Nadelen: "These comments probably reflect the Tbilisi ground service crew rather than the airline, but I cannot be certain. We left the departure gate 30 minutes later than scheduled, after arriving at 0445 am. then we loaded a bus full of people packed together, the bus went 50 meters and stopped. We then sat there, with no air conditioning, no information, for 45 additional minutes. It was extremely uncomfortable. Finally drove another 50 meters to the airplane, and waited some more before finally boarding. Once on board there was another delay of some 20 minutes before we could taxi. All of this meant we arrived quite late in Istanbul and missed all connections."

Nadelen: "I missed my connecting flight in Turkey as flight was delayed. It was my worst flight experience because nobody wanted to help me. It took an hour of being ignored by various TA staff to eventually get my boarding pass to the next available flight to London. I nearly missed that one as well because of it. The staff in Turkey was rude and unhelpful and most didn’t understand English properly. There were a number of others having the same issues, it was an awful experience."

If they would have informed and talked with the other customers that would have been fine but being treated like a piece of furniture isn't nice. Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."

Nadelen: "The flight from BTV to JKF was cancelled day of departure, within a mere 4 hours of take-off. I only received an email.... This, in turn, caused a domino effect for the remainder of my flights and travel plans. I had to PURCHASE brand new tickets and go through a refunding debacle, not through Kayak but another third party whom actually held the tickets. FIASCO is the word! Kayak did not even recognize the cancellation and continued to try and check me in to flights i was not on. Such a headache.. I will not be using this service in the future"

After being delayed for two hours out of Rome to Istanbul and missing our connection to Jeddah with hundreds of other stranded passengers from the other flights, Turkish Airlines incompetent handling had us wait in multiple ques for more than five hours only to provide us a hotel for two hours and then shuttle back to a flight 12 hours later! I have yet to hear an explanation from anyone about what happened or a simple sorry for your trouble. This is operational incompetence at full display. Never Again!"

Nadelen: "Horrible flight; no complimentary soft drinks are served, not even better. The baggage did not arrive and Iberia does not even deliver the baggage, even though the fault was theirs. You have to go to the airport to recover the baggage. I would NOT RECOMMEND this airline to anyone. The plane was quite old and there are no screens on the seats. One of my worst experiences flying in the last 40 years."

Nadelen: "Food was very bad and during the entire 10 hour flight all I received to drink was a half a can of soda and a small glass of orange juice. Seats are very uncomfortable. After the first half of the flight the bathrooms were really dirty and messy."

Nadelen: "Boarding was extremely disorganized and hectic. No lines or sections were created to organize boarding process. Boarding area was crammed with people pushing to board. Seat selections of many passengers (including my boyfriend's and my own) were switched at the last minute right as we were boarding . We had to wait until everyone was seated to negotiate seat changes with fellow passengers in order to sit together. The seat and luggage moves added to the chaos on the plane and delayed the flight by about 45 minutes. food was mediocre, seats uncomfortable. All in all not a good experience. Had boarding been calmer and smoother the rest of the issues wouldn't be as notable as us passengers would have been in a much better mood."

Nadelen: "Apart from the small, uncomfortable seats, the food was very gross, inedible if you're not starving, and I've been fortunate to travel a lot and I've never ever been on a flight that announces towards the end of travel to reread emergency cards, and that if evacuation is needed, to not grab your stuff (wtf?!). incredibly not comforting considering the plane was super shakey during the flight."

After flying my first segment with British airways, I wondered if the Spanish airline could keep up with BA's standards. Well, Iberia not only met the standards, but raised the bar! I am not sure if the fact that this was a day flight (unlike BA's red eye trip) or the fact that it took 2 more hours, but the crew served a full lunch, a snack AND a light meal, when with British i only received one full dinner and a morning snack."
Nadelen: "I'm not sure if it's the European dryness, but though helpful, the flight crew did not looked friendly."

Voordelen: "This wa a short, one hour flight. it's hard to rate the experience with a flight this short."

They scheduled us a new flight with Vianca and Iberia: Bogotá-Madrid + Madrid-Brussels. My partner and I could not sit together on any of these flights! 1 of 10 hours and of 2 hours! I would NOT recommend AA to anyone! This was full responsability of AA!"

Nadelen: "Stewards keep trying to speak in Spanish to you. Every time again you have to ask to repeat in English."

Nadelen: "The craft was small and the seating was cramped, seats were uncomfortable. The flight attendant was very brief with the Safety protocols and really did a poor job of demonstrating how to use the safety equipment provided on the aircraft. This was a disservice to first time flyers."

Nadelen: "Why insisted in taking carry on luggage to the luggage compartiment if not able to handle it? My small case is lost!!!"

Nadelen: "We had a two hour delay. First the aircraft was late. Then it needed repair and another aircraft had to be brought up. After a 10 flight from Frankfurt and a 3 hour layover in Vancouver, I was not a happy camper!"

Nadelen: "Air Canada Check In staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. My flight was at 7pm and I arrived at 6:10pm because I got stuck in traffic. I had already checked in online, all I needed was to get my baggage tags and drop my bag off. Instead of telling me where to print out my tag, they made me stand in line to talk to the check in staff at the counter. By the time I got to the counter, it was 7:40 and there was zero chance of my bag being checked in for this flight with the staff showing me attitude. When I told him that all I was here before the drop-off time and all I wanted were tags and that his other staff just told me to line up without helping, he just said "you can buy another ticket for the next flight or leave your bag here and pick it up when you return from your trip." Honestly, the worst customer experience I have ever had!"

Voordelen: "The passengers, the Brussels airport retail area, 1 of the flight attendants who was polite and welcoming, and the entertainment selections. Finally being connected to Swiss staff."
Nadelen: "The crew was not very welcoming and was borderline rude when I asked any sort of question such as why I was not allowed to wear my headphones prior to take off. I was patient in not wearing them, but could not relaxing into the trip for the 40+ minutes we remained on the ground mostly not moving. I was tired when boarding and fumbled with my documents and was very curtly told to just hand them over. Another time I accidentally mistook headphones the stewardess was handing out for something else. I took a pair and then immediately gave them back with an apology that I didn't realise what they were, but thanked her anyway. This was met with a scowl and a bit of opposition. There was one stewardess that was very nice and accommodating out of the entire crew. On top of this the toilet seat on the plane was broken, so it fell on you when you were trying to go to the bathroom, and the soap dispenser was broken. I didn't dare mention these things to the flight crew though. The plane was late taking off from Montreal, and so was late landing in Brussels. No effort was made to provide connections assistance, or provide directions on where to go to rebook our missed connections. I and all others traveling to Zurich spent the entire morning trying to find anyone from Air Canada to help us rebook our flights. We literally were going from desk to desk between two terminals, and consulting each other as we went to limit the amount of leg work we all had to do. We all had to finally leave the terminal area and go to Swissport and stand in a long slow line. By that time any afternoon flight was already overbooked. So I and a group of other passengers were booked for an evening flight which forced me to book a hotel in Zurich because I couldn't get to where I needed to be that evening. After being rebook, I still tried to get on an earlier flight by going directly to the gate. It was confirmed that there was some extra space available, but they would not switch me to the earlier flight because I had a checked bag that I could not separate me from. Ultimately my bag was lost which made me have to stay awake and in the Zurich airport even longer after I finally arrived going from one lost baggage representative to another, and then waiting in another line to finally fill out paperwork because my bag had never been scanned in Brussels. The Zurich representatives were very polite, helpful, and efficient compared to anyone I encountered in Montreal, or Brussels. I was without my bag for 3.5 days of what was supposed to be a 10 day trip. My trip was reduced to 9 days because I spent an entire day in the Brussels airport and then had to spend the night in Zurich. I arrived in Zurich on Saturday night, and received my bag on Tuesday afternoon. All in all it was not a good experience until I got to Switzerland."

Nadelen: "After returning back and the airplane taxing on the ground it takes one hour to go out of the airport gate to my riding although I have no luggage"

Nadelen: "This flight was operated by United Airlines, a code-shared flight."

Nadelen: "I had to change my return ticket early because of an emergency and Air Canada charged me $481.00 whenI only paid $371.00 fora round trip. How is that possible?"

Voordelen: "The end of the trip and delivery of luggage 24 hours after arriving in Vienna"
Nadelen: "Old and partly broken plane, horrible food. 2 officials to immigrate hundreds of people at Brussels. Breakdown of luggage system in Brussels. No luggage at arrival in Vienna."

Voordelen: "Family emergency, changed flifgts home, we were treated very well, under the circumstances"

Voordelen: "Superb flight and landing"

Voordelen: "The crew on board the plane was as good as can be expected. They were polite and tried to be helpful."
Nadelen: "From the time of booking the flight, we tried to sort out our profiles, provide passport and KTN, and frequent flyer info, as requested when we booked. Website problems were numerous, from being kicked off multiple times, to refusing to accept my info. I tried numerous times to call on the phone since the web site didn't work, but either didn't get through or was directed back to the web site. Eventually, I reached someone that told me it would be best to just sort it out at the airport. At the airport, I was told I should have set things up ahead of time. In the end, two of us traveling together, with work to do together over the course of the 13 hour flight, ended up sitting on opposite sides of the plane, and didn't get fed because they ran out of food. This shouldn't happen to anyone, but having paid for premium economy seats, you can imagine I was even angrier. We brought this up with a customer service rep in person when we landed and were told that she had no power to do anything and that we should call when we got home. And just to top things off, when I realized I couldn't get work done, I tried watching a movie and learned that the audio jack on my entertainment system was broken."

Nadelen: "Crew did not seem to want to do anything extra. Movies seem to be out of date. Unpopular TV shows. A little cramped seating. I paid for a premium seat, no real difference I could tell."

Voordelen: "Great crew, great food, seat was amazing."

Voordelen: "Dinner was ok, Breakfast and coffee were horrrible"
Nadelen: "Very rude staff, would not do anything I asked and responded with attitude"

Voordelen: "Niets"
Nadelen: "Oncomfortabele stoelen, Inflight entertainment werkte slecht"

Nadelen: "My luggage was left in Houston and that was very inconvenience. And it took a day and a half before it came."

Voordelen: "The plane is spacious and comfortable. The crew is quite nice."
Nadelen: "Air Canada overbooks their flights. So if you don't pay extra for your seat, (even if you get to the airport 3 hours in advance), they'll just tell you sorry you are on standby. Which means I literally had to stand by the gate and hope for other people to not show so I could take their seat."

Nadelen: "when boarding they didn't have a seat assigned for me so I had to wait till everyone was in there seats ! I was not impressed"

Voordelen: "Everything else."
Nadelen: "Connecting flight was cancelled (still in toronto now) and confusion over the boarding pass made me think it was another 24 hours til we flew out."

Nadelen: "On time organized departure Space Cleanliness"

Nadelen: "The tv in business class weren't really working... stopping the movies by it self and I had to always restart them until I gave up on watching a movie!"

Nadelen: "delay upon delay due to maintenance then delayed again because the flight crew left due to the delays and a new crew had to be found. 1.5 hours of delay in total but we were only told a few minutes at a time so aggravating"

Voordelen: "long delay with no explanation, surly staff, poor communication"

Voordelen: "Food was fair, and the pilot was great, all the rest was very bad"
Nadelen: "-The seat was super uncomfortable (I paid for a bulkhead seat, I had a regular seat. I'm tall, I didn't fit in the seat) -The flight attendant was rude, not nice, she crashed with the cart like 3 times, and she did not even apologize for hitting me. -We had a 4 hours delay at Montreal because of the weather, the one of AA wasn't delayed. -The entertainment was movies from 10+ years. -You have to pay for everything, so when you buy a ticket for ex. 250$, you have to pay for the seat, even if is not a bulkhead seat, or the first suitcase."

Voordelen: "Low price with big value. The food was great and service felt like first class. The staff was friendly, courteous, professional and accommodating! Definitely recommend and will fly with Air Canada again!"

The movies and games were good however I have never heard of any of the musical artists and I found the tv selections lacking. Why only 2-3 episodes per show? The middle seat in economy had armrests narrower than my shoulders making it painful on my elbows"

Nadelen: "A lady threw up on my hardcover book. And I had to move from a windo to a middle seat. Overall it was not a nice experience."

Nadelen: "Lost my bag"

Voordelen: "It was better then the trip to Toronto"

Nadelen: "Delayed flights, bumped connections with promises of being up graded which didn't happen despite empty seats in the premium economy Terrible breakfast option"

Voordelen: "Didn't have much good with air canada. Some of the worst customer service I've experienced. Flight was fine."
Nadelen: "Boarded an hour late, made us miss our layover even though they said they were holding our following flight to Tokyo. The both of us along with 10 others on our flight got to the gate 10 minutes after the flight was supposed to leave and they wouldn't let anyone on. Missed the first day of our honeymoon trip along with unrefundable hotel fees. I travel a lot and never had an experience like this before."

Voordelen: "The staff at Toronto were very professional"
Nadelen: "We have not received our luggage. We have been told it was given to transportation company and nothing yet. Called back and told company did not have drivers to deliver! We were assured luggage would be with us on the next day flight after being put up by airline."

Voordelen: "I thought that things ran very smooth and efficientlt"

Voordelen: "This was a standard flight..."
Nadelen: "I was surprised to see that there were no usb chargers, personal video screens or cabin-wide movies on the trans Atlantic portion of the flight."

Voordelen: "Safe and on time. I liked the opportunity to check in my carry on luggage."
Nadelen: "TV's did not work and the flight attendant bumped into me every time she walked down the aisle. Earphone plugs did not function properly. Outlet to charge my phone was missing."

Voordelen: "Nothing, I was rebooked for next day but was routed with connection through Chicago"
Nadelen: "Flight was cancelled due to lack of crew and I was rebooked with a connection through Chigago. while Air Canada provided a room and food vouchers it took 2 hours to get bag and caused significant disruption to my plans. Very displeased."

Nadelen: "The last seat didn’t have a window so if felt like you were crammed into a tiny space and had no idea what was happening."

Voordelen: "Comfortable. Good entertainment and good service. Crew was nice"
Nadelen: "Missed our flight from Brussels to Zurich. United said we were booked on next flight six hours later. Gave us vouchers and that was it. Went to check in and the carrier said sorry you can’t board United did not book you. The voucher just has prior info and this flight time. So we missed getting on that flight 3 total hours on the phone with United and they did nothing but put us on hold. Thank you to Brussels air who finally after many years and frustration helped us so we could leave. More than 10 hours later than we should have. Horrible experience and we lost a day of vacation and pre paid plans for the evening I will never use kayak again for international flights. As that was part of the problem per United (probably BS but won’t ever risk it again) and will never use United airlines again as their customer service and lack of caring showed that companies true colors. I hope the rest of this dream vacation is better than this nightmare was."

Nadelen: "Checking was chaotic with non working terminals and insufficient staff Plane was real old (4” scree...even my phone has bigger screen) Onboard drinks were exorbitantly priced (paid 8.99$ for gin and tonic where I got only half can of tonic) Food was ok"

Voordelen: "The price, the mango sorbet, short flight into Belgium, the coffee, the water being offered often"
Nadelen: "The tray was very dirty and obviously had not been disinfected from the previous flight. So I brought it to the attention of one of the crew members, and I felt like she made fun of me in front of other passengers for not liking my tray dirty; and she got a little paper towel for serving, wet it with a bottled water, and wiped my tray quickly. Not hygienic at all and not a word of apology. AIR FRANCE is so much better when it comes to customer service! Also I did not like the constant interruption on the speakers, very loud in my headsets and difficult to watch a movie on tiny screens. The crew members seemed very bossy and uncaring, if not actually rude."

Nadelen: "Boarded the plane later to be asked to switched planes because of mechanical problems with the first one. After boarding the second 2 hour delayed plane my family and I were asked to step off the plane and go to the front desk because they made the mistake to give several people the same seats. It was horrible, and embarrassing. My family, friends and I will definitely won’t be flying eith United."

Voordelen: "Very friendly cabin crew made this trip pleasant and entertaining."
Nadelen: "Despite plenty of empty seats, the ground personnel would not consider changing our seat assignment at the gate to allow us to sit together."

Voordelen: "I was put up in a hotel"
Nadelen: "I never received my luggage. I waited hours and Swissport never filed a report. I did see the Brussels flight I should have gone on did depart late. But as I was waiting for luggage and they gave me a hotel room I hadn’t checked the screen. I was most concerned of the person travelling to pick me up in Bordeaux as it is a journey for them as well"

Voordelen: "Loved the hindu vegetarian food. Incredibly tasty and I didn't expect it. No delays. All went smoothly."

Me and another gentleman look at eachother and couldn't believe it"

Voordelen: "1. We booked seats together then when I checked in they had moved my seat and we were no longer sitting together. And then I couldnt get the window seat I had paI'd for :( 2. No boarding announcement and the "gate" was under construction so was a madhouse to board. 3. The crew member put her sweater in my food and pushed the coffee so hard to the person next to me it spilled all over him. To be fair she did apologize for throwing coffee on him. 4. The TV screens were so old you had to push the "touch" screen so your headrest kept moving if the person behind you couldn't decided what to watch... and then hard to watch anything yourself. The food was nasty."
Nadelen: "See above. I didn't like anything, this might have been the worst flight I've ever had to Brussels. I thought I booked a European carrier, but ugh it was actually United. They only care about business class and first class."
