Nadelen: "At the check in they made me pay 50€ for my luggage. This is really upsetting because from Houston to Venice they didn't make me pay. Either the website wasn't transparent or the lady at the desk made a mistake. Very upsetting, one luggage should be included."
Voordelen: "Entertainment was amazing! They even have four Harry Potter movies! We were told in advance that the flight was going to be delayed, which is really positive. Very friendly personnel."
Nadelen: "Food isn’t that great. Breakfast could be much better."
Nadelen: "I ordered Wheel chair for my parents but one of them didn't get it at all. When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."

Voordelen: "We were fed a nice pasta meal and offered drinks twice. They also gave a muffin for desert. The flight attendants were very nice and attentive with cheerful smiles. I wish every airline had service this good!"

Nadelen: "The boarding area was total chaos. In order to get to the gate I had to literally fight with the 100s of people who were waiting in the same area. No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Nadelen: "Was not informed that checking in online is the only way to secure a seat. So, regardless of whether you book your tickets 3 months in advance or the day before, you're not actually guaranteed a seat unless you check in online. We weren't told this until we were at the airport and checked in there that we might not be able to get our pre-booked in advance flight because of over-booking from KLM. We then had to wait and see if there were seats available when boarding. Luckily, there were, but we were not sat together. Not the greatest start to our first holiday together as a couple. We were told that if there weren't seats available, they'd pay for us to get to another airport to fly out, which would have meant a huge delay on the only time off we'd get together this year and have to rearrange our pre-booked and pre-paid living arrangements for the week. All because there wasn't a lot of emphasis on the need to check in online before hand. You'd think if someone checked in at the airport, that would be more of a guarantee that they'd be flying with you that day, but apparently not. Definitely not impressed or happy with this part of the KLM experience. This is the only company that we've had this problem with, they should make it clearer that it is essential to check in online."

No hay un teléfono a donde hablar, la web está desactualizada y con información equivocada. Direccionan a usar canales de twitter y facebook que no responden. Primer experiencia en KLM y no pienso nunca más usar esta aerolínea. Llevar el equipaje o resolver un problema sobre valijas es de lo más básico de una aerolínea y no lo hacen."

Voordelen: "The crew was amazing indeed. Very polite and attentive. Hot food items were good. I like the slippers and the cover for eyes (to allow you to sleep) that the company offers. Audiobook selection was reasonable too (classics in 3 languages)."
Nadelen: "It was a 10-hour flight, and by the end of it, the restrooms were not as clean (even though the crew tried to maintain them). This is typical for these long flights - no solution."

Nadelen: "There were 5 screaming toddlers on board. The trip was gently saying unpleasant. There should be a section for families with kids to avoid the noise and craziness that other passengers must endure. Food was ok; the second choice was not available neither for lunch or dinner."

Voordelen: "Both legs were not yet so I was able to spread out a little. Both flights were punctual, despite having to de-ice the plane before take off."
Nadelen: "The announcements were spoken very quickly. Both Russian and English. It was hard to understand , especially with the English translation"

Nadelen: "Entertainment needs to improve. there is poor movie selection and the screens are outdated. Touchscreens don’t work very well, movie selection is old. This is a 10+ hour flight please improve entertainment."

Nadelen: "Terrible registration process - was not registered through to my final destination and was made to pick up and check in again bags at my connection - Frankfurt. Barely made it on time. The person registrating me was unhelpful and rude claiming that since the first flight was operated by Aeroflot Dhe can’t register me through. Stuardesses were also unfriendly and unwilling to help with the issue."
Nadelen: "Late,uncomfy seats,crews were not able even to smile"
Nadelen: "Went to SVO at 6 AM on June 11th for flight at 8:10 AM to Brussels. Waited in line to check-in untl 7:23 AM Because of long lines at check-in (Russia Day, apparently) and inadequate staffing for the large numbers, I succeeded in getting through passport control and security ten minutes before flight time, only to be told "no Flight" I had to buy another ticket for the next day at a second fare, all because of Aeroflot' s inadequate staffing. Aeroflot service desk only told me to " go back into the city" where I found an Aeroflot office. After meeting three staff members in succession there, they made no effort to make good on their error. I will avoid AEROFLOT on all future travel. Brussels and Amsterdam airports were so much better set up to handle the crowds"

Nadelen: "I had received a boarding pass to the gate #15 and was waiting next to that gate for the boarding. Sheremetievo changed it to the gate #2 and call my last name with completely wrong pronunciation. When I realized that my plane is leaving I had to run more than 1 mile to the gate #2 for the 3 min. You have to be a world champion to do it in time so I was 2 min late. The company forced me to buy a new ticket for $100 from Moscow to St Petersburg and said that they never recognize that that is their fault. Several other people were late to that plane."
Voordelen: "I like the general things on the plane. Smiling services by the crew members, the taste of the foods, contents on the device, icecream...."
Nadelen: "I didn't like the terrible service in Sheremetyevo International Airport. Personnel were so bossy.. It makes me think that Russian Airline is good but the country inside...."
Voordelen: "Nothing. According to Aeroflot, Russia and Belarus are one country. I don't need a visa for Belarus, and I transit through the Moscow SVO several times per year with no problems. Today, Aeroflot denied my boarding and said that I need a visa to be in the Moscow airport. They said that Belarus "is considered to be" a domestic flight in Russia, while they also admitted that Belarus is a separate and independent state."
Nadelen: "Kayak, if this is, in fact, correct, why did you sell me a ticket to transit in Moscow? You have my passport information. I demand a full refund immediately."
Voordelen: "There was a change in the schedule and I received an update. The airline Aeroflot did a good job"

Nadelen: "Junior varsity airline. Food was inedible. I'm only 5'9" but my knees were up against the seat in front of me. And they lost our luggage. Just say no."
Voordelen: "Aeroflot is an amazing airline - the people, food, seats...I highly recommend it. We flew Business Class and Economy and both exceeded our expectations and the quality of other airlines."

Nadelen: "I am pregnant and need to use a bathroom quite often so I bought prem economy class for a longer flight both ways. The SVO to JFK plane for some reason had two closest bathrooms clogged so we had to go to economy cabin to use bathroom multiple times."

Nadelen: "At landing we were flying in circles for an hour or so, due to the weather . so finally i missed my transit. Had to wait 5 hours."
