On m'a promis de trouver une solution pour qu'à la fin la personne ne vienne même pas me dire en face qu'il n'y avait pas de solution. Divertissements : équipement vidéo d'un autre âge !"

Flight from Dusseldorf to Zurich, then Zurich to Los Angeles. in Dusseldorf, SWISS oversold the plane by 25 passengers. It was unbelievable, SWISS was randomly determining who would not fly and miss their other connecting flights in Zurich. It was by shear luck that we were able to keep our original reservation. SWISS needs to realize that this type of problem is serious. I can't imagine every flying SWISS again."

I've spent upon arriving at home two hours on the phone and customer service representatives from YUL were totally not helpful in solving the problem!"

They skipped our entire row serving morning refreshments and then complained and tried to shame us all for calling them back. Food quality was on par with Alegent Airlines. We even got charged for one piece of checked luggage 46lb on a international flight. That was a first!!!"

Nadelen: "We are regularly taking this flight for end of the year snd in summer. For no reasons whatever if it is in France or in Vienna, the flight is delayed of minimum 2 hours! It was the case once more the case. And all without communication as it is normal! And it looks like this is normal as the flight from yesterday was also leaving at 19h05. This is a joke."

Nadelen: "Flight was late departing Cairo Changing flights from Cairo to Amsterdam was scheduled at 50 minutes. I asked the male flight attendant about changing airplanes, said our new gate was right next to our arriving gate. He said no problem. He failed to mention we had to go through customs and security again, and walk almost a Kilometer in the process. Fortunately they held the Amsterdam plane because many passengers would have missed it. I did not appreciate the lack of information from the flight attendant, however holding the plane was a godsend."

Voordelen: "This is always a pleasant airline to travel with."
Nadelen: "I felt like the airlines deliberately cheated me. I purchased a flight that was listed as "economy" , which means I am authorized one suitcase. When I got to checkout they said I had pay for the suitcase. Turns out my flight was economy 'light' flight and I had to go the Austrian airlines desk and pay euro 40 for my suitcase. Wish that would have been clear when I purchased the ticket. Also there is no clear info on what the cost is for your bag at what point in the check-in process."

Nadelen: "L’aéroport de Vienne qui ne dispose d’aucune aide pour les transferts : il faut trouver les panneaux bien cachés dans un labyrinthe... et 2 contrôles des bagages durant le transfert alors que nous arrivions d’un vol international."

Nadelen: "I had a weelchair and nobody assist me in Viene in Austria And I lost"

Nadelen: "Well, it was all messed up by kayak and priceline. I clearly stated in your search engine I want flight with checked baggage, for which you gave me results. What a unpleasant surprise at check-in to find out it was super expensive airticket with only 8 kg of carry on! You are confusing people on purpose, I cant believe your service! And I was loyal customer for years and years. Well, time for change."

Voordelen: "Nothing, we never got to go on our flight to Vienna. The only good thing is the manager, Servando, found us an alternative route after some delay. Even then, we had to haggle and really fight for fair treatment for a mistake that was 100% the airline's fault."
Nadelen: "Our seats were involuntarily given away by the airport staff. We were never notified until we were scanning our tickets to board in. At that time, we had already checked in and received our boarding passes, as well as checking in 3 bags while we were traveling with a large group. There was no way we wanted to volunteer our seats, especially since we had a transfer flight to catch. We clearly stated we did NOT want to volunteer our seats at the ticket counter. No staff notified us until we were about to get on the plane to board. The flight supervisor was very rude and unprofessional, offering us no alternative solutions. I was really disappointed with such a grievous mistake by the airline, and I would not recommend flying Austrian Airlines unless it was absolutely the only airline available. They need to fix their processes for authorizing when they volunteer a passenger's seat. This caused our group a lot of stress and almost became a logistical nightmare."

Nadelen: "Out luggage did not make it to Houston from Frankfurt. We were late from Vienna but Lufthansa held the plane and extra 30 minutes in Frankfurt so that the baggage could make it from the feeder flights and it still didn't. We were promissed out luggage on Sunday evening. No one called and as of Monday morning no news."

Voordelen: "Enough legroom for economy"

Nadelen: "May bags didn't make the transfer and were sent on to me the following day."

Nadelen: "Some crew members are unfriendly The toilets are always smelly and dirty. The floor stick with pee. Pee all over the toilets seats. Unsanitary especially when you are traveling with a child or an elderly. The TVs touch screens do not work The volume of the crew is too high"

Nadelen: "Once in Abidjan, it became a mess. First we were left waiting for over an hour without any explanation. Then we were told that we had to retrieve our baggage and then recheck them. Hardly anyone spoke English so that was a long and confusing ordeal."

Nadelen: "The whole boarding process was a bit chaotic. I was really called on the plane. I tried to signal for a blanket or some food but there was only 2 cabin crew members."

Voordelen: "I took a roundtrip to Addis Abeba, Ethiopia from Washington, DC. The trip was 13 hours there and 16 on the way back (I think that included a refueling stop in Dublin). There was plenty of food and beverages provided throughout the flight - usually every 3 hours or so. Blankets, pillows, and several movie/entertainment were provided."
Nadelen: "I would prefer the the main cabin lights be kept off longer."

Nadelen: "i did'n't like some of the cabin crew the way they are ....and am very disappointed from kinshasa to my check in i did ask a lady about my bag, she told me i will get my bag to cape straight, and i did ask her two times about the bag, she keep saying the same thing i will get my bag to cape town, so until now i haven't find my bag yet, the number they gave me from the airport no body pic up the phone, so i don't know what i can i do to get my bag......if you can hep me in this mater please contact me on my email or on my cell number 0027 78 470 6195. thank you your best regards."

Nadelen: "On été très en retards de Addis à abuja et arrivé à kano il fallais attendre plus d'une heure."

Nadelen: "everything about it, from the random cancellation of my flight, to missing my connection, and their inability to get me another flight, spending over 24 hours in travel for a mere 6 hour flight. No customer service, would never recommend Ethiopian Airlines to anyone."

Voordelen: "New plane."
Nadelen: "Addis airport is always a mess. Security check takes 30 mins+, gates are changed without announcements and there are no display mentioning flight or destination at the gate. For the flight, food not great and service slow."

Voordelen: "WHY serve dinner at 12 midnight? The lights are kept on in the cabin making it difficult to sleep. Too little time to sleep and too much time taken up with bar and food service."
Nadelen: "NON arrival of luggage at Tel Aviv. See above"

Voordelen: "I liked the interaction of the cabin crew with the passengers. They were helpful and responsive."
Nadelen: "I was disappointed with the limited entertainment options on board. Also, the boarding was a bit hectic because of the congestion at the airport but I reckon that is not the fault of the airlines."

Voordelen: "Courtoisie du personnel de bord. Notre transit de 45 minutes était bien réglé. Chapeau Ethiopian."

Voordelen: "The flight left on time and arrived 20 minutes faster than scheduled. I usually order Kosher meal and enjoyed the food. Unfortunately the Kosher meal they started to serve recently is the WORST food I have had on board. Please avoid the KOSHER!"

Voordelen: "I did find the staff very friendly."
Nadelen: "I found the staff to be very slow, on all 4 flights it tool them an extensive amount of time to walk down with drinks and food service. I was also sitting under the overhead that had blankets and they kept waking me up through out the flight when trying to get a blanket. I wanted to perches a watch that no all the flights had and when they did I couldn't ad ou don't take Credit Card. Flying from Israel to South Africa all I had was Shekel and Rands. How was I to know that I needed to carry Dollars On me."

Nadelen: "It was a night flight (~4-5 hours), however, 80% the time the lights were on... people did not want to eat/drink... and get disturbed constantly by the crew. We just wanted to sleep. Without lights"

Nadelen: "Same as above"

Voordelen: "The staff on Ethiopian airlines is great. Food was palatable."
Nadelen: "Boarding from the front and back of the plane is a terrible idea, especially when the gate agents allow most of the aircraft to board at the same time. Also, on flights longer than three hours, they should use a plane with more entertainment (bigger plane). It was cramped and uncomfortable both legs."

Voordelen: "The food. And the on board entertainment. Staff was also nice but a little bit sloppy and slow."
Nadelen: "Flight was delayed. No information was given on this. Also,Addis adaba is not a tier 1 Airport. I'd rather pay the same. Money to go through Qatar or dubai."

Voordelen: "The crew very kind and made me feel comfortable"
Nadelen: "Old 767, with not comfortable set up and no individual TV set."
