Sur ce vol l'organisation de l'embarquement est à revoir car très mal gérée. Rien à dire sur le personnel et le service. En revanche sur le vol aller (D265 le 8 août), 4 heures de retard sur l'horaire prévu à Roissy au final avec un changement de porte de dernière minute, très mauvaise gestion qui a impacté notre arrivée et la suite du voyage.
Une famille de 4 personnes et nous n’avons pas été assis dans la même partie de l’avion…
A part l'embarquement pas vraiment un peu chaotique tout fût parfait.
Un petit problème, mais pas forcément dû à Delta, est que nous avons eu 3 changements de porte. Sinon tout était bien.
J aurais aimé que les passagers soient appelés par zone. Exemple zone 1 présenter vous pour débarquement ensuite zone 2..... ainsi les autres passagers restent assis et attendent leur tour.
Mon baggage en soute à été extrêmement détérioré
Le transfert de dossier entre Delta et Air France qui affrétait l'avion n'avait pas été réalisé. Nous n'avions pas de billets pour le vol retour. Le personnel Air France à l'enregistrement nous a dit de nous débrouiller avec le service assistance Delta Américain pour le transfert de notre dossier, alors que j'ai des enfants en bas âge… Finalement, quelqu'un a accepté de s'occuper de nous, et après une heure de négociation, il est parvenu à nous avoir des billets d'avion. C'était une expérience très désagréable. Je ferai attention pour mon prochain voyage à acheter mes billets d'avion autrement
Nous avons fait la queue pour l’embarquement pendant de longues minutes. Au moment de passer, on nous dit que nos passeports doivent être vérifiés. Obligation de suivre une autre queue. L’hôtesse nous demande notre test Covid alors qu’il n’y en n’a pas besoin pour revenir en France. Une fois les passeports vérifiés, on nous demande de retourner à la fin de la première queue…donc très long !

Amélioration: le check in sur ordinateur deux jours avant qui prendr trop de temps et ne fonctionnait pas. (Près de 4 heures dd mon temps ! Entre les essais multiples et amples téléphoniques) make it simpler.

Le repas était léger, avec des légumes mal cuits, une purée trop salée et un morceau de poulet mauvais. Au petit déjeuner, sandwich au fromage 😒

Des casques anti bruits pourraient être transmis si les conditions de voyage deviennent difficiles : les pleurs et les cris d’enfants durant tout le trajet et ce quasi sans interruption ont rendus le vol très désagréable . Vol choisi à l’initial car etant un vol de nuit et cela permettait d’avoir un peu de calme. Le personnel était sympathique et avait des bases en français ce qui était agréable. Ce qui n’était pas réellement le cas pour le vol aller . En vous remerciant,

Je suis un Franco Americain de 63 ans residant aux US depuis 38+ ans. Apparement mon retour vers Miami a ete booké sans baggage !!!??? De toute evidence une grossiere et innacceptable erreur !!! Comment puis rentrer chez moi sans bagagge ??? Imaginez ma surprise quand Air France m'a informé au "checkin" que mon billet de retOur n'incluait pas un baggage et a refusé de me laisser embarquer avec ma valise de 21 kilos si je ne payais pas un " suplement de €60. A €960+ ce billet ne qualifie pas particulierement de billet "discount"!!!??? Pour compliquer les choses encore un peu plus suite a un traumatisant vol de picpokets dans le metro parisien qq jours avant mon retour je n'avais plus de carte bancaire. Depuis presque 40 ans de voyages entre mes 2 pays je n'ai jamais eu une experience plus desagreable et humiliante dans un aeroport. De retour en Floride a la maison je suis stressé triste humilié et terriblement deçu par ce dernier jour dans ma ville lumiere de naissance.

Sur tout le trajet de NYC à Londres il y avait de l’air froid qui nous venait dessus alors que les buses a nos têtes qui sont accessibles étaient fermées… résultat : angine au retour de voyage ! On connaît meilleur retour !! Et la couverture donnée à bord ne suffisait pas à ne pas être complètement gelée !! Franchement je ne sais pas si c’était normal, mais je n’ai jamais vécu ça en vol …. Sinon, rien a dire sur le personnel… Les repas pourraient être améliorés…

2 eme vol avec delta et 2eme incident avec les écrans. Repas vraiment mauvais. Carottes impossible à manger car dures et blanc de poulet entier impossible de couper ! Obligée de manger à la main sans parler d’un surplus de poivre. Sinon personnel très sympathique.

Tous les vols fonctionnent maintenant comme les arnaques low cost et c'est dommage. Une valise en soute coute une fortune, un centimetre de siege en plus est un vendu a un tarif de dingue. en prenant un billet sur virgin, géré par Delta, donc une vraie compagnie, nous ne pensions pas que meme demander a etre assis ensemble serait quelque part payant. en effet notre tarif ne nous permettait pas de s'enregistrer avant. donc une fois au guichet plus de sieges ensemble. dans l'avion ? fauteuil ridicule pour tasser plus de passager , comme dans les vols bas de gamme, pas de boisson avant le repas, mais des bouteilles de cristalline que meme les chauffeurs uber ont arreté de donner. Et c'est une canette de coca pour 3 passagers, ben oui on va pas vous filer la cannette quand meme. Pour un vole a 1200 balles c'est vraiment abusé

Didn’t enjoy this flight at all, we were separated from our kids even though there were empty seats next to them. The quality of the food was terrible, dry, tasteless and just awful. The entertainment system didn’t work and kept freezing, i had to ask 5 different members of the crew to reset it. The crew looked dis-interested in their work and didn’t want to be there, this is the first time I flown with Delta, and I really regret taking this flight, I will definitely not be booking with them again.
Mass produced airline food is tough to get right but maybe food that doesn’t require as much cutting so you don’t elbow your neighbors ie spring rolls. Ear buds were hard to hear through. But overall Flight staff was professional, lavatories were clean, boarding was orderly, flight on time.

Delta were magnificent. All really helpful and a joy to travel with. Food was very nice and they kept me topped up wthe water, cold drinks etc. Heathrow was very busy that time of day and despite arriving early I needed all the extra time to queue to check in luggage and then the waiting to get through security was very long and only just got to the gate as it was closing. You need to aim to be in Heathrow 3 hours before take off, not two.

There was a lot of delay in getting a wheel chair. Single person doing for multiple people at Heathrow airport. Since you know in advance how many need wheel chair assistance, it would have been better if more wheel chairs and persons were available. Had to wait for almost an hour after landing after a 10:30 HR flight. The economy classic leg room was so bad, that it is very difficult for senior citizens to getup from seat, if the front seat passenger is reclining. The cabin crew were very very helpful in providing the special assistance. But for them the flight would have been very difficult.
Positives: The extra seat room in premium class was very nice and comfortable. The cabin staff were excellent, very helpful and pleasant. Negatives: On the downside, my wife and I sat apart. Also, when we tried to change our seats so that we could sit together, the faulty Virgin website kept taking me to meals rather than to seating. Finally, when we tried phoning, we were told that the waiting time to speak to someone was 3 hours!

The in flight crew were not friendly. One flight attendant in particular kept passing by and hit me really hard with her body as she passed by and never once apologized or said excuse me. I’m his startled me every time. I got a drink only 2 times in 9 hours and when I asked for a drink of water I did not get. Also when I put the call button on, no one came. This made me sad as I’ve been very polite as always and I don’t fly with any other airlines.
Places réservées sur kayak avec option grande place . Non respecté. Confort abominable sur le vol retour. Vol de départ annulé cause Covid seulement quelques heures avant le départ. Incertitude pour un vol de replacement, finalement obtenu 12 heures après . Merci kayak: plus jamais chez vous.

There was a delay - weather + French strike. Pilot was helpful/informative, flight crew was nice but simply talking loudly in galley and not communicating at all. No preflight water or drink even though delayed.
The actual flight was ok. But was a mess before departing AMS. My previous flight was late, so missed my connection in AMS. Then I spent over two hours getting things settled to get another flight. I was unable to complete my request online, and no one at KLM in AMS wanted to help. They kept giving me the run-around until I finally convinced them K was stuck without their personal help. It added a lot of stress (and about 5 more hours of transit time) to my overall journey.

So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too."

This was a short flight of about one and a half hours in economy. Everything was as expected as a short flight in economy class.

Accommodating crew: forgot to order vegetarian food and they were able to find something. Paid US$60 extra for preferred room and it really was more room! Also bid on first class upgrade and got it in one direction!
Short trip on a turbo prop. Noisy not so comfortable
I ordered a vegan meal months in advance. The meal never came and they tried to give me chicken. I told the attendant and she said nothing she could do, someone must’ve messed up so I had nothing to eat. She was very rude about it and did not apologize or anything, just said “handed them all out already” and walked away. Another attendant eventually came over and I asked her for some help and she was able to provide me with some snacks and she was very kind.

The original flight was cancelled and were unable to connect to the SAS flight. There is NO SAS customer service on the weekends. Unbelievable. Now we are getting the run around on receiving a refund.
Very cramped and claustrophobic Staff spoke no English and tv choice was not In English Pilot and staff spoke no English and as a lone traveller I felt quite vulnerable as no emergency procedures or facilities were explained is bathroom emergency exit

Nadelen: "Cramped seats, at least it was a short flight."
Voordelen: "The SAS flight was fine. My dissatisfaction was with the company that booked my ticket which I found through a Kayak search. When booking, there was no information about luggage and I ended up paying for it at the airport. This should clearly be declared in the online booking process."
Voordelen: "The flight went by fast."
Nadelen: "They should have provided some goodies to eat. Due to people that needed something to eat. For example, my mother being diabetic and I was telling them to please provide something. Event then, nothing was done :( ."
Voordelen: "Crew very friendly and helpful."
Nadelen: "Seat didn’t recline as much as it should be. Maybe cuz we are sitting the last row. Which makes it less comfortable."
Nadelen: "Again we had to climb down stairs with our luggage to get to the boarding area, then we had the typical ramp. What is it with Europe and stairs? If you have any issues beware. You better be strong and fit to fly in Europe. Not too many luxuries."
Nadelen: "We were late and my impression is that the crew is not well organized and costed the delay."
Voordelen: "Getting off the plane."
Nadelen: "SAS like other airlines gives you a chance to bid on a nicer seat. If the offer is accepted, your card is charged the amount you bid and you are upgraded. If your offer is not accepted, you keep your seat and are not charged for bidding. I placed a bid for a nicer seat and was informed the day before the flight that my bid was rejected. But when the plane was boarding, I went to the man at the desk and asked if the plane was full. He informed me that it was not, and that I could pay roughly $300 for economy plus, or $1000 for business class. Online, I was ALLOWED to bid $200 for the economy plus seat. If they are going to reject this offer and then have the seat fly empty, they are a bunch of dicks. They had a chance for me to be a happier customer and to make more money. Now they lost both. What was also terrible is that when I family with an infant was moved up a few seats, I suggested to the lady next to me who wanted the newly vacant aisle seat that she ask the flight attendant for it. The flight attendant said it was fine. As the lady sitting next to me went to her her new seat, and old man from a few rows up took it. Another flight attendant had promised it to him. So, now the two of us are crammed, she's pissed that the seat she said she could have she couldn't, and I'm there like "My god, they wouldn't even take my money to let me have a nicer, EMPTY, seat." Poor communication, poorly run. Try another airline."
Voordelen: "Good crew"
Nadelen: "Premium economy wasn’t as good as others"
Voordelen: "The staff were ok"
Nadelen: "It’s the first time i try these low cost airlines, which sometimes they are not that cheap compared to others, no entertainment whatsoever, i wasn’t allowed for any check in luggage and the prices for ever peace was literally expensive ticket price was not that competitive"
Nadelen: "Thankfully flight was a bit late since many from the previous flight needed to connect to this flight."
Voordelen: "Comfortable flight, pilot was very clear and gave good information throughout the flight. Boarding was slow to begin but wasn't annoying. Good magazine with good articles."
Nadelen: "Cabin crew member was yelling on the phone to another crew member at the gate at a mistake they made. It was very uncomfortable, only could hear it as we were walking past on flight to our seats, not super disruptive but still weird."
Voordelen: "One crew member was particularly nice and personable."
Nadelen: "We waited an hour in the plane before take-off and after boarding, during which time the crew deliberately filled the cabin icecold air thick with the highly toxic fumes from the deicing. I got a headache from it. Throughout the process the entertainment units were disabled, when they could have helped distract passengers from this ordeal. The food was disgusting. When the Danish government has repatedly bailed out SAS, it would make a lot more sense for everyone involved to have higher quality Danish products on board for the meals, especially for such things as dairy products."
Voordelen: "Le personnel de bord a été très agréable et professionnel. L'embarquement à Stockholm est très bien fait et il n'y a pas de perte de temps."
Nadelen: "Par contre, c'est une seule boisson par personne le reste est payant, les repas sont très moyens et le système de divertissement est très très mauvais. Les contenus sont vieux et l'application est très lente et pa réactive du tout."
Voordelen: "Friendly staff"
Nadelen: "Food was really, really bad. Only one very bad choice ignoring health conditions of different passengers."
Voordelen: "Seat was much more comfortable than the first flight, flight attendants were more polite, food was ok, entertainment was adequate, overall not bad."
Nadelen: "No major complaints on this flight."
Nadelen: "SAS charged me 70 Euros for a small 14 KG carryon luggage. It should have been free. Even Ryan air only charged 35$ for a checked bag. This was ridiculous and service was poor."
Nadelen: "Flight was cancelled due to a bomb alert. No food or hotel compensation. Stuck in Copenhagen for a day and night."

Nadelen: "Checking into the flight in Athens was a complete cluster. The cue line was rerouted multiple times for passengers checking into the flight. This caused confusion, delays and frustration. Initially, only one gate agent was checking in the flight. Unreal."
Voordelen: "I chose SAS since I have used this airline on most of my travels to Norway. It has been without any problems and I highly recommend it. The staff all try to make you comfortable and do not hesitate to get whatever you ask for. I have no plan to change plane. Thank you."
Nadelen: "I do not like the way they conduct their business from the office. I know they are very busy like any other airlines but please return our calls and answer questions as we are fully entitled to their attention using their airline. . Thank you."
Nadelen: "Tried THREE hours to get a phone picked up to cancel my flight the day before this scheduled flight. My friends booked with Expedia the exact itinerary and were able to reach a human and we're told that SAS always reimburses for cancellations. I finally emailed vayamas/kayak to cancel and 5 days later received a reply that there was no cancellation refund. Apparently Kayak provides a no communication/no refund policy. My travel companion had the opposite experience with Expedia."
Voordelen: "Service on the plane was good. The airplane was on time."
Nadelen: "From the time we reached the airport until we got to the gate was 90 minutes. SAS systems for checking baggage by machine sucks. My wife's number on the booking reference didn't work in the machine Thus we waited in line for 20 minutes to get a boarding pass, but didn't get the baggage tags for her luggage. Another line. SAS overall sucks."
Voordelen: "Food, crew, entertainment"
Nadelen: "We departed almost 3 hours late. No explanation given over speaker. No compensation, no apologies."
Voordelen: "Movie selection"
Nadelen: "The flight attendants were rude. Not once was water offered. Only one drink cart for >8 flight."
Voordelen: "I flew SAS from ewr to wro and back a d can't say enough good things about the company. The crew was very friendly and always smiling, the flight was quick and arrived early, the plane was very clean aND overall just great experience. Next flight I'll be looking to book with SAS. Nadelen: "Delay after delay. Screaming kid the whole flight. Could not sleep."
Nadelen: "A very dishonest experience. The booking never made it clear that I was not allowed to check my suitcase and I had to pay € 70 extra both coming and going and thereby paid 1 1/2 times more for my suitcase than for my ticket. I am very disappointed to be 'tricked' in this way and consider it a very dishonest business practice."

Nadelen: "I Had checked several times to make sure I had 2 bags included ( standard for US-EU flights) and every time. At the airport I had to pay an extra charge for my second bag which made the flight very expensive and just ruined the whole experience for me"

Voordelen: "The flight was on time, the Swiss Air plan was clean and the swiss chocolate and ice cream was wonderful!"
Voordelen: "Crew was friendly, food was pretty good and I like that when they made announcements we could hear them. With some airlines the crew mumbles and one can’t hear a thing. So thank you for speaking loudly and clearly. Also, the seats were actually pretty comfortable."
Nadelen: "The shuttleling between terminals at the airport is Iceland is a bit unorganized and the wait is long; or at least seems that way when a person is jet lagged."
Nadelen: "I had a four hour layover in Iceland, which was nothing to do with Kayak. But four hours in Rekjavik airport in the middle of the night was not enjoyable."
Nadelen: "I was very disappointed that it cost me 152.00 to check one bag."

Nadelen: "The connecting flight from Iceland to Dublin was loud, very loud. I sat towards the front of wing on left side & it was so loud from engine."

Voordelen: "That there were TV's for every seat and that they gave us a bottle of water when getting on the plane."

Nadelen: "Our flight was delayed two hours and we were given no notice beforehand."
Nadelen: "The flights were booked too closely. We sat in Minneapolis for over an hour after departure time because they didn’t have crew enough to load baggage. That is unacceptable for the price paid and has messed up our vacation."

Nadelen: "La barrière de départ n’a pas été indiquée sur les écrans électroniques, et comme nous nous étions enregistrés en ligne et que nous attendions au salon où les vols ne sont pas annoncés, nous sommes arrivés tard à l’embarquement et avons presque manqué notre vol. À bord, le personnel a fait le nécessaire mais pas plus, service peu chaleureux et minimaliste. Le débarquement s’est fait avec une navette, comme à Mirabel dans le temps, et comme il n’y avait qu’une seule navette à la porte arrière, le processus a êté laborieux."

Nadelen: "My flight to Iceland got cancelled. So I didn't fly back from there. I want my money back!"

Nadelen: "My seat kept sliding forward from the reclining position which made it difficult to keep sleeping through the overnight flight"

Voordelen: "I really loved my first experience with Iceland air. The plan was so new, clean, even in coach I felt like I had plenty of legroom. The entertainment screen was large and I had lots of options. The staff was so helpful, not to mention beautiful. I hope to fly Iceland air again."

When we boarded our plane it was cold, and then we had to sit and wait for 45 minutes while we waited for connecting passengers. I would've preferred to be held up inside the terminal a little longer than sit on a cold plane with little communication. No water fountains at KEF"
Nadelen: "food wasn't in the ticket price, it's a shame"

Voordelen: "Free water was a nice touch. Being able to track progress with seatback screen was nice too."
Nadelen: "Gate agent at MSP told us our bags were checked through to our final destination in Bergen; he should have also explained that although bags are checked through you still have to physically get them at Reykjavik to go through Customs."
Voordelen: "The flights felt short and were comfortable. The layovers were not long and everything was on time."
Nadelen: "There was no food provided even though it was international."

Nadelen: "Lost luggage, emailed, but no response, four days later after multiple attempts the baggage company called to deliver bags to London address as we landed in Paris. There was no contact number and no email response Horrible service without a care. Ruined a European vacation"
Voordelen: "Surprised that on a trans- Atlantic flight food was not provided at no cost, even a cookie or peanuts."
Nadelen: "Our luggage did not arrive in Brussels at end of our flight, as of 1730 next day we still don't have belongings. I now have to shop for toiletries and clothing that I bought especially for my vacation. Very disappointing."
