I was disappointed that there were no hot drink e.g. coffee or tea offered at any time, not even with the meal, but this was certainly the least of our disappointments. Only once on this flight did I see a cabin crew member smile. Don't know why, but they were a most unhappy crew that day and this was conveyed to the passengers. I find this hard to believe, and perhaps both my husband and I fell asleep for the few minutes this would have taken, but neither one of us saw a crew member check for seatbelts and seat position before landing in TO. Boarding gate wasn't announced until an hour before boarding, which on an international flight from a large airport was a little stressful, but I am assuming there was a good reason for this."

When we finally get to FRA, there’s no machinery to get us out of the plane because it was broken. We had to wait for them to find some stairs and then take a shuttle while raining to the airport inside."

Nadelen: "KLM switched online check in to Alitalia literally right at checking time. It was extremely unnerving, and required much more time, as I did not have an Alitalia account."

Nadelen: "The flight was operated by Alitalia, so my bad review is about it: 1- they made us pay 75 euro for 4 extra kg on the luggage; 2- once on board we had to wait 45 minutes before leaving the airport; 3- there was no entertainment on the plane which looked like a very old plane; 4- they served us a tasteless sandwich and muffin(MEA flight serves a full meal) 5- the choice of drinks was poor: water, Coca cola, tea or coffee, no juices or alcohol; 6- we asked for water 3 times and the flight attendant never came back; Being an expensive flight I was expecting something more than a low coast flight company. VERY DISAPPOINTED."

Nadelen: "We had booked a weekend getaway, first the returned flight was cancelled and changed for a later one that didn't work for us (we couldn't get to work on time), we managed to change that for another flight the day before, shortening our vacation, then, when we got to the airport, an hour before boarding, we find out there, without warning, that the outgoing flight had been cancelled! This time it wasn't automatically changed, and there was no warning, the only solution they were giving us was an afternoon flight the other day, shortening our weekend getaway even more. After half an hour of discussion, they found and earlier flight, with connection, double the time, but that would get us there at around 2pm, so still we were missing almost half a day, but that was the best they could do. The flight was OK, boarding was late, but hey, that seems to always be the experience with this type of flights. I would just say they are not very reliable, having both your outbound and inbound flights cancelled, seems to much, specially if you're just going for a short getaway, you may end up having a one-day getaway!"

HEUREUSEMENT, un policier me demande ce que j'attends, me dit que l'embarquement vient de fermer, que je dois courir. Arrivé devant la porte, plus de passerel, le commandant à était bien gentil de me laisser monter dans l'avion qui décollait 2 min après. Je ne vous remercie pas !"

Nadelen: "Plus de 4 heures de retard, avec des mails de Kayak depuis 7 heures du matin jusqu’au soir qui annonçait des retards sur le vol( une trentaine de mails en tout). Avec chaque fois un temps d’attente Different ( 3h/2h/20min...). Puis enfin avec quatre heures de retard en commence l’embarquement et il s’arre En plein milieu pour on ne sait quelle raison ( personne ne nous dit quoique ce soit) et on ne t’off Même pas à boire ni rien à bord. Bref vraiment dégoûtée"

Nadelen: "Cancel connecting flight without offering alternatives on the same day. Confirmed another flight a week later of the intent flight without my consent. Had to rebook connecting flight a day earlier of the intent departure date, losing a day stay in B&B, and expense on transport due to different airports."

Voordelen: "Rien"
Nadelen: "On nous a fait passer l’embarquement pour nous faire poireauter derrière une porte pendant une demi heure avant de nous faire faire machine arrière en nous disant qu’il y avait un retard de 40 minutes. Quand nous avons fini par monter dans l’avion (étant précisé que l’avion était en sureservation et que de nombreuses personnes n’ont pas pu y monter), nous avons encore attendu 1h15. A bord aucune petite collation et le tout avec un personnel peu souriant."

Nadelen: "It got deleyed i missed a bus because of that. It goy delayed because of a error with some luggage from other flight thatbwas sent to that flight."

Voordelen: "Although I booked a flight on what I thought was British airways it was some off brand airline: Vueling very disappointing to show up at Gateick to check in at BA and be redirected to the equivalence of Spirit airlines in the USA."
Nadelen: "It said British airlines and was a vueling airlines flight. I would equivalent this to booking a flight through Kayak on Delta showing up to Delta to check in and being redirected to Spirit airlines!! Completely misleading, just glad I didn’t have to pay for a vag as I would on Spirit. No water, snacks offered pretty bare bone airline!!"

Voordelen: "Rapide efficace les informations ont été exactes"

Nadelen: "Je n'ai pas pu m'enregistrer. L'heure n'était pourtant pas dépassée et l'avion a été retardé. J'ai eu à faire à une personne très stupide au comptoire d'enregistrement."

Voordelen: "Everything perfect"
Nadelen: "Boarding via bus. I purchased priority ticket for priority boarding but in end priority was only from checkin to bus. Fortunately there were not so many passengers. it should be indicated in the flight information whether boarding is via bus or bridge."

Nadelen: "La répartition des passagers était loin d'être optimale, avec de très nombreux déplacements de passagers tout au long du vol, de façon bruyante et mouvementée, en secouant fortement les sièges des passagers assis"

Nadelen: "The flight delayed for more than an hour and have. They combined two flights and 2 destinations together. It went chaotic . People were confused about their seats. Many seats were assigned to 2 peoples... Yelling and loud on plane. Many missed their connection. Passengers were not happy at all"

Voordelen: "They left on time!!!!! Rare occurs VW but very happy! Staff was great"

Nadelen: "We missed our connection, and then when we tried to re-book our flight for the next available one, the employees at the counter were super rude and unprofessional. When we went to pay for the new flights, the credit card machine wasn't working, and we had to pay in cash. We didn't have that cash, and we had to go withdraw it from an ATM which charged us huge fees. We were very unhappy with how Veuling handled this."

Voordelen: "The Tunisian Airlines employee told me that there was a problem with this ticket and that me had to buy a new ticket. Now how do I recover my money?"

Nadelen: "Le respect des horaires je ne voyagerais plus jamais avec tunisair"

Voordelen: "Personnel pro, malgré le retard dans le départ du Vol , une organisation rapide pour l’embarquement et arrivée avec récupération du retard."
Nadelen: "Repas qui ne répond pas aux attentes"

Voordelen: "Bonjour Le vol est retardé une fois pour 16h45. En arrivant à l'aéroport je me suis rendu compte que le vol est encore retardé pour 20h35 pour enfin un dernier horaire 23h. Cela est fait sans aucune informations claires et sans prise en charge de tout les passagers. Cdt"
Nadelen: "Meme l'enregistrement pour le vol de 23h etait médiocre. !!! Aucun personnel de la compagnie est sur place pour réaliser cette tâche! L'affichage du comptoir d'enregistrement était faux. On nous a fait balader !"

Nadelen: "Devoir ressortir de la salle d'embarquement afin d'être inscrit a été très désagréable, car j'étais déjà au bon endroit, mais je suis arrivée tôt ce qui semble avoir été la raison de devoir ressortir de la salle. Ça été très long avant de pouvoir avoir accès à l'application de divertissement, rien ne fonctionnait. Lorsque cela a été fonctionnel mes écouteurs jouaient très faible et grichait énormément."

Nadelen: "Flight was delayed ‘20 min’ aka 1h30. They had us board and get off because the plane ‘wasnt ready’. I’m skeptical that they accidentally boarded the wrong passengers bc right after, a different group boarded on the same plane, destined for a different continent. The crewmember in the airport in charge of communicating with us would walk away for 20+ min when passengers asked questions. I do not recommend this airline."

Voordelen: "The crew on board was welcoming and nice."
Nadelen: "The plane was eventually delayed by two hours (incrementally, of course) with staff on the ground not only making zero effort to provide an explanation, but, additionally, when asked, they were incredibly rude. One young lady in particular rolled her eyes and indicated that we should look at the screen when we asked what time we should leave - eventually she was so rude to customers with children who were complaining about the delays that she got up and walked away from her post at the gate. Her colleagues later suggested that if people wanted to complain they should walk to a destination within Tunis airport that ultimately had no representatives - let alone facilities - through which we could lodge our complaints about the lack of communication with passengers who are paying for such shoddy service."

Voordelen: "Our flight was at 17;00 and when we check in our luggage’s it’s shows a delay on the screen till 18:55 which we understood but they change it again to 17:30 without any announcement or information and we used to miss our flight, fortunately my kid shows on the screen the changing and we could board"
