The booking agent didn’t complete all the way in the computer. I am thankful that I had my original paper and Swiss airlines fix it"

Nadelen: "My chair was stuck in the fully reclined position for a good portion of the flight and my wife's chair was constantly being knocked into by the passenger behind her because his seat was too short for him. When the seat in front of me was reclined, the screen was only a few inches from my face. There was a loud, obnoxious passenger next to me who almost got into a fistfight with another passenger until the stewardess came to calm him down."

Nadelen: "Awful flight attendant that was rude in not passing a snack to us and then not handing a bottle of water to me when snacks were being stroked to the passengers. When asking her why she didn't provide us a snack she said that this is a plane and when the captain says we have to land that she doesn't have to pass out snacks. The interesting thing is that all the other passengers around us receive snacks and bottled water except us. When we were leaving the plane after it landed my mom had to stay behind while I went to the front of the plane a good wheelchair assistance. The same stewardess said why did your son leave you and my mother had to correct her and say that he went to the front to get wheelchair assistance. The lady was very rude and didn't know proper manners."

They refused to cancel and refund our tickets when the bride-to-be in a wedding we were supposed to go to was diagnosed with cancer and the wedding was cancelled. Die meneer geeft aan: stop uw koffer in automaat. Die accepteert niet. Had die meneer ook gelijk kunnen zeggen. Volgende loket. Die mevrouw geeft groen Delta label: uw bagage wordt in Atlanta direct doorgezonden naar Kingston. Ik loop dus door in Atlanta. Maar behulpvaardige meneer melde: uw bagage wordt niet doorgezonden. Nooit uit Amsterdam. Wie moet ik dan geloven? Ik toch maar wachten. Blijkt koffer toch van bagage band in Atlanta te komen. Als ik op Delta/KLM info had vertrouwd, was mijn koffer dus pleite geweest, want niet doorgezonden. Geplande tussenstop duur van 2 uur was volgens douane te weinig. Dat klopte. Haalde maar net vlucht Atlanta/Kingston."

Voordelen: "As the flight was over two hours late and a runway at JFK was shut down I opted for a full refund from Delta as I would have been at my destination less than 24 hours. Kayak & Delta was good keeping me informed of changes including the 5 gate changes"

Nadelen: "Flight was completely full and I was seated next to someone who required TWO seat belt extenders! I was so uncomfortable, they were sitting on top of me, couldn't even put down the arm rest. The flight attendant said there was nothing they could do."

Nadelen: "Boarding class and queuing for boarding is always a clusterf***. People will crowd the gate and board with the wrong class and that creates anxiety and leads to edginess. If a system could be worked out and enforced that would help."

Nadelen: "Several hours was added to my travel day when my Calgary to Seattle flight was cancelled and I was rerouted from Calgary to Vancouver to Seattle. It seems to me that if an airline initiated change that significant occurs, I should have an option given me to change my itinerary."

Nadelen: "they charge 300$ extra for a 14 year old child and dont give any service for the payment, they say it is to bring the child on and off the plane even though he can travel alone and has done it many times with other air lines. drive the parents uo the wall, make them wait endless time, and then they comlaine that thay have no time tofor the child and leave him standing with out even letting him to seat with the other air lines a child of 12 can travel alone."

Voordelen: "Overall i was comfortable. I appreciate that they serve tea & it's not old & bitter tasting."
Nadelen: "we started to board 10 minutes before scheduled take off so we were late."

Nadelen: "Boarding agent forced me to check in my carry-on even though the carry-on fit in the cage and fullfilled all the requirements. I specifically called Air France prior to the flight to make sure I won’t have any issues as my 1st flight was operated by Delta and I wanted to confirm the luggage requirements were the same. My carry-on weighted only 5 kilos. I was extremely upset the way I was treated w/ the boarding agent behind the counter in Prague. On the top of that, her and the supervisor were very rude to my mom as they told her she had an extra carry-on which wasn’t the case. She traveled w/ a small briefcase where her mask for sleep apnea was. This is not considered an additional carry-on. The boarding agent (Czech lady and her supervisor) were not only rude but obviously lacked knowledge as well. My carry-on suitcase would easily fit in the overhead bin plus there was plenty of space inside the plane as it the flight wasn’t completely full."

Voordelen: "The food, beverages and choices of movies, entertainment There was a medical emergency that caused the flight to land in Canada. This was handled very professionally - I hope the passenger ended up getting the care needed and is doing well."

Had to then wait in the boarding tunnel as the cabin was not ready. large queue Seats were exactly the same as economy so offered no added benefits apart from the meal on board parked in a distant area of the terminal and had to shuttle bus to 2E which meant a very tight transfer"

Nadelen: "The flight was a chartered flight . Air France informed us that due to cabin crew shortage they couldn't operate an air france flight and hence they hired Air Belgium. Whilst the crew were nice , the actual plane was old and creaky. It wasn't up to the standards expected of Air France. They could have done better in getting a plane up to standard. A lot of the passengers were disappointed ."

Voordelen: "In cabin crew was attentive and friendly. Food was good and came at good times. Middle bathroom on Airbus 380 was big and comfy."
Nadelen: "Boarding was not too well organized and I followed Security's direction who put me in wrong line and I wasn't able to board with my priority group. Sitting in exit row with no floor storage so this delay made it hard to find overhead storage above my seat. (Grrrr) Entertainment system didn't work which made the flight feel LOOONG. (They offered an in-flight credit, but I'd paid for premium exit row seat and had to choose between moving to working system in crowded middle seat or keep premium, exit seat. I decided to have them move me to a seat with a working entertainment system, which were available and they'd offered, but never happened.) When I got home, I discovered the gift I purchased with in-flight credit and my own money wasn't the one I'd requested from Duty Free catalog so now I have to figure out how to solve this problem. (COULDN'T GET IT RIGHT.) Premium exit row seat was narrow, due to in-seat tray table & entertainment system, but seatbelt mounts and thinly padded seat made it even more uncomfortable on a long flight."

Voordelen: "Plane was clean. Pilots made up some of departure delay time in the air between NCE & CDG."
Nadelen: "Unorganized boarding process and minimal info or announcements regarding delay. Failure to respect SkyPriority status at boarding were disappointing. (Staff allowed it to be a bit pushy and chaotic and people were able to force their way in line, ahead of those who had been waiting in line.) Seats were okay but no recline and underseat storage was small. (Backpack wouldn't fit underseat and had to be stored in overhead.) Passengers crowding from back of plane upon arrival made it hard to deplane and felt rude."

Nadelen: "Plane late departing allegedly because of cleaning the plane, but why was the cleaning done that late? Also, ground crew remarkably uninformed about what was going on in the plane. Poor communication between plane and ground crew. No explanation from pilot as to continuing reason for delay even after we boarded. Departure time, 1.00 pm, boarded at 1.10, actual departure time 1.45, causing me to almost miss my connection and definitely causing my bags to miss the connection."

Voordelen: "The flight crew was excellent. My husband and I flew economy and I saw the crew keep passengers well fed (several meals and snacks) and were attentive to everyone's needs and all done with a smile. I thought the hot towels for cleansing our hands before meals was a very nice touch!"

Voordelen: "The crew was very nice and helpful."
Nadelen: "The food was really poor. The chicken was as dry as it can be. The food taste was poor. I flow 3 weeks ago with KLM and the food was pretty good for flight food. In a French company I expect much more. The entertainment system on the airbus a380 was like an enchant IT system from the past. Very poor reaction time. Very messy and not people oriented at all. Especially after KLM's And Delta experience."

Voordelen: "The price of the ticket was great."
Nadelen: "The flight was crowded, no overhead bin space from passengers putting coats and jackets in the bin instead of under their seats. I was in the middle seat between two large men breathing down on me while they slept. It was a nightmare. On a flight that long the seats shouldn’t be that close in proximity nor should larger passengers be allowed to sit in seats too small for their body type. That’s not discrimination that’s logical."

Voordelen: "The staff was super friendly. Checking in was a breeze."
Nadelen: "The cabin temperature was insane. SO COLD!! even with blankets people and my self included were freezing!!"

Voordelen: "The crew: very helpful, did their best to correct errors regarding special meals"
Nadelen: "Seat assignment. Others, besides myself and my husband, were not seated together, and in our case at opposite side of the plane, but, even though the flight was full, there was no reason for that that I could see (some solo passengers were seated next to a member of a split couple/family)."

Nadelen: "Connecting flight was delayed over 3 hours for system failure on original plane, after boarding. Gate was changed 4 times after that."

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "Original flight was canceled and I had to find another way back to Tampa as this flight was 30 hours after the original flight."

Nadelen: "The service, and the smile on employee’s faces. Rolling their eyes at people because we want to know why we’re being delayed is disrespectful"

Voordelen: "nothing since i was not able to make it on time"
Nadelen: "Flight between fort myers and charlotte was stuck on the tarmac for more than 1h. I missed my connexion and was rebooked next day at 11am. I missed one full day of work. Next time, the flight could wait 15 o 20mn to allow passengers to reach the gate"

Voordelen: "The food and the movies!"
Nadelen: "The air on the plane was stale and I could barely breathe the entire flight. I feel sick and light headed after that one."

Voordelen: "L’equipage ne répondait pas à nos questions et le service laissait à désirer. Les sièges étaient confortables mais nous avons dû se faire réassigner parce qu’on nous avait séparés sur tous les vols."

Voordelen: "Mon avion est parti de SF à Miami pendant une heure puis à fait Demi-tour. Nous avons attendu 2h à l’aéroport. Nous n’avons pas été pris en charge. Terrible expérience. Je n’ai pas été remboursée."

Nadelen: "Internet was down and no entertainment on a transcontinental flight. That’s absurd. Overhead luggage packing was not regulated so made intentionally difficult. Assignment of bags to be checked should be based on size not who is last. Grossly disappointed with service"

Nadelen: "Old airplane. Upgraded to Business Class. The video system was not working properly, didn’t show images so it was hard to choose a movie or program. The seats are old fashioned, and so are the pods: not as comfortable a flight as on newer planes."

Nadelen: "notre vol a été retarde retarde!!au lieu de décoller comme prévu à 8h30 notre vol a été finalement annulé vers 23h30. On m'a relooké sur un vol pour LONDRES le lendemain à 19.h. Nous sommes restés plus de 24 h dans cet aéroport sans que nous soit proposé un hôtel. on nous a donné une couverture et un oreillé!!d'autre ont pu etre rebooké sur d'autre vols sur NY ou chicago le matin meme. Nous avons perdu une journée de travail mon époux et moi-meme. Lui a du annuler une formation impliquant 10 personnes qui venait de toute la France."

Voordelen: "I was under the weather and she was very very very helpful Mary and all AA flight attendants are great I will fly AA as often as I can because of Mary"

Voordelen: "TB honestly I can’t say I liked anything about this particular flight. So nothing."
Nadelen: "My flight was delayed by two hours leaving Fort Lauderdale. As a result of that delay I miss my connecting flight to Palm Springs. I was rebooked for a flight to smile Palm Springs the next day which I did not except. Then I was booked to leave Dallas to Los Angeles that flight was delayed also. To make matters worse my bags ended up in LA when they were supposed to be route it all the way to Palm Springs. I still don’t have my bags yet. Called three times and the representatives cannot reassure me of my bags on the way."

Voordelen: "Smooth Travel! AA is great"
Nadelen: "N/A"

Voordelen: "Staff at SAN was good helpful. Check in was seemless."
Nadelen: "Wishing that they would serve something to drink — even if I would have to pay for it. Flight attendant gave me wrong directions and I left for another terminal while my carry on luggage (which had to be checked) was still at the gate. I had to wait until it arrived at baggage claim."

Voordelen: "It was a great flight"

Voordelen: "The touch down at MSP. Was sitting over the wing and barely felt it."
Nadelen: "Was told carry on needed to be checked because there wasn't any more overhead room for my 9X14X16. So then I had to dig through it at the gate to remove lithium batteries and it took an additional 20+ minutes at MSP to get to baggage claim/wait/claim bag. There was plenty of room in overhead storage for my bag."

Voordelen: "Boarding was fast and smooth. The flight was great, seat was comfortable."

Voordelen: "We got upgraded...Happy New Year to us!!! Service was excellent...landing was one of the smoothest we have ever had! Nice quiet flight with not too many people on board! I will use American Airlines again!"

Aucun surclassement offert durant le vol tandis que la famille à côté de moi était malade 4. Ils ont perdus mon bagage à main alors que l'agence de bord m'avait promis de ne pas le perdre lorsque je lui ai demandé. Ils m'ont retiré mon bagage à main puisque ma petite valise que je transportais n'entrait pas sous le siège. L'agence de bord est parti avec mon bagage contentant tous mes médicaments, ma couverture et une partie de mes vêtements et c'est la dernière fois que j'ai vu ma valise. Lorsque je suis arrivé à Bruxelles, mon bagage à main qui fut placé en soute n'était pas à destination et j'ai pleuré toutes les larmes de ma vie."

Nadelen: "Au vol aller : problème à l’enregistrement ( soit disant pas d’ave) + bagage soute facturé 50 euros (pour apprendre finalement au retour que je n’aurais Pas du payer) Au vol retour : pas d’enregistrement possible cause de surbooking. On me dit qu’il n’est pas sure que je puisse prendre mon vol pourtantl réservé et payé , on fini par m’imprimer Une carte d’ebarquement Sans siège attribue alors que ma valise est partie en soute. On m’invite à passer en zone d’embarquement Au risque d’y Passer la nuit en attendant le vol suivant le lendemain matin. Départ dans le stress et l’incertitude. La faute à qui ? Kayak ? Air Canada ? Brussels Airlines ? Qui surbooke ses vols pour faire toujours plus d’argent. Au prix du billet c’est une Honte !"

Nadelen: "My seat was wet and i had to wait quite a while for it to be rectified. I asked to sit on a crew seat at the back of the plane and was told that i would break it. I found this rather disgusting . Seating plan is very crammed like sardines"

Nadelen: "I bought my ticket with Air Canadafrom Vancouver to Calgary then connected with Lufthansa from Calgary to London UK. Unknown to me I could not find the flight because it had been changed to an AC reference flight. With a very short time for the connection I did not know where to get my boarding pass as my flight with Lufthansa was nowhere referred to ! Not which gate to go . Why not put it in the ticket that Lufthansa and Air Canada work together and that both flights ref should show !! It would avoid a great deal of anxiety . Only offered 1 round if hot drinks over 9 hours ! Departure delayed by nearly 60 minutes"

Voordelen: "Vol rapide et a l’heure malgré le décollage 1h plus tard (je pense qu’il a calculé ce délai qui ne serait pas inhabituel a PVG). Je n’ai rien a redire a part que c’est bien passé."

Nadelen: "Transfert à la course"

Voordelen: "Il a été possible de devancer mon vol. Les départs à tous les heures sont avantageux."

Voordelen: "Nous avons connu des difficultés techniques au niveau des divertissements disponibles. Les écrans ne fonctionnaient pas durant toute la durée du trajet mais, heureusement, le personnel d'Air Canada nous a offert une carte de rabais pour un prochain vol."

Voordelen: "Malgré le retard du vol précédent, j'ai été prise en charge pour embarquer dans ma correspondance pour Paris."
Nadelen: "Le personnel était mal aimable. Pas de sourire, pas de formules de politesse. J'adore air Canada mais l'équipage que j'ai eu pour ce vol ne reflétait pas du tout un esprit de service. Et ma valise n'a pas suivi jusqu'à Paris ! J'ai du annuler une partie de mes vacances!"
