On m'a promis de trouver une solution pour qu'à la fin la personne ne vienne même pas me dire en face qu'il n'y avait pas de solution. Someone else was given my emergency row seat, booked and confirmed 24 hours ahead. It was a full flight but I got a middle seat and continued my long journey home from Kenya"

They still never provided me with an email though and information allowing me to have my daughter checked in. they only provided me with her reference number."
Nadelen: "All in all we had a poor experience and my family and I were disappointed. I'm about to book yet another ticket for my brother, but this time I'm not considering Swiss Air. Just so you know, I'm a very positive person and appreciate every polite and courteous gesture. Unfortunately this experience didn't allow me to do so."

Personnel, goede stoel en verbinding op tijd. Gate op Dubai was krap, maar ging ok

Gedoe met teveel passagiers die weigeren een mondkapje op te doen en een kat/muis spel spelen met de bemanning. KLM kwaliteit als vanouds, maar verziekt door dit soort medepassagiers.

Le repas est très ordinaire. Le reste c’est très bien!

Nadelen: "The boarding area was total chaos. In order to get to the gate I had to literally fight with the 100s of people who were waiting in the same area. No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Ensuite reacheminement en bus ou taxi pour les plus chanceux. Sans qu’on nous donne le moindre repas. Pourtant atterrissage prévu initialement vers 11h. La il est 14h10 passé et le ventre vide et toujours sur la route entre Lyon et Genève."

Voordelen: "In Toronto werd ik aangesproken door een dame van KLM met de vraag hoe ik reisde, alleen of in groepsverband etc. Zij gaf aan dat ik gebruik kon maken van de lounge en dat er hulp aanwezig was om bagage in te checken bij de self check-in. Uitermate vriendelijke en behulpzame dame. Tijdens de vlucht was er zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam cabinepersoneel beschikbaar."

Boarding was delayed, no explanation why. Flight crew was quite friendly and thoughtful, with a little humor. Very enjoyable. No complaints.

Lufthansa is always late... better on our way back to Munich & Amsterdam. Outbound was a painful experience. Will consider to use them in the future.

They said after I stow my carry ons to corn to the back and get a drink and use the bathroom to cool down as we were just about to take off to taxi to the runway. The crew was absolutely great and the I. Flight entertainment and food was great. We just wish our luggage had made it back too. We are still waiting to see where our luggage is - if in Europe still or Dallas."
Nadelen: "I would say that other passengers had their kids behind us and they kept screaming and kicking our chairs. We told the woman to tell her kids to stop but all she said was “they are a child” when all they needed to do was just tell their kid to stop. Flight attendants saw and knew but I don’t know what they could do to help when they can’t help with bad parenting. I wish there was a clear way to upgrade to first class on a trip as it was difficult to find out how."

Nadelen: "my first flight overseas. friendly staff. movies ..headphones..pillow and blankets included. 2 beverages included with meal. only downside was paying for checked bag. looks like that is included on the return flight so that won't be and issue on the way home. no issues with carryons."

Nadelen: "Seat didn’t recline as much as it should be. Maybe cuz we are sitting the last row. Which makes it less comfortable."
Nadelen: "From Helsinki to Stockholm I missed my flight because we boarded late. Once in Stockholm I had to take two different planes for my destination and in result loosing time"
Voordelen: "Great food, typically on time and very prompt. entertainment was good. It was an older plane so the actual screens and monitors or outdated."
Nadelen: "There were several babies crying for at least 2/3 hours and of course it is not the fault of the crew or airline. But that definitely left a lot of people dissatisfied with an overnight flight in which we are hoping to rest before arriving in Copenhagen. Seats are getting smaller and smaller. Spaces are very tight but that seems to be the norm with all airlines"

Nadelen: "I asked the stewardess if she could fill my water bottle and was actually told that only one glass of water per person was allowed! Next time I would try Norwegian Air, which is known as a budget airline."
Voordelen: "Business class lounge excellent. People who helped with the wheelchair were excellent."
Nadelen: "In a wheelchair. Check in was terrible and rude. The fact that SAS did not allow us to bring my electric chair directly to the gate was absurd (only airline in the world that did that). The fact that it was not at the gate when we arrived in Newark surprised even the SAS Gate agents. Had to go to baggage and collect it in oversize baggage. Will not fly SAS again until that policy has changed."

Nadelen: "The breakfast entree was salty and a beverage was not served with our meal. The gap between the entree was too long for enjoymenty. My friends and I were thirsty when we were eatinmg. Also, the wine selections were not the standard fan favorite. Not many enjoy Zinfandel or the white wine they were serving."
Nadelen: "Check in was unorganized--many of us had tickets with unassigned seats that weren't taken care of till right before the flight. A situation which every system listed us as on standby--even if that wasn't true."
Nadelen: "since all tickets and passports are checked in advance and do not need to be scanned again when boarding, they really should start boarding from the back of the aircraft (after all the business, first-class, and priority folks) because it would really speed things up the main meal was good, but the snack was much smaller compared to my flight from Chicago to Stockholm"
Voordelen: "They did what they could..."
Nadelen: "Delay change of tire. Missed next flight Frankfurt- Dallas."
Voordelen: "Plane was quite empty"

Nadelen: "Why can't SAS ever be on time? The last 4-5 flights I've been on have connected me either too late or just barely in time for connecting flights. Please be more like Swiss."
Voordelen: "We were eventually rebooked in the class we paid for."
Nadelen: "Our flight was cancelled with no notice. We were rebooked in economy class when we paid over $5,000 for business class tickets, and told we would "probably" receive a refund for the difference. after much prodding, asking and begging, we were finally rebooked in a flight on Lufthansa the same night. That airline was upset, though, because SAS did not call them or notify them that we had been switched to their airline."
Voordelen: "They were very accommodating to alternate diets. All staff were very friendly and helpful"
Voordelen: "All good with SAS. Not good with me. I forgot to ask for a window seat."
Nadelen: "I makes down for food and entertainment but food could be bought and provided entertainment is not necessary for short flights with such good views of beautiful Norway."
Voordelen: "Two 20-something young ladies tried to figure out system, individual issues while rest of us stood and watched versus passing through loading area. In addition, delayed due to short handed baggage loading crew. Flight was one hour late departing. Luggage did not make connecting flight to London. No wifi either."

Voordelen: "Quick, painless boarding process with friendly cabin staff and above average food. Flight was delayed about 15 minutes by a maintenance paperwork (according to the announcement) issue. Not fully booked, so very relaxing atmosphere onboard."

Nadelen: "A very dishonest experience. The booking never made it clear that I was not allowed to check my suitcase and I had to pay € 70 extra both coming and going and thereby paid 1 1/2 times more for my suitcase than for my ticket. I am very disappointed to be 'tricked' in this way and consider it a very dishonest business practice."

Nadelen: "I Had checked several times to make sure I had 2 bags included ( standard for US-EU flights) and every time. At the airport I had to pay an extra charge for my second bag which made the flight very expensive and just ruined the whole experience for me"

Nadelen: "They charged me 60 pounds to check my bag after I checked my bag in online. When I got to the airport, they told me I had a bag on my connecting flight from Copenhagen to Helsinki but not on my flight to Copenhagen from LHR. At the airport I was charged 60 pounds for a small bag. Crazy! Completely unreasonable. Never flying SAS again if I can avoid it."
Nadelen: "Unfortunately we had to postpone our trip due to a family crisis. I called in an attempt to receive a voucher or some credit. I was advised that a change was possible, but that with penalties and taxes, it would amount to MORE than the price of the ticket. Hell of a way to run a railroad!....speaking of railroads, that gives me an idea for when we reschedule!!"
Voordelen: "The crew was very kind!"
Nadelen: "Tiny seats and no free drinks on an international flight....whats up with that?"
Voordelen: "The flight was comfortable. Boarding was fast and easy. Flight crew was attentive and friendly. I would 100% fly with SAS again."
Nadelen: "Our checked bag was delayed for a very long time. It came out 15 minutes after our baggage carrousel claimed all the bags from our flight were completed. My wife was obviously extremely concerned and it started our honeymoon off on a more stressful note than it had to be."
Voordelen: "Bottle of water waiting at our seats was a nice touch."
Nadelen: "Sad that only one soft drink is included although for an overnight flight it was fine."
Voordelen: "Quick and easy, nice cabin crew. I experienced no difficulties before or during this flight."
Nadelen: "We did not get food in this flight, it was not necessary because it was only a 1h 25m flight, so I cannot rate it."
Voordelen: "Everything was great, food, blanket & pillow, movies, friendly service."
Nadelen: "The 3 hour delay for landing. Had a 2 hour drive home from the airport, hard to stay awake. So tired for work the next morning."
Voordelen: "I wish there were more snacks during flight."

Nadelen: "I had the same seat as I originally chose, but my husband's seat was changed without any consent and he had to change from the isle seat to the middle seat. Due to this, he could not sleep at all in 8-hour flight. I bought the ticket well in advance and chose the seats, and that was all in vain. I have no idea why it happened, and we are very disappointed."
Nadelen: "My computer/media screen did not work the whole trip, nor did audio -just heard loud screeching when I plugged in my headphones. Also, the seats were very uncomfortable. Additionally, I thought we had paid for two checked bags in advance but was told we did not and so had to pay for them at the airport. Nadelen: "Printing baggage tags and putting on suitcase and hefting to conveyor belt. Someone there to help us but we are reaching the age where hoisting bags is not smart"
Voordelen: "I arrived a little more than an hour ahead of the flight (traffic delay), but security lines were very short and there was still time to get to the gate well ahead of departure if I had been given the opportunity. However, there were no agents at the counter; and a nearby representative said they had left two hours before flight."
Nadelen: "When I called SAS before the flight departed, I was offered the option to rebook for an extra $1,300. Since I wanted to think about my options, I was told I could decide later that evening and still do that. When I tried to call a few hours later, their offices were closed (8 pm)and by the next day my return flight had also been cancelled. This seems to me like a budget airline these days."
Voordelen: "It was a quick, short flight."
Nadelen: "My bags did not make the connection, which is crazy considering I was in Dublin for about 7 hours. It was not a quick layover, and my bags should have been on the plane with me."
Nadelen: "The airline charged for luggage at airport check in."

Nadelen: "Had to fight through a crowd to make my way to the gate."
Voordelen: "sound quality was very poor, I could barely understand what was said in movies."
Nadelen: "The flight was two hours late."

Nadelen: "There were 3 travelers in our family and we were not seated together. I assumed the flight was full but to our surprise there were empty seats that would allow us to be together. Serving of meals and drinks were slow although the food was better this time compared to our Chicago to Dublin trip. Movie selections were poor."
Nadelen: "Our flight from LA to Dublin was cancelled day of and the airline put us on another flight. We came to find out that they did not place my fiancee and myself together. We tried talking to the crew but they seemed apathetic and uninterested in helping us. The said the flight was full and everyone checked in but after boarding we found many open seats.. while on the plane I requested help trying to relocate seats so we could sit together and not a single steward would help us. In the end, we finally found seats on our own... Very unhappy throughout the entire journey the quality of service. Never flown with such rude and unaccomadating service personal."

Voordelen: "The Dublin to Manchester leg of the flight was far friendlier. Food was bad. No service to speak of on transatlantic potion. Couldn’t even get a refill on coffee after one tiny cup at breakfast."
Nadelen: "When sitting in an exit row an attempt should be made by staff to reserve overhead storage for those in the exit row because of the no storage under your seat policy, after all you had a staff member right there!"
Voordelen: "Seats comfortable, quieter plane than most 767s"

Nadelen: "Lack of leg room, I know it's the safe in economy on all airlines, but it's tough!"
Nadelen: "On the MIA-DUB flight, my headset/entertainment would keep losing sound. On the DUB-BRU: the flight was almost an hour late. They could have at least given free coffee or water to all of us in Economy."
Voordelen: "The flight was delayed by a little over an hour, but the pilot managed to make up some time. Airplane was clean enough and crew was friendly."

Voordelen: "Very pleasant crew, the food was surprising good, excellent options for entertainment. One of the better budget airlines I have flown. I wouldn't hesitate to fly Aer Lingus again."
Nadelen: "As with all budget airlines, it felt very crowded when the person in front of me reclined their seat."
Voordelen: "I understand the need for rules, but delaying 250 People because three idiots check baggage and don't show up is absurd. You need to have your own people on site who can take it off. I'll never fly you again."
Nadelen: "Further, you did little to ameliorate the situation for those stranded. I appreciate the hotel, but air Canada, united etc ALL offer cash compensation for delays caused by the airline..you didn't even offer an onboard drink. Also, the flight to JFK left 10 minutes after we landed: you should have held that flight rather than cost us all time/money/stress!"

Voordelen: "Speed of boarding from both the gate crew and the cabin staff. At that hour of the morning the last thing you want is hassle when boarding."
Nadelen: "It's a very very early morning flight."
Voordelen: "The comfort of the plane was great compared to Ryan air"
Nadelen: "I don't like that I must travel to Dublin from cork to fly to Amsterdam for a cheaper flight"
Voordelen: "Flight was delayed 40 mins because Aer Lingus was unable to meet departure time and Air Traffic Control couldn't fit them into the departing flights rotation outside of their originally scheduled time. As a result, the airplane was stuck at the gate for 30 minutes. The rest we spent taxiing to what seemes the furthest end of the airport. The airplane hadn't been cleaned in a while as was evident by extremely sticky and smelly tray tables in our row."
Nadelen: "Aer Lingus personnel were incompetent and inefficient. Most were more interested in chatting with coworkers than actually assisting customers. Seats had not been assigned despite my previous assurance from EA customer service folks, and special meal requests for my wife and child had not been added to our booking record. Calling Aer Lingus almost always requires you to hold 30 minutes before anyone answers. Again, I suspect they are just as disinterested in helping customers as the ground personnel."

Voordelen: "Was flying out to Barcelona. Stop over in Dublin. Flight was good. Had own TV screen to choose movies, tv shows, videos, or listen to music. Meal was okay, but could have been better. Service was good. Flight personnel very accommodating. Was able to move up from being near toilet to several seats further up. Adequate leg room."
Nadelen: "Should update video/tv selections (not a big gripe). Too small aisle to walk down. Why do airlines believe that everyone is child size? Not understanding that..."
