Nadelen: "Correspondance trop court, on a faillit rater l'avion, alors que j'avais demandé quelques jours avant si c'était suffisant en terme de délai. De plus, le bagage n'a pas suivi et est resté à Madrid (retour seulement demain)"

Nadelen: "Tous les services sont payants. Le service WiFi à bord ne fonctionnait pas"

Voordelen: "Le personnel de bord était inattentif, cela se voyait qu'ils n'avaient pas envie d'être là. Aucun passage entre les deux repas (pendant 8 heures d'affilée), puis le café servi jusqu'à la moitié des rangées seulement, avant l'atterrissage, personne n'est passé vérifier les ceintures."

Voordelen: "Don’t feel fully informed of what is going on. Had overhead bin opened and seat reclined during takeoff."

Nadelen: "Delayed by an hour due to inbound delay, causing a knock-on delay with plane maintenance. While fairly comfortably seated and offered water, this still was somewhat unpleasant especially after a long-haul from Havana"

Nadelen: "the shuttle from trn to mad and vice versa is always always late if not canceled! it must be improved for sure. airnostrum offers really poor service!"

Nadelen: "Delayed almost 1 hour. No entertainment on board and nothing offered except for purchase"

Nadelen: "crew push you hurry. and the space is too small."

Voordelen: "Nothing, it was awful"
Nadelen: "They were late with boarding to begin with and the process was extremely unorganized and slow. The Air France flight that was boarding next to ours at gate 9 got everybody onto the plane before our flight did and their plane was scheduled to take off 10 minutes AFTER us. The boarding attendant didn’t do a good job of announcing the group number for boarding. After priority and no baggage passengers, it was just one big mob. Our boarding passes were in group 1 but my mom ended up being one of the last people let through. The 2 attendants made her wait because they needed to tag her luggage. I guess they felt it was too big for carrying on. Which is fine. But they literally made her stand there while they let almost everyone else in line through. They even tagged other luggages and she was still waiting. And when she asked them about it, they told her to wait and they have to assist other people. What’s the point of being group 1 for boarding then? We still had to wait til pretty much everyone else went in. And the fact that our seats were in row 29 which is at the tail end of the plane made it even worse. Now we need to squeeze by 28 rows of people when we could’ve been in our seats and out of the way a long time ago. Terrible service!"

Nadelen: "Leg room on Iberia flights is scarce, even though I'm only 5'7" tall. No snack or beverage service on a 2 1/2 hour flight."

Voordelen: "J’ai voyagé avec un chien en soute. On m’a tenu informé que mon chien était bien à bord lors du changement d’avion."

Nadelen: "Ma valise n’à pas suivie à Madrid. Résultat 4h d’attente à Genève pour la réclamation de valise. Horrible !"

Nadelen: "Sits are too tight. Honestly impossible to be comfortable"

Voordelen: "Personnel de bord excellent, cabine très agréable pour un vol au même prix que Ryanair ! Merci à Iberia d'être sur cette ligne. Vol excellent."

Nadelen: "Rien à manger ou à boire. Place très limitée pour les jambes. C'était mieux avec Ryanair"

Voordelen: "Check-in was good, no queues. I arrived about four hours before scheduled departure time and check-in had been open already for an hour. In Mexico City Airport I had missed a flight three days earlier as I'd been observing the departure screens and they'd failed to update the status of my aircraft: this time I was informed of the gate at check-in. Flight was on time and didn't do anything scary. I was lucky as my neighbour found another free seat so left me with more room."
Nadelen: "I've found Iberia to be uncaring. This flight was much the same. The food and drink service was cheap, and I felt the attendants didn't feel like they had to try to give good service. The new entertainment screens kept coming on, and I kept turning them off as I wished to sleep. Eventually I discovered they were being triggered by the electrostatic charge on the pillows that I was rearranging."

Voordelen: "The color that crew members wear"
Nadelen: "I arrived 2 hr.30 min and regardless of having bought my ticket long time ago, October, I was placed standby because an overbooking of the plane. The agent in the counter claimed that they could do that because was "legal to overbook". One of the agents at the gate when I went to get my seat indicated that I paid for a "cheap ticket" and that I should take whatever seat they have left. I was given 46E. I was thrown my food on my table. I asked for the pasta option because I do not eat beef. She said: "That's what we have, we do not have more food. You are flying economy class". I was mistreated badly."
