There was difficulty with my connecting flight due to inconsistent COVID regulations. I was almost not allowed on, despite fulfilling all my requirements for my destination country. I was over-billed by Alaska Airlines for my luggage as well.

The airline did nothing to prepare for this situation. It took hours to get another flight organised, communication was non existent and refreshments took ages to come. Airline didn't help with finding a hotel for stranded passengers."

The starter (vermicelli) was overly salty, dry and severely undercooked. The main course was acceptable but the portion of chicken was more like side dish not main. Missing sides."

In the end she did help but i did not appreciate her attitude and felt disappointed my whole flight."

The Crew was really helpfull and nice, A/C was coold for me but for others i think it is ok and the food not bad and not that good. The Thailand Airways employee at the Indera Ghandi Airport " Indian guy " was very bad he hold us for 2 hrs and then he run away letting us the last people at the transit counter and couse us to be so late and about to lose our flight to Bangkok, for nothing. He asked us of we have a retuern ticket, and we told him that we have not because we are traveling for treatment, and then he asked us to wait for 2 minutes, After we wait for a long time he just run away, And after we asked the lady she said ok no need now for return tickets and she gave us the accsess to the gate.
Thai Airways is one of the best airlines in the business. Looking forward to fly again with them.

Nadelen: "The whole booking experience and long phone and frustrating. Long phone calls with not very knowledgeable/understanding staff for clearing payment with Momondo was a farce. Using a corporate credit card I have used for several years. I didn't get confirmation before I went to bed. Only next morning, when I woke up 5 am for getting my flight, I finally had the confirmation. Could never get it before I went to bed 1.30 but - but they could confirm the payment was done alright! Hurray! Never booking with Momondo/Kiwi again."

Nadelen: "The boarding was ridiculous. We had to get off the previous flight so far away from the main terminal, and wait on the tarmac for the driver of the van to come. He was late. Luckily, the Passenger Services Agent was reactive enough to check our boarding gate with her handphone and wrote the gate number on our boarding pass. It was a mad rush from where we alighted from the van to the gate which was at the extreme end of the terminal, coupled with stairs up and down, and carrying our hand luggage. Anybody with a weak heart would have collapsed. What more when we are both senior citizens! The time to change plane was incredibly short. That was a torture. One more hour would have been just right."
Nadelen: "Initial flight was cancelled. Crew was not helpful or informative. Was not compensated for delays at all, missed wedding functions!!"
Voordelen: "Landed ahead of schedule. Crew was terrific"
Nadelen: "Customer service was great !"
Nadelen: "Waited for at the domestic check in for 40 minutes only to be told to check in at int terminal!! Absolutely ridiculous set up!!"

Nadelen: "Was not given my special dietary food at beguinning of flight and was also not received the help I was assuered when flight was delayed."

Nadelen: "Being charged 5700baht on arrival check in for luggage. No mention of this as I booked through kayak!!!"
Voordelen: "The pre-ordered seafood meal was excellent. The flight crew was very good."
Nadelen: "The seats (bottom) have become worn and caved in. And the head rests are as flat and hard as rocks. They need to be changed ."

Nadelen: "Boarding in Brussels is always a hassle. The plane is never ready for boarding and one has to wait long time to access the plane. They start boarding but do not open the doors of the plane so everybody has to wait long in the tunnel to access the plane. It would be better not to start boarding."
Voordelen: "Fairly spacious, the food was nice and we were given beverage's at a good pace."
Nadelen: "I was not told to put my seat belt on for landing... I was actually not aware of landing as I was asleep, but landing woke me up and it was a little concerning, as most crew's check seat belts on approach to landing."
Voordelen: "Ground agents were courteous and boarding was well-managed and quick"
Nadelen: "Difficult to converse with on-board crew who were not very well-versed in communicating in English. It is evident that the in-flight crew preferred conversing with passengers who could speak Thai. Seats were cramped and not enough leg-room. Very uncomfortable for a 6 hour flight Service crew adopted a "get water/juice from the galley trays yourselves". Having requested vegan/vegetarian food, the food options were limited and very bland. They lacked flavor and were not properly cooked. In-flight entertainment options was old and in-seat monitors were small."

J’ai demandé plusieur fois qu’on m’aide avec mon bébé car je n’avais pas acheté les sièges avec couffin à l’avance mais personne n’a pu m’aider du coup 11h de vol avec le bébé sur les genoux
J’ai eu trop d’informations différentes du personnel de Turkish Airlines concernant les sièges équipés de couffin pour les Bébés donc finalement nous n’avons pas pu en obtenir un
Voyages à 4 personnes , la totalité des bagages perdus , turkish airlines première et dernière fois .
Checking in was smooth.They can offer more options for food.
L’embarquement top , Le service à bord, le repas distribué peuvent être largement amélioré
Courteous and helpful. Comfortable, spacious seats. Arrived quite late which put pressure on connecting flight. Ground service to mitigate the late arrival was almost nonexistent and the one person I found to ask for help was rude and not the least bit interested in being of service.

Nadelen: "The passenger next to me in the middle was hitting his arm rest on my leg and made my flight uncomfortable because he would not sit still. I think crew needs to do a better job of making sure everyone stays seated when the plane is still moving before jumping out of their seats and grabbing their luggage. Passengers should be able to exit out of more than one door same as entering."

Nadelen: "An hour late with no apologies. And seats are so small, the people sitting next to me were so large that I didn’t have enough room."
Voordelen: "Turkish had several flights departing close In time and they only had three agents at the check in counter, makin* the process painful at 4:30am. After on hour in line only about 10 passenger seat were checked in. By th way all the security screening procedures ran very smooth and quick, it was Turkish procesdures and man powe4 that was poor. Boarding the airplanes was chaos, both in Tel Aviv and Istanbul."
