Flight from Zurich was canceled and had to spend the night in Zurich, with no hotel or meal voucher, adding hundreds of dollars to the cost of the trip. Worse, bags were left in Dublin and it took three more days for them to arrive - all the while, the airline couldn’t have been less helpful. My sense is that booking directly with the airline would have been more beneficial. Will not book with Kayak again.

J’ai demandé plusieur fois qu’on m’aide avec mon bébé car je n’avais pas acheté les sièges avec couffin à l’avance mais personne n’a pu m’aider du coup 11h de vol avec le bébé sur les genoux

J’ai eu trop d’informations différentes du personnel de Turkish Airlines concernant les sièges équipés de couffin pour les Bébés donc finalement nous n’avons pas pu en obtenir un

Plane was packed. Lots of screaming babies. No leg room. Very uncomfortable for such a long flight. Could not change seats during check in. Too many unmasked people. Seats were too close together. The staff was great though.

The AC didn't work properly - it was hard to breathe with the mask on and it was quite hot. My girlfriend needed 15 minutes to recover (get some fresh air) after the flight.

Nadelen: "Had a layover in Toronto. From Toronto we flew to Istanbul and then Venice. While waiting in line to board in Toronto, I was told my carry-on luggage was too big and needed to be put under. I asked MULTIPLE times where my luggage would be- either Istanbul or Venice (final destination) and EVERY time I asked, I was told my luggage would be waiting for me in Venice. Once we arrived in Istanbul I asked AGAIN if my carry-on luggage was here or if it would be in Venice and I was told it would be in Venice. Once we arrived in Venice, my luggage was nowhere to be found. The lost luggage crew (and 90% of the people in Venice) were completely rude and acted like we were a huge inconvenience for them. (I've heard that many Europeans cannot stand Americans, but we were not being rude or obnoxious at all to anyone- we just wanted a quiet, romantic vacation.) So safe to say that it was an extremely rough start. We were in Venice for the Glass Art Society Conference in Murano and due to my luggage being lost, had missed the first day and a half, therefore wasting hundreds of dollars. Luckily my boyfriend's phone worked in order to spend our first two days of vacation (not to mention the amount of money spent on international calling costs) tracking down my luggage, but again dealt with completely rude people who barely helped us with any answers and even hung up on us multiple times (and I'd like to add that despite my frustration, I made sure that I was not speaking rudely one bit). The best answers we received were from the people at the Istanbul airport who told us that Venice received my luggage hours before I even called Istanbul- which I do not understand why the Venice airport did not tell me this because I spent all day speaking with them. Once I called back the Venice airport to confirm what the Istanbul airport told us, they said (once again rudely) that they called me on my phone but did not answer (which I already told them that my phone did not have any service and to call my boyfriend's phone number). So to sum up: I will never be flying to Venice ever again."

Voordelen: "Great service, incredible food. To give it a quick one: we ate the fish. ON AN AIRPLANE. I never eat the fish on a plane, but the chefs were great. Everything we ate was exceptional. Oh, beyond the food? The seats are great and the lie-flat worked perfectly. The entertainment system was great as well, and the live TV allowed me to catch the NBA playoffs while in the air. All-in-all, I couldn't recommend this flight more."

Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."

Petit avion, rien ne marchait, pas de télé, pas de wifi, tout en panne. Pas de compensation, auraient pu nous offrir quelque chose pour compenser, comme un sandwich ou un boisson gratuite. Très decu6

Voyage de san Francisco vers Honolulu à été mauvais. Petit avion pas de films (tous les écrans étaient en panne), pas de wifi. Il ne nous ont pas compensé, ils auraient pu nous offrir un sandwich ou une boisson gratuite.

nous avons dû voyager par AIr France une journée plus tard le 26 juin 2022 vers 15h25. Lufthansa n'a offert aucune commodité en plus d'avoir perdu u de nos bagages

Le pilote a été super le service aux clients. Aucune information pour aider les passagers en correspondance. nous avons ratés notre vol vers Paris

Formalités d'embarquement simples. Le staff à bord sympathique. Assis à côté d'un homme a assez forte corpulence qui mettait en évidence la taille réduite des sièges. Le dîner et petit déjeuner pas fameux du tout, le niveau à encore baissé dans ce domaine.

Encore et toujours du retard, nous avons du changer de vol puis d'avion, imprimer de nouveaux billets et n'avons connu nos places qu'au moment d'embarquer

J'ai manqué ma connection en dépit des assurances de l'équipage. 6 heures d'attente.

Vol retardé (+ d'1 heure), pilote qui annonce que les autres vols à Frankfurt sont aussi retardés, donc qu'il sera possible tout de même de continuer le voyage. Annonce qu'un employé de Lufthansa va nous attendre pour nous aiguiller. Rien de cela ne s'est passé. La seule chose c'est que j'ai manqué ma connection, à peu près 8 heures de retard. Inacceptable

Le fait de refuser de servir un deuxième verre de vin sous prétexte d’effectifs réduits à cause de la pandémie, Servir de l’eau ou du vin ce ´n’est pas plus difficile ! Aucun choix de repas et une bouillie trop cuite qu’ils osent appeler pasta. Personnel de bord particulièrement expéditif et antipathique. Le pire long courrier de ma vie.

Crew was helpful; food was horrible AND expensive; they had us wait on the tarmac on a bus for nearly 30 minutes; the flight departed more than 90 minutes late and weather was NOT an issue. Miserable really, but at least my luggage arrived and we didn’t die - could have been worse I guess.

The staff is super nice and happily works with everyone in need of something. Prepare to have cash in Euro on you to buy drinks and food.

Here’s the truth / I paid $29 for a flight that lasted 45 minutes - so the experience was short on the plane and the expectations I had, given the price tag, were humble. However the airline was comprised of professional and courteous people. Long on smiles, short on legroom on the Boeing 737-800 - but what else would one expect? Nicely done to the folks at SunExpress.

It was really hot whole the time during the flight

Ticketing was a nightmare! Did the online check in never to receive email tickets and upon arrival at the airport, long lines taking an hour to get your boarding passes then running though security to the gate. The web site was not working, overall We could have missed our flight.

Voordelen: "The crew was very helpful and definitely went out of there way to help members. The seat had plenty of leg room but the cushion seemed worn."

Voordelen: "The employee were professional and nice. Every thing went smooth"

Voordelen: "Mostly everything was fine with the flight"
Nadelen: "Have never seen this happen elsewhere, but shortly after boarding, the crew announced they had to do a safety check, which required all the passengers to collect their personal items (i.e. everything from the overhead bins) to hold with them in their seats, as the crew 'checked' the bins and aisles. The procedure didn't seem to delay the flight, but just seemed a little pointless and a waste of effort. Thankfully there wasn't anything found or any other cause for alarm, but it just seemed odd."

Nadelen: "Luggage took a very very long time to arrive. Some prop got their luggage but half the plane was left waiting for about 30 minutes"
Voordelen: "We got where we were going safely"
Nadelen: "My knees were actually pressed up against my he seat in front of me even though I had my butt all the way back. So, thankfully I had an aisle seat so I just stuck my knee out to the side...this was a partial solution only as the crew came by at least 5 times on a 2 hour flight with the service cart, smacking my knee each time. No complementary snacks or beverages... not even water. Somewhat surprised that they didn't charge to use the lavatory."
Nadelen: "1 hour queue to check in due to mixed international flights and not enough desks open. No room in overhead lockers, people seemed to have much more than their allowance. Didn't get to buy duty free items on-board as they ran out of time."
Voordelen: "Staff was nice"
Nadelen: "Fight was delayed by about an hour. Information screens at DUS airport did not work. Seat backrests were WAY too short, so I couldn't lean back. My back and neck still hurt because of that!"
Voordelen: "Cost was reasonable."
Nadelen: "Often it has delays."
Nadelen: "Delayed 35 minutes"
Voordelen: "Good flight overall and crew good"
Nadelen: "Left half hour late otherwise satisfied"

Voordelen: "The price was low, the plane was clean and well kept. Unlike other value airlines, they did not harass me to buy things the whole flight long... One pass through with the food cart if you wanted to buy something to eat, and then peace to enjoy the flight. Both the trip out and the return were on time."

Courtoisie du personnel au moment d’embarquer a améliorer

Vol ponctuel, rapide, calme. Pas de confort dans ces nouveaux petits sièges EasyJet

Bien préciser aux personnes qui viennent vs chcher o T1, qu'il y a un bon 1/4 d'heure pr y arriver et que le parking va leur coûter très cher

Nadelen: "Flight was three hours late to depart with very little communication made to passengers."
Voordelen: "Seats were comfortable."
Nadelen: "Online layout of the plane is deceiving. The plane isn't separated into classes is just a standard set up throughout the plane. Also the more leg room seats that your party for is almost not worth it as the additional leg room wasn't even noticeable. Again the layout of the plane was standard."
Nadelen: "Said it included a carry on and personal item - that isn’t the case. Anything bigger than a purse is considered a carry on"
Voordelen: "The crew was very friendly and helpful. For me, this makes all the difference in the world. I'll even overlook small problems if staff is pleasant."
Nadelen: "It was unclear that we had to check ourselves in ahead of time online. The check-in crew said there was absolutely nothing they could do for us and that we should have read the "terms and conditions". Luckily, we arrived at the airport extremely early, so I had time to check in on my phone."
Nadelen: "The plane was very hot from the previous flight, and it didn’t seem like the AC was doing much."

Nadelen: "Vous allez abandonnez les vols du mardi pendant 2mois et demi (avril-mi juin) pour les reprendre le mercredi Va pour le mercredi au lieu du mardi, mais pourquoi interrompre ?"
Voordelen: "Propreté de l’appareil. Rapidité au contrôle de sécurité au départ de Nice."
Nadelen: "Attentente après embarquement pour descendre sur la piste et rentrer dans l’avion. À l'arrivé on a dû attendre sur la piste au froid que le prochain bus soit disponible"
Nadelen: "Notre vol a eu plus de 30 mn de retard et nous avons loupé la navette de l’hotel Qui nous attendait. Il était trop tard pour faire l’éregistrement A l’hotel Et nous avons dû passer la nuit dehors ( nuit payée en avance que nous avons perdu)"
Voordelen: "Vol correct"
Nadelen: "Le vol a été retardé du coup le checking a l’hotel N’etait Plus possible, nous avons passé la nuit dehors ( gare et macdo) en attendant midi ou quelqu’un pourra nous accueillir"
Voordelen: "Easy ticketing and check-in, boarding was quick and efficient, flight arrived earlier"
Nadelen: "Seat a bit cramped and it was a bit hot on-flight"
Voordelen: "The flight crew was decent."
Nadelen: "The gate crew seemed frazzled and at times rude"

Nadelen: "Uncomfortable, cramped and had to pay 60 euros to check a carryon bag because I had a handbag as well."

Nadelen: "The flight was delayed over an hour and there was no update on the app to indicate it. A lot of time wasted waiting in the airport and a very late arrival in Manchester."

Nadelen: "Long delay back sitting around at airport, we got notification of flight being late but told we still had to book in at normal time .Why not the 2 hours before???? Mad"
Nadelen: "Too warm in airplane at boarding and took to long to cool"

Nadelen: "le retard du vol à l’aeroport suite à une grève des contrôleurs français (région sud MARSEILLE) nous avons commencé à rentrer dans l’avion vers 17:35. Après surprise: 45 minutes fermés dans l’avion avant de décoller... rien offert aux clients... je trouve que serait un minimum de la part de l’entreprise. Finalement décollage vers 18:42 - le vol aurait dû partir à 16h"
Nadelen: "We didn’t take it. Although it was scheduled for a 6:50 am departure it was delayed until noon and we would have missed our flight from London to the U. S. It was very hectic and frustrating trying to find another flight. We got NO help from ez-Jet. Luckily TAP Portugal was extremely helpful and we did make our Delta flight with lots of extra help from them."
Voordelen: "Started boarding in plenty of time. Bus to plane. On time. Easy. Friendly. Check in at Marco Polo a bit confusing with self service but once we figured it out it was good. Didn’t try food and no entertainment on a one hour flight-not needed."
Nadelen: "Nothing."
Voordelen: "The crew were good. Friendly and worked hard throughout the flight."
Nadelen: "Check in at Antalya was late opening, very disorganised and seemed incapable of dealing with what is a relatively small aircraft. Not easyjet’s fault, but Antalya is very poor, very much like the Greek island airports. Flight was a about 2 hours late."
Voordelen: "Flight was smooth and price was good."
Nadelen: "We tried to check in online but website wouldn’t allow us. When we arrived at airport we discovered that was because we were assigned standby status. At no point during the booking process did we receive any notification about standby status. This lead to a very stressful 90 minutes waiting to find out if we would make the flight."
Voordelen: "Excellent pilot communication an great flight attendants."
Nadelen: "No complaints"
Nadelen: "They didn’t be organized"
Voordelen: "Crew and service was excellent"
Nadelen: "Boarding was unfortunately a bit of a mess. I was seated in the last row but had to board through the front, with rear boarding opening later."

Nadelen: "J’ai déposé mon bagage à main au pied de l’appareil et surprise en arrivant à Bruxelles : PAS DE VALISE ! Je suis à Bruxelles pour le week-end , il neige et fait -8 degré dehors et toutes mes affaires d’hiver sont dans la valise . Comment ma valise a t elle pu être oublié au pied de l’avion sur la piste à Bordeaux ????"
Nadelen: "Le chaos au moment d'embarquer. Trop de monde entassé devant la porte. Pas d'endroit ou s'assoir. Mise en soute de mon bagage à main au dernier moment."
