The staff and service of SIngapore Airlines is hard to beat. They are excellent. If they could only figure out their call center fiasco it would be a top airline. Attempting to call SQ is like trying to talk to the dead.

One of the male stewards was appalling towards a young mum I sat next too...too the extent of giving her dirty looks because she spilled a bit of water on the seat and then told her she had to pack everything away she was using, including the baby wipes! I stepped in and told him how this was not ok and all other staff members were helpful and he was making this Mum upset. He should not be working for such a people friendly reputable airline! Maybe Jetstar instead! Was appalled at the entire flight to be honest!"

After changed plan in Abu Dhabi to Islamabad, there was rain in Islamabad and all flight diverted to Lahore, so our Etihad air plan diverted to Lahore too. once the weather cleared in few hours , all air line did fly back to Islamabad a 50 minutes flight but unfortunately Etihad air way force everyone out of airplane by force. They used police to beat up passenger very bad and drags them out. Then put all passenger in old Bus to Islamabad a 5 hours trip. One of worst air line in my life. We bought ticket for Islamabad not for Lahore. They should take us back to Islamabad after rain stop like other air line did but only Etihad air way did not fly back and beat all passenger by using police on them, it took us 34 hours to get home."
Nadelen: "Etihad air way should apologize to each passenger and Reimburse them 1/4 of the ticket. otherwise lot of people will give up this airline . 2nad their meal was very bad. bread was not fully cooked. they cooked only Hindy food. not every person is Hindu. It welcome to providr hindu food when travel india but when it travel to Pakistan or Bangladesh it should name it Hindu meal."

Voordelen: "Travelled last minute since my mom passed away. Etihad upgraded us to Bussiness class for asking! It was a very comfortable journey in hard times."
Nadelen: "I had one piece of checkin baggage. surprise surprise it was misplaced and finally delivered to my house, 10 hours after my arrival to the destination"
Nadelen: "The staff at Kathmandu airport Etihad check-in counter was very rude. He asked too many unnecessary personal questions and asked to present the document to verify."

Voordelen: "Après une heure dans l'avion sans climatisation malgré un personnel de bord irréprochable (distribution de boissons) on nous annonce le débarquement, diriger et abandonne dans un terminal malgré un repas offert, pas d'information après renseignement auprès d'un accompagnant de tour operator j'apprend qu'il faut se rendre à la même porte où nous embarqueront avec 4 heures de retard. Un grand merci au personnel de cabine mais le responsable au sol .... Mais en plus de 10 vol Ave Etihad c'est ma seul mauvaise expérience et de plus j'ai payer 200fr pour changer de vol et arriver 4 h 30 plus tôt résultat gagné 30 minutes oups"

Nadelen: "Le vol était complet et nous nous sommes vu proposés éventuellement un vol AF direct en remplacement. Après notre acceptation, en dernière minute, nous avons finalement embarqué sur ETIHAD. Là fut notre erreur car lors de la correspondance à Abu dhabi nous étions de nouveau surbooké à 23h00 ! malgré nos borading pass. Au bout de 2h de négociation nous avons obtenu une chambre d'hotel de 1h du matin à 6h.... pour reprendre le vol suivant à 8h30.... Aucune indemnisation, ni surclassement, as même un code wifi .... COMPAGNIE A EVITER A TOUT PRIS, c'est du LOW COST et le SAV est CATASTROPHIQUE. Nadelen: "the plane from Bangkok to abu dhabi was delayed which miss my flight from abu dhabi to Bahrain waiting over 9 hours to fly into Bahrain basically the flight sucked."
Nadelen: "I couldn't sleep on the plane."
Voordelen: "Seats were comfortable proably because I was given bassinet seats because of infant traveling with me, though recliner didn't work"
Nadelen: "I had lot of issues wrt handling my baby. No baby food was provided even after asking twice.No tea or coffee served in timely manner. Need to follow up to ask for tea or coffee. I wouldn't suggest this flight to anyone."
Voordelen: "The food"
Nadelen: "Flight was delayed. Wait,wait,wait. Overnight stay in a HARD AIRPORT CHAIR."
Voordelen: "Food was OK."
Nadelen: "The first class seat was very uncomfortable. The service was sporatic. Didn't check our water supply and took away my glass while I was asleep."
Voordelen: "A380 planes. What is not to like. Wide economy seats. A little glitchy entertainment system but over all comfortable flight."
Nadelen: "Horrible and disorganized service crew. Went without food for 2 of three service seasons as they forgot a whole section to service. Had to repeatedly ask and in one case finally got something to eat 40 mins later. Poor sequence of beverage and food service."
