Maybe provide a bigger pillow in addition to neck pillow to have something to rest arms on. Also tou need more movies. Singapore Airlines has many more options. We had to wait in a huge line to get rebooked and it was clear the Japan Airlines employees did not know what they were doing. Put me on a flight next day and couldn't even provide hotels for us (gave us $100 to find our own which was near impossible at that time). I had to sleep in a sleeping bag in the airport overnight by myself."

Nadelen: "Boarding was actually good. It was checking your luggages in and getting your boarding passes which was POOR. Passengers on International flights going out of the Philippines are advised be at the airport at least 3 hours before scheduled flight. Well, the JAL check-in counter opened at 650AM for the 950AM flight (exactly 3 hours before the scheduled flight), with maybe some 50 people already in line. With most passengers coming far from the airport, it will be very very helpful if the counter, even at least one counter, would open earlier, so that passengers who came in early could check in early and wait comfortably in the departure area."

Voordelen: "My flight is at 9:50 am but I arrived around 5:30 am , as expected the line was already long and one of the crew told us the front desk will not open until 6:30. My husband reserved my ticket going back to US. I was assigned to seat on an exit, but when I went to the gate , one of a female employee keeps telling me if I'm aware I'll be seating on an exit and I said yes , I look for a vacant seat so I can relax while waiting, she went back again and asked me if the front desk desk gave me any paper about the task I have to do when seating on an exit. I read it and understand . She came back again for the third time and borrow my boarding pass and check something and asked me if I want to transfer to another seat, and I said no. I don't know what she wants me to do , but I'm so irritated because she keeps asking me the same question over and over again."

Nadelen: "Pax are advised to show up at least 3 hours before flight. My wife and I showed up 3hrs 45 min before takeoff. There were perhaps 40 to 50 people already in line ahead of us. But no checkin counters were open. The first check-ins began 3 hours prior to take off. By that time the line was backed all the way out into the main corridor. It would be MUCH better for ANA and the customer to begin the checkin process 3.5 to 4hours prior instead of 3."

Nadelen: "Flight actually has a later departure slot than the headline departure time; being Narita, there is a significant risk of extra delay due to runway congestion. Arrived late at BRU and nearly missed connection due to combination of this (nearly 1 hour delay) and adverse jet stream."

Nadelen: "I left 3 hours early from my hotel. This was my first time ever being in the Philippines so I did not fully grasp the amount of traffic. I arrived at the check in counter with 52 minutes to spare and they told me I could not board. The plane wasnt even boarding passengers yet. I even went as far as to say that I would leave my luggage as I had to get on the flight. They did not allow this either. They said that I would need to get on another flight. To add insult to injury they did not credit me with ANY of what I had purchased for my previous flight since I ordered through Kayak. I am 100% dissatisfied with ANA and I am asking kayak to rectify what they have done. I have already emailed ANA upper management and will be taking this to social media, the news, and any other outlet I can find. I had to pay for a hotel, miss 2 days of work and pay for a 700 dollar "premium" seat ticket since that was all they claimed they had. I find that last part funny, since I saw about 12 empty seats on my flight. I am hoping to hear from kayak so they can explain why they do business with a company that clearly does not care about it's customers."

There are plenty storage space in your seat space. The entertainment system has many choices and has a lot new release movies and shows."
Nadelen: "Unfortunately, the ride on Boeing 777 is not as smooth as the Airbus'. The noise in the cabin is louder. The seat is comfortable but the bed is not. First, the flat bed is not transformed by a button and it needs a physical person to flip it over. The mat is thin and I can feel some hard edges while lying down. The noise from the engine transmits to the bed and it is hard to sleep even with the noise cancellation headphone."

Nadelen: "They did not give us the landing cards and we had to fill them in at the airport. Many were like us and I am surprised. Also for business class passengers they don't get into a priority lane as you see in Emirates and other airlines. while Singapore airline is very good, they still lack in the details."

Voordelen: "The business class bed was the best I have yet encountered. The food and service were great. And the stews? Gorgeous and so agreeable. One young lady even helped me with my back injury; turns out she was studying physical therapy. You can't find a better ride than that,"

Voordelen: "I had never heard of Qatar Airways before I booked a 24hr flight to and from Sydney, Australia. I only did this on the suggestion from a friend that stated Qatar Airways was "alright". So for the price I thought what the heck! I was extremely pleased with the service from the cabin crew. They are always polite, professional, and well trained compared to my previous favorites Delta and Lufthansa. The seats were comfortable (as comfortable as Economy and 24hours of flying can be), the entertainment and aircraft were state of the art, and the food was outstanding for airline food. If I get the chance in the future I will definitely choose Qatar Airways for long trips."
Nadelen: "Other rude or snotty passengers taking up the crews time and attention for no reason. But as I stated in the "positive" side of this review, the crew handled these impolite individuals with a smile and polite attitude. Kudos to Qatar Airways."

Nadelen: "My luggage was refused at the check-in due to several mistakes from the check-in and Customer service personbil from Qatar. It is now one week after my flight and my luggage is still not with me. I have spend lots of money and written 3 LONG mails to Qatar Customer Service - some have been teplied with a ”we will get back to You” note - but nobody has gotten back to me so far. Not 5 Stars. Actually One star is too good a Grade for this complete service failure from A-Z."
