Mon baggage en soute à été extrêmement détérioré

Les repas n’étaient pas très bons

Le transfert de dossier entre Delta et Air France qui affrétait l'avion n'avait pas été réalisé. Nous n'avions pas de billets pour le vol retour. Le personnel Air France à l'enregistrement nous a dit de nous débrouiller avec le service assistance Delta Américain pour le transfert de notre dossier, alors que j'ai des enfants en bas âge… Finalement, quelqu'un a accepté de s'occuper de nous, et après une heure de négociation, il est parvenu à nous avoir des billets d'avion. C'était une expérience très désagréable. Je ferai attention pour mon prochain voyage à acheter mes billets d'avion autrement

Nous avons fait la queue pour l’embarquement pendant de longues minutes. Au moment de passer, on nous dit que nos passeports doivent être vérifiés. Obligation de suivre une autre queue. L’hôtesse nous demande notre test Covid alors qu’il n’y en n’a pas besoin pour revenir en France. Une fois les passeports vérifiés, on nous demande de retourner à la fin de la première queue…donc très long !

Écran ne fonctionnait pas …. Pas d’alternative

Température de la ventilation très basse.

Amélioration: le check in sur ordinateur deux jours avant qui prendr trop de temps et ne fonctionnait pas. (Près de 4 heures dd mon temps ! Entre les essais multiples et amples téléphoniques) make it simpler.

Le repas était léger, avec des légumes mal cuits, une purée trop salée et un morceau de poulet mauvais. Au petit déjeuner, sandwich au fromage 😒

Checkin via l’appli impossible

Notre vol a été annulé, puis l’autre retardé ainsi nous avons loupé notre correspondance. Ensuite nous n’avons pas eu notre valise à l’arrivée

Des casques anti bruits pourraient être transmis si les conditions de voyage deviennent difficiles : les pleurs et les cris d’enfants durant tout le trajet et ce quasi sans interruption ont rendus le vol très désagréable . Vol choisi à l’initial car etant un vol de nuit et cela permettait d’avoir un peu de calme. Le personnel était sympathique et avait des bases en français ce qui était agréable. Ce qui n’était pas réellement le cas pour le vol aller . En vous remerciant,

L’embarquement s’est déroulé facilement. L’équipage manquait un peu de disponibilité

Mauvaise gestion du retard et de l’embarquement. Repas minuscule qui donne la nausée. Personnel de bord qui parle super fort y compris quand 75% du vol dort…. J’étais très mal installé, même dans une low cost j’étais mieux, assez déçue

Boarded process could have been better. Overall excellent flight.

Petit avion, rien ne marchait, pas de télé, pas de wifi, tout en panne. Pas de compensation, auraient pu nous offrir quelque chose pour compenser, comme un sandwich ou un boisson gratuite. Très decu6

Voyage de san Francisco vers Honolulu à été mauvais. Petit avion pas de films (tous les écrans étaient en panne), pas de wifi. Il ne nous ont pas compensé, ils auraient pu nous offrir un sandwich ou une boisson gratuite.

nous avons dû voyager par AIr France une journée plus tard le 26 juin 2022 vers 15h25. Lufthansa n'a offert aucune commodité en plus d'avoir perdu u de nos bagages

Le pilote a été super le service aux clients. Aucune information pour aider les passagers en correspondance. nous avons ratés notre vol vers Paris

Formalités d'embarquement simples. Le staff à bord sympathique. Assis à côté d'un homme a assez forte corpulence qui mettait en évidence la taille réduite des sièges. Le dîner et petit déjeuner pas fameux du tout, le niveau à encore baissé dans ce domaine.

Like: The flight attendants Do better: be on time. You informed us of a 25 minute delay…..that turned into over an our….probable cause - under staffed baggage handling to load the plane. In Newark we waited in excess of 30 minutes to see our luggage so we could transfer to our next domestic connection. Result - missed connection. Probable cause - under staffed or poorly functioning baggage handling.

Le fait de refuser de servir un deuxième verre de vin sous prétexte d’effectifs réduits à cause de la pandémie, Servir de l’eau ou du vin ce ´n’est pas plus difficile ! Aucun choix de repas et une bouillie trop cuite qu’ils osent appeler pasta. Personnel de bord particulièrement expéditif et antipathique. Le pire long courrier de ma vie.

Delay due to lack of personnel!

Queue énorme au contrôle et 1h30 de retard pour le départ

The flight that you gave us, JQ7 from Melbourne did not exist. Therefore we had to stay in Melbourne for another 24 hours and find another new route and flights to return to Heathrow. All a strain and stress. Your service to us for the return journey useless. So far, I have not found that you have corrected any of your failings and therefore it could also happen again to others tomorrow, next week, or next month. The return journey was a total disaster.

Wrote in the previous message. Poor. Delayed flight and lost working day. 4.5h together to rebook the flight, get the hotel voucher, get to the hotel and check in. Insanely slow.

When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

I ordered a vegan meal months in advance. The meal never came and they tried to give me chicken. I told the attendant and she said nothing she could do, someone must’ve messed up so I had nothing to eat. She was very rude about it and did not apologize or anything, just said “handed them all out already” and walked away. Another attendant eventually came over and I asked her for some help and she was able to provide me with some snacks and she was very kind.

Such a wonderful comfortable flight!

We were 3 minutes late to the gate, along with at least a dozen other people trying to make this connection, but the flight did not wait for us. Awful. We were only late because there was only one person at the security checkpoint, and they checked every bag and every person one by one.

Everyone was super nice! Plane was clean. The food was good. The long flight was made very pleasant by SAS.

I never flew with SAS before and got to fly all the way from the US and I loved it !!

I was bumped to this flight because SAS canceled the direct flight from Copenhagen then the flight was delayed for an hour because of the new Covid forms and the slow processing from the staff Flight comfort and service was good

Nadelen: "The seats were far too narrow. At least I could put both feet under the seat in front of me!"
Voordelen: "Two complimentary meals in addition to complimentary blankets was very nice. Dimming the lights for sleeping was also nice."
Nadelen: "They did not enforce the boarding of the back of the plane after first and business class, as a person sitting in the back of the plane it was a horrible boarding experience. Should also board less rows at a time from back to front. Even though the lights were dimmed I couldn't actually sleep, since the lights were turned back on too often to try to pass out breakfast less than 4 hours after we just had dinner."

Nadelen: "Why can't SAS ever be on time? The last 4-5 flights I've been on have connected me either too late or just barely in time for connecting flights. Please be more like Swiss."
Voordelen: "I chose SAS since I have used this airline on most of my travels to Norway. It has been without any problems and I highly recommend it. The staff all try to make you comfortable and do not hesitate to get whatever you ask for. I have no plan to change plane. Thank you."
Nadelen: "I do not like the way they conduct their business from the office. I know they are very busy like any other airlines but please return our calls and answer questions as we are fully entitled to their attention using their airline. . Thank you."

Nadelen: "No staff at the gate until fifteen minutes after start of boarding. Flight was delayed, but gate staff were not forthcoming with details."

The booking never made it clear that I was not allowed to check my suitcase and I had to pay € 70 extra both coming and going and thereby paid 1 1/2 times more for my suitcase than for my ticket. I am very disappointed to be 'tricked' in this way and consider it a very dishonest business practice."
Voordelen: "The cleanliness"
Nadelen: "I Had checked several times to make sure I had 2 bags included ( standard for US-EU flights) and every time. At the airport I had to pay an extra charge for my second bag which made the flight very expensive and just ruined the whole experience for me"

Nadelen: "Delays on boarding (on departing as well as returning home) Damaged luggage"
Voordelen: "Great friendly staff. The delay we had going up in the air was caught up before we landed."

Nadelen: "This is a non frills flight and that was expected but I NEVER expected to pay for bags to be checked on an international flight. 66 Euro per bag. It was the first time I had paid for checked bags on an international flight. I will look elsewhere next time."

Voordelen: "The automated kiosks made it ridiculously easy. Flying out of LAX can be a pain, but that went by so smoothly. I'm cheap and have become accustomed to Spirit airlines. So when I received free (decent) meals a complimentary bottle of water and a plethora of inflight entertainment."
Nadelen: "They lost my bag on a direct flight that was only two hours. Then said it would take 2-3 days to deliver I won't be in Austria 2-3 days. I am very angry and they did nothing to fix the situation just told me to call in the morning."
Voordelen: "Wide seats with excellent leg room in exit row- a bottle of water waiting at or seats-- we love the two seat configuration --attendants ready to serve any need with a smile."
Nadelen: "Bought our tickets from Kayak and as a result had a very difficult time upgrading seats."

Annulation sans proposition de solution

Parce que AA a mal fait son planning , pas de pilote . Il a fallu attendre un pilote puis un co pilote. On a décollé avec 1h40 de retard

Late. Take off. Due to having no crew to fly. Food dry and old. In first class. Poor service. Crew just sat in galley talking

Aisle seat other passenger kept bumping into my shoulder as they walk by with no regard or sympathy to apologize for bumping into me

Lots of people entering plane at the end of boarding that we’re not at the gate, entered at tarmac, looked like illegals from Latin America

Voordelen: "Flight attendant was very fun. It was her birthday and made the day fun for everyone."
Nadelen: "Seats are always too close together - left to right and front to back. A sad reality that only improves for the well-to-do."

Voordelen: "Only masked picking up trash during pandemic - difficult to rate crew"

Nadelen: "American Airlines has to be the worst airlines there is. It never fails that they try I Cath someone and try to pretend that their carry-on bagIs too big. They have this tiny little frame no reasonable carry-on could possibly fit into. Over and over again I see people including myself and my traveling companion’s having to check their carry-on bag because their “too big” this is nonsense. These are standard size bags. It’s more than enough space on board the plane. In a way in which the gate check individuals handle this interaction is a palling you’re insulting demanding and don’t give you a chance to rearrange your luggage so I can go into their absurd dimensions"
Nadelen: "I wish there were charging ports so I could charge my device on such a long flight."
Voordelen: "The crew was friendly and the flight was almost on time."
Nadelen: "The power outlet at my seat didn't work. The baggage was delivered to the wrong carousel at DFW. The seats are TOO DAMN SMALL."
Nadelen: "Nothing. Everything was great."
Voordelen: "Fast boarding and efficient, friendly crew. I paid for an upgraded economy seat, which had more legroom and fit my body (more or less)."
Nadelen: "AA's seats seem to have gotten thinner in recent years, so I find them less comfortable. There's no in-flight entertainment; you have to download the airline's flight app on your device and stream from there."

Nadelen: "Flight between fort myers and charlotte was stuck on the tarmac for more than 1h. I missed my connexion and was rebooked next day at 11am. I missed one full day of work. Next time, the flight could wait 15 o 20mn to allow passengers to reach the gate"

Nadelen: "I was forced to check my bag bc the plane was “full” but when I got on there were more than 5 completely empty overhead bins. So now I’m waiting in baggage claim, after an already delayed flight, when there was absolutely plenty of room on board for my bag (which was of acceptable size)."

Voordelen: "L’equipage ne répondait pas à nos questions et le service laissait à désirer. Les sièges étaient confortables mais nous avons dû se faire réassigner parce qu’on nous avait séparés sur tous les vols."

Nadelen: "Gate agent spoke so ridiculously fast and swallowed so many sounds that it was virtually impossible to understand most of what he was saying. Most importantly we all missed that our roll-on bags wouldn’t fight in the overhead bins. As a result many people pulled their bags on and fought and struggled to force their luggage above, only to give up. The on-board agents recognized early the problem and then proceeded to allow many other passengers to stroll by them with their large roll-on bags, only to delay the boarding process and frustrate everyone. When making their safety announcement the flight attendant was clearly competing for fastest speaking human and rushed through at blazing speeds. In all my 30+ years of travel, I’ve never heard anything like it."

Nadelen: "We missed our 1night in Rome-had to go home and come back the next day-we missed our train tickets and hotel in Rome and it made our trip a lot shorter!"

Nadelen: "I don’t like, however, the fact that 3 of the last 5 times I’ve flown American round trip midland tx to Salt Lake City I have missed my connecting flight on the way back due to no fault of my own. I have flown this trip once a month for the past six months and have to do it two more times before December. American sucks"

Voordelen: "Time was good. Ground service was good. In-flight was okay. Because I love Cathay so much I took a 3 hour longer trip through LA (vs. Seattle) and paid more. But I was berating myself for that. But the flight back was Cathay service at its finest."
Nadelen: "We were not told our passports needed to have an expiration past six months of travel even though we got back before the expiration. We entered our passport info including our expiration dates and we’re given no warning. We even had our boarding passes prior to showing up at the airport. We will not use Kayak in the future and will book direct through the airline moving forward."

Nadelen: "notre vol a été retarde retarde!!au lieu de décoller comme prévu à 8h30 notre vol a été finalement annulé vers 23h30. On m'a relooké sur un vol pour LONDRES le lendemain à 19.h. Nous sommes restés plus de 24 h dans cet aéroport sans que nous soit proposé un hôtel. on nous a donné une couverture et un oreillé!!d'autre ont pu etre rebooké sur d'autre vols sur NY ou chicago le matin meme. Nous avons perdu une journée de travail mon époux et moi-meme. Lui a du annuler une formation impliquant 10 personnes qui venait de toute la France."
Nadelen: "charged a surprise of $175 for my third bag although Kayak mentioned i should be charged $75 at the time of booking. AA says it is due to Jordanyan Airlines, why was I surprised by this extra charge?!"
Nadelen: "Snacks were okay, nothing to shout about. Streaming movies is still of a mystery to me, not an intuitive experience in any sense of the word. the sites AA provides to answer one's questions don't give any real guidance on 'how', just state what, kept pointing me to the app which doesn't have any menu item to view movies. took me well over ten minutes to find any helpful information."
Voordelen: "Cabin crew was excellent."
Nadelen: "Deplaning at an inconvenient remote terminal with unattractive and minimal facilities, which involved waiting in a long line for a series of buses for transport to the main terminal. Arrival at the main terminal required climbing a flight of stairs. No in-flight food service offered except a choice between one cookie or one cracker."
Nadelen: "I am very frustrated that a single part could not be located in the early afternoon to allow the plane to fly. I will be late again for work and it seems to be American Airlines and not Delta that has all the delays or is late."
Voordelen: "Flight attendants"
Nadelen: "The flight got delayed from salt lake and we had to spend a day in Charlotte before another flight came"
