I don’t know how it’s possible but the airline has squeezed extra seats onto the plane which are not even an arm’s-length distance from the toilets. So on a redeye international flight that anyone would want some sleep on , we were placed in seats that didn’t recline and smelled like the bathrooms the whole time with them opening and closing every 10 seconds while the whole plane was using them. absolutely horrible flight!!!

I never flew with SAS before and got to fly all the way from the US and I loved it !!

The staff between IAD and Copenhagen was not friendly

Nadelen: "The SAS Supervisor at the gate permitted all preferred-level economy class ticketed passengers to board irrespective of the amount of their carry-on items - in some cases as many as three different items and many over-sized as per the measuring box located at the gate walkway, before conducting a bag-by-bag weight check on all the remaining economy ticketed passengers. Any carry-on item over 8 kgs was refused access to the airplane, and had to be unpacked at the gate in full view of other passengers to remove all electronic devices or breakable items, prior to being left with the gate agent to be placed on the plane as checked luggage. This procedure was conducted in an officious and highly non-customer friendly way, and was embarrassing to those passengers who had to "strip down" their single bag, in particular for female passengers who had overnight clothing and toiletries. A more practical and customer appropriate approach should replace such a draconian procedure."

Bon accueil, un steward particulièrement sympathique. Du retard sur le départ

Le vol est parti avec 2 heure de retard. Dans l'attente, aucune information ne nous a été donnée et le personnel du service client de British Airlines absent. Avant le départ, le Stewart a dû réparer le plafond de la cabine avec du scotch. Nous sommes arrivés trop en retard pour prendre ka navette reliant l'aéroport au centre ville et nos bagages étaient perdus ! Impossible de joindre le service client de British Airlines (répondeur pendant 30 minutes puis ça raccroche) !

L'accueil dans cet aéroport est vraiment à refaire depuis le début. En même temps c'est Paris, mauvaise humeur et sourire absent. Le service à la française. Avion incomfortable, pas de bon choix niveau gastronomique. Si non très bon staff de la compagnie.

- Pas de distribution d'écouteurs ne permettant de fait pas d'utiliser les écrans pour regarder un film pendant ces 9h de vol - Repas très médiocres et petits

Personnel de bord peu sympathique, 2 volets de porte bagages cassés ce qui a réduit les possibilités de rangement et a créé de la tension de la part des hôtesses. Retard à l'arrivée = plus de transport en commun et unique solution : retour sur Paris en taxi pour un montant de 53€!

Trop d’attente et retard du vol !!!

Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse et la compréhension du personnel de bord. Par contre nous n’avons pas du tout apprécié le fait que nous avions réservé un vol IBERIA et que lors de l embarquement nous avions apeurés que nous allions voler avec une compagnie low-cost cost LEVEL , Information qui à aucun moment nous a été donnée lors de la réservation, information qui ne figure absolument pas sur nos billets. Et qui a pour conséquence qu il nous a été demandé de payer les couvertures, les écouteurs, les repas et les boissons, ce qui est inadmissible sur un vol long courrier affrété en principe par une compagnie nationale ! Je n’ai jamais vu ça, il me paraît inconcevable de ne pas proposer de restauration incluse sur un vol de 11h50 ! Pourriez-vous répondre à cette réclamation, ou me dire à qui la transmettre ? Merci par avance de votre réponse. Cordialement .

Delayed flight. Lost bags. One of which is still missing after 11 days!!

Une veritable catastrophe, 2h de retard au debut du vol pour un probleme de porte d’embarquement, nous avons donc raté notre correspondance a Madrid pour Lima, 500€ de frais de modification de billet encouru, un fiasco

Amélioration du balayage du regard de l’ hôtesse. Visionner d’ un seul coup .. le port du masque et la fermeture de la ceinture. Cela m’ aurait évité d’ être réveillée 2 fois !!

Terriblement froid dans l’avion, restauration mauvaise, équipage pas très sympathique. Écouteurs qui font très mal aux oreilles avec un son déplorable

Mal installé sièges inconfortables, écouteurs bas de gamme qui font mal aux oreilles, le son des écouteurs terribles. La restauration dégoûtante. Et terriblement froid dans l’avion malgré la couverture donnée alors que j’étais habillée chaudement.

American Airlines is the worst. Every time I’ve flown with them, there’s constant delays or cancellations. This particular flight was delayed four times

Ridiculously long check in process. Late leaving. Luggage did not arrive at final destination. This after a delay in 1st half of trip caused us to arrive 14 hours late (the next day) to our destination. Staff refused to let us board our connecting flight even though it was 20+ minutes from taking off, offered no apology, and provided almost no help to resolve our situation other than sending us to the WRONG place to ask for help.

Il est anormal de ne rien avoir à manger / boire lorsqu on a payé 250e un vol de 1h15.

Ne concerne pas forcément Ibéria mais plutot ADP Orly : Le débarquement à pris 30 minutes faute de bus de liaisons entre l'avion et l'aéroport. Le déchargement des bagages a pris environ 1 heure (atterrissage à 18h22, récupération des bagages sur le tapis à 18h29. C'est beaucoup trop long (presque autant que le vol Madrid-Paris).

Le personnel de bord ne se montre pas très professionnel : discussions bruyantes entre steward et hotesse sans tenir compte des passagers, remarques douteuses sur les passagers qui ne parlent ni Anglais ni Espagnol. Un minimum de respect des passagers et de discrétion serait un plus.

La gestion de la sortie des passagers de l’avion. Il doit bien exister un mode de fluidité du processus.

Nadelen: "C’est la première fois que nous prenons Iberia et nous avons été très déçus. Personnel extrêmement désagréable. Première fois que je vois tout un équipage aussi peu professionnel, indélicat et qui ne passe pas en dehors des repas. Le repas a été servi et le débarrassage 5 min après. Pas de nettoyage des toilettes pendant les 12heures de vol. Les hôtesses étaient trop occupées à papoter à l’arrière de l’avion. En tant de covid c’est inadmissible. Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie et ne la prendrais plus jamais !"

Nadelen: "Boarding is a mess, too many special groups, and then the masses get in and it just becomes a zoo inside the plane. There are so many charges, flying these days is really not better than taking a local bus."

Nadelen: "The boarding was a cattle care, atrociously organized, took forever. They were asking the better part of ten dollars for headphones. No way to get a drink, as with the trip over, the chairback screens didn't work, and they never notified me by e-mail that you had to order food in advance. Not even a glass of water available on a 7 hour flight, that's actually a health hazard, should be illegal. No coffee or tea. The window seat I paid up for was about 8 inches from the window, so I couldn't even lean my head there. No in-flight magazines, or handing out newspapers , no entertainment available, just sitting there uncomfortably for 7 hours while the attendants huddled behind drawn and velcro'ed curtains doing nothing. A true disgrace. Avoid Iberia and their LEVEL subsidiary like the plague. Unacceptable in every way....and at least Ryan Air and WOW are cheap, this flight was full price. Total rip-off, never again."

I left one bag at the front of the plane and had another at my feet. However, it was a short flight, so not too unbearable."

Nadelen: "the experience on board should be improved, particularly when the flight is not different from regular airlines in terms of cost"

Nadelen: "super small plane... had to climb a very narrow staircase into the plane... overhead bins couldn't accommodate much of anything... we weren't warned this in advance. one rude steward (Miks) July 21 Flt. BT444, 18:30-19:50... he just stood there watching me struggle up the outside staircase into the plane with my suitcase... scolded me for bringing suitcase on board, argued with me, etc. (I've traveled the world and this suitcase is always brought on board)... he was not service-oriented or helpful. thankfully, other staff did help... but he left a bad taste in my mouth for this airline."

Nadelen: "They overbooked the flight and without any apologies on their behalf or without even informing me, they stop me and my fiance at the gate and just told is that we can not go to the flight I book and prepay 4 month at advance! The only solution that they can offer me was to travel from Riga to Moscow and than to Tel Aviv. It become 12 hours traveling across 4 countries ( we arrived form Stockholm) instead of 5 hours flight as it was supposed to! I'm not recommending to travel with that company it can not be trusted!"

Nadelen: "bag measure frames in Riga airport used for aB are smaller than in most airports, as a results we were asked to check some bags in at the last moment. we have had connecting flight through Riga with two hand bags. lets call them big and small. judge by yourself: flight, aircraft, small, big ->Riga CS3, on board, on board Riga-> DHC 8-400, on board, check in ->Riga DHC 8-400, on board, on board Riga-> CS3, check in, check in as you see, the same bags on the same aircraft were allowed or disallowed by the same company based on weather one flies to Riga or from it. i believe there is absolutely no purpose for doing last second interruptions of such kind"
Nadelen: "In Stockholm they denied my boarding to Riga and Moscow as they told me that I need Shengen visa. When I was buying ticket I wasn't informed that I need to have Visa. I always travel through Europe with layovers and never have this issue before. I had to buy another ticket straight to Moscow and wait in the airport for 8 hours. I ask to reimburse me half of the price of this ticket."
Nadelen: "I was flying transit, but I had to go through the check-in in Paris. At the check-in they started to make problems about my carry-on luggage. I had just two flights from the United States behind me and no problems at all and suddenly I can't fly with my carry-on luggage? I didn't like the AirBaltic check-in service."

Nadelen: "The air conditioning was not working properly on the 3 hour flight which made it a bit sweaty and unfortable. The purchase of a cold beer was a must."
Nadelen: "surprised i had to pay for coffee"
Nadelen: "No fee food or beverages at all. Attendants were very pleasant. Since this is an economy airline there reallly is no complaint. Our flight was full and boarding went smoothly."
Voordelen: "It was very easy to print boarding pass."
Nadelen: "The scanners did not accept my boarding pass. 40% of the passengers had to have boarding passes reprinted. It was chaotic."
Voordelen: "Quick boarding once the plane finally arrived. Planes are new."
Nadelen: "Flight was delayed approximately 45 minutes as a result of late arrival of aircraft - surprising since it was a morning flight.. I am 6ft2, leg room is VERY tight. I slept most of the flight so cannot speak to food or entertainment. Watch out for the fees! 5 euro per leg for a seat assignment 60 euro to check bags."

Nadelen: "No free food or drink of any kind. That would have been okay since prices were reasonable. However, they completely skipped my row on my side of the plane, and I had to use the call button to get service."
Voordelen: "Booked on kayak and wasn't clear at all about check in or tickets, I looked many times. No way of checking in or getting boarding passes had to pay an arm and a leg at the gate. Also had to pay to check my bag on a half full flight. Have never had to check same bag with Ryanair on over 10 flights now. Will never use this airline again."
Nadelen: "I tried to check in on my phone and the app did not allow me. The only way was buying lunch in order to move on with the check in process. I decided to get to the counter and the person charged me US$ 35 euros only for checking me in (even though their app had problems to check in). They charged me in total US$ 100 for checking in and checking my luggage. The service was terrible, especially from the person at the counter. In addition to all that, my luggage did not arrive to the final destination and was lost for an entire week. Every time I called the airline, they were charging me per minute even though they were the ones who lost my suitcase."
Voordelen: "The flights were on time, and the Riga airport was efficient."
Nadelen: "The planes seemed very old and rickety. One was an old propeller plane that looked like it had a large patch. The second plane was so old that It was very difficult to open the overhead storage compartments. Both planes rocked side to side during takeoff and landing. I couldn't figure out how to check baggage online through Kayak, and it cost €40 at the airport. It got me where I needs to go, but with the baggage fees, it turned out to be about the same price as other airlines, and I wouldn't recommend the planes for people with any flying anxiety."

Les ventes de nourriture, de cosmétiques et maintenant de tickets de tombola... c'est trop. C'est assez insupportable ce défilé permanent de chariot dans l'allée.

Nadelen: "Vol en retard d’1h (Pas prévenu à l’avance evidemment !!), en retard à l’arrivée et donc pour prendre un autre avion après. RYANAIR ne prend rien en charge !!!! Vraiment des ********* ! En plus de ça, le confort à bord est pas terrible, les hôtesses ne sont pas aimables, l’eau n’est pas offerte ! Scandaleux !!"

Voordelen: "At first. One too we know the flight was delayed about 30 minutes. Then we got the information that the flight doesn’t go the Brussels but Liège. So from Liège we have to finish the travel with a bus 1 hours 30 minutes to arrive at the airport in Brussels. It’s 11:30 so we have to take a taxi 50 euro to the city."
Nadelen: "The worst was with all these problems, Ryanair didn’t offer any drink or food to passengers."

Nadelen: "Que l'on m'a obligée de mettre ma valise cabine en soute"
Nadelen: "D’abord aucun service. Les agents à l’aéroport étaient en grande discussion et riaient ensemble pendant que des dizaines de clients attendaient d’avoir leur aide. Ensuite, des frais d’enregistrement. J’ai voulu m’enregistrer d’avance avec l’application (comme la charmante agente de Ryanair m’a dit de faire), mais l’application ne fonctionnait pas, et le site web mobile m’informait que je devais m’inscrire sur l’application. L’agente a dû se rendre à l’évidence qu’elle devrait m’imprimer mes billets. (Comme n’importe quelle compagnie aérienne autre que Ryanair) Ensuite je lui ai demandé où je pouvais enregistrer mes bagages, et elle m’a dit que je n’avais pas à le faire, que je pouvais me rendre directement à la « gate », comme elle m’a dit. Je lui ai répété à plusieurs reprises que je devais mettre mon bagage en soute, que je ne l’apportait pas avec moi, mais elle me disait que tout était okay. J’ai fait la file durant 45 minutes pour me faire dire que je devais aller enregistrer mon bagage. Quand j’ai expliqué la situation au gardien de sécurité, il m’a simplement dit: « Ah. Vous voyagez avec Ryanair? » Je suis retourné au comptoir de Ryanair, pour faire moi-même le check-in de mon bagage, où j’ai eu la surprise de devoir payer 80 euros supplémentaires pour mon bagage et celui de mon conjoint, soit plus que le prix de nos 2 billets d’avion. Une fois ce montant payé, une agente m’a dit d’aller porter mon bagage ailleurs dans l’aéroport, puisqu’apparemment, nos sacs étaient devenus « over-sized ». En chemin, je demande à une autre agente Ryanair qui me dit que mon bagage doit aller exactement où j’étais. Bref, personnel non professionnel, qualité du service zéro, prix médiocre, confort de l’avion moins mille. Pas d’itinéraire, on ne comprenait rien de ce que les agents de bord disaient, ni les pilotes, pas de goûté. Et dieu sait que je n’ai pas eu le temps de manger avant de prendre ce vol. Qu’on ferme boutique. J’espère que cet avis sera lu et prise au sérieux. Considérez la présente comme la première étape de ma plainte auprès de Ryanair, et de KAYAK. -Catherine Desjardins"

Nadelen: "Le fait de mettre les bagages en soute alors qu’il y avait pleins de places en cabines + les ventes en cours de l’avion + le niveau d’aide du personnel Rayan air"

Nadelen: "Le retard et toujours ce problème de réception des cartes d'embarquement par kiwi J'ai reçu cette fois une carte sur 3 par mail Pour faire les cartes j'avais le mail de kiwi cette fois donc ça a été mais je trouve toujours le procédé complètement anormal voire tout à fait ignoble quand je pense aux personnes plus âgées par exemple Je reste choquée par les méthodes du prestataire Kiwi"

Nadelen: "We were delayed 1 hour on the ground in Dublin. The captain never addressed the passengers and the crew - despite being asked to allow passengers with tight connections to depart first - never allowed this to happen. Insensitive and uncaring. We almost missed a connection that would hav caused us to lose $7000. When the crew was asked to find out if we could make up time in the air they never came back with an answer. Thanks Ryan air - next time take a lesson from Southwest Airlines."

Nadelen: "Ryanair ... Quelle déception ... Voilà 5 jours que je tente en vain de faire le check in de mon vol retour (celui du vol aller ayant été fait en ligne) et que je ne peux pas accéder a la moindre carte d’embarquement. J’arrive donc en avance à El Prat, pour m’entendre dire que je dois régler 55€ en CB afin de pouvoir procéder à l’enregistrement. Une honte. (Sans parler de la charmante dame au check in qui s’est permise de voler mes lunettes de soleil, cadeau d’une famille balinaise auquel je tenais énormément, sur le comptoir, après m’avoir « dérobé » lesdits 55€) Quelle honte, mais quelle honte ..."

Nadelen: "Retard de 4H30 environ, manque d'informations, retardé petit à petit de sorte qu'il est impossible de faire quoi que ce soit d'autre que de traîner dans l'aéroport... Vol prévu à 6H15, à 9H00 (nouvelle heure supposée jusqu'à... 9H00) on nous donne 5 euros de voucher... Je reste avec la même impression que j'ai d'habitude avec cette compagnie : "plus jamais, je n'aime pas être traité comme du bétail" Et puis en général je craque sur les prix évidemment... Des bus (pourris) avec des ailes, ils ne s'en cachent pas..."

Nadelen: "Embarquement « prioritaire » catastrophique dans un aéroport qui frise le hangar de bétail ! Dernier vol du soir = vol retardé. Les nouveaux sièges sont bien moins confortables que les précédents, totalement pensé pour être extrement fins et légers afin de dépenser le moins de kérosène possible"

Nadelen: "So many add on expenses, additional 47 Euro for a checked bag, 15 Euro to pick our seat, etc.. Tickets ended up being more expensive than Olympic Air, even though they were more affordable on the surface. We ran 20+ minutes late, Boarding was a zoo. We were told we couldn't take a small back pack on the plan and had to check it, once on board there was more than enough room to put it under my feet. others had the same size bag or bigger."
