Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."

Nadelen: "The only concern I have is regarding the diet. During the shorter flight, from Budapest to Frankfurt, the stewardess informed me that she couldn't get me gluten-free meal/snack. I understand that catering to special diet needs is not easy but following a gluten-free diet is not my choice, it is something I need to deal and live with on a daily basis. I felt disappointed since I had a long trip ahead of me, and I know that I, just like all the other passengers, had paid for the flight that should include the meal as well. Thank you for reading my concern and trying to see it from me, the passenger's point of view."

Voordelen: "The flight attendants were very polite and helpful. The seats had those "wings" on either side of the head rest to help keep your head from bobbing back and forth. There were a few good movies to watch that were current, but a lot of old movies that we had zero interest in."
Nadelen: "The flight was considered a Lufthansa flight and had a Lufthansa flight number, but was operated by Air Canada. We could not check in online ahead of time for some reason. When we got to the airport, we tried to check in at the Lufthansa kiosk and check in line, but they told us we had to go to the Air Canada area. The ticketing/check in process was very confusing. As for the food, the chicken "wrap" was not a wrap, and was a weird Hot-Pocket type meal. After each meal, we ended up having to hold our garbage for quite some time which made manuvering in and out of seats a little tricky. I wish the seat cushion had a little more cushion since we were sitting for so long. Also at some point the overhead lights came on and stayed on, which was annoying if you were trying to nap."

Aux 2/3 du vol, nous avons eu l’Impression d’être dans un sauna. Atroce ! Alors que d’habitude j’ai toujours froid !"

Nadelen: "The time it took from the car to the airplane took more than 1 hour and 30 min. Totally unorganized check points with no crowed control or whatever. I think if they want more tourist in the future they have to work on that!"

Voordelen: "Flight wasn't packed. Reasonable room for carryons. Seat next to me was open, though most seats were full."
Nadelen: "There was a late gate change in Cairo, which was not communicated to the new gate personnel. They were not ready to receive, there was no female screener which required a delay for the ladies to enter the gate area, and the plane was late leaving. Not a crisis, but was entirely avoidable. Also, I suggest avoiding long layovers in the Cairo airport. There are few chairs outside the eating areas."

Nadelen: "The plane was old and not very clean. No personal tv for a 5+ hour international flight. baggage took almost 1 hour after landing. Overall I’m not impressed at all and have flown on much better airlines."

Voordelen: "Very comfortable 2-2 configuration of aircraft. Short flight with no hasstle once you board. Only convenient nonstop option between Cairo and Tel Aviv. Plane half empty. Ontime arrival."
Nadelen: "Not possible to print boarding pass, even at Luxor airport counter from where we originated, which means we could not use transfer service at Cairo and has to que again for all security and checkin lines. I checked in online but airline changed our seating without telling us. Egypt Air created this airline only for flights to Tel Aviv, so difficult to find checkin counters. One feels they don’t encourage people to take the flight."

Voordelen: "Crew whas nice"

Nadelen: "Lack of attention of flight attendants. Children running around without parental supervision and flight attendants ignoring this for 12 hours is irritating. Garbage all over the plane during the flight, mostly due to passengers. Having to x-ray your bags 5times, and stopped 8times to check my ticket before boarding."

Nadelen: "The flight wasn't full but still had some people seated next to each other. Flights should allow for social distancing right now"

Voordelen: "Much more comfortable than I expected. Attentive flight attendants."
Nadelen: "After flying cheapi airlines, norhing. It was a great experience."

Nadelen: "Ils ont perdu mon sac avec ma carte bleue et permis de conduire je ne Peux pas payer mon hôtel je sais pas où dormir"

Nadelen: "The early morning fight was delayed, and I appreciated that TAP notified me ahead of time. However, TAP did not communicate that despite the 2 hour delay, we were required to be at the airport checkin as if the flight was never delayed - and agent dismissed us as late. Only begging got us on flight."

Nadelen: "They boarded the plane from both the back and the front at the same time with no direction as to which rows should go where. BIG cluster in the middle of the plane!!"

Nadelen: "My luggage was lost for almost 2 weeks."

Voordelen: "The flight was very late taking off, but the crew was very helpful organizing assistance upon deplaning"
Nadelen: "The flight should have been on time. I was very nervous about missing our connection, but lucky for us that plane was also very late!"

Malgre une taille autorise, impossible de comprendre pourquoi nos valises sont passées en soute plutôt qu'à main par rapport à la valise du voisin. Dommage"

Nadelen: "Nous avions une correspondance à Lisbonne. Le personnel. Le départ sur Paris étant en retard le personnel aurai pu faire sortir en priorité les personnes ayant une correspondance et nous affréteur une navette pour que nous puissions prendre notre vol. Nous n'avons pas pu monter dans l'autre avion."

Nadelen: "Mon repas et celui de certains passagers venait d’une enseigne du lounge de l’aeroport Exki: un but de baguette dur comme pas possible donc je l’ai touché avec de la confiture, du beurre et un muffin pas du tout frais..."

Nadelen: "cold night in Vienna, pre-boarded then waiting on the bus for 15 min (with doors open) before driven to the plane. then again landing in Lisbon, off the plane then bused to the terminal. slow"

Voordelen: "The people on the plane were super nice and the flight was nice as well. the price was cheaper than many others."
Nadelen: "I am used to traveling continents with other companies. There has always been 2 check in bags allowed with no extra charge as long as you are under 23kg on each. I get to the airport with my 2 bags ready, TAP tells me on large holidays, they only allow 1 bag to be checked to my specific African destination until January 11. And that one bag will cost me $120. They will not let me have the second one. Who does that? How much sense is this supposed to have. I checked with others and they do not do that. That rule rule is unfair and racist. Now that I am back, I have a bag missing. Wow!"

Nadelen: "J ai du paye 120 euros au guichet d enregistrement pour 1 bagage en soute alors que sur lors de l'achat il m a semble avoir droit a 1 bagage. Mais impossible de retrouver la trace sur mon mail de confirmation. Pouvez-vous vérifier et a l avenir être plus clair sur nos droits ou non aux bagages en soute ainsi que le prix du bagage sur votre site si vous le proposer et le prix au guichet . Cela augmente significativement le prix du billet donc mérite de nous informer clairement et complètement. Merci de votre compréhension et de votre réponse."

Voordelen: "airlines could have mentioned that the second leg would require going thru security again and would take a very long time and that I should do this immediately after disembarking even though a gate had not yet been assigned. As A consequence of an intensive interview process before boarding the international leg of the trip (initially only two reps processing everyone on the plane for a few minutes each) the plane left the gate late. It also lost another 15 -20 minutes in flight making it 30 minutes late and I missed my connection in Miami necessitating me to spend a night in a motel and finish my flight the next day."
Nadelen: "Had the crew enabled me to be first off the plane I would have made the connection but I lost an additional 20-25 minutes being seated in the rear of the plane"

Nadelen: "Les agents tap de l’aeroport de Dakar m’ont fait manquer mon vol par non assistance et désinformation totale. Ils n’ont aucun professionnalisme et limite ils t’insultent. Je suis sénégalaise mais je suis très déçue du comportement des agents à l’aéroport de Dakar. La plus grosse déception de ma vie"

Nadelen: "Delayed! Got home around 3am. This shouldnt be like this. Precautions need to be taken."

Nadelen: "Impossible to use a laptop for a 1m80 big guyin the middle seat: seats are soooo narrow"

Nadelen: "Flight#1 was late. I missed the connecting flight to Basel. I have to stay overnight in Brussels and fly VERY early to Basel in the morning."

Nadelen: "TAP Airlines stranded us in Lisbon. They were late flying us from Vienna to Lisbon and then canceled our seats on our connection to JFK. Instead, they rebooked us on the next day's flight a full 24 hours after, refusing to rebook us on earlier flights on other carriers. Their customer service was as bad as I've ever experienced. Multiple agents admitted their company is terrible and doesn't care about its customers. The indifference to our situation was surreal. Lesson learned."
