Nadelen: "My wife had a drunk passenger sitting next to her and the crew did nothing to stop the man from misbehaving.....what can I say to this inefficiency ??? I choose to not travel with ETIHAD ever again."

Premier bonheur de devoir payer 63 euros de plus pour éviter d'être disséminés aux 4 coins de l'avion, le système par défaut ayant fait cela !!! Deuxième bonheur l'avion est en fait quasi vide.."

Nadelen: "While going Airport staff was not at all good at Chicago airport. I had a carry on bag, which I had been using in all other airlines as carry on for last couple of years and never was told that the size is not right. I was asked to either check in carry on as extra baggage and pay $300 or put my carry on stuff in my other checked in baggage and pay extra for over limit $120. And I have to trash my carry on of $80 value. I was not at all happy. I noticed in the flight so many passengers have the same size carry on, which I have to trash. On my return journey from Delhi to Abu Dhabi I was talking to a woman in the security line, who was sharing the same experience and she told me that they charge her $400 for one extra suitcase. To me that was shocking as how come I was asked $300 for extra checked in bag and she was charged $400. No idea what kind of policies Etihad has for extra baggage. I would like Etihad management to pay attention to the airport staff dealings with customers."
Nadelen: "Ground agent at Melbourne manager says "sorry, you can't carry your CPAP machine. When I said that there were no questions when I carried it from NY to Abu Dhabi and Abu Dhabi to Melbourne two weeks ago, he says that the policy was changed last week. Gave a hell of a bad time but finally allowed. These people don't know the policies and just harass customers."
Nadelen: "Ground staff is so inefficient and checkin process at JFK and boarding at AUH is abysmal. Ground staff at JFK have no regard for time and on time departure. Seriously lacking in entertainment options inflight and food is mediocre. Etihad is seriously lagging other competitors from same region like Enirates. This would effect my choice airline for my future travels."

Nadelen: "THIS FLIGHT WAS NEVER USED HE WAS REFUSED ENTRY INTO LEBANON AND WE CALLED IMMEDIATELY TO USE THE FLIGHT EARLY TO GO BACK TO USA AND THEY REFUSED TO CHANGE IT. WE ASK TO HAVE CREDIT ON A FUTURE FLIGHT AND WE WERE DENIED. WE FLY EMPLOYEES LL OVER THE WORLD WE WILL NOT USE YOUR AIRLINE AGAIN."

Nadelen: "The information desk had a terrible attitude towards me - the customer, and when I tried to explain to them how disrespectful they were being they continued to disrespect me once again. Also, the worker at the counter was lazy and wouldn't do his required job. Also, the new update towards the tv makes it harder for me to pause the movie I am watching or to finish the movie altogether."
Nadelen: "Food is getting boring. Chicken fish or beef every time. Plane was old. Entertainment choice not good. Crew forgot to bring wine for the main course. It's about 50% of the standard of the A380."
Voordelen: "Après une heure dans l'avion sans climatisation malgré un personnel de bord irréprochable (distribution de boissons) on nous annonce le débarquement, diriger et abandonne dans un terminal malgré un repas offert, pas d'information après renseignement auprès d'un accompagnant de tour operator j'apprend qu'il faut se rendre à la même porte où nous embarqueront avec 4 heures de retard. Un grand merci au personnel de cabine mais le responsable au sol .... Mais en plus de 10 vol Ave Etihad c'est ma seul mauvaise expérience et de plus j'ai payer 200fr pour changer de vol et arriver 4 h 30 plus tôt résultat gagné 30 minutes oups"

Nadelen: "Le vol était complet et nous nous sommes vu proposés éventuellement un vol AF direct en remplacement. Après notre acceptation, en dernière minute, nous avons finalement embarqué sur ETIHAD. Là fut notre erreur car lors de la correspondance à Abu dhabi nous étions de nouveau surbooké à 23h00 ! malgré nos borading pass. Au bout de 2h de négociation nous avons obtenu une chambre d'hotel de 1h du matin à 6h.... pour reprendre le vol suivant à 8h30.... Aucune indemnisation, ni surclassement, as même un code wifi .... COMPAGNIE A EVITER A TOUT PRIS, c'est du LOW COST et le SAV est CATASTROPHIQUE. You now have to pay to get an exit row like budget airlines and I had to go two days without my bag. Total nightmare. Then I couldn't recheck in to change seAts online. Food was disgusting."
