Notre départ et notre arrivée étaient à l’heure. Nous étions bien servis par les membres d’équipage. Malheureusement, moins d’espace dans ce modèle d’avion que dans les modèles plus récents. Les écrans installés dans les sièges fonctionnent très lentement, donc pas beaucoup de divertissement pour le vol de 8 heures

Les membres d’équipage ont été attentifs. La qualité de repas- à améliorer

Better rapport with passengers in business class. Food that was served in economy class is now served in business class. Not the level of business class food. Economy class passengers should be getting snacks and drinks like they did before. Put back the pride in Croatia Airlines. I'm Croatian and I was always proud of our flights. Now quality is lower. Staff was nice, some more then others. Lufthansa flights have nice choice of drinks, but this time food was a bit basic. Well, that can happen. Hopefully next time there will be better choice of food. Staff was ok, not great. One flight attendant was amazing. Business class top quality, although she wasn't even assigned to business.

Perhaps boarding by groups would help a bit with the organization during boarding. There is a lack of space for overhead bags, and this caused some stress amongst the passengers.

According to the locals, my misfortune was a common one, that Croatia Air has been neglecting to fix for years: The small planes that make the Zagreb to Dubrovnik flight can't actually complete the flight to Dubrovnik many times a year. The plane can barely make it to Dubrovnik when filled to capacity, and when the wind is high, it needs spare fuel to attempt the landing. High winds on small runways mean the plane often fails to land and needs to circle back around and try again. But it doesn't have enough fuel so they don't even try to fly to Dubrovnik, and land halfway across the country in Split instead. Adding a 5 hour bus trip to the end of 48 hours of sleepless flying was Not Good. Being on a bus ride without good air flow where most of the passengers took off their masks while the pandemic still raged was Not Good. Having missed my pickup from the airport and arriving at 4AM was Not Good. There not being enough taxis at the place the bus drops off at 4AM was Not Good. I ended up stumbling through a cold town in the middle of the night for an entire hour, dragging my luggage uphill for two miles. Croatian Airlines needs to fix their Dubrovnik route, so this stops happening. All the locals rolled their eyes and complained of how common this diversion is. Either put a better-sized runway at the airport so that planes can reliably land even in high winds, or put a plane with the fuel reserves to make the repeated attempts needed on this route, or both.

On my flight to Zaghreb i had an Echo Classic ticket with baggage allowance and on my return suddenly an eco light without allowance. Had to pay more than 50 Euros for my luggage.

Encore et toujours du retard, nous avons du changer de vol puis d'avion, imprimer de nouveaux billets et n'avons connu nos places qu'au moment d'embarquer

J'ai manqué ma connection en dépit des assurances de l'équipage. 6 heures d'attente.

Vol retardé (+ d'1 heure), pilote qui annonce que les autres vols à Frankfurt sont aussi retardés, donc qu'il sera possible tout de même de continuer le voyage. Annonce qu'un employé de Lufthansa va nous attendre pour nous aiguiller. Rien de cela ne s'est passé. La seule chose c'est que j'ai manqué ma connection, à peu près 8 heures de retard. Inacceptable

Le fait de refuser de servir un deuxième verre de vin sous prétexte d’effectifs réduits à cause de la pandémie, Servir de l’eau ou du vin ce ´n’est pas plus difficile ! Aucun choix de repas et une bouillie trop cuite qu’ils osent appeler pasta. Personnel de bord particulièrement expéditif et antipathique. Le pire long courrier de ma vie.

The boarding at the Vienna airport was an absolute chaos; no rhyme or reason, no order just everyone shoving; I thought I was in some 3rd world country where the concept of organization and order has not reached 21st century. The web site is one of the worst, not intuitive or clear at all; it took me forever to book a seat and having to pay for it, another slap in the face. I traveled with Austrian air many times but this was just so frustrating and disappointing.

We are living in 21 century and most transatlantic airlines have WiFi ! Where’s Austrian did not have it!"

There was not an exchange with her that was friendly and agreeable. When serving drinks a second time, she asked me what would I like to drink and I answered: What do you have? I had not asked the first time drinks were served since I knew I wanted orange juice. he second time, and not wanted to drink the same, I asked: what do you have? and her answer was: "Same as before". I had to let her know I had not asked before and then she proceeded to tell me the different drinks and finally added: My colleague will take care of you. She did not want to serve me. The first incident went I tried to use the bathroom in the back of the plane, she would tell people: "don"t use that one, I need that bathroom for......." ( not sure for what but her tone was so rude,that people walked to the other bathroom embarrassed). All I can say is that everything else was great, including the friendliness of all other crew, but that one ruined the experience. A third time I got up to walk to the bathroom and the seatbelt sign was on, but so it had been for a long time. She prompted me to go back to my seat. All others seem to do their job without been rude, Not sure why this one couldn't. Job stress? Not the passenger's problem. Besides that and the poor movie choices, everything else was great. I think the flight was delayed but to that point everything was going so smooth, I didn't even notice. I will fly Austrian again, and would love to visit Vienna. Please advise how to add the miles of my trip to my account. I booked in Kayak, left to Ohio from Miami running from hurricane Irma, my return from Ohio to Miami was cancelled and I had to embark on that long plan10 day trip without even returning home to Miami to pack. I totally forgot about putting the miles on my account on either ticket counter."

Delta operated. Missed connecting flight due to single late crew member in dfw. 1.5 h late. Missed work and incurred costs of over $800. Delta failed to hold connecting flight(s) at gate and it actually left EARLY. Fail. Never again.

Nadelen: "Having to change my seat to accommodate a rude belligerent passenger, who had taken my seat, refused to move until spoken to by steward. She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

They are a terrible airline and I would not ever use them again or advice anybody else to use them. My bag was lost on my arrival to Zagreb due to the connection time of flights."

Nadelen: "They had a cancelled flight try to make me take a bus to my final destination. So finally they booked us a flight next day in evening we didn’t received any vouchers or hotel room from the airline and nobody had a answer on why was flight cancelled."

Nadelen: "Airport in Zagreb is worst organised airport I've ever seen. Despite I come from transot area from Vienna and I want continue to other country with connection flight I must again go through security control. After that there are wrong arrows for navigation to gates (especially gate 16 and above) so if one follows them you go through at least half departure hall then you turn back and at the end of this hall you change floor and go to your gates :("
Nadelen: "I continue from Zagreb to Wiena and we should go again through security check :( there was long quene and very precisious guards so i came to gate 5 minutes before boarding ends. Funniest thing on that way - we use same plane as I left 40 minutes ago"
Voordelen: "The flight was on time. The improvement of the airport is amazing. In the past few years my family traveled over Zagreb airport. The old building did not have enough capacity and there were always complaints during our traveling conversations. The new addition is not huge, but very modern and more efficient."

Nadelen: "Landed in Split not Dubrovnik. Not one airline worker or airport person was at baggage claim to tell us where to go or what the alternate plan was. Finally was told by other passenger we were being put on a bus for the remainder of our journey. At 12am."
Voordelen: "Enough legroom, fast boarding, easy (though also short) flight."
Nadelen: "Short boarding delay without any communication. No food/beverage service or entertainment, but I wasn't really expecting it for 40 minutes in the air."
Nadelen: "I do not consume wine or food with wine in it. A snack m Croatia airlines is partly wine."
Voordelen: "The staff was very organized and professional about rebooking our flights after missing our connection due to the delayed."
Nadelen: "Our second flight was also significantly delayed. Out of the 4 Croatian Airlines flights that I took in one week, 3 of them were delayed by over an hour."
Nadelen: "Food"
Voordelen: "We were sitting at the wrong gate and almost missed the plane but they were looking for us and were glad we got there in time."
Nadelen: "We were unable to get anything to eat in our section of the airport in spite of being told there was better food after security checkpoint. I realize this was the fault of numerous airport employees who were ill-informed and not Croatian Airlines fault but it was a problem since we arrived two hours early ready for lunch and were unable to get anything to eat until we arrived in Dubrovnik. Voordelen: "Free snack and drink. Fast boarding. Cheap prices."
Nadelen: "The stinky dude I sat next to. But hey you can't win email all..."
Voordelen: "55 minut super quick flight. Very courteous staff on the ground and flight attendants. No wait time to get luggage."
Nadelen: "Over head bins don't hold average size American suit case . Was not told that when we checked into our flight. When getting ready to board was yelled at by agent because of the size of our suitcase. Was told to stand with the other Americans. Flights are always late. They never land or take off as scheduled."
Voordelen: "Everything was orderly and on timely"
Nadelen: "Flight was delayed for unknown reasons. Nobody inform passengers about delay."

Nadelen: "Boarding was not as smooth. Hard to differentiate between the gates."
Voordelen: "The staff handling the problem were on the whole patient and kind. Once we were able to get to a staff to rebook, they tried."
Nadelen: "There was clearly no plan in place for when a flight is cancelled, how to handle all the passengers' needs quickly and efficiently once the decision was made by the airline to cancel that flight. There was not enough staff when they were needed. There should be emergency staff who can come in for such a problem. Meal vouchers, though spoke of, did not get given out. Even if they were, we could not have used them as we were stuck in a very long and very slowly moving line. Over 3+ hours of waiting, no one from the airline came around to offer even water. They did not try to make sure the the lines stayed a single line - too many people tried to cheat and cut in raising anger, making already frustrated and stressful situation even more so."
Voordelen: "Once we got off the ground, things were fine. We were quickly given meal vouchers when the gate agent showed up finally--some time well after our scheduled departure time."
Nadelen: "Sat at the gate with a small child until well after departure. No news. No gate agent. Finally we were told that there was a delay of two and a half hours."
Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "Again we were given false info and did not go because of the wrong information this company provided."
Voordelen: "I had no issues at all with boarding and for an hour flight still received a snack and a choice of beverage!"
Nadelen: "The bumpy ride but not the airlines fault!"

It was more then four hours delay!

They gave me terrible time at check in in Odessa

No entertainment at all but all other is good.

Nadelen: "The food was the worst I have had in 12 years of EU-Asia flights. They missed two connections, causing over 11 hours of delay and arrived at a different airport. We had to spend 4 hours with visa procedures and rechecking luggage in Beijing without staff assistance. Deplorable."

Nadelen: "This is twice now I've had massive delays flying with LOT and because of this one I'm currently still stuck in Chicago because my international flight landed with 35 minutes for me to get to my connecting domestic flight when i should have had an hour and a half."

Nadelen: "I was in the business class. Food was too salti Cabin stuff were clumsy Plates and glasses fell of their hands on the pasengers Many times dueing the flights. Chairs wrre stuck and a stuff member need to come every time i needed to change position."

Nadelen: "The staff in Paris were late rude and overall not helpful. The plane was delayed an hour we have no idea why. The plane was very old and the crew serving from Paris to Warsaw were not helpful."
Nadelen: "Crew was grumpy. It was a problem to get a full glass of water. It was always a half of glass and no ice. Even in warm pop-no ice Food was not up to standards. Seats no leg room If crew was nice and smiled. Would have helped"

Nadelen: "Had to checkin my carry-on that i take everywhere on domestic flights. Limit was 8kg!!!!! Flight was delayed due late plane arrival and inefficient boarding process."

Nadelen: "Food was terrible. If you’re flying to America, serve American style meals. I missed my connecting flight because we were delayed by 45 minutes but Polish Airlines didn’t provide a hotel voucher so I had to pay for a hotel out of pocket. Rude flight attendants and overall, very uncomfortable experience. I will pay the difference and fly SWISS next time."

Often the flight attendant was moving so fast with the cart that it hit my arm which was resting on the armrest. Not a lot of attentiveness. Also I would have liked to be asked if I spoke Polish before the crew started speaking in Polish to me with no English translation."

Voordelen: "Flying with pet and airline could not have been more helpful. The food (dinner) was much better than expected. Wish I had asked for more. The pork, the vegetables salad and dessert had flavor. Flight attendant helped me with back off the plane even."

Voordelen: "Without any note all passengers were required to pay for their baggage, same price either it was 10 or 20 kg. Nobody send any information before about this extra payment!"
Nadelen: "The airport wasn't ready to except foreigners. The personal at customs hardly could communicate in English, always switching to Polish. The custom officer forgot return transfer ticket. So, I had in no time to ask at the check point tofi s my name in the list and give me another tickets. It was very stressful."
