She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

As with all Aerolineas Argentinas flights, check-in was terrible. They have a system where all international flights (or other multiple-flight categories) check in together, so the airport is very crowded, the lines are very long, and checkin takes forever. Online checkin was not available to me. There was no entertainment. Food was edible but mediocre. However, all of the staff (onboard as well as in the airport) were very friendly and helpful.

When we left, crew muttered thank you for flying us while she was looking at her phone. Did you ever feel that the cabin crew was totally useless?"

Also, we had to leave the international terminal and walk a pretty long distance to the terminal for Ushuaia which was originally difficult to figure out as there wasn't a lot of signage"

Airline said airfare.com changed ticket with no authorization and ticket had to be reissued or flight dates changed. Airfare.com said it was the airline’s deed and beyond their control. Either way, they both make money out of this, and it was unforeseen for me, even after talking to customer service 12 hours before flight, and confirming all was fine. No one wants to be responsible about this but me and my wallet, then it sounds like a scam with forced payments. —- if kayak allows these type of charges to happen through their partner policy, then I’ll start booking directly with (other) airlines and take the intermediary out forever."
Voordelen: "The flight wasn’t crowded, but still, the boarding was very efficiently handled. Despite a weather system moving through, the ride was quite pleasant, with only a bumper two. The flight attendants were attentive and solicitous."
Nadelen: "Small point, I suppose, but when i’m On a “national champion” carrier like Aerolineas Argentinas, I expect them to put their coubtry’s Best foot forward. Having noticed in their in-flight magazine that the airline had improved its selection of Argentine wines, I asked which ones they had. The flight attendant said they had no wine on board because it was not an international flight. Since we were flying from Rio to Buenos Aires, I said “What?”, or words to that effect. I thought, “This will come as a surprise to both countries.” It reminded me of a TAP transatlantic flight I took last year, which had no Portuguese wines in board, not even Port. Why don’t airlines show more pride in their country’s food and drink?"
Voordelen: "There was a mixup with our passports (my fault) and the staff at the check-in counter were amazingly helpful. Iwant to thank them publicly. Will certainly fly with Aerolineas Argentinas again!"

Nadelen: "No issues with the airplane or staff. Travelers to Argentina should know, however, that the airlines require proof of a ticket for leaving the country before boarding their flight. We had only booked one way so we had to book a bus ticket to Uruguay using our cell phones. It was very disconcerting. (Some very kind airline staff helped us with that). And even more so because no one at customs in Argentina asked for any return information! A last minute return flight booking at the gate was quoted at an outrageous sum."

The charged my credit card for this ticket. I don’t know who is responsible here but I obviously want me money back. And I would suggest not linking to them ever again in the future. That was ridiculous."

As we pulled away from the gate, three of the flight staff "accosted" me in Spanish, and told me I had to stow my bag overhead; since the flight was full, there was no room for my bag overhead so the one English speaking flight attendant told me I had to move my bag and me to another seat. He thrust an emergency card- in English- in my face and I was shuffled to a seat across the aisle. Lunch pox contained a sandwich with some kind of meat and cheese. Drinks were room temperature. Several passengers were standing in the aisles when the plane pushed back from the gate and numerous seats were still in recline position when we took off."

On time and nice service on board
Nothing. I got stolen. More than 10 expensive headbands from my daughter’s volleyball practice were stolen. A 12 hour travel turned to more than 30 hours and when I get to my destination our things are missing. I do not recommend LATAM to anybody else

This unfortunately occurs on all companies."

This ordeal started at 9pm and we did not make it out of the airport till 1:50am to a hotel for a 6am pickup back to the airport to start the process all over again."

The airlines did not make the connecting flight for me, nor for probably 190+ passengers. They were not able to make alternate arrangements for most passengers. I ended up paying for alternate conveyance out of pocket. This type of treatment of paying customers deserves a class action lawsuit. Corporations think they can get away with this, and won’t care unless it hurts their bottom line. When they get sued enough, they’ll start caring about serving the people who pay them the money that enables them to exist as a company. The people working at the United check-in worked hard, but the task was understaffed. Possibly the airport at Brussels is to blame also. Their government feels it’s imperative to do a passport control of everyone connecting to flights, who don’t leave the transit area. This is unheard of at most airports. Passport control and customs if for people leaving the transit area. Their irresponsible slowdown cost millions of dollars, to hundreds of people in just one flight. Perhaps they deserve a class action lawsuit at The Hague and shame in the press to reverse their ridiculous policy. I wonder how many hundreds of people were affected by this policy.

3 hours on the tarmac before take off (for a 7 hour flight). We were told they were working on the wi-fi. Why does that merit making 500 people 3 hours late?? They never fixed the wifi, we had no entertainment.

Avons acheté 3 vols avec United. 2 des ces vols étaient exploités par air Canada. En conséquence, aucune communication entre les 2 compagnies. Avons passé près de 2h au comptoir service pour qu'ils réussissent à imprimer nos billets, malgré qu'ils ont été acheter plusieurs mois plus tôt. L'employé du service a clientèle united de l'aéroport de Newark terminal A n'a rien fait pour nous aider et a offert un service médiocre (mauvaise attitude etc).

Screens are really annoying, most people don't know how to turn them off and they run advertisements all night long, nobody from the crew cares. Wifi app wouldn't stream anything on my phone. Im really sad that I will have to have the same night flight back to Houston."

Flights from MADRID to CARACAS and back Seats on the plane were too uncomfortable for a 9 hour trip, especially when the flight was completely full. Crew treated passengers as if we were cattle. Desperate rush to get food served so they could enjoy First class food at the back of the plane... I went twice to the back of the plane (no one answered the flight attendant button) to ask for coffee and was met with a very abrupt response... 'YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT'. The only thing staff could think of saying to me was 'la mascarilla senior!'.... In a way I do not blame Air Europa for getting away with this lamentable service, they are one of only two carriers flying between Spain and Venezuela so do not have any competition... I do not think they would dare offer the same service on a flight from London to Los Angeles!
Embarquement à Malaga à 16h50 au lieu de 15h35. Arrivée à Palma de Majorque à 18h20 pour une correspondance à 18h15. Nous avons donc logiquement manqué notre correspondance en direction de Marseille. AirEuropa nous a laissé sans solutions dans Majorque. INADMISSIBLE

Nadelen: "I was charged 120 dollars for my luggage and I bought the ticket with the impression that it was included. The lady at the airport told me that I should have paid at the check in but it was nothing there to inform or indicate anything about it. And I have to pay another $120 to go back. I'm never buying from kayak or air eurpa again."

Nadelen: "Don’t sit on the isles seat. I kept getting bumped by the staff with no apology. One male flight attendant kept bumping my arm just about every time he passed by. Made no attempt to avoid my arm or shoulder. I got pretty pissed by the third bump."

Nadelen: "This is a complaint regarding a luggage that was not included in my fare ticket. I was not informed from your company Kayak that the luggage was not included in the price. I had to pay extra money on top of the fare ticket of $150 for just one luggage just because was not mention on the fare ticket. Please give me an explanation of your policy in regard, and please advice people in regard of what I just mention otherwise I think your company tricks people without mentioning clearly that suitcases are not included to lower prices"

Nadelen: "Normalement, les vols long courriers offrent toujours des bagages en soute. Apparemment ce n'est pas le cas de air Europa. Cependant, cette information n'a été clair nulle part. J'ai dû payer taxe de 150$ à l'aéroport pour cette malhonnêteté. Exactement la même remarque concernant la nourriture. Il n'y eu aucun moment durant la réservation où l'on a pu choisir notre régime alimentaire. Étant végétarien j ai recu un plat avec viande. Le staff m'a dit qu'il fallait appeler la compagnie auparavant, comment le deviner ? De plus, le petit dejeuner était composé de un ridicule sandwich jambon fromage. J'ai demandé pour changer et dit que du jambon au petit déjeuner n'était pas nécessaire mais on m'a répondu avec insolence que c'était un petit déjeuner "normal"! Le service avant même l'embarquement était médiocre et désagréable. A bord, le staff parlaient quasiment exclusivement en espagnol alors que le vol venait du Brésil. A bord, on nous informe sur pour pouvoir regarder des films, il faut télécharger une application car il n'y a pas d'écran disponible. Une fois a bord les réseaux ne fonctionnent généralement pas! Alors le staff propose un iPad a 10€ ?? C'est une action plus que malhonnête!! Informez vos clients à l'avance."

Nadelen: "Late take off and almost missed connecting flight to US. The connecting flight was at the very farthest gate from where we entered the terminal. Saw many AE passengers from my flight with disabilities and children struggling to make it to their connecting flights in Madrid."

Nadelen: "Flight was cancelled without explanation. We scheduled flight was also seriously delayed. Flight to Barcelona was siginifivantly delayed as well. Poor communication to the passengers. I'll never fly Air Europa again. Moreover, I'll recommend my friends to not fly this airline as well."
