The booking agent didn’t complete all the way in the computer. I am thankful that I had my original paper and Swiss airlines fix it"

Call button brought no help , had to get up and go retrieve steward in back myself!"

As my wife and I are both retired flight attendants with TWA and American, we tend to notice customer service at all levels of an airline’s operation. Both our flight out of LHR to GVA and our return were smooth as can be. Nice job, Swiss!"

From Chicago I used my ticket and say SWISS staff what my son will have trip only from Moscow. I paid for 2 tickets around $1700. Today when we should have trip back to USA, SWISS company said what ticket for my son do not exsist. And I spent for new ticket 220000 rubles about $3600. Nobody in SWISS company do not said me what my tocket for son canceled. I am shoked !!!"

Voordelen: "Passengers completely ignored the commands of the crew and crew was unable to take control of the crowd (passengers refused to follow crew's multiple demands to sit down during the high turbulence, finally crew gave up to force passengers to take a sit). Several times, standing passengers fell on the sitting ines. When at the end of the flight, the issue was pointed out to the captain and supervising flight attendant, both became aggressively defensive to the point of being rude."

Nadelen: "Several flights to US were leaving from the gates in the same wing of the terminal. A separate US passport control hurdle was set up there as an additional step prior to the boarding. The lines were long and barely moved when I joined about 40 min before my departure time. The security guy who handled the lines refused to let me through without waiting in the line. I was pretty stressed that I won't make it in time. Eventually it was all fine, people were picked up from the line by crew members of the flights that were about to leave. And when I eventually got throught, the flight did wait for about 15-20 min for the connecting passengers that were late. Having a clear communication at that US passport control line near the gate would make my flight connection and boarding process much less stressful."

If they would have informed and talked with the other customers that would have been fine but being treated like a piece of furniture isn't nice. Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."

Nadelen: "On our longest flight, we were put in a cramped plane with no entertainment systems. It's sad to see a company that has such potential blowing it with these sort of cost saving/ customer losing choices. Please upgrade your fleet to stay competitive with your surrounding competition!"

Nadelen: "My flight tonight (0078) from MIA to Istanbul was delayed by over 5 hours. I am traveling with an infant and it has been IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone to help us. Finally, someone at the airport helped in re-booking our flights but I have yet to have anyone give me an answer regarding compensation! In addition, we are traveling with an infant which isn't easy but we had the bassinet seat on our original flight. Now it's sold out for the flight tomorrow and no one will assist in trying to help get us better seats. I understand things are out of your companies control but being in an airport with an 18-month baby isn't easy and no one in this company has made this crazy travel schedule easier. I would like someone to call me back or email me with something that could maybe be done to help us! No one at the call center will help!"

I told her tgank you a 1000 times."

Voordelen: "The seats reclined very far and were super comfortable! I never sleep on planes and I slept the whole 13 hour flight. The staff was so friendly and made sure you were as comfortable as could be. The food was delicious and they give you a menu so that you can make a selection."

Shelves for baggage are small - it is not enough room for all passenger bags. Entertainment can be better. Food... It could be SIGNIFICANTLY better! Or just do not serve it et al. If I could I would not buy it."

Very high tech, I took advantage of the napcaps and shower facilities. Also the restaurants were on par with great red win."

Nadelen: "The head flight attendant was very brusque with clients/passengers - demanding we hand back trays in a certain way, demanding people do not get up and stand during a 3 hour flight. At one point she rushed along the aisle to the front of the plain, bumping and hurting my shoulder, but did not bother to apologize. In front of me, was a mother with a child with special needs. The mother had to stand up for some time to have the child curl up and lie in a comfortable position - the attendant rudely commanded her to sit down and strap the child to the seat, instead of finding out how they could help. She could have achieved it with a better attitude and choice of words. The crew did not bother beyond the bare minimum - it was painful to observe."

Upon arrival a Luft employee was at the gate to escort 11 of us to our connecting flight to Moscow. She took us to a special window for passport check, then our own train car to the other terminal. Bravo! Other airlines leave one to navigate alone. Thankyou Lufthansa. Food was decent on both flights in this day of many 'No food' local flights."

Voordelen: "Boarding was okay, we still had the rush towards the beginning and the concern is always finding overhead space"
Nadelen: "Apparently if you're not awake when they ask you your choice, and it comes time to pass out food and you're awake... You don't get any. Really horrible. Food being handed out, you're hungry and not even an offer. They simply skip you."

Voordelen: "Crew was very good. Pilots, definitely, were high level professionals."
Nadelen: "My reservation was cancelled - I found it at DME.. An email, which Lufthansa Moscow promised to send me, had never come. My carry on, while weighted 7 kg, and was, I believe of standard size was not approved. Again, there was an unnecessary on my mind, second TSA-like check at FRA. Lufthansa could just bring me by bus to the departure gates. I believe that police officers with openly carried machine guns INSIDE of TSA secured zone at FRA is too much (though I am not a law enforcement person)."

Voordelen: "Flight was short. Only 3.x hours."
Nadelen: "Seats were very uncomfortable and seems to be made from paper. Very little leg room. My pregnant wife experienced very unpleasant feelings all flight long."

Nadelen: "The airline went on strike the day I was supposed to fly, so at 4:30 in the morning I arrived to the airport and learned that my flight got cancelled. The evening before there were no info about cancellation on internet. But a representative re-booked my trip on the same day with 2 different companies from the other airport and provided a free taxi. So I arrived to my final destination only 3h late. So my ratings will go only to "overall" as OK. On the other flights with Lufthansa the "Entertainment" and "Food" are usually Excellent"

Nadelen: "Delay in boarding, delay in removing snow/ice, my seat was changed without notifying me (after i checked in on line the day before)"

Nadelen: "I had a short transit time in Munich (40 minutes). Munich website promises that this is possible and that gates are close to each other and if the first flight is late, then someone will help you to your next flight. My first flight was about 10 mins late. Although assistance was provided to people connecting to some of the other flights, no-one helped me with my connection. I asked two ground staff and was just told to make my own way to the next gate, which was not close. It was in a different terminal! After literally running through two terminals, I did not make it to the gate in time and had to wait for the following flight which got me home over three hours late. Lufthansa did give me a five euro meal voucher though (which doesn't buy very much in an airport cafe)."

Nadelen: "It was a problem with one passenger, she came from another row and take two seats close to me and my daughter, she wanted to fly with comfort, so I told her it is not nice, this is not her seats and I have a kid with me and she should share wirh another people too, butshe was freeked out because I did a comment, than she asked me what country I'm from and I told: Russia. So she told me she could see why I so unclever...all Russian the same and laughing on me. I didn't expect so racist behavior and I stopped any conversation and complained to flight attendant. And I was double surprise! She went to her talked with her and than tell me that she could take any place she wants and she never told me any racist words, and maybe I'm a lier. I was so upset and I told a passenger that I can go to court when get back to US, she was really scared now and start sorry! But it was to late to sorry! When I asked flight attendant to sorry, she told she do not sorry!!! The flight was Monday October 3rd 2016 Lufthansa 459 San Francisco -Munich, name of flight attendant Eva-Katherine Pfaffel, the passenger seat 44 Diana or E I think, they didn't provide me information about name or her seat. The flight attendant told me it is not big dealing, maybe for Germany it is ok, but in US it is really rude, original I'm from Russia, my daughter too, additionally she is black, it will be really good if I never feel this again, I was in really helpless situation. It is really unpleasant when you spend money and get neglect."

Nadelen: "The company denied any responsibility for the passenger and for the full fill the trip"

Nadelen: "Moscow demanded that Lufthansa had to pay 500 dollars"

Voordelen: "Crew was great and the plane was clean."

Voordelen: "Good choice on the cabin crew. Reminds me of Vijay MALYA's Kingfisher calendar girls at their startup. Being naughty. Overall crew very courteous and importantly bilingual."
Nadelen: "Food option for Economy was a pleasant surprise, perhaps could be switched for just hot and cold beverages with a snack... a big grandma cookie... choices of indulging/ healthy/ neutral."

Voordelen: "The best landing of a commercial aircraft I have ever experienced in my 74 years and in half a century of flying across the globe, took place in arriving at the Madrid airport with this Aegean Airlines flight. I had to ask the airline hostesses the names of the pilot, and they were two pilots flying"

Voordelen: "Boarding process. Insane lines to check bag. Disorganized process. No one, including crew, had any idea what was going on. A real embarrassment."

Voordelen: "Food was amazing"

Nadelen: "Plane was WAY too small. Crammed in! For check in, no one knew which line to stand in. Plus! I didn’t know i had to play for baggage. Was no issue to do so. But, they couldn’t take payment at the check in desk. I had to go to another desk quite a ways down the terminal. Awful!"

Nadelen: "Long delays, sat on the runway for 3 hours and they kept telling us it would just be a 10 minutes longer"

Voordelen: "Flight was the best I've taken in a long time - comfortable plane with plenty of room between rows friendly crew and tasty food"

Nadelen: "the connecting flight was missed because of a delay in the first flight. i got a different flight with a different airline (sas), they were not informed that i paid extra weight and window seat. i am very unhappy! not to mention that the whole purpuise of my trip is gone, because i a will arrive to copenhagen five hours late for the meeting i was supposed to hold with my fans! i will never fly with egean again!"

Je pense que le terminal 1 B ´aide pas à ça mais un peu plus de personnel pour diriger les passagers ne serait pas mail. Pendant le vol le repas était sympa e bon. ."
Nadelen: "L’équipage pourrait être un peu plus gentil. Une des hôtesses devait être dans un jour compliqué vu qu’elle n’a pas lancé un seul sourire à personne"

Nadelen: "The flight was delayed ninety minutes and caused us to miss our connection. They refused to do anything to help us out and they were reuse on top of it. We were left praying for a hotel on our own, as well as having to purchase new flights. Absolutely horrible customer service - do not ever for this airline!"

Nadelen: "Le check-in online n'était malheureusement pas disponible. Certaines difficultés rencontrées avec le site internet faisaient en sorte que la procédure pour obtenir la carte d'embarquement prenait légèrement plus de temps."

Voordelen: "I love flying Aegan - it is always comfortable and pleasant. Due to my own mistake I didn't order a kosher/vegetarian meal, which is why I rated the food "N/A". On flights this short there are no entertainment options which is fine I suppose :) overall, this is one of my favorite airlines to fly! Thanks!"

Nadelen: "Their dimensions for carry on luggage are smaller than the industry norm. As such, bags that most any other airline would consider carry on, must be checked for 40 Euros on Aegean."

What a unpleasant surprise at check-in to find out it was super expensive airticket with only 8 kg of carry on! You are confusing people on purpose, I cant believe your service! And I was loyal customer for years and years. Well, time for change."

Voordelen: "Had 45 Min to connect at vienna airport and our first flight was delayed so we had to run to get in time to the gate. Literally the gate was on the opposite side of the airport. Bad logistics"

Nadelen: "As a gluten free person dinner delicious but after 5-6 next hours for breakfast I got few small slices of melon... like really?? This will not feed anyone! For next time I know that I have to bring my own food.. so bad! While servis time we ordered whisky with cola and after one hour we went to ask for one more cause we wanted and CA told us they dont serve anymore whisky only wine or beer. Besides this things when I came to plane my sit and table tray was dirty so we had to put blanket over... for the first time I write bad feedback but I have to cause it was terrible.."

Nadelen: "Croatian Airline checkin service was good but was made to check in carry on. However, baggage clerk was extremely hostile and wanted to charge us for two bags for which we had prepaid. Would not accept our evidence of payment for the two bags. Finally accepted her mistake but Forced to pay 90€ For the extra bag. Ripoff!! Other airlines (Vueling, Air Europa) checked same bag as courtely, did not charge. First and last time flying Austrian."

Nadelen: "Seat reservation system didn't work ,reserved one seat and got another.Food portions were smallish .No internet over the Atlantic .While the multimedia service was phenomenal I guess there could have been a larger variety and more episodes would have been good as well ."

After i got up i requested if i could get some water and they said they cannot. Finally a co passenger gave me her bottle of water. I ended up actually breaking my leg"

Nadelen: "A319 is inherently a badly arranged seating layout. Was in Row 30, no recline, and 3 full grown men for a 3 1/2 hour flight. I wonder if squeezing in the extra 3 or 6 seats is a payout when looking at people's likelihood to fly again?"

Voordelen: "The staff from service center helped me to solve problem with my flight, it was short connection, around 35 minutes, and I missed my aircraft, but in the service center gave me ticket to the next flight, The problem was solved."
