Le débarquement aurait été plus rapide avec la porte avant ET la porte arrière ouvertes
Flight was cancelled 1 hour before. Impossible to receive any help from Easyjet at all. Had to rebook at own costs. Will never trust nor book easyjet again

Nadelen: "I have paid for two luggages inside the plane but when I got to the check in the agent told me i only had paid for one luggage so he forced me to pay for a third luggage or he said I would miss my flight even though i had my receipt with 2 pieces. Terrible customer service"

Nadelen: "We were delayed an hour which would not have been so bad on a daytime flight but meant we did not arrive home until 3.30am"

Nadelen: "It was all fine, I am very tall so seat was tight"

Nadelen: "Our flight was 3 hours delayed, we had to throw away our backpacks because the the crew said we could not bring them on. They said throw them away or you have to stay in Portugal and can’t go to Madrid. We missed our connecting flight. Worst flying experience I’ve ever had! No one was apologetic."
Voordelen: "Tout le monde a embarqué à l’heure, nous étions prêts pour partir quand on nous à annoncé « finalement, un groupe de 30 personnes est en retard, nous devons les attendre ». Lorsque le groupe est arrivé, on nous annonce que suite au retard de l’avion pour décoller, il a perdu sa place dans le trafic"
Voordelen: "Le personnel de bord était très agréable et acceuillant"
Nadelen: "On nous (tous les passagers avec un Trolley) a obligés de mettre notre valise cabine en soute! Ce n‘est absolument pas normal. Soit Easyjet decide qu‘il n‘y a plus de bagage à main sauf sac à main soit ils acceptent un bagage à main dans l’avion, car à l‘allée c‘était pareil...."
Nadelen: "Both flights there and back we're delayed in total about 4hours and when you're away for a wkend that's a long time!! I've flown with other companies over the last few years and times have been spot on!"

Nadelen: "The plane came in early and we boarded on time but didn’t take off until 22;25"

Voordelen: "Nothing, staff didnt even attempt to help me once i eventually for the gate for easyjet and the gate had closed (due to staff telling me to go to departures after showing that i didnt have a boarding pass)"
Nadelen: "The lack of help recieved by staff throughout the airport to help me get to the correct gate. After 30 mins of asking different staff where to go and what i needed to do to get on the flight the gate for my flight was then closed which has caused me to pay for an extra flight. Due to this i will be requesting a full refund on the first flight."

Nadelen: "Flight! Left almost 50min late. No service on board, fasten seat belt light on the whole time so no toilet. No turbulence en route."

Nadelen: "Went straight from boarding to gate closed, and when stated gate was closed there was still a queue s mile long. Flight was delayed, but this was presumably due to French air traffic control strike."
Voordelen: "Everything went well, got on plane quickly and had room for case above."
Nadelen: "Flight delayed - departure hall like a barn - stands 30 min before boarding"

Nadelen: "Le retard du vol. Manque d’infos à l’aéroport. Trop d’attente avant et pendant l’embarquement."
Nadelen: "I was not allowed to board by the gate crew member, as my passport expiration date was approx 4 days short of the 3 months buffer that I apparently needed to have. I was not aware of this rule, and when my reservation was accepted by EasyJet with knowledge of my passport expiration, I should have been alerted. I was even provided the boarding pass several days before the flight so there was no indication that anything was amiss. I was able to enter France by taking a train and had no issues with French immigration. My only problem was with the EasyJet gate crew member who refused to allow me to board."
