The weakest part of their offering is in the entertainment area where the movies are out of date and the TV series haphazard."

The food is disgusting, the crew does not speak very well English. They do not come quick enough when you want something. I would not recommend Turkish Airline to anyone. We had to pay extra for sears that were given, should have been given to us for free considering they treated us badly on our start of the journey."

If they would have informed and talked with the other customers that would have been fine but being treated like a piece of furniture isn't nice. Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."

Flying attendants clean toilette each hour, There is also a flower pasted on the mirror in the toilette. All details of the flight have been take care of."

Nadelen: "I noticed there was a disagreement/issue between a passenger and the aircrew, but it was handled quickly when the passenger just left. I understand there are some issues sometimes, but I noticed attitude from three of the flight attendants during the flight. There were three teens in the back that kept rambling about how all planes have bombs, everyone there was turbulence we could go into a spiral, the plane engines could blow up, etc. It was clearly making passengers uncomfortable because they kept turning around and one lady even yelled at them. I'm honestly shocked the flight crew never said anything to them. I wasn't too worried, except that they ruined any chance to get some rest."

Nadelen: "I was in line for 25 min I was there 90 min before but took me 25 min to check in and the lady said I was late for only 3 min I was waiting on line I still had 87 min before my flight and the lady didn't check me in for only 3 min that was my 25 min in line"

Nadelen: "I didn’t like to have 4 stops and so many hours of layover between all of my trips I will never ever buy a trip with a travel agency it is so complicated to make a change and they want to charge you about 5,000 dollars for a change! awfull!!! waitress from miami to london was not so nice."

Nadelen: "notre vol a été retarde retarde!!au lieu de décoller comme prévu à 8h30 notre vol a été finalement annulé vers 23h30. On m'a relooké sur un vol pour LONDRES le lendemain à 19.h. Nous sommes restés plus de 24 h dans cet aéroport sans que nous soit proposé un hôtel. on nous a donné une couverture et un oreillé!!d'autre ont pu etre rebooké sur d'autre vols sur NY ou chicago le matin meme. Nous avons perdu une journée de travail mon époux et moi-meme. Lui a du annuler une formation impliquant 10 personnes qui venait de toute la France."

Nadelen: "C’est la première fois que nous prenons Iberia et nous avons été très déçus. Personnel extrêmement désagréable. Première fois que je vois tout un équipage aussi peu professionnel, indélicat et qui ne passe pas en dehors des repas. Le repas a été servi et le débarrassage 5 min après. Pas de nettoyage des toilettes pendant les 12heures de vol. Les hôtesses étaient trop occupées à papoter à l’arrière de l’avion. En tant de covid c’est inadmissible. Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie et ne la prendrais plus jamais !"

Nadelen: "It was extremely frustrating that there was no kiosk available when checking in. I did not have a bag to check, yet I waited on a ridiculously long line to check in for my flight. The people working the desk at the gate were slow and unpleasant. Service on plane was terrible."

Nadelen: "Correspondance trop court, on a faillit rater l'avion, alors que j'avais demandé quelques jours avant si c'était suffisant en terme de délai. De plus, le bagage n'a pas suivi et est resté à Madrid (retour seulement demain)"

Voordelen: "First time flying El Al. Hopefully my last. They delayed the flight to give three people - two of whom were ladies iver the age of fifty - intensive security screens. I was given one as well. They took my laptop, one of my pbones, my tanlet, and my headphones. This would havr neen bearable if El Al invested in its cabins, but that doesnt seem the case. The headphones provided were similar to models from the 90s (and worked just as well), there was no individual screen for entertainment, and the seats were exceedingly cramped. At least the Wi-Fi was free."

Nadelen: "The line to check bags was way too long. No kiosks and only one person working the desk and way too slow."

Nadelen: "The USB connector in my seat didn’t work"

Voordelen: "Check-in was good, no queues. I arrived about four hours before scheduled departure time and check-in had been open already for an hour. In Mexico City Airport I had missed a flight three days earlier as I'd been observing the departure screens and they'd failed to update the status of my aircraft: this time I was informed of the gate at check-in. Flight was on time and didn't do anything scary. I was lucky as my neighbour found another free seat so left me with more room."
Nadelen: "I've found Iberia to be uncaring. This flight was much the same. The food and drink service was cheap, and I felt the attendants didn't feel like they had to try to give good service. The new entertainment screens kept coming on, and I kept turning them off as I wished to sleep. Eventually I discovered they were being triggered by the electrostatic charge on the pillows that I was rearranging."

Voordelen: "crew members were nice."
Nadelen: "They switched someone into my seat and didn't give me a new seat. It was very hot in the airplane making it very uncomfortable. They also forgot to take my tray before landing and I had to hold it in my lap."

Voordelen: "Flight attendants were very nice."
Nadelen: "Boarding is a hot mess, and you stand in line forever for nothing. Food never has a vegetarian option - it's 2017, time to change that.The movies are the same traveling west and east. Lastly, the power station at my seat did NOT work."

Nadelen: "I stopped at the Iberia check-in at Barajas in Madrid. They sent me to BA check-in, where I waited 45 minutes to find out that I should be at Iberia check-in. Then, Iberia check-in had to send me to last minute clerk or I would have missed my flight. Last minute check-in ended up being the same place and same clerk I began with."

Voordelen: "Seats in the first flight were very tight"
Nadelen: "No space for the legs!"

Voordelen: "The boarding process was excellent and efficient. I liked it."
Nadelen: "There was no free food and no entertainment. That was very disappointing."

Voordelen: "Embarquement efficace"
Nadelen: "Même pas de bouchon d’oreille ni de masque pour dormir sur un vol de 23 heures... Nourriture insipide"

Voordelen: "Vol correct et à l’heure"
Nadelen: "Même pas des cacahuètes gratuites sur la compagnie nationale. Service minimum : ne vaut pas mieux qu’une low cost."

Voordelen: "Great and on time"
Nadelen: "Nothing all good"

Nadelen: "Consignes de sécurités non respectées par le personnel naviguant Porte cockpit ouverte en vol par une seule personne. Contrôle ceintures et sièges sommaire. Site web fonctionne mal lors de la résa des sièges"

Nadelen: "1h15 de retard"
