Nadelen: "The airline fix the booking problem because my trip was from Zurich to Brussels to Washington DC to Austin and went I print my boarding passes only show to Brussels. The booking agent didn’t complete all the way in the computer. I am thankful that I had my original paper and Swiss airlines fix it"

Voordelen: "Not very much to like. No effort to enhance customer service, accommodate customer needs. I fly a lot of regional and international airlines, was truly underwhelmed."
Nadelen: "I landed at Zurich airport at 6am with an 11 hour wait and tried to get onto an earlier us bound flight. The ground crew were awful and rude!. The dint make any effort to smile, look at me in the face or ask how I was doing!. Instead she took one look at my ticket and said “ sorry you bought through an agent, I can’t help you”. When I tried to ask if in future it is advisable to book through Swiss airlines directly, the customer service agent looked at me and said “ that’s your problem”- then she turned to her friend and kept talking! Honestly! . The airport terminal E is grey, drab and boring. No TV and only 2 hour of WiFi. I was told I had to pay to use one of their lounges just to get a recliner chair to lay my head for 11 hours. I felt like I was in a holding cell- and the flight was delayed by an hour, had a gate change that they dint tell us till less than 1hour- boy was I glad to leave Zurich!. If that is Swiss hospitality, they have a long way to go. Save your money and use another airline. You will be much happier- trust me."

Nadelen: "We (parents) were business class, but our two kids in coach, yet Swiss doesn’t allow “guests” in the lounge. Hmmm. What a bunch of BS."

Voordelen: "Crew was amazing. So patient and accommodating, even when passengers were a bit impatient. Cabin was clean, and it was good to have blankets and pillow on a long flight."
Nadelen: "Boarding was a bit chaotic. Food was okay but not substantial. Comfort was terrible in my seat - for some reason I had a seat with a metal box underneath so I could not stretch my legs. And the fellow next to me, in the middle, was over 6 feet and was VERY uncomfortable, even though he had legroom. There were good options for entertainment, but it was unreliable and had to be restarted once. Also, the screen was terrible quality and I could not see no matter how I adjust the screen angle or the light."

Voordelen: "The boarding process was efficient. Swiss Air provides much more spacious and comfortable seating arrangements than many other airlines."
Nadelen: "My entertainment system would not turn off, which made it difficult for me to fall asleep. I asked a flight attendant for help and she said she would reset it. However, the reset did not work and she never came back to verify whether or not it had solved the situation. I finally gave up and put a blanket over the screen. Furthermore, the meal service was very slow. It seemed as if most of the staff was very young and likely inexperienced. Perhaps it would be better to mix younger, less experienced staff with more seasoned staff. I flew three other Swiss flights during my European vacation and the service was much faster. Incidentally, most of the staff on these other flights were older and probably more experienced."

Nadelen: "These scheduled flights on Jan 1, 2019 were cancelled by Lufthansa and we were not informed of these scheduled cancellations either by email or SMS. We waited for several hours at the airport before being informed by an airport staff. We missed one day of work and lot of inconvenience with transportation and accommodation in Bengaluru."

During the flight I was thinking this was literally the best transatlantic flight I've ever had, and if I can make it work with my schedule and cost constraints I'm going to fly Lufthansa every time. I never really had a 'favorite' airline before, but I do now--Lufthansa. I should have captured the economy classes crews names, but it was 414 from Munich to Dulles on 25 May--they were truly outstanding."

Voordelen: "Flight left on time and as I was traveling alone I was upgraded to upper economy, which is a fantastic experience. Very smooth and stable flight. One of the best landing I even experienced. The flight inbound and outbound were on time both ways. Congratulations Lufthansa: I will definitely use this airline again."

Nadelen: "First time took Lufthansa airlines and it was my one of the worst experience. Hospitality is respected when customer is helped when they are in trouble not when they is happily boarded. I have to travel from Milan to San Francisco and I missed flight of my one leg ( milan to frankfurt) of journeyand I went for help and non of the Lufthansa staff at Milan airport helped me. Although my connecting flight was after 12hr they just gave me some random number which to call. I have never experience this in my 8yr of international travel."

Nadelen: "Delay of 45 minutes made me almost miss my connecting flight."

Nadelen: "Munich airport should be improved far more. it took more than 20 mins to find a toilette. they should install more toilette for the travellers."

Voordelen: "The entire crew was very professional and friendly, and I could tell that each one of them really liked their job. I am a seasoned traveler and have flown in the past on every major and minor airline, and I have to rate my flight LH424 from Munich to Boston as one of the best."
Nadelen: "I cannot think of a thing that I did not like."

Voordelen: "The attendants, gate agents etc. were all very friendly, but professional. Plane was clean and on time. Not too many announcements over the PA system too! Your inflight movies, choices and other options were very good too."
Nadelen: "When I flew to Frankfort, Aug. 5, they served me very good lactose free meals. I assumed the notation would be in my reservation and apply to the return flight from Munich on Aug. 20. Not true! The main courses both had cheese in them and the snack was awful! Some kind of chicken (? could have fooled me), in a tough dough. UGH! Couldn't figure out what was in it."

Nadelen: "All flights for this trip were 30min-2 hours delayed. At split, we started "boarding" only to be walked outside in the hot sun and grouped together in a tight group to wait again. The split airport crew was awful. The flight crew was fine."

Voordelen: "I liked the plane and the crew, that was it. The plane was 3 deep on both sides with an abundance of space for a aircraft of its class."
Nadelen: "There was no update on the status of our connecting flight. The pilot gave an update of other flights except for ours but it caused a bit of confusion. Some people even had to missed there flights altogether! Lufthansa, from the 4 times I have flown with them always seems to be late with no sense of urgency. Ultimately after arriving in Venice, I get an email that my bags did not make it, yet I was told by the boarding agent that the plane was still loading our bags."

Voordelen: "The perfect assistance. We are very grateful, many thanks to the man who helped us in all we needed."

Voordelen: "This was one of the most aggravating flights. I had a connection. Both flights were delayed and i had to run through the enormous frankfurt with my carry on cat. When i got to the next flight it was delayed 30mins and there were little updates. When i arrived in oslo i was late and so missed my connecting train. I had to wait 6 hours in the station for the next train. An exhausting and frustrating experience. There was one helpful steward on the lax frankfurt flight but the rest of the staff was not helpful."

Nadelen: "Pilot strike caused much distress in Frankfort. The best that could be done was a layover extended by 5 hours and a diversion to Luxembourg. The final leg of the trip was further delayed an extra hour due to mechanical difficulties in Luxembourg."

Voordelen: "Everything about the United Airlines portion of the trip was terrific: lots of food & drinks; good entertainment system; good seats even in economy. United really stepped up their game."

Nadelen: "Don’t tell passengers they can make a transfer flight supposed to leave in 20 minutes because the first flight was late, and then have the plane leave without the passengers who sprinted through the airport after having to go through customs and security again."

It was already assigned and didn't let me change it Boarding was later than scheduled and caused my connecting flight at O'Hare hectic This was the first time that I had ordered Kosher food and I would never make that mistake again, the meal was okay but the sandwich was awful and had no taste!"

Nadelen: "They were delayed on every one of my flights - missed connecting flight and had to be booked on a new flight which got in a midnight. Terrible!!"

Voordelen: "Luggage came extremely quickly"
Nadelen: "We upgraded to business and paid way more than the flight over and the service was much worse. Food wasn’t as good and not nearly as much."

Voordelen: "The staff was very friendly and professional Even got some sleep, not easy on economy seats but on this flight they were actually good."
Nadelen: "The other travelers were loud rude and didn't listen to instructions. Also clapping loudly upon landing and it's very annoying. Parents don't take responsibility for their children."

Nadelen: "The plane was HUGE, too big. With such a big plane the crowd formed by the gate waiting to board was unmanageable. Also the giant plane felt like it was hard to maneuver during take off and landing. I would very much prefer a smaller plane. The touch screen in front of me was not always responding when I tried to tap the screen. The audio jack was also not working great; sometimes I did not have audio in my right earbud and I had to turn and fidget the plug. The earbuds provided by the airline did not even work when plugged into the screen, I had to use my own earbuds."

Nadelen: "Booked a ticket with luggage and got email saying I am at economy class. When got to check in told me I have economy light and I had to pay again for luggage. Dissaster. Contacted priceline- did not care."

Voordelen: "The Swiss Air staff provided water and nice sandwiches for us while we stood in line for hours and put us up in a very nice hotel for the night."
Nadelen: "My first flight with Austrain Airlines was 2 hours late in leaving, partly because they mixed our baggage up and had to have each of us leave the airplane to identify our baggage before getting back on again. Because of this, I missed my connecting flight in Zurich. Apparently hundreds of other passengers were in a similar situation, because I spent the next 6.5 hours standing in line to getting my new itinerary and hotel vouchers."

Nadelen: "Well, it was all messed up by kayak and priceline. I clearly stated in your search engine I want flight with checked baggage, for which you gave me results. What a unpleasant surprise at check-in to find out it was super expensive airticket with only 8 kg of carry on! You are confusing people on purpose, I cant believe your service! And I was loyal customer for years and years. Well, time for change."

Voordelen: "Hi there, the gate for the flight was changed at the last minute and I missed the connecting flight from Frankfurt to Vienna. I was told by staff that there would be a 300 Euro fee, plus the cost of the next flight. This broke my heart. why I wouldn't I simply be put on standby and get on the next flight? Nadelen: "I should have been put on the next connecting flight, rather than turned away to fend for myself in a foreign city."

Nadelen: "Both flights were delayed. Food selection was poor."

Nadelen: "The flight was delayed and I lost my luggage."

Voordelen: "Ok food, on-board personnel friendly. Seats could use a tad more space but were ok for economy"
Nadelen: "Boarding personnel in Vienna was very unfriendly and didn't inform us of the need for a new boarding pass during transfer"

Voordelen: "Whole process of checking in, security, and boarding was very easy."

Voordelen: "This isn't really the flight, but see below for lack of personnel at Vienna airport to help locate gates after our flight arrived very delayed. I was running with a cane, and getting very upset when an airport employee with a cart asked if he could help. He took me to the gate I thought was for my flight, but it was for a DIFFERENT flight to Zurich. He calmed me down and drove me to the correct gate, talking the agent there to make sure it was the right one before he left me there. I wish I had time to get his name because he was very kind and helpful and I don't know what I would have done without him - wouldn't have made the flight, that's for sure. (He was in vicinity of gates F 3 - 13 on Sunday June 11 approximately 5:15 - 5:30pm Vienna time, if anyone wants to know)"
Nadelen: "Our flight was delayed almost one hour. Even though I had only one hour between flights, I was told (in Split) that all flights would be delayed, so no worries. On the plane, they gave information for some flights; for the rest of us they just said, go to your gate (for connecting flight) as quickly as possible. Flight landed at 5:05pm. When I walked out of plane (I was using a cane; recovering from broken ankle so have some trouble walking distances), there was no board with flight info, just immigration. Finally I saw a flight board, and had 10-15 minutes walk still. Also, signage wasn't great. I called after an Austrian Airline flight attendant who was also leaving, but she never heard me. Finally I found the right direction, still had security to go through. I was running with the cane (not good for my ankle). Essentially there was no help. Until a man driiving one of those carts helped me - I write about him above in what I liked about the flight."

Nadelen: "Boarding was very confusing, gate was changed at the last minute without the passengers being warned"

Nadelen: "Flight was delayed 2 hours after boarding"

Voordelen: "When you travel with an infant it's already a difficult trip but it's really fraustrating when you find out that they didn't assign you to the seats with the baby bassanet, and when I went to the counter to fix the problem instead they change our window seats to an isle seats without even asking or notifying us with the changes, and they when I asked how come you don't automatically assign infant reservations to infant seats their excuse was what if there were more infants than available infant seats and they already gave out those seats with extended leg space to others who already had paid for it, and surprisingly there were multiple of infants on board none of them in those seats but rather the other passengers who paid for it, so basically they got paid extra and you will only suffer for almost 10 hrs so they can make extra profit. NEVER AGAIN AUSTRIAN AIRLINES!!!"
Nadelen: "Entertainment on board was useful"

Nadelen: "5 hour delay. One staff member said there would be a delay, the second said there was no delay and after a couple hours the delay was confirmed. I was told the flight was full without the attendant even checking, flight was actually not even close to full. Nobody wanted to help and do their job, they just want to send you on your way."

Voordelen: "My bag didn't make my connecting flight so I guess they upgraded me because of that. Exceptional service, food and comfort. Ground staff at Vienna and crew were wonderful."

Voordelen: "The crew were friendly and fine. No problem with boarding etc"
Nadelen: "The seat comfort and closeness of the passengers is terrible. And makes for a stressful and painful flight."

Voordelen: "Airport staff and crew friendly."
Nadelen: "A snack or coffee would have been nice for the early flight"

Voordelen: "Premium economy is spacious and worth the money."
Nadelen: "Better beer selection."

Voordelen: "my wife was flying this plane from Zagreb to Split. my wife is late for the last ferry 20.30 from Split to Hvar due to the plane delay and so unplanned should stay at the hotel in split till tomorrow morning. And they'll be 3 hours late for work in the morning."

Voordelen: "There was nothing to like with Croatian Airlines. Flight was delayed over 1 hour, many people missed connecting flights. Crew wasn't helpful in resolving issues. No entertainment. Croatian Airlines is operated like a budget airline (EasyJet, WizzAir) but they charge customers the same as a British Airways flight. Poor."
Nadelen: "Everything. Terrible experience."

Voordelen: "Efficient, comfortable, food was good, everything. This felt like what flying used to be. (A good thing)"

Nadelen: "Personnel need better training"

Nadelen: "They failed to tell me when I checked in that my connecting flight seat was not confirmed. They issued a standby pass in Düsseldorf they bumped me from the flight, then lost my luggage. They were very unhelpful"

Nadelen: "Being told to stand in a dark corner underneath a yellow “Departure Assistance” sign and not having anyone show up. We left after ten minutes as no “assistance” appeared to be forthcoming. Food was dry. No entertainment."

Voordelen: "We were scheduled for a 5:40pm flight from split to zagreb, but arrived to the airport a little after 3 and were asked if we'd like to board the 4pm flight to the same destination, instead. After we said yes, we had about a 15 minute wait while the attendant rearranged our information, and then we were whisked to the front of the security line, and immediately boarded. They hadn't even told us they'd upgraded us to business class! One of the best flight experiences I've had."

Voordelen: "Every thing's was excellent"

Voordelen: "But you get a glass of water!"
Nadelen: "2.5 hours late. Wait for baggage in an empty airport and no one could care less."

Nadelen: "It was delayed by over two hours. They didn't tell us any information or keep us informed. The airport is tiny and no where near big enough for the number of flights they have. We had to sit on the ground for four hours while waiting for our flight."

Voordelen: "The price appears low, but does not include baggage fees"
Nadelen: "Check in was very late. Made making the plane a close call. Supposedly check in should start 2 hours ahead of flight. The baggage drop was not available until 1 hour before the flight. According to the rules baggage must be dropped 1 hour before the flight, but the counter was not open. I asked an employee what the issue was and received no meaningful answer.. I made the effort to prepay the baggage fees. Good thing or we would have missed the flight. Will never fly Croatian again"

Voordelen: "On time performance, professionalism of the staff, snacks even on a short haul flight, and a smooth sailing through quite a bit of weather en route"
Nadelen: "Would be great to add power outlets or usb charging options"

Voordelen: "I did have some problems with check-in at a regional transfer airport to Munich. But in no way was this the fault of Lufthansa."
Nadelen: "Please tell Croatia airlines to update their 90's era online check-in websites so that it actually works. Starting with Split/Trogeir."

Voordelen: "I liked the check in at the train station. For Austrian Airlines and their partners. Very convenient."

Voordelen: "Great flight, quick, no issues."

Nadelen: "No leg room"

Voordelen: "Clean, professional, high quality flight."

Nadelen: "The flight was delayed 5 hours causing us to miss our connecting flight in Zagreb which thus caused us to miss our flight home to the United States resulting in the purchase of a new ticket. Also the Croatia Airlines representatives were extremely unhelpful."

Voordelen: "I loved how we arrived 2.5 hours late and missed our connection and then spent 5 hours trying to get rebooked by the incompetent Turkish Airlines crew."
Nadelen: "Spending hours in lines trying to get rebooked!"

Nadelen: "People in front of me."

Voordelen: "The flight crew was friendly and on point. That's about the end of anything positive."
Nadelen: "Our flight to Dubrovnik was diverted to Split due to weather. That's fine, not in control of the airline, but how they handled the situation was miserable. First of all, nearly half of the luggage for the plane was left in Venice. This is a tiny plane with less than 100 people. It's not that difficult to recognize when there is luggage missing. Then, upon arriving and recognizing the luggage wasn't there, we were basically told, "don't worry about it." What? I'm 6,000 miles from home with no clothes and they don't even know where the luggage is at that time! The airline coordinated a bus to Dubrovnik from Split. It's about a 3.5 hour drive and left around midnight. No consideration of how some people might not be able to check into lodging at that time, no compensation for a hotel for the night, and they barely gave us any time to figure out what was happening to make sure getting on the bus was the right decision. The bus driver tried to leave without two of our party because they were *taking too long at the lost luggage desk to report the luggage the airline lost* ! I had to stand in the doorway of the bus to keep him there. The day after finally getting to our destination, I tried to call customer service to check on the luggage situation. THREE times I was asked to hold while they got someone else and was immediately hung up on. I only finally received contact from someone by email two days later. The airline did deliver the luggage to the hotel, finally, but they delivered it to the WRONG hotel and I had to Uber there and back to get it. All-in-all a 1.5 hour cheap flight turned into a 7 hour travel day and cost hundreds of euros more than it was supposed to. Horrible experience."

Nadelen: "Seat leg room is horribly narrow. The airline is so greedy"

Nadelen: "The check in lady did not speak/understand English. One of our carry on luggage did not fit into the prescribe size. We wanted to remove some stuff to avoid the bulging but refused us to do so, insisting that we checked it in and pay EUR 70.00 otherwise she will refuse to board us. We felt intimated and had no other choice but pay up or lose our connecting from Paris. Hence, the bad review, otherwise our experience with the flight and crew were excellent. Hope you can help us get a refund from that unnecessary EUR 70 expense."

Nadelen: "I do not consume wine or food with wine in it. A snack m Croatia airlines is partly wine."

Voordelen: "Comfortable plane, nice crew, good boarding process."

Nadelen: "Late"

Voordelen: "Free snack and drink. Fast boarding. Cheap prices."
Nadelen: "The stinky dude I sat next to. But hey you can't win email all..."

Nadelen: "Old plane, they sat me beside a very large woman whose body spilled over into my seat. I attempted to change seats but flight attendants were oblivious even though I was perched halfway in the aisle. Miserable flight."

Voordelen: "We left on time. This was a very short flight. Not much to say about it."

Voordelen: "Going to Croatia. Travelling."
Nadelen: "In 2016, even for a short flight, it's not possible to fly with a Bombarder 400. I was luky to get a good price but many people who paid a lot more were very upset!"

Voordelen: "The crew worked above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and happy. Our seats were comfortable, the food was actually edible and quite delicious! I had one of my favorite flights with Lufthansa!"
Nadelen: "The crew was not able to help us put our luggage up top. Being 5'1, this was almost impossible for me to do on my own."

Voordelen: "The flight was a quick puddle-jumper. No frills. Just fine."
Nadelen: "The lines for check-in at the airport were very long. We had already checked in online, but there was no separate bag drop line."

Voordelen: "Croatia airlines has special vision on business class !"

Voordelen: "Plenty of leg room for a tall person like myself"
Nadelen: "Food was mediocre, but, to be fair, that's expected on any flight"

Voordelen: "Staff was nice."
Nadelen: "They used to offer actual food on these flights. Now it's peanuts or crackers as a breakfast?"

Nadelen: "C’est la première fois que nous prenons Iberia et nous avons été très déçus. Personnel extrêmement désagréable. Première fois que je vois tout un équipage aussi peu professionnel, indélicat et qui ne passe pas en dehors des repas. Le repas a été servi et le débarrassage 5 min après. Pas de nettoyage des toilettes pendant les 12heures de vol. Les hôtesses étaient trop occupées à papoter à l’arrière de l’avion. En tant de covid c’est inadmissible. Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie et ne la prendrais plus jamais !"

Voordelen: "The flight happened and no incidents on the flight."
Nadelen: "Was actually RyanAir. Won't be flying them again. The checkin experience was a nightmare. Only had three very long lines. My line closed when I was almost to the front. When I did talk to someone found out I needed to have my passport validated by another Ryanair person and would have to leave the line. The person checking me in couldn't validate my passport, Really?? At every other airline the checkin person validates your passport."

Voordelen: "The onboard store."
Nadelen: "USB ports. They were off."

Voordelen: "Friendliness"
Nadelen: "Food selection"

Voordelen: "Nothing. The airline changed the departure time for the first leg of my flight so I could not check my connection and had to cancel my flight and rebook with another airline."
Nadelen: "Keep scheduled flight times."

Nadelen: "Tout sauf le repas très mauvais des boîtes de conserves. C'est de la rigolade. Très déçu du repas vraiment."

Voordelen: "Great customer service"
Nadelen: "The seats are really small. Even for people not considered tall."

Nadelen: "If kayak didn’t take me to a page where the reservation was different than what I agreed on. Not even close to what I had selected, leading me to believe I was booking a trip on the days I chose and then not realizing it was incorrect until my trip was starting. This is the last time I use kayak."

Voordelen: "The crew was nice."
Nadelen: "There was a terrible stench, like that of a dead animal, near where we sat that did not let us enjoy the flight. The seats were too crowded."

Voordelen: "Even with some departure delays we landed on time."
Nadelen: "The plane could have used some cosmetic detailing. The door to a cabinet in the bathroom would not shut and caused a problem with people being able to close the bathroom door."

Voordelen: "It was cheap"
Nadelen: "Flight was late, boarding and unloading was slow so I missed my connection to LA."

Nadelen: "Correspondance trop court, on a faillit rater l'avion, alors que j'avais demandé quelques jours avant si c'était suffisant en terme de délai. De plus, le bagage n'a pas suivi et est resté à Madrid (retour seulement demain)"

Nadelen: "Tous les services sont payants. Le service WiFi à bord ne fonctionnait pas"

Voordelen: "Le personnel de bord était inattentif, cela se voyait qu'ils n'avaient pas envie d'être là. Aucun passage entre les deux repas (pendant 8 heures d'affilée), puis le café servi jusqu'à la moitié des rangées seulement, avant l'atterrissage, personne n'est passé vérifier les ceintures."
Nadelen: "Un personnel naviguant plus présent, plus professionnel, sérieux et souriant? Quelques passages avec de l'eau pendant le vol entre les repas."

Nadelen: "I was not informed about having to pay for checking my luggage and it did not even showed at the Iberia website when doing my online checking. I had to pay a total of $50, $25 each way, in Madrid. I was never informed of this in Boston or, again, while processing my checking using Iberia’s website."

Nadelen: "No hay distraccion ni almimentacion,. El vuelo era largo de 2:45 h y siendo iberia pense que seria mucho mejor que ineria express"

Nadelen: "Were not there to rate but someone paid you an extra fare so you made double the money on one 2 seats! BRAVO Standing Ovation!!!"

Nadelen: "I had to call Kayak to get the confirmation code to check in online, as this was not provided by Kayak in their receipt for the eticket. Otherwise the flight was fine."

Nadelen: "It took a very long time to drop bags because there were only three people at the Iberia desks."

Nadelen: "We had to walk onto the tarmac and climb up stairs to board the plane carrying our luggage and small child."

Voordelen: "J’ai voyagé avec un chien en soute. On m’a tenu informé que mon chien était bien à bord lors du changement d’avion."

Nadelen: "Ma valise n’à pas suivie à Madrid. Résultat 4h d’attente à Genève pour la réclamation de valise. Horrible !"

Voordelen: "Movie selection. Decent room in each seat. 2x4x2 setup is nice."
Nadelen: "Bad service. Attitude from flight attendants. Food just okay."

Voordelen: "The entertainment was good and the crew was great."
Nadelen: "I had ordered a gluten free meal but in the chaos of my seat moving multiple times, it got lost in the shuffle so I wasn't able to eat much of the food that was served. I have long legs and the seat provided almost no where for them to go. I was very uncomfortable by the end of the flight."

Nadelen: "the portion Tel Avivi Madrid was very poor. The plane was very old the business clase very bad. The seats were very old No space for the foots and NO entreatments service available. This in a five hours flights, Just horrible."

Nadelen: "Had to take a flight to New York 2 days later, then drive back home"

Nadelen: "They didn’t let me check in or on the flight. Boarding was a disaster for others on my previous flight who were making this connection and British Airways, Iberia, and Kayak had TERRIBLE customer service when helping me (or refusing to help me) rebook my flight. I will never again use any of these companies. I’d rather walk to Europe."

Nadelen: "A porter checked our bags at the gate without asking us whether we were traveling beyond London, so the bags were never transferred to the transatlantic flight nor did they arrive in SF. It wasn't necessary to check them because there was plenty of room in the overhead bins when we got on the flight. We immediately asked a flight attendant to help when I realized they might not go through and he said he spoke to someone who caught and tagged the bags to go through, but it still didn't happen. It would have been easier if he had just brought them to us on the plane. Another women's bag was taken with all her baby supplies and bottles in it for a 16-hour travel day. Very frustrating for all of us."
