Flight from Tokyo to Dallas pleasant. One Stewardess offered 1 type of breakfast fried noodles. While another one thought no one approached me but asked if I want noodles or eggs for breakfast. In other words..not same offerings. Upon arrival in wherlchair assistance. Had ro walk from tarmac to terminal, to Immigration, Customs then baggage help.

The bathroom was always clean, they keep it up so well. there was even toothbrushes and paper cup! I really enjoyed it even though I was in economy."

Altogether we we had a 14-hour day or so of flying with two small children and it could have easily been a 20-hour-or-more day of flying had Japan Airlines not been so great at what they do. We can't say enough about how amazed and blessed we were by their customer service."
Nadelen: "Having to pay for wifi and not having access to power outlets. Everything else was amazing and honestly these minor things were very forgivable given the great entertainment choices that came along with the plan ride and and the amazing customer service."

Voordelen: "The flight was great! Premium Economy on JAL is worth the price. The leg rest was a huge perk and luckily nobody was sitting next to me so it felt extra roomy!"
Nadelen: "The entertainment selection wasn't as robust as other flights. I had to make sure and "save" things for the flight back so I wasn't bored. I always pack a book or game along the way, so it really wasn't that much of an issue."
Voordelen: "Plenty of leg room, which as a tall person I truly appreciate. They give you slippers, blanket, pillow on every (international?) flight. I flew Korea to Japan and Japan to Hawaii. Got free meals on all flights, even my short two hr flight between Korea and Japan. Free booze too!"
Nadelen: "Small overhead bin. Not deep enough, I had to turn my suitcase sideways. Luckily there was no one in our middle seat or I'm not sure where they would've put their baggage."

Nadelen: "12:05 am flight back to Lax is good because you can sleep a little then be awake for a good period of time before and after landing which helps promote getting back to normal sooner. Flight got a little chilly whole is was sleeping but otherwise a very good flight."

Nadelen: "the plane was Hot! So hot we couldn't use the blankets. The staff in Tokyo did not want to let me and my twin 11 yr olds board early. We need extra time to be organised and in our seats for a very long flight. If not we block the aisle. And that is without consideration for the fact that my daughter has limited sight so needs my help and it takes time. I was disappointed that they didnt come through the cabin from time to time with snacks as most airlines do on long haul flights."

Nadelen: "It was way to hot on the plane, I actually couldn't even sleep because I was sweating so much. They give out blankets so I would think it would skew to the cool side so people can adjust themselves. Nothing you can do when it is too hot other than suffer."

The travel experience was good. Looking forward traveling again with Singapore Airlines.

It is just a normal flight. Short flight. The Aircraft was bit older and was very shaky.

Flight attendants perfect as always. Business class checked bag took 45 minutes to arrive.

So, we escaped to the back for a while where we were "hushed" by a stewardess. The stewards didn't seem to like it when we were out of our seats, but 12 hours is too long to be stuck in a middle seat."

Nadelen: "I used Qatar airways 3 times so far. In the last flight, were a connection has 8 hours between 2 flights, they deny me to stay in a hotel. The last 2 flights which have exactly the same schedule, I used the hotel in that 8 hours between the 2 flights. I asked why, they told me that my ticket is not eligible to the hotel, although, I bought the last two times from Kayak, with almost same price. My first flight with Qatar Airways was on July 2017. My second flight with Qatar Airways was on August 2017. My third flight with Qatar Airways was on Jan 208."

Tout s'est bien dérouler pour un vol de 9h50. C'est sur qu'on aurait aimé plus , mais cela vient avec le prix qu'on prêt a payer. Somme toute un bon voyage"

Voordelen: "Cet avion un B--777 avait plus d’espace pour les jambes, ce qui fut fortement apprécie.. Ce n'était pas le cas pour les épaules, surtout si le voisin est le moindrement corpulent ou un peu hors norme, ce qui n'est pas mon cas, ni celui de mon épouse."
Nadelen: "Dormir dans un avion ou essayé d'y dormir est une sacrifice que je ne suis plus prêt a payer . Dorénavant, je me contenterai de de distance ne dépassant 7-9-heures"

When we went online there were almost no more seats available so we decided to go to the check in counter in the airport. Although we were more than 3 hours in advance in the airport there were almost no seats available. We were very disappointed about this service, we never experienced this with any other airline companies..."
