Since manufacturers adhere to airline baggage standards, no violations were found during checks. This misguided effort only resulted in publicly humiliating Swissair customers. Boarding process was pure pandemonium...this was the first time in recent memory, where all coach passengers were invited to board at the same time! Very inefficient! Crowded seating in coach,with ten passengers sandwiched in across Boeing 767 aircraft. Competing airlines flying identical aircraft have nine across seatings Thin seat cushions cause leg cramps after a few hours."

For over five hours I tried to use the restroom and she kept yelling at me to sit back in my seat, in spite the fact that several other people were using the restroom and several other people were up and moving about, she singled me out and wouldn't let me get up without harassing me. Eventually I appealed to another one of the flight crew who allowed me to urinate, but it was over five hours I had to pee and was inexplicably not allowed to."

I do like the entertainment selections, but the seat TVs and remotes do not always work well."
Nadelen: "I do not like the cramped space that we are in. It was difficult for my husband and I to get in and out of our seats. The passenger in front of me pushed her seat back and it seemed as though she was righ in my face. She could not go upright as the person in front of her was pushed all the way back. This situation also makes eating difficult. The flight yesterday was extremely warm, which I had not experienced on my three former flights. I guess I will try your airlines once more and see how it is for a third trip."

Nadelen: "The handle of the pull-stick that slides into the suitcase was broken off with the pull-stick sticking out of the TUMI suitcase. Used a pen point to release it and get it back into the suitcase. No handle so it was impossible to drag the suitcase. The ground personnel representing Swiss Air at the Boston Baggage carousel was a novice, had never filled out a baggage claim form before. Told me they would phone me. I am a bit skeptical about this claim. Not sure if it was Swiss Air of the local ground personnel who damaged the suitcase."

Personnel, goede stoel en verbinding op tijd. Gate op Dubai was krap, maar ging ok

Covid protocol was badly monitored. Coughing people without a mask. Thank you KLM for your ignorance.

Gedoe met teveel passagiers die weigeren een mondkapje op te doen en een kat/muis spel spelen met de bemanning. KLM kwaliteit als vanouds, maar verziekt door dit soort medepassagiers.

Thank you for offering a dietary option that is compassionate toward animals and contributes less to climate change! Now if only the planes were powered by clean, renewable energy... Hopefully that will become a reality someday very soon! Oh, and also the crew on this flight was exceptionally kind and helpful. Thank you so much!"
Nadelen: "I did not enjoy the turbulence, which I suppose is unavoidable. More importantly, I felt quite guilty about the greenhouse gas emissions of my flight. I have decided to cut down on my air travel as much as possible as a way of reducing my carbon footprint."
Nadelen: "KLM staff in the Prague airport were some of the rudest humans I have ever met. So incredibly uncaring and outright mean."

No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

When I got to checkout they said I had pay for the suitcase. Turns out my flight was economy 'light' flight and I had to go the Austrian airlines desk and pay euro 40 for my suitcase. Wish that would have been clear when I purchased the ticket. Also there is no clear info on what the cost is for your bag at what point in the check-in process."

Nadelen: "My first flight with Austrain Airlines was 2 hours late in leaving, partly because they mixed our baggage up and had to have each of us leave the airplane to identify our baggage before getting back on again. Because of this, I missed my connecting flight in Zurich. Apparently hundreds of other passengers were in a similar situation, because I spent the next 6.5 hours standing in line to getting my new itinerary and hotel vouchers."

Nadelen: "Well, it was all messed up by kayak and priceline. I clearly stated in your search engine I want flight with checked baggage, for which you gave me results. What a unpleasant surprise at check-in to find out it was super expensive airticket with only 8 kg of carry on! You are confusing people on purpose, I cant believe your service! And I was loyal customer for years and years. Well, time for change."

Nadelen: "My Swiss flight from Stuttgar via Zurich to JFK was cancelled before 24 hours without explaining the reason. They should explain the reason at least. I had to take an another flight and arrived at JFK after 6 hours from the original flight. My trip was totally messed up, so I was not happy at all."

Nadelen: "Not enough room for overhead bags. Had to put mine in the front of the plane while I sat at the back of the plane. What I really didn't like is that I called Kayak to include my Global Entry number on my boarding pass. They said it would be there and when I printed it, it wasn't. So coming back into the states and thru customs took waaay longer than it should have with those chaotic and ridiculously long lines. I didn't bring my Global Pass card with me and will from now on!"

Lufthansa is always late... better on our way back to Munich & Amsterdam. Outbound was a painful experience. Will consider to use them in the future.

The lady at the counter sent me to the wrong gate and left me there for over one hour then told me oops I forgot to tell you the gate changed. Voordelen: "Used an Airbus 320 this flight, which is larger than the Bombardier and much better overhead storage. Flight is approximately 20 minutes and does not have any service such as food or entertainment."
Nadelen: "Flight left 10 minutes late. Making next connection is stressful since Frankfort airport is large and they do not schedule enough time. Security lines very long over 25 minutes."
Nadelen: "We missed our connection in Munich due to a delay departing Washington, DC. Although we initially had two hours for the connection we were not informed or warned by Lufthansa about the distance from our arrival gate to the gate for our connecting flight. Further, we were not worn ahead of time that we should have built in additional time in our connection because in order to go from Munich to Valencia we would have to go through customs in Munich rather than at our designation. Delayed flight arrived at 9:30 AM and we ran from the H gates to the Shuttle terminal to reach the K gate Desperately trying to make our departure time of 9:50 AM. There were no instructions for passengers on the flight trying to make connections regarding the distance between gates or to be prepared to go through customs. Had we known that we would not make the flight in anyway shape or form because our flight out of DC was delayed by 2 1/2 hours, we would not have a rushed to try to make the connecting flight. Ultimately we were rerouted through Frankfurt and arrived in Valencia eight hours later they are intended time"

Nadelen: "Many things. Starting from the online/mobile check in process via United airlines. I was not given any other option but to check in through the United website. On that website I was not allowed to check in for my Lufthansa flights and i was stuck with seats I did not want in my 2 long intercontinental flights. This has happened before. Lufthansa has no option to check in online if my first flight leg is united. This is a very big drawback and also the reason I would not prefer to fly Lufthansa again. United is bringing the quality down."

Nadelen: "Airport,business lounge, boarding process-they didn't know what was going on, business class seats we're nobody size seats, awful food-was supposed to be a hot breakfast but it was dinner instead, no entertainment, no tv screens, said they had wifi but they didn't. Nothing good about the flight. Crew was more concerned about keeping their curtain pulled than anything else."
