The booking agent didn’t complete all the way in the computer. I am thankful that I had my original paper and Swiss airlines fix it"

Voordelen: "When you lose your phone in the business class seat and a technician goes to find it once you land in Zurich and the day that it has miraculously disappeared there isn’t much to like at all about Swiss Airlines. Swiss Airlines isn’t going to hear the end of this is they don’t agree to replace my son’s phone. My husband is a lawyer and we are prepared to bring this to the public."
Nadelen: "My son dropped his phone in business class seat and the ground staff technician claimed it wasn’t there. Theft at its best! Swiss Air better take responsibility for their shady staff and agree to replace my don’s Phone promptly or we will take this to the public eye and courts. I’m sure we could get a big class action suit."

Voordelen: "Check in agent was extremely helpful in expediting both me and my bags after a late check-in. Flight attendants very friendly and helpful, food excellent. If Swiss Air flew everywhere I need to go, I would fly them every time!"

Divertissements : équipement vidéo d'un autre âge !"

We called the stewerd and advised him of our observation and he promised to check with his supervisors; he came back and confirmed that all is under control. Arrived Bordeaux and the luggage didn’t. It took two days to get the suitcase and it took hours of follow up and the airport agent kept giving false excuses. At the end we drove to the airport and picked it up ourselves. Of course at the airport we listened to more trash."

Nadelen: "The staff was not great. An issue with a first class customers made them move around economy customers like they ' really not even people but utilities, all that for that one person. If they would have informed and talked with the other customers that would have been fine but being treated like a piece of furniture isn't nice. Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."

Voordelen: "The entire trip was very good when though it was very long due to the stop over in turkey. The flight was very good ( business class). Service and food was outstanding. The seats were good. Laying down was still a bit tight due to the armrests remaining in the same position. The crew was extremely nice and always helpful. The Turkish Air lounge on Istanbul is great and makes the united lounge in SFO look like a soup kitchen. I would fly Turkish air again."

Nadelen: "The company I work for has change our travel policies. We are to avoid any connections to and from Turkey. I was not able to catch this flight. I called to see if I could receive a voucher or refund on my unused return trip, due to the military coup. I was told NO! This country should be avoided during this time."

Voordelen: "The flight was comfortable and on time. My congratulations to THY for the management of the situation so well right after the confusion brought about by the coup d'etat attempt in Turkey. Thanks a lot!"
Nadelen: "The Sabiha Gökçen airport in Istanbul is discrageful, and changing flights there is always a horrible experience. But this is not, of course, the fault of THY. The airport is simply too small for the current number of flights."

There was no information and no help, and the gate was already closed. The people at the ground terminal knew no foreign languages. All they could say was 'I do not know. This is not my responsibility'. Completely disorganised."

Voordelen: "Flight itself was very smooth, especially the landing. Food was good also, both the chicken and pasta were prepared well. Pasta could have used a little more sauce. Quantities and variety were also good."
Nadelen: "I still don't understand why airlines don't board from the back to the front. Would make the entire process go much smoother. The bigger the plane the bigger the problem and delay. I don't mind storing a bag under the seat but there's more stuff taking up legroom so it's hard to get the feet comfortable which is important for those longer flights."

Nadelen: "Poor entertainment - no individual TV screen or choice of entertainment. Food was very poor. We were 9 min late due to crew shortages."

Nadelen: "We had to go back to philadelphia after flying for 2.5hoyrs, landing at Bangor, waiting for the maintenance team to figure out the problem. We then had to wait for another flight for 4h before being able to go to paris.."

Nadelen: "I feel like the overall product is so devalued at BA these days. It just doesn't feel classy anymore. As opposed to Lufthansa, which is an example of a European carrier that cares about passenger comfort and experience. Also the typical circling of LHR to get a slot is annoying and makes me want to avoid BA."

Nadelen: "My wife had a tall guy on one side whose knees spilled over into her. She also had a tall guy in front of her who fully reclined his seat. She felt like she was in a coffin. She had to get up and walk around to get some air. The seats are too close on this 747 that no one should have to fly it. ."

Voordelen: "It was the same plane we flew into Philly from SF. Did not have to search for new gate"

Voordelen: "The Chief Purser came over to apologize. At the end of the flight, the Captain came to me to apologize on behalf of the airline. (Too little, way too late.)"
Nadelen: "I am handicapped and the jetway was broken. British Airways took a bad situation and made it worse! Obviously they had no contingency plans and the gate agents just wan't to avoid any responsibility and started blaming the poor man who had been wheeling me all over the airport. ONLY BRITISH AIRWAYS WAS AT FAULT FOR THIS. Eventually they put me on a lift several gates away and then loaded me onto the platform lift of one of those catering trucks that deliver food to the planes and drove me to my plane. The plane door was shut and they had to bang on the door to have them open it and let me board. As a result, I personally delayed the flight (officially) 28 minutes; in reality about 40 minutes. This was one of the most embarrassing and humiliating experiences of my life; to be loaded on a plane like freight!! Is this how British Airways operates??"

Nadelen: "Airlines in general need to do a better job of controlling the boarding process (using the groups to board) and controlling the amount of luggage people bring on. Peoples definition of a "personal item" are skewed."

Nadelen: "Lost luggage - no one cared despite it clearly being lost at check in going down a broken bag shute. Plane was late. BA is losing their upmarket appeal trying to compete with cheaper airlines."

Nadelen: "My seat did not recline at all. When notifying the flight attendants during the meal/beverage service, they said they would note down my seat. However, nobody ever gave me any assurances that they would really inform maintenance to resolve the problem. Half way through the flight, my screen froze. Nothing would start it up again. After waking up hours later, I informed the flight attendant and she was able to reset/restart my screen individually. Everything worked perfectly afterwards"

Nadelen: "There is more room in an economy seat on a commuter flight than there is on a 747. After this itinerary is complete I have no intention to ever fly with British Airways again."

Nadelen: "Lost luggage!!!"

Voordelen: "Nothing to state on this flight. Just a low cost flight. Minimum service for just a short distance journey."

On this flight my tray was also broken so I couldn't ever put any drinks on it without them spilling everywhere. The flight attendants were the worst ones I have ever had on a flight. Very unpleasant and rude. They would barely pay attention to customers and would only gossip when they were making their rounds down the isles. One of them made an attempt to bump either my arm or my leg every time she walked paste me, not once apologizing. It was very clear that she was doing it on purpose. At one point she even kept bending over to get into one of her drawers on her cart and kept shoving her butt into my shoulder and in my face repeatedly without acknowledging me at all. I was returning from a trip overseas and my appearance was less than business casual but that is no excuse to treat me like that or any other customer riding on this airline. I enjoyed my flights with British Airways on my way to Europe. It's extremely unfortunate that these two airlines are sister companies and transfer people between them. From now on I will actively avoid taking any flights on a American Airlines unless I have absolutely no other option. Sadly, this may mean avoiding British Airways as well. It's sad when Allegiant Air offers better flights than such a reputable airline, such as this."

Nadelen: "notre vol a été retarde retarde!!au lieu de décoller comme prévu à 8h30 notre vol a été finalement annulé vers 23h30. On m'a relooké sur un vol pour LONDRES le lendemain à 19.h. Nous sommes restés plus de 24 h dans cet aéroport sans que nous soit proposé un hôtel. on nous a donné une couverture et un oreillé!!d'autre ont pu etre rebooké sur d'autre vols sur NY ou chicago le matin meme. Nous avons perdu une journée de travail mon époux et moi-meme. Lui a du annuler une formation impliquant 10 personnes qui venait de toute la France."

Nadelen: "It was advertised that one can see entertainment through WIFi, but from my iPad, i can't connect to this WiFi. I tried several times until I just gave up."

Voordelen: "There was an extra seat and they allowed me to move there. Superb entertainment!!"

Nadelen: "Décollage en retard et arrivée avec plus de 40mn de retard Pas de classe premium eco et pas de possibilité d’avoir un espace avec un de place pour les jambes au comptoir Pour information générale , les places en économie sont très exiguës et généralement j’essaye de ne pas prendre de vol AA si je ne peux pas prendre à l’avance un siège sur les sortie de secours ce qui n’a pas été possible cette fois"

Nadelen: "C’est la première fois que nous prenons Iberia et nous avons été très déçus. Personnel extrêmement désagréable. Première fois que je vois tout un équipage aussi peu professionnel, indélicat et qui ne passe pas en dehors des repas. Le repas a été servi et le débarrassage 5 min après. Pas de nettoyage des toilettes pendant les 12heures de vol. Les hôtesses étaient trop occupées à papoter à l’arrière de l’avion. En tant de covid c’est inadmissible. Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie et ne la prendrais plus jamais !"

Nadelen: "The suitcase did not zrrive"

Nadelen: "Tout sauf le repas très mauvais des boîtes de conserves. C'est de la rigolade. Très déçu du repas vraiment."

Voordelen: "The crew in my area were very helpful. The young guy next to me passed on the dinner choices. The crew member came back and asked if he would like some pretzels, etc. which I thought was very nice. They were very friendly."
Nadelen: "Just a suggestion that the ear jacks for the entertainment be passed out earlier. Luckily I brought my own but my neighbors on both sides had a long wait until they were passed out."

Voordelen: "Crew was friendly"
Nadelen: "Service was slow and sparse"

Nadelen: "The airline accepted our checked baggage, although they already knew that it would not make it to our final destination (Marrakech) on the same day that we would arrive. We had to pay, out of our own pockets, for the inconvenience. Apparently this happens a lot, and it happened to our entire plane"

Nadelen: "Infotainment system"

Nadelen: "The transfer in Madrid was ridiculous. They could not find a bus to transport passengers and no one had any clue."

Voordelen: "Crew vriendelijk"
Nadelen: "Te weinig beenruimte, handbagage moest toch in het ruim, lang wachten op koffers heenreis"

Nadelen: "L’avion me semble pas en bon état. Des gouttes d’eau tombaient du plafond suite à la condensation"

Nadelen: "Iberia annule le vol choisi puis change l'attribution des sièges et sépare les gens sans la moindre considération. Vol cher et médiocre."

Nadelen: "Iberia est une.compagnie mauvaise, qui ne se préoccupe pas du délai entre deux vols A éviter"

Nadelen: "Correspondance trop court, on a faillit rater l'avion, alors que j'avais demandé quelques jours avant si c'était suffisant en terme de délai. De plus, le bagage n'a pas suivi et est resté à Madrid (retour seulement demain)"

Voordelen: "Vol a l'heure Personnel avenant"
Nadelen: "Tous les services sont payants. Le service WiFi à bord ne fonctionnait pas"

Voordelen: "Sympatique"
Nadelen: "L'embarquement."

Voordelen: "Le personnel de bord était inattentif, cela se voyait qu'ils n'avaient pas envie d'être là. Aucun passage entre les deux repas (pendant 8 heures d'affilée), puis le café servi jusqu'à la moitié des rangées seulement, avant l'atterrissage, personne n'est passé vérifier les ceintures."
Nadelen: "Un personnel naviguant plus présent, plus professionnel, sérieux et souriant? Quelques passages avec de l'eau pendant le vol entre les repas."

Voordelen: "Le personnel de bord à été bien Mais tout le monde qui est en bas qui est au sol était très mal"

Voordelen: "The crew was good. Seat is ok, not very comfortable."

Voordelen: "The crew was amazing.The seats weren't bad but not super comfortable."
Nadelen: "The kosher food was excellent and delicious but cold.Our only complaint was that the boss of the crew laughing and making lots of noise when people were trying to sleep.It was great to see people so happy but not during sleep time.I loved the crew.They were very warm and friendly.Boarding was excell"

Nadelen: "The flight circling for 1 hour leaving our connecting flight cancelled and forcing us to stay in Madrid for 24 Hours and the Iberia staff being rude and unhelpful left us in the airport for 6 Hours before offering us a hotel and coming back the next day to do 2 flights instead of a direct flight"

Voordelen: "The airport was air conditioned, I guess?"
Nadelen: "Awful service all around. Some type of notification about needing a passport that expires more than 6 months after your retrun date would be nice, either from the airline or from kayak, since you already send so many emails anyway. This would be super easy for you to do and save a lot of people a lot of hastle, since many do not know about this pretty counterintuitive restriction. Anyway, Iberia offered to rebook me the following day and put me on standby for the next flight to give me the morning to renew my passport. However when I came back to check in for the second flight, the original attendant had forgotten to actually add me to the standby list and in the meantime, my connecting flight had become overbooked. The check-in folks argued about whether I could be upgraded to fit onto this flight, but decided that since the original dely was my fault, the best they could offer was a flight at the same time the following day. I asked if I could rebook my return flight to push it back a day, and they told me that figure reservations could only be changed over the phone. I totally accept that monitoring the validity of my passport is my responsibility, but refusing to put in an ounce of effort to assist their customers with relatively unknown and counterintuitive restrictions, then not admitting to fault of your own or lifting a finger to make up for blatantly crappy service if it even slightly affects their bottom line is absurd. Do better, Iberia. Oh wait, you're an airline. I won't hold my breath."

Nadelen: "There is not enough space for my legs and specially when the passenger in front move the seat"

Nadelen: "IBERIA crew lacks manners & are simply not pleasant. Plane was delayed 2 hrs & crew only told publicly what the problem was about 30 mins after original departure time. Food has been reduced & of less quality. Entertainment system wasn't working & crew didn't seem to understand it's their problem to fix it. It finally worked 3 hrs into the flight."

Nadelen: "We never made it to this part of our flight because our Budapest to Madrid flight was canceled due to faulty AC system. We were boarded In Budapest and about two hours later they made as deplane after sitting in the hot plane for two hours. It was around 10 PM and no food was available at the airport, so I could not feed my four-year-old son ."

Nadelen: "We had a terrible experience with iberia airlines,working with british airways.We almost missed our fl8ght as they cannot find info about e tickets in the computer(otherwise i had tge print out of our tickets). Truly it was a night mare for our family. But we are really glad that we were able to board in the nick of time and finally home ."

Voordelen: "J’ai voyagé avec un chien en soute. On m’a tenu informé que mon chien était bien à bord lors du changement d’avion."

Nadelen: "Ma valise n’à pas suivie à Madrid. Résultat 4h d’attente à Genève pour la réclamation de valise. Horrible !"

Nadelen: "Absurd weinig beenruimte. Alleen geschikt voor mensen kleiner dan 1.50m. Je kunt het best de hele vlucht op het toilet gaan zitten. Dit was één keer, maar nooooit weer!!! Sterk af te raden!!"

Nadelen: "Belachelijk weinig beenruimte, waardoor ik niet eens recht in m’n stoel kon zitten!"

Voordelen: "Personnel de bord excellent, cabine très agréable pour un vol au même prix que Ryanair ! Merci à Iberia d'être sur cette ligne. Vol excellent."

Voordelen: "Équipe que je plains d'ailleurs."
Nadelen: "Rien à manger ou à boire. Place très limitée pour les jambes. C'était mieux avec Ryanair"

Voordelen: "Short flight and on time"

Voordelen: "Check-in was good, no queues. I arrived about four hours before scheduled departure time and check-in had been open already for an hour. In Mexico City Airport I had missed a flight three days earlier as I'd been observing the departure screens and they'd failed to update the status of my aircraft: this time I was informed of the gate at check-in. Flight was on time and didn't do anything scary. I was lucky as my neighbour found another free seat so left me with more room."
Nadelen: "I've found Iberia to be uncaring. This flight was much the same. The food and drink service was cheap, and I felt the attendants didn't feel like they had to try to give good service. The new entertainment screens kept coming on, and I kept turning them off as I wished to sleep. Eventually I discovered they were being triggered by the electrostatic charge on the pillows that I was rearranging."

Nadelen: "space between seats, too tight for my legs"

Voordelen: "The staff was rude and not helpful. Check in was below standard."

Voordelen: "Crew - all professional and helpful. We left on time/arrived early - no mishaps. Movie selection - excellent, made the time go faster for first flight. Very comfortable the first flight. Pleasant experience."
Nadelen: "Food was not so great. Too much fat on the chicken. The salad smelled off/bad and didn't look appertizing. the beverages too smaller cup/quantity given (hot tea)."

Nadelen: "Extremely uncomfortable and no food or drinks with basic fares (have to wait for separate paid cart). Watched a sick woman be told to go away when she asked for water."

Nadelen: "Mistake Kayak or its subcontractor made in listing the name of my wife incorrectly. This created a real hassle in getting a boarding pass in her name"

Voordelen: "New plne, service from American Airlines was good news friendly."

Voordelen: "Embarquement efficace"
Nadelen: "Même pas de bouchon d’oreille ni de masque pour dormir sur un vol de 23 heures... Nourriture insipide"

Nadelen: "Même pas des cacahuètes gratuites sur la compagnie nationale. Service minimum : ne vaut pas mieux qu’une low cost."
