I'd known to bring my own head set. Wasn't up for buying one, which was the alternative. Couldn't listen to music either. But I read a lot and dozed."
Voordelen: "Cleanses"
Nadelen: "Too bad that there is no food included in the flights. We bought sandwiches, and they were worth it though :)"
Voordelen: "I booked Economy Comfort, but the plane's configuration was such that I had effectively a Saga (business) class seat. It was overall very comfortable. Service was excellent, with free meals and beverages (champagne excepted). The seatback video was large, clear, and had a lot of content, including lots of tourism-promotion videos. Economy Comfort gets you access to the Saga lounge in KEF, which was very nice."
Nadelen: "The tray in the armrest, when opened, was too close for comfort. It did swing away, but then was at an angle. The seat of the passenger in front of me was somewhat broken in that it leaned back at an angle."
Voordelen: "Planes were clean and very comfortable. Entertainment was great. Crew was professional and well informed."
Nadelen: "It was extremely disappointing that absolutely no food of any kind was offered on the 5 1/2 hour flight from Boston to Reykjavik. No pretzels, no bag of nuts, no cookies, NOTHING. The only thing handed out on the 5 1/2 hour flight was a bottle of water at the start. There wasn't even a choice of beverages. I would very much have appreciated knowing that beforehand, so that I could pick something up at the airport to tide me over. Needless to say, there was only water offered on the flight from Reykjavik to Hamburg. I cannot overemphasize-- Icelandair should at least clearly inform passengers in advance of their overseas flights that there will be no food service."

When we boarded our plane it was cold, and then we had to sit and wait for 45 minutes while we waited for connecting passengers. I would've preferred to be held up inside the terminal a little longer than sit on a cold plane with little communication. No water fountains at KEF"
Voordelen: "Short transit. Although the first leg of my flight was delayed by more than 1h 30 minutes, they arranged for quick transfers at Reykjavik airport and we arrived almost on time at final destination."
Nadelen: "No free food is served on board so make sure to bring your own food or be prepared to buy your meal on board (they don't accept cash, only bank/credit cards)."
Voordelen: "There were so many things wrong with our flight from Gatwick to NYC. The check in staff were rude and homophobic at check in, forcing my partner and I to separate for check in while we watched heterosexual partners check in together freely. The disabled toilet alarm broke as we descended into NYC and we listened to end-of-the-world death sirens as we were landing. It was not communicates that food was a microtransaction on flight and was so overpriced so we went nearly 13 hours without food because the flights were also delayed on the tarmac. The de-icing tow truck in Iceland was broken down so we were delayed two hours on the layover. On return, both Icelandair gates opened late. During the layover we were kettled in hot container units before 20 min before being bussed to the plane and held for 15 minutes. Then, the icing on the cake was landing back at Gatwick and seeing my brand new luggage I bought on the trip damaged with thr back pocked ripped out along the bottom seam. I will never again ride with these rude, price-gouging, apathetic amateurs."
