Nadelen: "Went to SVO at 6 AM on June 11th for flight at 8:10 AM to Brussels. Waited in line to check-in untl 7:23 AM Because of long lines at check-in (Russia Day, apparently) and inadequate staffing for the large numbers, I succeeded in getting through passport control and security ten minutes before flight time, only to be told "no Flight" I had to buy another ticket for the next day at a second fare, all because of Aeroflot' s inadequate staffing. Aeroflot service desk only told me to " go back into the city" where I found an Aeroflot office. After meeting three staff members in succession there, they made no effort to make good on their error. I will avoid AEROFLOT on all future travel. Brussels and Amsterdam airports were so much better set up to handle the crowds"

I was not allowed to get on the plane from miami to moscow because i did not have a russian visa, even though i had a visa for Belarus, my final destination. How would i know that the flight from russia to minsk is a domestic flight? There is no information online about needing a russian visa when being a transit passenger in Moscow. I was not offered any refund for my ticket and the cheapest option was to pay an extra 600$ and fly in 2 days to NY JFK and from there to fly to Moscow-Vilnius. My flight from Miami to JFK was very delayed with American Airlines and i missed my connection to Moscow. I had to pay another 100$ and fly the next day to Moscow. That fight was again delayed and AGAIN i missed my connection to Vilnius. I got to the gate 20min before the take off time but i was not allowed to get on the plane.I had to fly later that night. The whole trip, which was supposed to take 14 hours ended up being 4 days and almost double what I originally payed, not to mention the stress and waste of time. If i knew how the trip would pan out I would never have taken this route."

Nadelen: "I paid Kayak and it's intermediary justfly.com extra money to sit in a window seat. I wound up sitting in the last row, middle seat, with a broken TV that was "rebooting" the whole flight. I couldn't recline my chair because I was up against the back wall. When I politely said that I paid more for a window seat, and asked to look for an empty seat, the flight attendant brought over a security guard, and warned me that if I continued to "complain", that I would be asked to leave the plane. I kept my mouth shut, and demanded my upgrade fee back from Just Fly after the flight returned. Very rude crew."
Nadelen: "Crew member named Alexander was very very rude with us and other family. When we asked for his full name to file the complaint he refused to give his last name I believe crewmembers should be trained well and know how to communicate with the customers .very very disappointed"

I was then transferred through Prague to get to Athens and again missed my connecting flight through there. Now I am stuck in Prague looking for a flight to Athens and most likely will miss my next flight from Athens to Karpathos and will again be stuck in Athens because there are no flights out to Karpathos until 19 of May, 3days from now. I was physically in the Copenhagen airport and could have made that flight, I feel that since I was already checked in they should have waited for me and allowed me to board. Now I will Be missing work!"

Also, I liked that there was a bottle of water on each seat for people to hydrate. Very important, and I haven't seen any other airline do it."

The booking never made it clear that I was not allowed to check my suitcase and I had to pay € 70 extra both coming and going and thereby paid 1 1/2 times more for my suitcase than for my ticket. I am very disappointed to be 'tricked' in this way and consider it a very dishonest business practice."

Food / beverage options are not on par with expectations or other airlines. Only no-cost drink options are coffee or tea. Juice, soda, water - all for a fee. Snacks available for sale include potato chips and nuts. It's 2017 folks - up your game!"

Voordelen: "The choice of movies and tv shows was excellent. Also picture on tv was very good."
Nadelen: "Seat was not very comfortable."
Voordelen: "Flight from Kirkenes to Oslo delayed, which meant the rest of the flights were unusable. New flights were booked in Oslo through Copenhagen, which only lengthened the original trip time by about 5 minutes."
Nadelen: "Unfortunately we had to postpone our trip due to a family crisis. I called in an attempt to receive a voucher or some credit. I was advised that a change was possible, but that with penalties and taxes, it would amount to MORE than the price of the ticket. Hell of a way to run a railroad!....speaking of railroads, that gives me an idea for when we reschedule!!"

Nadelen: "Movie selection could be lager."

Nadelen: "No food option, Drinks are not free(international flight), no toilet paper"
Voordelen: "Leg space was nice for someone who is tall. The crew members were nice."
Nadelen: "Plane is out-of-date with old seats. 737 did not have entertainment. Limited options for onboard complimentary food"

Nadelen: "It was very difficult to understand from the reservation or the website if I need to pay extra for a checked baggage. My emails weren't answered, and when I finally realized that I did have to pay - it was 85$ for one suitcase!!!!! SAS - are you out of your mind?! The suitcase cost more than the flying ticket! Sorry, but no SAS for me anymore. BAD BAD service and exploiting of customer's naivety. I'm furious."

Nadelen: "Was put on standby because all passengers could not wait in gate area after checkin. Stood in public hallway for nearly an hour - no seating in area where told to stand."
Voordelen: "One magazine was not enough"
Nadelen: "You expect me to vacation time trying to contact you about the items missing from my suitcase. I have read where I have seven days to report this. This happened on June 20 almost a month ago I am at home trying to straighten out this I had yet to even speak to anyone about The luggage items missing. Why would I miss out on my vacation trying to write you???"
Voordelen: "Boarding was pretty much a free for all"
Nadelen: "The flight didn't even exist because of a strike and neither kayak nor SAS informed us the flight was canceled, so we found out after we got to the airport."
Voordelen: "Quick flight. Friendly cabin crew."
Voordelen: "Early departure and early arrival. Everyone was very friendly."
Nadelen: "We had to wait for staff to come and check in baggage."
Nadelen: "Seats are cramped. Also I was sitting on the aisle seat and the food trolley hit my elbow so there isnt much space for it to go down the aisle"

Nadelen: "For a major carrier in Europe we expected more. Be Be prepared to pay for food and even a drink on a domestic flight. Seats tiny barely any leg room. Crew members appeared to be having a bad day not many welcoming smiles. I guess if you had to budget just pay use one of the other carriers"
Voordelen: "The crew was great."
Nadelen: "The seats are very close together and uncomfortable. The quality on the screen was poor."
Nadelen: "Nothing different from budget airlines nowadays apart from high price of flight, which is what it is all about really. Felt like a Ryanair flight for 4 or 5 times the price. Could have been SOMETHING complimentary to justify price."
Voordelen: "The crew were what you would expect - friendly & efficient"
Nadelen: "Uncomfortable seat Entertainment screen inadequate - flickered and touch control worked around 30% of time Entertainment choices were tired and outdated"
Nadelen: "When we boarded the plane it was a bot chaotic, quite a few people were sitting in the wrong seats (including someone sitting in mine). There was also a delay in departing because of weather (which isnt the airlines fault) but maybe a complimentary bottle of water would have been nice."
Voordelen: "Not a lot. Just that the departure was on time."
Nadelen: "This Business-class seat is a proper rip-off. The only difference from Economy is the in-between seat is not used. No extra leg room whatsoever. Economy from Honolulu to Los Angeles I had more leg room then this one. Unacceptable response from the crew: "that's how it's been the last years"."
Voordelen: "Good crew; no more or less better seating than other airlines we have used to the UK."
Voordelen: "No drinks or snacks for econome class. Its just a 1 hour flight, KLM Does serve on 1 hour flights."

Nadelen: "Feeling like one of many cattle funnelled through an already over-capacity system."
Voordelen: "I got up to use the toilet after we were allowed to leave our seats then the next thing I knew we were getting ready to land! Qiuck journey amazing!"

Voordelen: "The best flight that I have had in my life. Never been a very good traveler going on long distances. Peter came it was great. The number of times there were these snacks and meals offered along with coming up and down the isles with extra cups of juice was really nice. I was fortunate enough To have purchased and reserved in advance and emergency exit I’ll seat which gave me the room that I needed because of my length."
Voordelen: "I was fasting for Ramadan so I didn’t try the food, the crew members were as nice as can be for BA"
Nadelen: "The seats were really tight The Boeing was super packed with passengers and the seats were more on the mini size"

Nadelen: "-no communication -I stayed in 17 hours of cues -no hotel or meal vouchers -was not let out of the airport -no hydration in lines - people passed out -no line control, people were cutting and lots of arguments ensued -staff was not knowledgeable, was rude to angry customers -baggage was never returned to me, so I had to buy clothes for my business trip -did not answer phones -website went down -no apology or automatic refund, i had to call to get a manual refund"
Voordelen: "the pre-boarding for families with kids was nice, the staff were helpful during the flight"
Nadelen: "The flight home to DC was fine. The flight going to London from DCA was horrible.The deserts on the kids meals had mold on them. My daughter was vomiting as a result of the food. It ate into our trip which was hard for us as we were visiting my grandmother who is not well. We contacted the airline about it and their proposed compensation was not what we were expecting. Honestly we plan to make an annual trip but based on our experiences with this trip maybe we'll choose a different airline."

Nadelen: "Your website didn’t tell us bags not included. Cost me an extra£200 at airport. More than poor. Who do I complain to?"

Nadelen: "Absolutely no free snacks other than tap water (!) Food supplies for purchase ran out of sandwiches and sparkling water by the time they reached my row."
Voordelen: "Crew was nice"
Nadelen: "Too cramped and the food was mediocre."
Voordelen: "The Chief Purser came over to apologize. At the end of the flight, the Captain came to me to apologize on behalf of the airline. (Too little, way too late.)"
Nadelen: "I am handicapped and the jetway was broken. British Airways took a bad situation and made it worse! Obviously they had no contingency plans and the gate agents just wan't to avoid any responsibility and started blaming the poor man who had been wheeling me all over the airport. ONLY BRITISH AIRWAYS WAS AT FAULT FOR THIS. Eventually they put me on a lift several gates away and then loaded me onto the platform lift of one of those catering trucks that deliver food to the planes and drove me to my plane. The plane door was shut and they had to bang on the door to have them open it and let me board. As a result, I personally delayed the flight (officially) 28 minutes; in reality about 40 minutes. This was one of the most embarrassing and humiliating experiences of my life; to be loaded on a plane like freight!! Is this how British Airways operates??"
Voordelen: "The crew were friendly and took their time answering questions. We were offered liquids often, the food was just OK, the entertainment units worked well, the chairs were relatively comfortable.. We were allowed to wait for the restrooms. Yeah,,,"
Nadelen: "The food could be better and of course more leg room."
Voordelen: "I loved the hot towel svc, the food and beverage svc. Flight attendants very attentive."

Nadelen: "Lost luggage - no one cared despite it clearly being lost at check in going down a broken bag shute. Plane was late. BA is losing their upmarket appeal trying to compete with cheaper airlines."

Nadelen: "There was a cabin crew memeber by the name of indont knke who was incredibly rude. Offensive. Never in all the flights have I expirenced such treatment. British airways has lost a customer."

Voordelen: "Nothing to state on this flight. Just a low cost flight. Minimum service for just a short distance journey."

Nadelen: "I don't know they farmed my flight out to another airline"
