Demande de justificatifs d'adresse lors de l'embarquement alors que ces justificatifs n'étaient pas requis sur le voyage aller. Vérification minutieuse de l'ensemble des poids des bagages à main (qui étaient tous conformes) pour un vol intérieur d'une heure... A l'évidence le service client n'est plus au rendez-vous avec Air France."

I have tried to avoid AA due to how they handle flying right now , I couldn’t today and they were just as bad as I imagined. Delta was so much safer and more protective of its customers . 50-60% full by design . Fly them and learn something."

Nadelen: "Flight was delayed for hours- weather related, but at other destinations- so this flight had to wait to be rescheduled. Also they weren't able to give any idea when the flight would be boarding- they just kept sending text alerts that it was delayed another half hour and no updates were listed on the screens. When the flight finally left, after I had been waiting for over 5 hours, we were told that they would be flying low, so there would be no beverage service. It would be nice in these situations to simply have bottled water to pass out quickly, or make the announcement prior to boarding so people would be able to bring their own beverages."
Nadelen: "I never felt like writing a review but I feel like I should let other families with little ones know. My wife, 2 year old son, and I was boarding at the gate and they couldn't scan my son's boarding pass. They quickly went over to the computer station and gave my son another pass. We went to our seats and found out someone else is in our 2year old seat. Apparently they gave the seat to someone else at the last second because up to the point when I printed our boarding passes at the kiosk, our seats were still together (and I paid $41/per seat extra to try to keep us together). The other customer was nice enough to switch with our son so were able to stay together at the last min so it goes to show AA priority and service."

Nadelen: "The flight company's got changed to AA from Iberia but didn't get any email from Kayak. Send an email next time please."

Had to call corp - then finally a boarding pass with 25 min to get though TSA and to the gate. #stressfull"

Nadelen: "The plane was 2 hours late . It was in the hsngar. They said they were fixing the plane. It was an old plane. No Screen anywhere . It was 5.5 flight across country. Only pretzels. I will try not to fly American again."
Nadelen: "Had to be rebooked due to safety issue on my departing flight and lost my connection in Washington DC. Hours of sitting."

Nadelen: "Usual delays in 15 minute increments. Then when we landed waited on Tarmac for 15 minutes then were dropped off at a remote terminal and left to wait for 4 buses to come and pick us up 45 minutes later, one bus at a time. Almost felt like I was in a third world country."
Nadelen: "Plane was many hours late. Departure time not on terminal screen. Extreeeme delay on shuttle from United terminal. Sidewalk closed for construction. TSA Prechk not on boarding pass printout. No shuttle behind security from Term B to Term A. Plane left earlier than announced on notification apps. DCA website=6:25pm Final call at 5:47pm only word DELAY on term screen with 4:10time."

Nadelen: "For the second time I traveled with Air Canada there was a delay and no plane in Toronto to make the connection. I will not be traveling with Air Canada ever again"
Nadelen: "Connections to US destinations now require your checked in baggage to be processed before you can proceed to your connecting flights. The real problem is that this is no sign or communications describing this. Everyone is simply stopped in the corridor and told that they cannot proceed farther until their name comes up green on a monitor. Unfortunately the monitor switches displays so frequently that it is almost impossible to read. In addition to that it seems names do not always appear on the monitor unless you get your boarding pass scanned a the desk (this is not communicated to you unless you ask why your name is not on the monitor at all). People late for connecting flights (because of inbound flight delays) are required to wait without explanation sometimes needlessly if they don't have a checked bag. A nightmare if you're trying to make your connection. In addition once you've cleared that hurdle you need to go through security again (something we were unprepared for since we were already in the secure area. You then proceed to customs and then your connecting flight (if you haven't already missed it by then). Allow lots of time to get to your connecting flight, and ask to get you boarding pass scanned at that mysterious "checked bag" stop in the corridor."
Nadelen: "Unreliable flight, always late, not staff at the check in terminal"
Nadelen: "We didn't fly directly from Montreal to SFO. See above."
Voordelen: "Flights were very good. I was concerned about the buy food on board option but it worked well. The food was good and it cost less than buying in the airport and bringing on board. Using the charge card to pay wend smoothly and seemed not to slow the process at all. Good job Air Canada."
Voordelen: "The passengers, the Brussels airport retail area, 1 of the flight attendants who was polite and welcoming, and the entertainment selections. Finally being connected to Swiss staff."
Nadelen: "The crew was not very welcoming and was borderline rude when I asked any sort of question such as why I was not allowed to wear my headphones prior to take off. I was patient in not wearing them, but could not relaxing into the trip for the 40+ minutes we remained on the ground mostly not moving. I was tired when boarding and fumbled with my documents and was very curtly told to just hand them over. Another time I accidentally mistook headphones the stewardess was handing out for something else. I took a pair and then immediately gave them back with an apology that I didn't realise what they were, but thanked her anyway. This was met with a scowl and a bit of opposition. There was one stewardess that was very nice and accommodating out of the entire crew. On top of this the toilet seat on the plane was broken, so it fell on you when you were trying to go to the bathroom, and the soap dispenser was broken. I didn't dare mention these things to the flight crew though. The plane was late taking off from Montreal, and so was late landing in Brussels. No effort was made to provide connections assistance, or provide directions on where to go to rebook our missed connections. I and all others traveling to Zurich spent the entire morning trying to find anyone from Air Canada to help us rebook our flights. We literally were going from desk to desk between two terminals, and consulting each other as we went to limit the amount of leg work we all had to do. We all had to finally leave the terminal area and go to Swissport and stand in a long slow line. By that time any afternoon flight was already overbooked. So I and a group of other passengers were booked for an evening flight which forced me to book a hotel in Zurich because I couldn't get to where I needed to be that evening. After being rebook, I still tried to get on an earlier flight by going directly to the gate. It was confirmed that there was some extra space available, but they would not switch me to the earlier flight because I had a checked bag that I could not separate me from. Ultimately my bag was lost which made me have to stay awake and in the Zurich airport even longer after I finally arrived going from one lost baggage representative to another, and then waiting in another line to finally fill out paperwork because my bag had never been scanned in Brussels. The Zurich representatives were very polite, helpful, and efficient compared to anyone I encountered in Montreal, or Brussels. I was without my bag for 3.5 days of what was supposed to be a 10 day trip. My trip was reduced to 9 days because I spent an entire day in the Brussels airport and then had to spend the night in Zurich. I arrived in Zurich on Saturday night, and received my bag on Tuesday afternoon. All in all it was not a good experience until I got to Switzerland."
Voordelen: "We have been using Premium Economy on various airlines I’ve the last several years for our frequent travel between the USA and destinations in Europe and Asia. The Air Canada experience was one of the very best (along with Lufthansa). The entertainment system was superior, food was great, service was attentive and comfort was as anticipated. The availability of power for iPads and computers was more than sufficient. I’m sure that a lot of the satisfaction came from flying on a Dreamliner but Air Canada is still at the top in our minds (and future plans)."
Nadelen: "The only complaint would be that the cabin was quite cold on our return trip. I could have been better prepared myself so I need to take most of the blame. The cabin crew did take steps to adjust the temperature but it would be unreasonable to expect the aircraft to meet the comfort expectations of every passenger. Next time I will just bring a light weight hoodie."
Nadelen: "Took 3 hours to get our drinks. Completely out of inventory with food and snacks. Very hot on the plane . WiFi didn’t work/ they charged for headphones which i haven’t even heard of. My tray table was completely crooked , i had to place my drinks on my husbands table. Overall, just terrible."
Voordelen: "I liked the entertainment. The crew was very attentive."
Nadelen: "One of the meals wasn’t extremely desirable."
Voordelen: "One of the flight attendants (potentially a French Canadian or maybe just plain French) was amongst the most beautiful women I have ever seen in my life. She was a little mean, but I'm willing to let it slide. In fact, I'm willing to let a lot of the negative things about the flight slide because of her (sorry, got to give credit where credit is due)."
Nadelen: "Got diarrhea from the waffles. The seats did not recline. No entertainment, but hey, this flight was damn cheap so I'm not complaining! Also, see positives."

Nadelen: "Oncomfortabele stoelen, Inflight entertainment werkte slecht"

Nadelen: "Flight attendant should be friendlier"
Voordelen: "Staff were incredibly kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. I need wheelchair assistance and they handled that beautifully, asking thoughtful questions about my needs and adapting their plans to my answers. They also helped me with stowing my carry-on since I would have struggled alone."
Nadelen: "Unfortunately, through no fault of the flight crew or gate crew, we got one of the few remaining planes in the fleet that are so old that they can't fit a full carry-on bag in the overhead bins or under the seats. Larger carry-on items had to be checked through to final destination, which made a lot of passengers upset -- either because they were business people who needed to be able to work on the flight, or they had important baby gear in there that they would need before that, or they were traveling far away using multiple airlines and were rightly worried about lost luggage."
Nadelen: "check in staff was unable to though tag me luggage onto an onward Emirates flight from Toronto. Not sure if this was a lack of knowledge or limitations of the check in system. Seat options provided at the time showed only middle seats as available all other sets were showing booked or required pay-up premiums...Air Canada's website had a whole host of end seats available...."
Nadelen: "The flight was as can be expected. That said, having liquid drip on you from the air vent above is hardly reassuring and certainly not comfortable"
Nadelen: "The tv in business class weren't really working... stopping the movies by it self and I had to always restart them until I gave up on watching a movie!"
Voordelen: "No leg room"

Nadelen: "The anxious flight crew. Would like more variety on the player and I shouldn't have to watch a 4 minute commercial after every 20 min episode, especially when it's my own device."
Voordelen: "Personnel were friendly aircraft was clean"
Nadelen: "Crew were very rude"
Voordelen: "It was short."
Nadelen: "The gate area was horribly crowded, extremely chaotic and hot."
Voordelen: "Good selection of free movies and shows on board. Some great and helpful flight attendants."
Nadelen: "The staff at check in were not overly helpful. We were running late and possibly going to miss our flight and they did not seem willing to help us out at all."
Voordelen: "Beautiful Planes , the rouge line is cheap on their international flights but only first class gets free entertainment . I was first class but my friend was economy and luckily had her own iPad or would not have been able to use anything , that being said the movies for her were still not free . The food was good as well and their regular planes from Europe are very large and beautiful"
Nadelen: "Worst experiences I've had with customer service . The flight crew were fine but all ground service appeared overwhelmed and unable to assist customers . I had a flight to Athens that was in final boarding my friend still has not arrived the first person I asked said she didn't have time to look if she was still on the flight , the second told me it was private info and finally a 3rd let me know she had been rerouted and would arrive 8 hours after me in Athens and that her bag though made my flight . She did last minute make it via running to our plane but in that time they had given her seat away, she had to prove that she paid did and deserved a flight . The way home from Athens all of my aid Canada flights were delayed and late . I had a 3.5 hour layover in Seattle to switch carriers to make it home , my flight out of Vancouver was 2.5 hours delayed that they continually said was only another 10 minutes , versus being upfront that it was severely delayed . Long story worst experience I've had ."
Voordelen: "The Air Canada agents and staff were very helpful and accommodating to the best of their ability. I hugged one female AC Agent in TO as she was so kind and helpful, and told her she was the highlight of my day."
Nadelen: "The processing of Air Canada passengers to the connecting Gates and through Customs for USA international flights was a nightmare. It was very disorganized, with hundreds of passengers herded like cattle, poor communication, customs slips not provided on the AC Flight before landing so as to be completed in advance. There was staff shortage, and not done in a timely manner so as to make your connecting Flight. It has truly been a most stressful experience for me this and each time I have to go through Toronto to make a connecting flight , and I will avoid this flight plan in the future at all cost."
Nadelen: "We nearly missed a chance to disembark between storms because an idiot decided to grab his bags before we could move. None of the flight crew came to yell at the dummy who was holding us up."
Voordelen: "Direct flight from Toronto to Budapest was awesome"
Nadelen: "There was no air vent, poor movie entertainment selection and no free alcohol for transatlantic flight"
Voordelen: "The plane was nearly empty. Plenty room to stretch out Staff was very nice and offered extra food."
Nadelen: "No wine service. No free entertainment. Flight was changed to depart 1 hour earlier."
Voordelen: "Crew was excellent"
Nadelen: "No in flight entertainment. Any international flight I have taken offers that."

Nadelen: "Bad organization at Montreal for special passengers, plus technical pb => flight delayed 45mn"

Nadelen: "Pitch was miserable Attendant said bit was a low cost carrier so no tv in seat We are over 6 feet so never again"
Voordelen: "Great female flight attendant. So sweet."
Nadelen: "I watched the Big Short, which kept shorting. I had to stop the video about 15 times to get to the end. And one slice of cake is not adequate breakfast."
Voordelen: "Good entertainment, pillows and blankets, friendly staff."
Nadelen: "Very long transfer lines to get to my flight to Philadelphia because in a different country. Food was distributed first to pre-paid passengers, hinting that there might not be enough for all passengers to buy."
