Nadelen: "I flew home on the LATAM600 Lima to LAX. My flight was suppose to leave noon on May 25. Unfortunately we were delayed until noon the following day, May 26. I understand these matters are out of attendant's control, but the changes were not communicated in English and everyone was extremely slow to get us situated. Our flight was officially canceled at 5:30 pm, and it took five more hours for the attendants to get us to a hotel. In the morning, the transportation was not communicated well that I missed the bus. During all this, they never tried to re-book anyone either. I would pass on flying LATAM in the future."

Nadelen: "notre vol a été retarde retarde!!au lieu de décoller comme prévu à 8h30 notre vol a été finalement annulé vers 23h30. On m'a relooké sur un vol pour LONDRES le lendemain à 19.h. Nous sommes restés plus de 24 h dans cet aéroport sans que nous soit proposé un hôtel. on nous a donné une couverture et un oreillé!!d'autre ont pu etre rebooké sur d'autre vols sur NY ou chicago le matin meme. Nous avons perdu une journée de travail mon époux et moi-meme. Lui a du annuler une formation impliquant 10 personnes qui venait de toute la France."

Voordelen: "For this flight I was seated in first class (I scheduled it this way; it wasn't due to a last minute upgrade) and the flight attendant was very personable and attentive :-) Service was wonderful and the meal was great! Of course, the flight attendant made sure to keep our beverages topped off as needed. It was a wonderful experience"
Nadelen: "The boarding process for just about any airline is nearly identical. It always seems like it takes longer to board than expected even if, in reality, it's not an unreasonable amount of time. The only think I didn't care for was that overhead storage in the area I was sitting was just about full by the time I was seated which meant that I had to store my carry on a few rows behind where I sat. This meant that during off-boarding I needed to go against the flow of people to get back to my carry on. All in all, it was a minor inconvenience."

I bought tickets for some airlines called Finnair and end up in the worse airline there is “American Airline” this is Not fare for clients, I refuse to flight Americans Airline, if I would have known I would have not buy this flight. 7 hours in a plane with no TV, no free drinks and the worse service. This is a trick, by using Finnair and then end up in AA! There is no Finnair, this is a lie! I am so disappointed about Kayak and won’t use it again. Thank you for rob me and trick me into the worse experience!"

Voordelen: "I was not seated with my husband when we were given our tickets and they were gracious enough to give us exit row seats by each other."
Nadelen: "As we were boarding the plane they told us that we needed to check our bags. No other explanation was given. I brought a carry on so that I didn’t have to check my bag. I thought maybe it was because there wasn’t enough overhead space, but as we got on the plane the overhead bins were very large and extra space was left as they began to close up the bins for take off. It was extremely annoying and I felt I was given no choice."

Nadelen: "Décollage en retard et arrivée avec plus de 40mn de retard Pas de classe premium eco et pas de possibilité d’avoir un espace avec un de place pour les jambes au comptoir Pour information générale , les places en économie sont très exiguës et généralement j’essaye de ne pas prendre de vol AA si je ne peux pas prendre à l’avance un siège sur les sortie de secours ce qui n’a pas été possible cette fois"

Voordelen: "We were lucky that the flight was not full, more space and comfort. Our special meals ordered in advance were provided how ever a little limited Flight was generally smooth and we arrived earlier than scheduled even though we have left later than scheduled. Great service. New, Clean and comfortable aircraft The process while in transit at Lomé was fast and simple."
Nadelen: "The fasten seatbelt was constantantly on (not only while in turbulence) Though we had two full rows available for us, the seat handles could not be lifted; hence the full row could not be utilized... No entertainment at all. This can be advised ahead for you to come with adequate tablet."

Mais impossible de retrouver la trace sur mon mail de confirmation. Pouvez-vous vérifier et a l avenir être plus clair sur nos droits ou non aux bagages en soute ainsi que le prix du bagage sur votre site si vous le proposer et le prix au guichet . Cela augmente significativement le prix du billet donc mérite de nous informer clairement et complètement. Merci de votre compréhension et de votre réponse."

Nadelen: "Les agents tap de l’aeroport de Dakar m’ont fait manquer mon vol par non assistance et désinformation totale. Ils n’ont aucun professionnalisme et limite ils t’insultent. Je suis sénégalaise mais je suis très déçue du comportement des agents à l’aéroport de Dakar. La plus grosse déception de ma vie"

Nadelen: "Impossible to use a laptop for a 1m80 big guyin the middle seat: seats are soooo narrow"

Nadelen: "Passenger was refused at check in because, according to the counter clerk, the ticket was not purchased in the country of residency but online in US. As a result, i lost the money, the passenger did not fly, and no refund was issued. this is the first time i ever heard of such BS. Not happy."

Nadelen: "Flight#1 was late. I missed the connecting flight to Basel. I have to stay overnight in Brussels and fly VERY early to Basel in the morning."

Voordelen: "When we landed at the destination."
Nadelen: "Gate checked 90% of the carry on luggage, but not with an official tag, just some guy scribbling on tags before the bus. Boarding was a fiasco: disorderly lines just to pile into a bus and shuttle to plane. Comfort!? Ha. I'm 5'8" short and my knees were digging into the seats in front of me. The new seats are hard as a rock and don't recline. Cramped is an understatement. The tray table is literally the same size as the tray itself. Did TAP build a mock up of this before production?!? You get to hold your drink and put your silverware in your lap while you eat. Food was too hot to open foil, and once opened was mediocre at best. Entertainment?!? Literally nonexistent. Well actually in the fancy seats beyond economy there is a little slot to attach a phone or tablet on the back of the seat. So your entertainment is whatever you brought. I guess the touchscreen/on demand entertainment I remember from the early 2000's is too high tech for TAP."

Nadelen: "On m’a forcé à mettre mon bagage en soute en m’assurant que le’ vol était complet. En me baladant pendant le vol. J’ai vu près d’une dizaine de place de libre..."

Voordelen: "I liked that the airline provided blankets pillows and headsets at no extra cost for our 8 hour flight. The crew were very nice and accommodating. The food was good."
Nadelen: "I did not like having to pay 75 Euro for one checked bag. That should Have been more clearly set out when booking a flight. The entertainment could have been better. Poor reception for some shows."

Voordelen: "Professional and courteous crew from check in the disembarking. Excellent on board food."
Nadelen: "Entertainment system was wonky throughout most of the seven hour flight."

Voordelen: "The hotel and accommodation were prepared, as we delay the connection flight to Miami because of the bad weather. BUT NOBODY GAVE US A CALMING INFORMATION ABOUT THAT 3 HOURS LONG TIME. WE WERE FORCED REMAIN IN THE CABIN 70 MINUTES AFTER LANDING!!!"
Nadelen: "The charged an extra cost for normal luggages, however it was free while booking. Istvan Sas U3MNSD and Iren SasneHarazin U4812T PLEASE GIVE OUR MONEY BACK! OTHERWISE WE CLAIM FOR COMPENSATION BY LAW."

Voordelen: "The crew provides a good service"
Nadelen: "The airline wanted to double charge me for baggage after have had a layover during my trip, so when I was checking my luggage by second time in order to go to my destination, they insisted on make me pay, even thought I had paid my luggage online before to take the flight from the beginning."

Nadelen: "Without notice, we were put on “standby” line, all of the workers told us all of the flights for the remainder of the day and that we could wait by the gate all day or just “take a taxi” from Lisbon to Porto.... a 3 hour ride. Ridiculous! We finally begged our way into being squeezed into a flight to Porto. But of course our bags didn’t make it with us and they could not locate where they were or track what time they would get to Porto... we sat at the airport for hours waiting for our bag until they finally offered to deliver them at a later time, which we are still waiting. We missed a full day of our vacation to Portugal because of this situation and are still hoping that our bags will make it to our destination..."

Nadelen: "Do better for the meal according to the health safety."

Nadelen: "The cabin attendants attitude need to be warmer and friendly. The food was not good."

Voordelen: "The arm rest was dismantled and had a sharp edge of metal which sliced my arm and thumb when I sat down. I was promised a new seat and never delivered. Horrendous."

Voordelen: "we had an overnight stay in addis ababa so we got a free accommodation in town, that was so great, a chance to see town and get a good night sleep before our next flight. the plane is big with screens so you can watch movies, the seat is comfortable, even for a tall guy like me (1.9 m)."
Nadelen: "It did took a lot of time since we landed until we got our bus to take us to town to our hotel. we waited in the airport for more than one hour, it was late, and we were tired. but after we got to the hotel, it was perfect"

Nadelen: "Checkin luggage did not get loaded onto the connecting flights at addis ababa. Had to wait two days for the next flight from addis ababa to gaborone botswana to receive our luggage. The ethiopian air office in gaborne was helpful straighteningbout the situation. I would fly ethiopian air again."

Voordelen: "Am very impressed with the service, and punctuality. The crew are friendly, helpful and respectful. I love the airline operating timeline of leaving Nigeria and getting to US same day. Also the fare is very reasonable. Advertise more, let people know u Pls enhance and expand ur Advertisment among nigerians. Am already spreading d good news among our friends and colleagues. Ethiopian Airline is d way to go"

Nadelen: "Somewhat dirty ( and smelly ) aircraft even though they are a very new fleet. Some seats had strange patches and stains. Overall cabin experience can be improved in terms of hygiene and food quality ( food was mediocre or slightly worse). Seat ahead reclines almost too much into personal space in the new 787 aircraft. The LCD displays don't pivot so it's virtually impossible to view the entertainment when the occupant of the seat in front fully reclines ( a somewhat irritating issue on a long flight )"

Nadelen: "Seating space was very tight on this plane."

Nadelen: "I'm 1.89 and knees are jammed on this flight. Legroom is better on their long haul flights."
