The booking agent didn’t complete all the way in the computer. I am thankful that I had my original paper and Swiss airlines fix it"

On m'a promis de trouver une solution pour qu'à la fin la personne ne vienne même pas me dire en face qu'il n'y avait pas de solution. Chez Swiss : impossible de réserver puisque j'ai réservé chez ANA... Repas franchement mauvais, rien de japonais, pas de chopsticks alors que la moitié des passagers étaient japonais. Divertissements : équipement vidéo d'un autre âge !"

Nadelen: "C’est la première fois que nous prenons Iberia et nous avons été très déçus. Personnel extrêmement désagréable. Première fois que je vois tout un équipage aussi peu professionnel, indélicat et qui ne passe pas en dehors des repas. Le repas a été servi et le débarrassage 5 min après. Pas de nettoyage des toilettes pendant les 12heures de vol. Les hôtesses étaient trop occupées à papoter à l’arrière de l’avion. En tant de covid c’est inadmissible. Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie et ne la prendrais plus jamais !"

Nadelen: "Iberia put me on standby with no notification or explanation. My entire trip came to a screeching hault. The stress and anxiety of waiting to see if I got on a flight with my new fiancé was wildly inexcusable on Iberia’s end. I am incredibly lucky to have made it on but it is deeply disturbing that Iberia would rely on luck so heavily after screwing me out of a seat I payed a lot for. I would have missed my connecting flights and been stuck in Spain for god knows how long since they wouldn’t tell me other flight information. I am very worried about flying with Iberia again."

Nadelen: "Apart from the small, uncomfortable seats, the food was very gross, inedible if you're not starving, and I've been fortunate to travel a lot and I've never ever been on a flight that announces towards the end of travel to reread emergency cards, and that if evacuation is needed, to not grab your stuff (wtf?!). incredibly not comforting considering the plane was super shakey during the flight."

Nadelen: "I did not like the fact that we could not check-in online nor at the airport kiosk. There were no attendants to help and explain the issues ppl were facing."

Nadelen: "Deplaned very orderly for distancing, but then on tarmac into crowded bids during COVID. Really?? What gives?? Lots of empty jetways! So sloppy, or something!"

Nadelen: "The plane was old and had no entertainment, there was a technical problem with the plane that made us late"

Nadelen: "Overall, not impressed. The price pasó seemed cheap, but baggage fees aren’t included and are ridiculous. Delayed over 7 hours flight out. Flight back was more or less timely. The movies are old, and the newer ones are B level, at best. The food, is cheap. The price seemed right, safety ratings were good too; but won’t fly with them anymore."

Nadelen: "Not AirEuropa’s fault but they left before we arrived in Zurich because Delta flight 66 was so late that our 3-hour layover became the AirEuropa flight left before the Delta flight arrived and deplaned."

Nadelen: "Poorly maintained aircraft, all most everything was broken and dirty!! No inflght entertainment, screens, controls, and programs did not work! Torture on a 9 hour flight!! SEats small, tight & broken. Toilets dirty un maintained."

Nadelen: "The second serving of food -both inbound & outbound flight- was terrible. White bread sandwuch with one slice of ham and one slice of really cheap cheese."

Nadelen: "Poor customer service, outdated plane, uncomfortable seats, didn’t turn lights down until well after midnight. Hardly slept due to screaming babies and loud toilet flushes. Cold stewardesses and inedible food. Just an awful experience."

Nadelen: "My fare did not include a checked bag. I find it hard to believe that anyone would take an intercontinental flight without checking a bag. The fee to check a bag at the airport is $150. This sounds like something a shady company would pull off. Was very disappointed, not what I expected from Air Europa"

Voordelen: "The flight was half empty which was great as i had 3 seats for myself. Everything was on time and functional. The crew was polite and nice."

Nadelen: "Some of the crew lacks interpersonal relations and after some time they stoped their rounds. The flight office said there are 3 meals and we have been served barely 2. One hot meal and one piece of brad after. They gave others snacks but didnt offered to all the same."

Nadelen: "The airline change my schedule without notifying. I had to call before my flights to be aware of what was going on. I can understand the situation on my first flight because San Juan was a mess after the hurricane but when they flight me to Madrid on October 1st they never mentioned that they were planning to cancel my return flight. The next week, when I was supposed to return, I called to reconfirm my flight just before checking out at the hotel when the say to me that my flight was cancelled. The other surprise was that they decided not to flight again to San Juan until March of 2018!!! She suggested that they can flight me to La Habana, Santo Domingo or Miami and then It was up to me to buy my way back home!!! Can you believe it?! It's the first time I've had an experience like that with an airline. I'm finayon San Juan a week after I was supposed to, thanks to the bad planning of Air Europa. I believe that the least that they can do is reassuring that every passenger that buys them a ticket can return home as planned."

Nadelen: "Air Europa check in was at area 2, furthest corner of Zurich airport; no sign of which section of check in area 2 (1 through 5) the airline check in seciton is. You have to walk the entire area (seems like a whole separate terminal) to find the counters which were combined with 6 other airlines. Took only 20 minutes. Then to the opposite corner of the airport to board the plane to Madrid. WOW!"

Nadelen: "Don't have tv , after overnight flights we sitting in airplane more than 1,5 hours with out air conditions"

Voordelen: "I had zero problems"

Voordelen: "Onboard service was great. A small tram picked me up as I was in a Wheelchair and transported myself and companions to the terminal."

Voordelen: "Crew was very pleasant and helpful; I forgot to put my seat up n they got me straight with a big smile!! Makes a difference how you correct people. Plane looked fresh n clean And had pillows n blankets, didn't have to ask for one. Four smooth landings!! Thank you for a great trip"

Nadelen: "The distance between the arriving and departure flights was about 20 minutes walk, and we had very short time to go from one side to the other. Then the departure was delayed without any explanation for about 2 hours. The food is not good. The entertainment system does not work. Even they sell the headphones. Little space between seats. Baggage was delivered after two hours!"

Voordelen: "The plane itself was handle smooth and was really a great trip."
Nadelen: "Perhaps the aisle are to narrow...overall was great."

Nadelen: "The time allotted at the MAD airport for connection was tight ... a LONG way to walk with a carry on bag and through lines of people. Need to make flyers over 65 aware of that ...."

Nadelen: "Very late taking off in both directions with no one providing information to the passengers."

Nadelen: "Everything else. Crowded. Dirty. Worse seats ever"

Voordelen: "The crew are doing amazing job and making sure we all stay safe."
Nadelen: "What could have been better is us; the travelers/passengers. We need to follow every protocol and or precess or procedure put in place by our government and the airlines. United Airline is doing great job keeping us safe while we travel."

Voordelen: "The actual boarding functioned ok and despite a late departure we got to Brussels ok. They also announced our boarding gates which helped."
Nadelen: "The check in was shockingly bad. I had pre-checked in, but that did not help. I got put in a line for people who had not checked in. It was not possible to ask to be in the right line. Most of the people behind me were moved to another line while we waited for 30 minutes. When I mentioned the ground crew, who had long conversations with the people checking in, he said it was not their fault at all. It was not impressive."

Nadelen: "Delayed and JFK wasn't ready for us. So more delay"

Nadelen: "Crammed seats, not very clean, took pictures, very dirty."

Voordelen: "They had a funny safety video"
Nadelen: "The flight was delayed by an hour. Not only did this mean that I didn't have a chance to rest in Hamburg, it also meant that I had to sprint to get my connecting flight which was on the other side of a huge U shaped airport."

Voordelen: "Problem was, my luggage didn't arrive. I am now in front of lost and found desk, expecting it will come one of next days. My additional problem is, I am traveling on Wednesday in remote area by car and need desperately my luggage!"

My carry on bag which has fit in all the trains across Europe and other airlines did not meet the standards of Vueling so I was charged with 50 euros which is ok with me. What was upsetting was the attitude of one of the attendants of the counter. She was a spaniard lady lacking all customer service skills. I will never use this airline again"

Nadelen: "I had to purchase a change in ticket due to delay in first flight. Only take American Express or cash, which was difficult, not a credit card with a chip. Disappointing."

Nadelen: "For the check in agent to advise passengers that E gates are extremely far for a regional flight & to make our way directly there. I was traveling with my mother, we arrived 2 and half hours before our flight and plus did online check in but the walk to the gate took us about 40 mins that we missed"

Nadelen: "Boarding groups (divided in groups 1, 2 and 3) unclear"

Voordelen: "standard flight without any unexpected events except 30 minute delay."

Nadelen: "When we got to the airport, the gate info wasn’t on the screen. We found a seat and waited until the time it said the info would be available. When the info was available, it said the gate was closing in 10 minutes. You have to pay for everything. I ordered a meal, but there must have been a language barrier because the stewardess sold me a meal and extra sandwich, when I only wanted one. The seats don’t recline."

Nadelen: "Website for vueling down which prevented me from requesting refund. Now what?"

Voordelen: "Crew good"
Nadelen: "Booked extra legroom didn't get it."

Voordelen: "The flight was on time. The ground crew was pleasant and helpful, especially in meeting the needs of handicapped passengers."
Nadelen: "You have to pay for anything you consume in the way of food and drink... even a glass of water to take a pill. My wife and I fly frequently and this will be our last time to fly Veuling. Other than the lack of any free beverages, the legroom is minimal, there is no TV and no electronic recharging at the seats."

Nadelen: "Late flight. Delay not announced. Late luggage too"

Nadelen: "They told us we didn’t have seats and that we’d have to go on standby. All staff were giggling and not very helpful. In the end we managed to get on the flight which seemed to have at least 4 extra empty seats. Poor customer services and communication to us of whether we would get the flight or not and what to do if not."

Nadelen: "Flights notoriously late Staff useless Service inexistant No information provided Avoid Vueling"

Nadelen: "Plane boarded early. Then we sat for 45 minutes past our departure time while they did unspecified maintenance on the plane. Poorly organized and chaotic."

Nadelen: "Rude attendant at the gate"

Voordelen: "Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and decent legroom in the cabin."
Nadelen: "Slight delay on departure but not really an issue. Bit of a long wait for baggage in Barcelona on arrival but don’t think it’s Vuelings fault."

Voordelen: "Good aircraft and seats."
Nadelen: "Bad check-in by Vueling staff. They kept changing the time to check-in. At first the sign said "All Destinations" with no restriction on check-in. Nest, while we were in the line, they changed the sign to say you could only check-in 2 hours before the flight and then, when we got to the front of the line, they said it was 2 1/2 hours. Very rude in response to our questions."

Voordelen: "On time"

Voordelen: "...and don’t really do that in a way helpful to the passenger! I couldn’t get my boarding passes from Vueling’s website, as the login details as required by Vueling, are actually those used by who “bought” the ticket - some random email used by Kayak / Lastminute.com, and not mine! Crazy! Moreover, the whole business processes that Vieling use are just dijointed. even getting help I still never received by boarding passes via email."
Nadelen: "Worse, Vueling charge you, on checking, to “choose seats” with no obvious way of not paying for them! I’m sure here was a link somewhere - but could I see it?! Nope! that and my suitcases, and I had paid over €100 extra on top of my initial flight cost. BA or Easyjet next time!"

Nadelen: "The airline lost my luggage. I called continuously and they kept telling me that it was on its way, but it never arrived! I finally received it 2 days later."

Nadelen: "overbooking, rude staff"

Voordelen: "I didn’t have the issues checking in that many have mentioned. I did have pay 140€ to check my bags because it wasn’t included in my fare. My advice is prepay for baggage, it’s much cheaper."

Voordelen: "Good cheap no frills price"
Nadelen: "Having to stand in line for almost one hour to board.Would have been better to let us remian seated instead of calling us so early."

Nadelen: "It was so uncomfortably cramped on the back row that my knees were numb by the end of the flight. I am tall but not ridiculously so. I think there should be minimum standards for legroom that exceed what was available on this flight."

Nadelen: "we had a terrible time flying through connecting flights and on top of that they charged 70 euros for baggage from rome to paris and then we had to check in again at paris, extremely painful and stressful given the short amount of time. i would never ask someone to do this again."

Nadelen: "Het is heel krap om te zitten. Maar de prijs was goed. I guess you get for what you paid. Het was niet slecht."

Nadelen: "The airline staff from check-in to dismissal were a big mess. No info, no help upon cancellation....Nothing."

Nadelen: "Flight was 2 hours late. Incredibly messy boarding procedure. Then they kept everyone in the plane for more than one hour with no air conditioning. Crew had to open the aircraft doors to let some air into the cabin."

Nadelen: "I don't think they verified my identity a single time."

Nadelen: "EXTREMELY cramped. Worst experience since Ryan Air."

Voordelen: "Boarding was easy and prices were great"

Nadelen: "The leg room is much too tight. The tall female flight attendant did not seem friendly at all.I watched her and she seemed annoyed at the older Muslim travelers. Her entire demeanor was sour and she did not smile."
