Nadelen: "Le prix du billet a été débité 2 fois à l’aller ( remboursé ensuite quand je l’ai signalé) . Le prix du supplément de surclassement a fait que le retour a été débité de notre compte 2 fois aussi. Il faut qu’on le signale encore."

Voordelen: "Crew was super nice and the food was good (for plane food)! Really appreciated that they had snacks and chocolate on hand for hungry passengers throughout the flight. A 17 hour plane ride is never the best, but Singapore Air made it as pleasant as possible. Also, we booked on Kayak and was routed through a third party vendor JustFly, which I was a little worried about - but our booking went off without a hitch."

Instead the FA looked at my bag and asked me in an irritated tone if my bag was really that heavy? I said I was recovering and I just need an extra push once I lift it up into the cabin. In the end she did help but i did not appreciate her attitude and felt disappointed my whole flight."

Voordelen: "The crew was really great, so friendly and accommodating. I wasn't able to order a vegetarian meal ahead of time, but they still gave me one on board when I asked. There was an amazing selection of movies and they refilled my drinks without even asking. I would recommend this airline to anyone traveling to Asia."

Voordelen: "Excellent seat and pillow cushion... The krisworld in-flight entertainment was extremely easy to use while still having a wide selection of films. The touchscreen was also very simple and did t require a great deal of force to press a button...the steamed towel given before take off was extremely relaxing and set a high standard of expectations during this flight. Almost all of the those expectations were met. The toilets were extremely clean and the service of toothbrushes was the icing on the cake. For my meal I ordered Indian fish curry which could have been a little more spicy (I am Indian so I eat foods with many spices)."
Nadelen: "I would have liked a wider selection of foods in the menu.. Limited options. Also, I had a 11:45 AM flight from BOM-SIN which was supposed to start boarding at 10:45, but instead we started boarding at 11:30 and took off at 12:10."

Voordelen: "The sevice was on point. Flight attendants were beautiful and worked harder than any other airline I have been on. The uniforms were on point too. The television had every new movie you could watch. Food, for an airline, was great. All drink service was included. Best airline I have ever flown!"

Voordelen: "To be fair, my rating will be very high due to it being the first time flying Business Class on Singapore Airlines. Unfortunately it was a short flight so I didn't et a chance to experience the whole service properly as I needed. I felt like royalty with the service offered by your staff who consistantly came to check if everything was in order without making a nuisance. Fantastic food and beverage options too. Overall a great experience, but would have liked it to be a 12hr experience instead of 5."

Nadelen: "I asked to be placed in a seat as close to the front as possible as I suffer from motion sickness in the back of the plane. I was placed in the back row all the way to my destination and all the way home. I vomited 8 times and felt very sick. I did notice that there were many seats available in the front of the plane but they are never given out as women with babies and children always get them and then single travellers like myself are made sit in the back. I travel a lot, I usually fly Qantas and they are very good at providing seats closer to the front. I will be reluctant to fly Singapore Airlines again due to the fact that they were not accommodating at all."

Voordelen: "I enjoyed my flight,it was a smooth trip from Doha to Manila, the Cabin Crew received adequate training on taking care of people, as a professional nurse who is use to taking care of others ,I see someone else looking after me and I really appreciate their efforts. Shortly before we landed at Manila, we were informed that in order to meet international flight rules and regulations that insecticide will be sprayed we were advised to cover our nose,as a medical personnel I see it not good cos it can trigger an Asthmatic attack in a known asthmatic patient ,it was a lovely journey"

Nadelen: "Biggest problem was late arrival, missing connection. Lateness caused by them at first, then a departing passenger caused further delay. But they were late to begin with. Next problem was their REFUSAL to give me an aisle seat. I reserved an aisle seat originally, aisle seats were available when I tried to change, but agent REFUSED to accommodate me with either aisle or window. Sat in middle with huge guy next to me. Very uncomfortable. Food was mediocre on this leg. Oh, and late departing AGAIN. Will seriously look for other options on next trip."

Voordelen: "The flight attendants were very friendly. On the flight, snacks and drinks were bright by every hour or so and the meals were plenty of food and tasted good. I was given a bag with eye cover, earplugs, socks, face wipes and ear phones. Entertainment was good as well. Qatar is an amazing airline. Wish we had something like this in the States!"

Nadelen: "Waiting Area in DOHA for boarding does not have a latrine to use, so once you checked in you can't go back out."

Nadelen: "The planes weren't as comfortable as others I've been on like the double deckers of Emirates. Their economy class was NOTHING special. Everyone talks about how superior Qatar is, but I found nothing special about it...the seats, the food, the entertainment were all basic and nothing fancy. The crew, while very sweet, seemed inexperienced and green to me..but they were lovely and that's all that ultimately matters."

Voordelen: "Flight was without any hitches, could have done better with boarding after the previous mishap of a 5 hour delayed flight and being forced to stay in Doha for a night which put everyone's schedules off by a day. Still, I would book another flight with Qatar airways for their efforts and overall good service."
Nadelen: "It would have been nice if Qatar Airlines also provided Priority Boarding for everyone on the flight that got delayed as there was a long line just to get to the boarding area."

And toilets were very smelly right from the start as it seemed that itinerary has seeped into the floor over time. And there were only two items as a main course and one of them in very small quantity. I was told that too many veg main courses were loaded by mistake and very few non veg."

Nadelen: "This is a new plane, but the molding fell off during landing. The boarding experience for business or first class is horrendous with Thai airways, they just don’t have it figured out. Domestic flights are worse than international."

Nadelen: "The plane was broken. Old. I paid for business and they couldn’t even allow business to board first. On screen entertainment was broke. Seats were broken. The seats DO NOT fold flat in business. Not a good experience, do not recommend. Fly Singapore airlines if possible, Thai airways just doesn’t have it together- plus it’s relatively the same price with way better amenities and experience"

Nadelen: "The whole booking experience and long phone and frustrating. Long phone calls with not very knowledgeable/understanding staff for clearing payment with Momondo was a farce. Using a corporate credit card I have used for several years. I didn't get confirmation before I went to bed. Only next morning, when I woke up 5 am for getting my flight, I finally had the confirmation. Could never get it before I went to bed 1.30 but - but they could confirm the payment was done alright! Hurray! Never booking with Momondo/Kiwi again."

Nadelen: "The seat was too old for flight service and should be replaced soon as possible and the crew serviced like a robot especially for men. This is my first time for eco class."

Le personnel naviguant est juste exceptionnel on peut demander ce que l'on veut et ce même en économie class. Les compagnies européennes devraient s'en inspirer. La nourriture excellente et vraiment j'insiste sur la qualité du service."

Nadelen: "The seats (bottom) have become worn and caved in. And the head rests are as flat and hard as rocks. They need to be changed ."

They start boarding but do not open the doors of the plane so everybody has to wait long in the tunnel to access the plane. It would be better not to start boarding."

Voordelen: "Fairly spacious, the food was nice and we were given beverage's at a good pace."
Nadelen: "I was not told to put my seat belt on for landing... I was actually not aware of landing as I was asleep, but landing woke me up and it was a little concerning, as most crew's check seat belts on approach to landing."

Nadelen: "Food option was limited. I had to choose either chicken or pork. I think along with meat, a veg option might be better."

Voordelen: "Wow, a 747 offloaded by busses, what a ridiculous idea!"

Nadelen: "They didn't start boarding until very late and additionally the flight was an hour delayed. Understood that this is sometimes out of the airlines control as it may have been the airport's fault but they didn't notify the passengers why. This caused me & my boyfriend to miss a ferry we were scheduled to take in Krabi. We lost almost an entire day of our trip because of this."

Nadelen: "The air in the cabin was too cold during the first hour of the flight. Obviously many passengers were not comfortable and asking for blankets. Later, the crew must had adjusted the temperature and it was basically steaming hot because the it was only hot air blowing out from centralized air system. I would say, very uncomfortable during the entire flight from Bangkok to Manila."

Nadelen: "The international transfer process at Manila airport was the worst I’ve ever seen. They had about 20 people standing at a desk for about 90 minutes with no explanation as to what was going on. In that time, nobody was released to go to their gate, but they wouldn’t explain what was happening. There were about 10 airport staff standing there, mostly doing nothing. The process was inefficient, to say the least. There was no place to sit, no toilets, no order to any of it. In most international airports, after you deplane, you just walk to your next gate. There seemed to be no logical reason for that awful experience. It would have been much faster to go through customs and then go through security, walking directly to the gate."

Nadelen: "The flight was delayed. Boarding was slow. We had to wait for connecting passsangers. Delay ruined the experience. We didn’t leave in a timely manner. Flight crew was nice. There was a male crew member from LAX to Hong Kong, I could heard talking to the other crew members and he was using profanity. Nothing aggressive but not professional in my opinion. He used profanity in telling his story."

Food is EXACTLY SAME as economy. In LAX had to REMIND them that Premium Economy has priority boarding. There is no champagne on arrival at your seat...you have to ASK for it. Crew is always HURRIED. When you ask for a beverage or a snack, hostess and stewards have ATTITUDE. it's like they are doing a big FAVOR. Really??? we spent lots of EXTRA MONEY to be in this class. Restroom was difficult to access. Overall MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT"

Nadelen: "Luggage was damage and I didnt notice it till I arrived at connecting airport terminal in manila. Didnt have time to file a claim as I have to rush for my local connecting flight. Hopefully Cathay Pacific can take a late damage claim without a report for my luggage"

Nadelen: "The only issue was 30 minutes waiting in HK to take off and 30 mins circling Manila waiting to land....... both of which were neither an issue with CP."

Nadelen: "We were all supoosed to sit together (there were 3 of us) but my sister got separated at the last minute and put on a center seat elsewhere with no explanation."

Voordelen: "The food and beverage selection, as well as the service in business class was excellent. Initially I dreaded the long layover of 8 hours. But I found the Turkish Airlines Business Lounge. It was so spectacular that I didn't want to leave it. I found a small movie theatre equipped with leather oversized recliners and slept. I was told that the 2 story lounge is 6000 square meters."
Nadelen: "The business class seating is old and not as comfortable as the newer herring bone configurations. Privacy could be improved."

Nadelen: "The plane was 2 half hours late departing from JFK to Istanbul and the customer service in Turkish Airline in the beginning did not give me a good service I believe this will be the first time and the last time"

Nadelen: "Signage at IST for transit should be better to explain security and passport requirements"

Voordelen: "Easy check in online, staff onboard very pleasant, good varied food onboard"
Nadelen: "Everything was smooth... what happened to the turkey delights at the beginning of each flight?"

Voordelen: "Plenty of legroom Friendly staff Excellent food Seat was comfortable with plenty of leg room"
Nadelen: "Even though Turkish has a clearly outlined boarding process on their boarding passes, boarding announcements were so unclear that boarding was just mass chaos"

Voordelen: "The flight and crew were fine. The food and drinks are free, which I wish some US carriers would take note of and adopt."
Nadelen: "No heads-up that we couldn't take tablets / laptops on next flight to the USA."

Nadelen: "Boarding took a long time in Istanbul and could have been handled better. A second inspection was setup At the gate to checks passports, inspect carry-on bags for laptops and iPads, and a pat-down. we were late taking off, the plane was really full, and the cushions on the seats were off a bit. Seems like the plane was cleaned quickly and not put back together carefully."

Voordelen: "same as above, i love that i was able to check in online and choose my seat. I love the kit (toothbrush, socks) and the quality of the pouch - super love it! Pillow and blanket as well is still the same quality as before."

Nadelen: "seats in economy far too close together ... nose to back of seat in front of me about 9 inches. when seat back was back."

Voordelen: "The food is amazing, the crew is very attentive"
Nadelen: "The seats can use work. Very uncomfortable"

Nadelen: "The first leg of my trip had a tiny, cramped airplane for 10 a plus hour flight."

Nadelen: "First let me tell you that when I booked a flight to Istanbul from Brussels, I booked, so I thought, the airport called Istanbul Ataturk with the initials of IST. What I got was SAW after I paid for a booking that said IST. Sabina Gokcen is one hour away further on the Asian side of Turkey. I did not want this airport! There was nothing I could do about this but bite the bullet & accept what I got since I was not allowed to have any corrections made after paying for this ticket. I am highly disappointed with Kayak. The first time you have disappointed me greatly!"

Voordelen: "There were great entertainment options, which is really important for such a long haul flight."
Nadelen: "They had assigned the same seat to me and somebody else, and the other person was already sitting in the seat when I got there. The only other available seat was in business class, and although the flight attendant later admitted I should have been given that business class seat, the other person successfully argued to take it. Staff are good though not as friendly as most Asian airlines."

Voordelen: "Entertainment (movies) always helpful to pass the time."
Nadelen: "Hot in the plane during and after boarding - no cool air. I have come to expect more from Turkish Airlines, and I hope they make sure they improve this aspect."

Nadelen: "The flight was delayed by 2 hrs, no explanation given, the ground staff was no where to be found, finally one person showed up and he was not helpful. No formal announcement was made!"

Voordelen: "Everything"

Nadelen: "The chairs didn,t go well for sleeping And we had 12 hrs to do ."

Voordelen: "Excellent service. Very good food. No comparison to any US airline. Internet over the entire Atlantic."
Nadelen: "In flight Internet interface is still a little bit clumsy to set up. Took me a little bit to get online. Once this is fixed, I would have a hard time to complain about anything."

Voordelen: "We were pleasantly surprised when we received a full box of snacks on our short flight from Zagreb to Instabul. The trip was comfortable and we enjoyed that there was a movie available overhead and they provided headphones for. Overall, it was a fine experience."
Nadelen: "Service was fine until our water bottle (which we thought was empty) leaked a bit in the overhead compartment and the female crewmember was incredibly rude and gave the most disgusted look when we claimed the bag that had a small leak of water (about a tablespoon). She also whispered something in Turkish to fellow crewmembers and they all laughed. It was embarrassing and unnecessary. We also were left in the bus on the tarmac for 10 minutes before we could board without any notification of what was going on."

Voordelen: "food was perfect. Staff on board wear good."
Nadelen: "checking in at Beirut Int. Airport as a first image for the turkish airline was fair. the lady on the counter wasn't friendly and responsive to my simple question concerning the seat. entertainment TOUCH mode of the screen wasn't working properly."
