Nadelen: "Unclear how Air Canada is still claiming “beat airline in North America.” I think that was true 5+ years ago but the last two years they have been an operational nightmare with customer service also being atrocious"

Voordelen: "Personnel parfait"

Nadelen: "The plane didn’t have water in the bathrooms in the back of the plane so we had to use wet wipes to clean our hands afterwards. Entertainment system was slow. No complementary meals offered even though it was an international flight."

Voordelen: "The crew was ok, very uncomfortable seat, I had an isle seat and everyone bumped into my shoulder. I never had to pay for checked baggage in a transatlantic flight, it’s not my first time flying. I was also asked to check my carry on, to what I declined for personal reasons."

Nadelen: "Flight was delayed 1 hour. We still managed to make our scheduled rendezvous."

Voordelen: "The food was excellent, jet airways was Rocking. Airfrance had excellent service."

Voordelen: "1. Repas de bonne qualité et offrant plusieurs à côtés (salade, pain, brownies, etc.) 2. Films disponibles à bord par le biais de l'écran de divertissement inclus au siège."
Nadelen: "1. Non disponibilité du Wi-Fi à bord de l'avion 2. Avion remplie à pleine capacité et ayant accepté des voyageurs avec plus de deux (2) bagages à main à bord 3. Aucun surclassement offert durant le vol tandis que la famille à côté de moi était malade 4. Ils ont perdus mon bagage à main alors que l'agence de bord m'avait promis de ne pas le perdre lorsque je lui ai demandé. Ils m'ont retiré mon bagage à main puisque ma petite valise que je transportais n'entrait pas sous le siège. L'agence de bord est parti avec mon bagage contentant tous mes médicaments, ma couverture et une partie de mes vêtements et c'est la dernière fois que j'ai vu ma valise. Lorsque je suis arrivé à Bruxelles, mon bagage à main qui fut placé en soute n'était pas à destination et j'ai pleuré toutes les larmes de ma vie."

Nadelen: "1h de retard sur le planning mais sûrement à cause du vent qu' il y avait ce jour la."

Nadelen: "Pas d’espace pour les jambes."

Nadelen: "Le vols a été retarder à partir de Québec. J’ai donc du courir à travers l’aéroport de Montréal pour attraper ma connection vers Edmonton. Arrivée à l’intérieur de l’avion, les compartiments à bagages à main étaient pratiquement tous plein. Eu beaucoup de misère à éviter de mettre mon sac à dos sous le siège devant moi. Chose que je déteste car je suis très grand et j’ai besoin d’espace pour mes jambes. On a finalement trouvé un endroit à inséré mon sc à dos après avoir argumenté avec l’agent de bors."

Voordelen: "How I was treated How I felt was wonderful."
Nadelen: "Nothing"

Nadelen: "70min delayed departure exhausted a three hour window I had to get through customs, get my luggage, and get on the London Underground to get to Liverpool Street Station for my connecting train. Means I’m out $40 Canadian for a ticket that went unused."

Voordelen: "Got an upgrade to premium economy"

Voordelen: "À L'heure et même en avance. Service excellent."
Nadelen: "Divertissement médiocres, repas ordinaire,"

Voordelen: "The passengers, the Brussels airport retail area, 1 of the flight attendants who was polite and welcoming, and the entertainment selections. Finally being connected to Swiss staff."
Nadelen: "The crew was not very welcoming and was borderline rude when I asked any sort of question such as why I was not allowed to wear my headphones prior to take off. I was patient in not wearing them, but could not relaxing into the trip for the 40+ minutes we remained on the ground mostly not moving. I was tired when boarding and fumbled with my documents and was very curtly told to just hand them over. Another time I accidentally mistook headphones the stewardess was handing out for something else. I took a pair and then immediately gave them back with an apology that I didn't realise what they were, but thanked her anyway. This was met with a scowl and a bit of opposition. There was one stewardess that was very nice and accommodating out of the entire crew. On top of this the toilet seat on the plane was broken, so it fell on you when you were trying to go to the bathroom, and the soap dispenser was broken. I didn't dare mention these things to the flight crew though. The plane was late taking off from Montreal, and so was late landing in Brussels. No effort was made to provide connections assistance, or provide directions on where to go to rebook our missed connections. I and all others traveling to Zurich spent the entire morning trying to find anyone from Air Canada to help us rebook our flights. We literally were going from desk to desk between two terminals, and consulting each other as we went to limit the amount of leg work we all had to do. We all had to finally leave the terminal area and go to Swissport and stand in a long slow line. By that time any afternoon flight was already overbooked. So I and a group of other passengers were booked for an evening flight which forced me to book a hotel in Zurich because I couldn't get to where I needed to be that evening. After being rebook, I still tried to get on an earlier flight by going directly to the gate. It was confirmed that there was some extra space available, but they would not switch me to the earlier flight because I had a checked bag that I could not separate me from. Ultimately my bag was lost which made me have to stay awake and in the Zurich airport even longer after I finally arrived going from one lost baggage representative to another, and then waiting in another line to finally fill out paperwork because my bag had never been scanned in Brussels. The Zurich representatives were very polite, helpful, and efficient compared to anyone I encountered in Montreal, or Brussels. I was without my bag for 3.5 days of what was supposed to be a 10 day trip. My trip was reduced to 9 days because I spent an entire day in the Brussels airport and then had to spend the night in Zurich. I arrived in Zurich on Saturday night, and received my bag on Tuesday afternoon. All in all it was not a good experience until I got to Switzerland."

Voordelen: "Everything you would expect for a budget flight. Comfortable seats with a decent amount of leg room. Quick boarding time and landed on time."
Nadelen: "Entertainment only available for purchase with a tablet rental. Corners of the floor were a little dirty."

Voordelen: "Le personnel est gentil. Les activités se sont déroulées rapidement. J’ai pu avoir de l’aide facilement pour l’enregistrement aux bornes. Johanne Leduc"

Voordelen: "We landed early, had a smooth flight, and the overall experience was excellent."
Nadelen: "I still feel as though it’s a bit of a rip off to spend $800 per person on a 4 hour plus flight and not even get a free snack... Also, the headphone sockets in both directions were woeful, and required a lot of movement to get sound clarity."

Nadelen: "Flight back was OK but flight to Orlando was not. Travelling with s 94 yr old man in a wheelchair. Everything at Pearson is not conduscent to travel with a handicapped person. Poor layout, poor assistance, non caring people, long distances,, and final straw was air canada started boarding without calling for handicapped first. We had to stop them and then fight our way up the aisle with people all in the way. Terrible, just lousey. 3 and a half hours before flight we arrived and didn't even have a chance to get some lunch before flight. I give Toronto and air Canada the worst possible rating of any airport or airline I've ever dealt with. John O"Hearn"

Nadelen: "Un WC hors d'usage. Le système de divertissement inopérant pour les films: téléchargement trèèèssss lent et interruptions. Impossible d'ecouter un film. Enfin, les,sièges sont inconfortables pour un trajet de près de 4'heures!"

Voordelen: "Tres confortable considérant le choix de l’avion qui est ieux qu’un 777 qui dessert habituellement ce lien."

Voordelen: "Friendly and quiet crew! Good, because the only thing I could do on the flight was sleep."
Nadelen: "Was not told to download entertainment application until onboard and out of range for the wifi. They also didn't mention having ipads to rent, not sure if they were available."

Voordelen: "The end of the trip and delivery of luggage 24 hours after arriving in Vienna"
Nadelen: "Old and partly broken plane, horrible food. 2 officials to immigrate hundreds of people at Brussels. Breakdown of luggage system in Brussels. No luggage at arrival in Vienna."

Nadelen: "Grouchy attendants....even though I did my best to stay out of their way or interact positively, they were determined to be brusque and uncooperative. I understand they have a tough job to do, but pushing past people who are in the process of getting out of their way (even holding a baby!) is uncalled for. This happened not once, but 3 or 4 times in the course of the flight to my traveling companion and me."

Voordelen: "No in flight entertainment system. I hate those things. They take up room and lots of times you can't even turn off the screens. Streaming to personal devices is a much better solution."
Nadelen: "Food for economy class 10 hour flight was: Dinner: a bowel of rice with a couple of shavings of meat, bread, and a brownie. Snack: pretlzes Breakfast: small loaf of bread with a tiny amount of meat filling. Absolutely eat before boarding this flight. All you will get are carbs. The foam on the seats was thin and not comfortable. This airline can be a bit cheaper than others but I don't think it's worth it."

Voordelen: "Bel avion, beau service, aucun repas ni de collation à bord a moins de payer les frais"

Voordelen: "Not much...crew very nice"
Nadelen: "On the flight coming to Toronto the staff randomly choose ppl to check bags at gate...no consistency which is very frustrating Flight was delayed. On the flight got returning I arrived at airport at 730 for my 9 PM flight ....they knew it would be delayed earlier in the day but never posted it so ppl could adjust their schedules. My last 4 flights with AC have been disappointing"

Nadelen: "C'était notre première fois avec Air Canada et nous avons été très déçus : tout est payant ! Bagage en soute et snack dans l'avion."

Nadelen: "That they didn't have staff at the gate even during boarding time & 3 hrs later showed up to tell us flight is cancelled. Lost our bags which never left the origins airport .. the list goes on & on about several rude or unprofessional manner in how they cancelled a flight with zero help before, during or after the fact."

Voordelen: "I actually flew through meontreal but it was a great flight and the salad was very good"

Voordelen: "Dinner was ok, Breakfast and coffee were horrrible"
Nadelen: "Very rude staff, would not do anything I asked and responded with attitude"

Voordelen: "My taxi driver comments that " Air Canada is terrible; I'm sorry you fly them!""
Nadelen: "Nobody ever around to help you; your anxiety is through the roof just trying to get help or any glimmer of kindness! And forget the bastards refunding you!"
