Delta was of very little help in assisting us in making a connecting flight. They could have at least helped with travel arrangements and provided us with a little food, a pillow and a blanket as we waited in their terminal for the next flight on their airline which was a several hour wait. I understand these things happen but the passengers didn't cause the problem and Delta needs to take care of people better if they expect to earn repeat business."

Nadelen: "Retard de l'avion ( 3-4 vols différents). Perte de mes bagages qui à entraîner un déplacement pour rien à l'étranger pour le travail vu que je n'avais pas le matériel de travail avec moi. Nous faire monter dans l'avion, rouler sur le tarmac, après 30 min de prise de retard sur le départ, nous annoncer qu'on retourner à l'aéroport et qu'il fallait changer d'avion pour problèmes techniques. Pour nous annuler complètement Le vol! Nous faire descendre de l'avion, devoir aller se trouver un autre vol, aller recuperer la valise, retourner l'enregistrer, et retourner à la sécurité tous ça avec une amabilité digne de la froideur allemande! Auncuns repas ou autre bois a été offert au moin pour s'excuser. Après avoir eu tous ces problèmes avec la même compagnie j'ai contacter à plusieurs reprises le service client qui m'a raccrocher au nez! On m'a dit qu'on me remboursait Le vol. Je n'ai jamais eu de nouvelles."

She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Nadelen: "My flight was cancelled and no one notified me! Instead, FlyUs.com placed me on a different SAS flight that had a 15 minute layover in Copenhagen. Needless to say, I would have missed the flight from Copenhagen. I realized the issue the day-of, spent hours on the phone trying to book a different flight through the customer services at FlyUs.com (stupid company!), and was finally rebooked by SAS on a different airline. When I called SAS directly, they immediately took care of the situation and handled it well, but I wasted an entire day dealing with FlyUs.com, waiting on confirmation for a flight that I was never going to receive. The whole experience was awful."

Voordelen: "Most everything"
Nadelen: "I'd like to be able to get seats together as a family before getting to the gate...I had to ask for switches both outbound and inbound, which they were nice enough to make."

Voordelen: "The only thing that saved the flight was a good crew and decent food."
Nadelen: "My husband uses a wheel chair and a delightful attendant wheeled him and about 20 other passengers to a very well equipped handicap area. There we all stayed until finally we demanded that we be taken to our flight which was supposed to leave in about 10 minutes. When we boarded the plane all the other passengers were already there and I was the last one on. All the overhead bins were taken and I had to put my carry-on under the seat which left me with almost no leg room. By the time we arrived in SFO my thighs and back hurt so much that I was worried maybe I would require medical attention. Which fortunately was not the case. It was luck that I had a bag that would actually fit under the seat."

Nadelen: "If you want to have a different meal than what they offer, you have to contact customer service before hand. I never been on a flight so far, where there wasn’t a vegetarian option. So I was pretty surprised when they just offered beef fajitas. I asked for a vegetarian option only to find out there isn’t none. The flight attendant wasn’t super nice about it either, she just said you have to order it online. But at no point I got an email saying, if you want something different than what we offer, tell us! So that was pretty annoying..."

Nadelen: "No food or even water"

Voordelen: "Door sneeuwval vertraging bij de start waardoor vervolgvlucht niet gehaald. Bij landing bleek omvorming al geregeld te zijn"

Voordelen: "Crew was considerate, friendly and accommodating . Meals were quite nice as flight fare goes. And the variety of films to watch were great. Two thumbs up, SAS !"

Nadelen: "It would be nice if they could offer some snacks or something to drink. Seems to be higher quality than low costs, so they could afford to offer that."

Voordelen: "Nice interior and good IFE on long haul."
Nadelen: "I did not like the flight from Malaga to Stockholm due to not having IFE or WiFi on a 4+ hour flight. Absolutely unacceptable in today’s travel market."

Voordelen: "Friendly staff"

Nadelen: "Wound up having to pay 150$ for checking 2 bags. Almost more than the tickets. Feel ripped off. Don't remember the web getting a chance when i ordered the tickets to purchase at a lower rate. SAS said, since i bought the tickets through a travel agent, there was nothing they could do. Next time I'll buy tickets directly from SAS."

Voordelen: "Plane was quite empty"
Nadelen: "Plane wasn't in the best shape"

Nadelen: "I didn't get any veg options for my dinner at all"

Nadelen: "Cheap airline, entertainment system failure, paying for soft drinks?????? Food was an absolute disaster on one flight and no food service at all on the second flight. Abysmal service on both legs. Call for further details."

Voordelen: "Ok friendly"

Voordelen: "I mean, it was how a flight should be, painless."

Nadelen: "Booked SAS Go level which included 1 piece of luggage each. At check-in, we were told that is not the case despite SAS' own website saying that it is. I was charged another $320 and I am disgusted with their business practices which revolve around, deceit, lies andl I would even say fraud! There were many others complaining about the SAS Go luggage issue and then having to pay again. I could have gone with Ryan Air for a fraction of the cost."

Voordelen: "Front of the plane was business level service - back more like low cost. But the same staff numbers as low cost."
Nadelen: "Boarding very slow. Staff a bit inattentive"

Voordelen: "Quick friendly service."
Nadelen: "Ran 15 minutes late"

Nadelen: "While boarding, a crew member neglect to help me finding space on the bins for my carry on luggage with a very rough answer. However same crew member kindly attend people coming next to my wife and me. During the rest of the flight no one even direct us a single word. Seems that SAS crew's attention depend on your ethnicity."

Voordelen: "The flight from Newark to Stockholm was late, so I was late for the flight to Vilnius,had to recheck-in and wait for 6 hours."

Nadelen: "A very dishonest experience. The booking never made it clear that I was not allowed to check my suitcase and I had to pay € 70 extra both coming and going and thereby paid 1 1/2 times more for my suitcase than for my ticket. I am very disappointed to be 'tricked' in this way and consider it a very dishonest business practice."

Voordelen: "The cleanliness"
Nadelen: "I Had checked several times to make sure I had 2 bags included ( standard for US-EU flights) and every time. At the airport I had to pay an extra charge for my second bag which made the flight very expensive and just ruined the whole experience for me"

Voordelen: "New airbus with good entertainment screenset clean"
Nadelen: "Delays on boarding (on departing as well as returning home) Damaged luggage"

Nadelen: "Discovered that I would have to pay 70 euro for my bag check-in. Not fun at all."

Voordelen: "Flights ran on time."
Nadelen: "Suitcase arrived badly damaged. Crew was rude and inattentive. It was hard to get water during the flight."

Voordelen: "The overall experience was good. The fights in there selves were cool."
Nadelen: "When I got to Oslo to connect to my other flight I had to do security again and the boarding was already starting. So I had to run like hell and got there on the nik of time."

Voordelen: "Everything worked well."
Nadelen: "Movie selection could be lager."

Voordelen: "A bottle of water along with the standard pillow and blanket at each seat. Never had a long line for the bathroom (dumb luck?)"

Voordelen: "short - efficient"

Nadelen: "A very fat man seated next to me and occupied half my seat, very uncomfortable!!!"

Nadelen: "Not even one bag was included!! And to add a bag is extremely expensive!!! Paid five hundred dkk for one bag!!! Terrible service as well!!!"

Voordelen: "Flight was Ok"
Nadelen: "Left till last to board flight. Case taken from me. Asked continually when I wld be taken as I am 83 and recovering from major operation. Told 45 minutes before flight but was taken 10 minutes ahead. Rush has left me very upset."

Voordelen: "Entertainment system is very good - like 100 movies on demand even games available."
Nadelen: "Economy seats had little leg room; weren't offered a choice of entrees Make sure you call ahead if you need vegetarian meals."

Voordelen: "The crew was very professional, upbeat, and helpful. The newer seats allow for more legroom, and the selection of a wide variety of on-demand movies."
Nadelen: "The inability to easily view and choose a special meal is a recurrent issue with SAS - even when contacting the airline directly to rectify this issue, the ball was dropped on the return flight, and the crew scrambled to find a replacement meal. On-line boarding continues to be an issue for Green Card holders returning to the US - why not explain that one cannot pre-print boarding passes and instead must go to boarding pass issues-line as soon as one enters the airport."

Voordelen: "It got me from a to b"
Nadelen: "No food service on a four hour flight that departed at 11am. Except soggy sandwiches for purchase. I recommend taking your own food. Plane not very clean."

Voordelen: "Overhead storage adequate."
Nadelen: "Cramped (standard coach)as rhe person in front of me reclined his seat. Unhappy that I was required to pay extra to select a seat in standard coach when I made my reservation weeks ago. An airline's price should include selection of an available seat. Requirement to pay for even one drink on a transatlantic flight seemed cheesy."

Voordelen: "Quick flight. Friendly cabin crew."
Nadelen: "Nothing."

Nadelen: "AC on the airplane. It was extremely hot. We have to use the magazine to fan ourselves...."

Nadelen: "A plane made any year after 1990... Last minute flight switch caused great discomfort and VERY narrow seats"

Voordelen: "Not a lot. Just that the departure was on time."
Nadelen: "This Business-class seat is a proper rip-off. The only difference from Economy is the in-between seat is not used. No extra leg room whatsoever. Economy from Honolulu to Los Angeles I had more leg room then this one. Unacceptable response from the crew: "that's how it's been the last years"."

Voordelen: "No drinks or snacks for econome class. Its just a 1 hour flight, KLM Does serve on 1 hour flights."
Nadelen: "See above."

Nadelen: "Being late and I missed my next flight. I talked with the customer service to book me on next flight from Dallas to London. They did that and told me that they moved my luaggage to the new booking but didn’t happen and I was going around in London looking for my luggage."

Voordelen: "Beenruimte"
Nadelen: "Te laat vertrokken en om vliegveld cirkelen omdat City vol was."

Voordelen: "Niets"
Nadelen: "Grote vertraging, geen uitleg, geen gratis versnapering om het goed temaken"

Nadelen: "Seat clearance not good"

Voordelen: "Amazing crew, kind and patient"

Nadelen: "They’re not too helpful in helping me get on a flight to my final destination."

Voordelen: "Direct flight London to Denver. Check in and boarding very easy, friendly and efficient."
Nadelen: "Seats very close together, entertainment poor (and not working for first hour of flight)"

Nadelen: "The guy seated next to me was too big for his seat and he took up about 20% of my seat. Absolutely disgusting. My seat should have cost 20% less because I did not have access to my full space. Crew should be trained to not allow customers who cannot fit into a single seat to only have a ticket for one seat. The crew identifies bags that do not fit, they should do the same thing with people."

Voordelen: "The crew were very nice and friendly."
Nadelen: "The seat configuration in business class is the worst of all carriers I have ever flown. Very uncomfortable in so many ways."

Voordelen: "The cabin crew were excellent. The food service was very good. Entertainment choices were abundant and generally good."
Nadelen: "Reaching our connecting flight. The Bataan death march comes to mind—concourse 3 to 5, oh my! Having got through all the hurdles including incomprehensible up, down, up again down again escalator rides and security pat down for my wife we got to Concourse 5 where we learned our plane was leaving from C gates, but not which C gate. So we looked for directions to C gates. The only signage was for C gates 52 to 57. Common sense would lead one to believe that C gates 1 to 51 existed somewhere in the terminal; but no they do not and not many people are aware that they don’t. There has to be a better way. Perhaps before Brexit becomes a reality you could lean on Germany’s vaunted efficiency to help clean up this nightmare scenario."

Voordelen: "The space on the flight"

Voordelen: "Doordat wij op het bovendeks zaten konden we meteen boarden. Vriendelijke purser die overal de tijd voor nam."
Nadelen: "Doordat 3 mensen zich niet gemeld hadden, zaten er 4 koffers te veel aan boord. Ga maar met de hand zoeken met 15 Afrikaanse mensen in een A389."

Voordelen: "No hassle with hand luggage"

Nadelen: "They lost our bags. Many of us on board. And they didn’t give us tracking numbers to follow-up. Argh"

Voordelen: "Arrived on time although departure was delayed. Cabin crew was vert friendlyand boarding was fast"
Nadelen: "Would have been nice if the reading material was not so beat up to match the plane's perfect interior, otherwise nothing to fault at all"

Voordelen: "Loved everything about this flight great complimentary food options"

Nadelen: "Boarding takes longer on BA than any other airline I've flown on. Breakfast was awful. Cream cheese on a white roll tastes like paste. You'll really could be doing better than this."

Nadelen: "didn't know what meals would be offered, as they were not listed on itinerary, so I bought food too in the airport"

Voordelen: "The Crew were great"
Nadelen: "Boarding could have been more efficient"

Voordelen: "We liked that the food and drinks were included. The timing of food and lights going off and on were perfect."
Nadelen: "The take off was a little shaky but it was our first time on this size of plane, so that might be normal."

Voordelen: "Ontime, no nonsense flight"
Nadelen: "Sadly disappointed that drinks (even soda) are no longer free!"

Voordelen: "Unremarkable short hop that met basic expectations"
Nadelen: "Tight seats No snack or drink service"

Nadelen: "-no communication -I stayed in 17 hours of cues -no hotel or meal vouchers -was not let out of the airport -no hydration in lines - people passed out -no line control, people were cutting and lots of arguments ensued -staff was not knowledgeable, was rude to angry customers -baggage was never returned to me, so I had to buy clothes for my business trip -did not answer phones -website went down -no apology or automatic refund, i had to call to get a manual refund"

Voordelen: "Ticket price"
Nadelen: "It's third time British airways lost our baggage. Come on BA, you can do better than this!"

Voordelen: "Good friendly crew, on time(ish). Nothing wrong at all really."
Nadelen: "No free food, but meh, very minor issue."

Nadelen: "Being late"

Voordelen: "Did not watch entertainment. Tried to nap."
Nadelen: "Blankets felt very worn and crusty."

Voordelen: "On board entertainment was very good with movies, tv, games, etc. The flight was on-time. The food was good. No hassles regarding paying for a checked bag."
Nadelen: "Small seating area. Paying extra for advance seat assignments."

Nadelen: "Water costed money and only credit card accepted"

Voordelen: "The efficiency of the boardign"
Nadelen: "The fact I could not even get a glass of water without a credit card."

Voordelen: "Food was good. I liked that boarding And check-in went quickly."
Nadelen: "The pilot flew too close to a lightning storm near South Dakota. Really bad turbulence as dinner was being served. It was quite scary and my wife and I lost our appetite. Attendants were also slow to pick up our trays afterward."

Nadelen: "3 of us sitting together in the middle and seat f's entertainment did not work from the beginning of flight then seat e failed after a couple of movies. Also the seats were so rigid it could not recline without some forcefull assistance from another person"

Voordelen: "London to Seattle: decent boarding experience; terrible crew (except the very nice guy)."
Nadelen: "London to Seattle: I was traveling with young kids, and whenever I asked for something- even as simple as ginger ale - they made it seem like I was bothering them. Also, the toilet ran out of toilet paper."

Voordelen: "Na"
Nadelen: "I didn't know that it's so complicated to reschedule a flight or return money! That was the worst part."

Nadelen: "We were delayed getting out of Rome, making our connection a little stressful."

Voordelen: "The Chief Purser came over to apologize. At the end of the flight, the Captain came to me to apologize on behalf of the airline. (Too little, way too late.)"
Nadelen: "I am handicapped and the jetway was broken. British Airways took a bad situation and made it worse! Obviously they had no contingency plans and the gate agents just wan't to avoid any responsibility and started blaming the poor man who had been wheeling me all over the airport. ONLY BRITISH AIRWAYS WAS AT FAULT FOR THIS. Eventually they put me on a lift several gates away and then loaded me onto the platform lift of one of those catering trucks that deliver food to the planes and drove me to my plane. The plane door was shut and they had to bang on the door to have them open it and let me board. As a result, I personally delayed the flight (officially) 28 minutes; in reality about 40 minutes. This was one of the most embarrassing and humiliating experiences of my life; to be loaded on a plane like freight!! Is this how British Airways operates??"

Nadelen: "Boarding at Charles de Gaule airport in Paris. Always a mess."

Voordelen: "I loved the hot towel svc, the food and beverage svc. Flight attendants very attentive."

Voordelen: "On time"

Nadelen: "BA insisted on gate checking my carry on. I've never had this problem before. Really annoying especially considering the tight connection and the late take off"

Voordelen: "Check in, boarding were well organized. Crew and attendants at the airport were very friendly. My luggage was not lost."
Nadelen: "The flight from Houston was delayed, but Captain said that he will make up, and we should arrive to London on time. Only when we landed I learned that we are still late by an hour, and I missed my connection in London by a few minutes. Whoever was assigning a seat for me in Houston, could seat me closer to the front, so I would have a better chance to catch my connection. Instead, I was placed at the very last row. (Very uncomfortable by the way)."

Voordelen: "It was short"
Nadelen: "Lost luggage - no one cared despite it clearly being lost at check in going down a broken bag shute. Plane was late. BA is losing their upmarket appeal trying to compete with cheaper airlines."

Voordelen: "Nice crew"

Voordelen: "Staff where very pleasant."
Nadelen: "Airport check in was drastically understaffed. The worst I have experienced. Airplane seating was cramped."
