Delay due to lack of personnel!

Problems with the in-flight wi-fi (none) and the flight info (none). However, movies worked fine and the selection is exceptional.

Nadelen: "Entertainments options were shockingly few. Honestly have not been on a plane recently with so few and limited options of TV series and movies. I was extremely surprised. Wish I had know and I would’ve had more options for my family."

Nadelen: "When a bought my ticket, I had asked in the office about WiFi. They told me that you have WiFi on the plane. I had checked this information on KLM.com and saw the same, that you have WiFi. This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry."

Nadelen: "Old aircraft. Uncomfortable seats in economy. Entertainment screens old and almost impossible to watch - watched my iPhone! No mobile phone charger."
Nadelen: "Keep the temperature at a more reasonable level. Blankets + two layers of clothing was definitely not enough."

Nadelen: "Paid for extra legroom, but very narrow seats not comfortable. Very difficult to sleep. Old plane--could not hear movies and unclear screen. Music sounded OK and choice was good."
Nadelen: "I ordered Wheel chair for my parents but one of them didn't get it at all. When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."
Nadelen: "Landlords gave an unpleasant service! Which continued with late of 50min of the flight, they didn’t do anything to help/ to provide the passengers the answers. The food was cold It was comfort place to sit. Bad experience with KLM"

Nadelen: "I really don't like when at the gate the take your luggage and say you'll be the first to get it at arrival.. And now I'm still waiting.. That's really really annoying"
Voordelen: "Seat 39A did not recline. The gentleman next to me spread his arms out a bit as he typed on his computer the entire way. So I did not get ANY sleep. Plus he got up at least four times."

Nadelen: "Entertainment was dated and poor in function. Our bags were 99 dollars each and we’re both lost and didn’t arrive. I just filed a claim and got rude service saying I should have filed the claim at the airport baggage area but there was not anybody there to do the claim then he agent upstairs said they just spoke to them and they are there and I should have done it there. This was so rude and there is no way to get back into customs area. If we paid 200 for bags I expect them to arrive on time. I’m asking for a refund of the baggage fees."

Nadelen: "Très mécontent des deux compagnies (Air France et Air Antilles): nos deux valises ont été perdues, et aucune compagnie n’est capable de savoir où se trouve l’une des deux valises, un comble! A l’heure où tout est informatisé, tracké, les aéroports sont censés être des endroits sécurisés.. Mais on arrive malgré tout à perdre une valise dans la nature...! Aucun professionnalisme, on nous ballade de services en services sans aucunes informations ni renseignements susceptibles de nous rassurer. Je suis très déçu, voyage de retour gâché par la faute de ces deux compagnies plus a même d’encaisser l’argent des clients que de se soucier d’eux."
Nadelen: "They forced me to ceck my trolley because i had a suit with me!!! And the airplane wasn’t even full. Even worst they allowed some pieces of “hand luggage” that were double the maximum allowed size"
Voordelen: "The crew was OK, but nothing special."
Nadelen: "Air France should not sell tickets for which the connection flights are almost impossible to catch. My luggage was not transferred to my connecting flight. I had to run to catch the flight to Bucharest. At CDC there were only two custom officers for checking passport of EU citizens, on a Saturday morning with hundreds and hundreds incoming travelers. On top of it, one female officer was rude. Typical french :("

Nadelen: "Boarding (by bus) was a total chaos. I had to stand for about 50 minutes, either on the crowded bus or, after climbing with great difficulty three flights of stairs to a high jet-bridge (I am 76), standing there forever with 200 persons waiting to get access to the plane. Totally unacceptable. They started the boarding process early (50 minutes before departure), but passengers were allowed to actually board the plane at the time it was supposed to take off."

Nadelen: "The seats and IFE were a bit outdated. Comfortable, but outdated. My family had issues with their screens and one had to use the remote as the touch screen was no longer functional."
Nadelen: "Both flights through Detroit were re-routed, our luggage was lost for 4 days."

Nadelen: "TSA was sketchy and gave a FULL search, part down, etc. I kept asking and the excuse kept changing. Final excuse ridiculous! Flight attendant could have not treated my son as he way he did. I was unaware that the usb cord being inputted during taxiing As was my son. He was horrible to him!!"

Alors qu 'on était au sol et presque tout le monde était sorti déjà. La sécurité je veux bien mais faut pas pousser! Bébé réveillé tanpis... merci Air France."

Nadelen: "Le site internet nous a pas expliqué que pour le Vietnam au-delà de 15 jours il fallait un visa du coup on a perdu le billet de l'allée plus on va reprendre un billet cela nous a coûté 1000 € juste pour l'aller de plus de nos voyages cela est inadmissible j'aurais pu nous avertir qu'un visa en une heure été délivrable. Je comprends pas qu'on travaille en aéroport en plus pas nous indiquer ou même le site au-delà de 15 jours voir d'autres pays quand on y va il nous faut un visa c'est inadmissible de perdre 1000 € sans compter qu'ils ont même pas fait un geste pour au moins reprendre un vol ça ne coûte plus cher que si on prenait un voilà par. Je recommande pas la compagnie Vietnam Airlines ce sont des gros voleurs des escrocs"
Voordelen: "That we were heading home. Nice seats. Good food. Lots of entertainment choices. Power plugs ( USB and European power) were appreciated. Wine as a choice with meal was appreciated and brandy after the meal."
Nadelen: "Some of the shows and movies were a bit 'trashy'. Long flight. I was in the middle seat next to an inattentive octanegarian who was nice but kept calling the flight crew to fix her mess up of the video system. No air controls on this plane - so it was overly warm. 10 hours of overly warm makes for a stinky passenger. Oof."
Nadelen: "My luggage was lost in Paris. Now I need to wait still."
Voordelen: "From the boarding, to the friendly hostesses to the food and the business class seat, I was impressed all the way. My first time to fly Air France business to the US and it was great. I recommend it!"
Nadelen: "I just expected better toilet bag for business but what was given out was just basic."

Nadelen: "The interface of the screens seemed old Need to anticipate the needs of the customer better For example, they brought me my special meal first, but I had to wait 30 minutes later to get a drink to accompany it. The food was getting old. Did not see any newspaper/periodical selection. That would have been nice."
