Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."

Twenty minutes later they were still with the same customers . Finally two additional agents appeared. We got our boarding passes, but were told we needed to hurry because they were already boarding. We made it because we ran as much as we could and arrived breathless and sweaty. Poor customer service!"

When getting ready to board was yelled at by agent because of the size of our suitcase. Was told to stand with the other Americans. Flights are always late. They never land or take off as scheduled."

We booked meal through the Croatian website as it allowed us to do it but found out the flight is too short to have meal. Service from the crew nothing special from other airlines"

Nadelen: "There was a change of name and the wrong name was changed. I very nearly didn’t get on the flight and had to pay extra fees to fly. I wasn’t aware I was booking with last minute.com, whom I have had issues with before. Worried about the return flights already."

Voordelen: "If I can give this airline negative stars, I would."
Nadelen: "Lack of communication. Lack of sympathy. Lack of knowledge. From the beginning, I wasn’t given the boarding pass to my connecting flight nor was I informed as to why. When I finally made it to my connecting flight with NO time to spare (very small window of approximately 45 minutes to make it to my connecting flight) my husband, my son and I were turned away from our flight due to over booking. The Eurowings manager guarantees we would be able to make another flight if we went to the ticket counter right away. At the ticket counter, (different airline) the ticket agent explained we’d have to transfer our booking over from Eurowings to the new airline. This left us NO time to make that flight the Eurowings manager guaranteed us we would make. We also waited 3 hours at the baggage claim office only for them to tell us they lost all our bags. Only 2 out of our 5 bags made it onto the flight and will be waiting at lost and found of our final destination and the other 3 bags are unknown of their whereabouts. The Eurowings ticket agent took ALL of our bags including my husbands and I carry ons, so we were left with no clothing and had to stay at the airport over night. This airline really sucks. We were never informed in advance of this over booking issue or I would have certainly made my own accommodations before hand. Will never fly Eurowings again. Definitely the worst airline I’ve traveled with. And I lost 5 bags in the process."

Nadelen: "My flight was delayed and because of that I lost my next flight in London , cost me money and time , having to go to another airport in a bus for 1 hour and 30 min ride to catch a new flight the same day that I had a pay. Thank you eurowings! Not"

Nadelen: "Delayed on both legs of the flight plus poor communication relating to why and approximately how long we would have to wait."

Voordelen: "The Lufstansa flight we ended up boarding to San Francisco for a connector to Las Vegas was a pretty good flight. The entertainment and food choices were excellent. As a matter of fact I ended up declining the last meal served because I was still full from the first meal and snack. The crew was friendly and professional. I really liked the bathroom waiting area on the lower deck, which was great place to stretch out and do a few exercises on a long flight."
Nadelen: "To begin with I should mention I am 6'1" and stocky, so the economy seat was a bit tight; my knees were against the back of the seat in front of me. The previous flight coming to Europe had more room between the seats. The biggest problem by far was that the Eurowings flight was delayed by 8 hours! The Lufstansa customer service at first handed us a sheet of paper with contact information for Eurowings, Once she found out that we booked the original flight through Air Canada, she was able to help us get another flight. The flight was routed through San Francisco, with a transfer to a United flight to Las Vegas. Unfortunately, the United flight has 'technical' issues that delayed it another three and a half hours! So, rather than getting home to Las Vegas at 4 p.m. on Thursday, we ended up getting home at 4 a.m. on Friday morning. We never were told why the original flight was delayed 8 hours!"

Nadelen: "The boarding system in Olbia is chaotic. We were "boarded" to be kept in the building like cattle, then got into a bus waiting for about 20 min. before we were driven to the aircraft that was standing about 200 m from a gate where we could have boarded walking over. Very poor organization"

Nadelen: "Une seule hôtesse qui s‘occupait de l‘embarquement ce qui n‘était pas suffisant d‘autant plus que bous avions déjá 1/4 heure de retard. L‘embarquement nous a fait prendre du retard supplèmentaire de ce fait."

Nadelen: "i somehow ended up having paid for a "meal" onboard, which consisted of half a sandwich (don't know why they thought mayonnaise went with cheddar), half a cup of coffee and a carton of water. Apparently that cost me 10 euros and it was something i should have unticked when reserving my seat. the flight was also delayed an hour with minimal apology."

Nadelen: "Delay almost 3h. No food, no snack at all offered for passengers waiting in the airplane for hours after boarding. After 2 hours they offered water. Woow!"

Nadelen: "Flight members were very rude, one didn't smile once. She also yelled at me when I was standing in an empty row stretching and waiting for the bathroom. She told me I was not allowed to stand up, even though I was in no one's way and we we're free to move about the cabin. Horribly rude during drink and food service as well."

Nadelen: "*Various flight delays *I was told the only available seat was next to the emergency door. I didn't want to sit there, but had no choice. After boarding, I noticed there were several empty seats available. *I tried to get a attendant's attention for water, but they never came to me. *I wanted to keep my jacket with me to put on during flight, but was told I had to put it in the overhead compartment."

Voordelen: "It was a short flight and fairly uneventful. Comfortable airline."
Nadelen: "When I arrived at the airport in Naples it was impossible to find the check in desk. I asked at Lufthansa and was told that someone would show up at 09:50 but my flight left at 08:40. I was then told that I should be looking for Eurowings. Not a problem except that it is very unclear where their check in desk was. I stood around for 20 minutes asking anyone who would help me where the desk was. We were finally notified at 8:40 that eurowings was the last desk in the aisle."

They barred me from flight, removed my name from the system so that I can't board because they say that I can't travel with EU residence card with which I travelled to all Schengen countries with other airlines. They lied to me and didn't return my money too."

Nadelen: "Dirty and broken tables, no cary on luagge only back pack, very smelly food, and small seats and little legroom!"

Voordelen: "Le vol s'est très bien passé. Le commandant de bord a donné des informations durant la vol concernant le survol de la région et l'heure d'arrivée plus tôt dans la soirée."
Nadelen: "Le confort reste sommaire mais correct"

Voordelen: "Personnel très pro et serviable. Avion et vol impeccable. Retard de 4h pour raisons météo, collation offerte par Ryanair"
Nadelen: "Sièges plus confortables."

Voordelen: "On était à l'heure."
Nadelen: "Pas de respect de priorité lors de l'embarquemnt. Ils laissent les clients livrés à eux mêmes. L'annonce sonorisée n'a été faite qu'une seule vois, et on s'est trouvé comme les autres non prioritaires. En plus désagréments causés par l'équipage à bord avec le va et vient inutile avec un accent incomprhensible. En général, on était mal servi..."

Nadelen: "Que l'on m'a obligée de mettre ma valise cabine en soute"

Voordelen: "A pleasant journey."
Nadelen: "It was fine. No complaints."

Nadelen: "D’abord aucun service. Les agents à l’aéroport étaient en grande discussion et riaient ensemble pendant que des dizaines de clients attendaient d’avoir leur aide. Ensuite, des frais d’enregistrement. J’ai voulu m’enregistrer d’avance avec l’application (comme la charmante agente de Ryanair m’a dit de faire), mais l’application ne fonctionnait pas, et le site web mobile m’informait que je devais m’inscrire sur l’application. L’agente a dû se rendre à l’évidence qu’elle devrait m’imprimer mes billets. (Comme n’importe quelle compagnie aérienne autre que Ryanair) Ensuite je lui ai demandé où je pouvais enregistrer mes bagages, et elle m’a dit que je n’avais pas à le faire, que je pouvais me rendre directement à la « gate », comme elle m’a dit. Je lui ai répété à plusieurs reprises que je devais mettre mon bagage en soute, que je ne l’apportait pas avec moi, mais elle me disait que tout était okay. J’ai fait la file durant 45 minutes pour me faire dire que je devais aller enregistrer mon bagage. Quand j’ai expliqué la situation au gardien de sécurité, il m’a simplement dit: « Ah. Vous voyagez avec Ryanair? » Je suis retourné au comptoir de Ryanair, pour faire moi-même le check-in de mon bagage, où j’ai eu la surprise de devoir payer 80 euros supplémentaires pour mon bagage et celui de mon conjoint, soit plus que le prix de nos 2 billets d’avion. Une fois ce montant payé, une agente m’a dit d’aller porter mon bagage ailleurs dans l’aéroport, puisqu’apparemment, nos sacs étaient devenus « over-sized ». En chemin, je demande à une autre agente Ryanair qui me dit que mon bagage doit aller exactement où j’étais. Bref, personnel non professionnel, qualité du service zéro, prix médiocre, confort de l’avion moins mille. Pas d’itinéraire, on ne comprenait rien de ce que les agents de bord disaient, ni les pilotes, pas de goûté. Et dieu sait que je n’ai pas eu le temps de manger avant de prendre ce vol. Qu’on ferme boutique. J’espère que cet avis sera lu et prise au sérieux. Considérez la présente comme la première étape de ma plainte auprès de Ryanair, et de KAYAK. -Catherine Desjardins"

Nadelen: "Le retard et toujours ce problème de réception des cartes d'embarquement par kiwi J'ai reçu cette fois une carte sur 3 par mail Pour faire les cartes j'avais le mail de kiwi cette fois donc ça a été mais je trouve toujours le procédé complètement anormal voire tout à fait ignoble quand je pense aux personnes plus âgées par exemple Je reste choquée par les méthodes du prestataire Kiwi"

Nadelen: "Long waiting in the plane. 1 hour delay. Long line for bus to Brussels"

Nadelen: "Retard - bus raté ensuite"

Nadelen: "Delay 90minutes.. Miss the rent a car.. Lost a bunch of money. Never again Ryanair"

Nadelen: "45 minutes pour recuperer des bagages a l'aller 1 heure de retard au retour"

Nadelen: "The airline called the passengers to stand up in line over an hour prior to boarding. Most of the wait was done indoors, while the last 15 min or so were spent outside, waiting for the plane and watching as the passengers from the flight that just landed were getting off.. immediately after they all got off, our group boarded... no one cleaned the plane... never flying Rayanair again...."

Nadelen: "They try to push you to buy all sorts of products on the flight, including food. Nothing is free. Separate fees for printing tickets, confusing process, disorganized boarding."

Voordelen: "does not respond to normal standards - to little space seats can not move to the back"

Nadelen: "I was not allowed to come aboard because of not showing passport. This was a bad surprise to me."

Voordelen: "Depart à l'heure avec quelques minutes d'avance à l'arrivée. Accueil très sympathique des agents d'escale à l'aéroport de Bratislava."
Nadelen: "Le confort des sièges de l'avion est vraiment perfectible bien que l'espace au jambes soit correct."

Nadelen: "Attente retard au décollage mais rattrapé en vol Confort spartiate"

Voordelen: "Overall a great flight! Uncomplicated and easy even for a family of five. We got a great deal on the flights and service was good!"
Nadelen: "We were late boarding and departing for both departures, yet we gained time in the air. Great job!"

Nadelen: "My hardshell luggage was heavily damaged during the flight and the policy of the company makes it almost impossible to get a refund that is otherwise guaranteed by any air travel company. They have created a loophole that is impossible to exit in what I can assume is the majority of the cases they receive."

Nadelen: "Le retard !"

Nadelen: "It was cancelled with less than 24 hours notice."

Voordelen: "La gentillesse du personnel de bord , la ponctualité de l’horaire, le service a bord est succinct mais correct"
Nadelen: "L’attente des bagages et le confort moyen des sieges ainsi que l’espace restreint sur ces sieges"

Voordelen: "Not bad, got me from A to B cheaply."

Voordelen: "Vol à un prix très attractifs pour la saison. Pas de retard sur le vol. L'application qui permet de télecharger les cartes d'embarquements, très pratique surtout lorsque l'on souhaite s'enregistrer gratuitement (soit quelques jours avant le retour)."
Nadelen: "Tout est à payer en supplément, pour être assis à côté et pour les baguages en soute."

Voordelen: "Vol retour à l'heure"
Nadelen: "Vol allez en retard embarquement long et mal organisé Personnel absolument pas aimable Nombreux surcoûts cachés ( valise choix du siège si vous voyagez pas seul bus...) Quasi aucun personnel au sol pour orienter ou obtenir des infos... Rapport qualité prix au final très mauvais 150€ de coût caché pour voyager dans des conditions très low Cost Je ne renouvellerai pas mon expérience avec cette compagnie douteuse"
