Personnel, goede stoel en verbinding op tijd. Gate op Dubai was krap, maar ging ok

Gedoe met teveel passagiers die weigeren een mondkapje op te doen en een kat/muis spel spelen met de bemanning. KLM kwaliteit als vanouds, maar verziekt door dit soort medepassagiers.

Le repas est très ordinaire. Le reste c’est très bien!

Nadelen: "The boarding area was total chaos. In order to get to the gate I had to literally fight with the 100s of people who were waiting in the same area. No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

La il est 14h10 passé et le ventre vide et toujours sur la route entre Lyon et Genève."

Uitermate vriendelijke en behulpzame dame. Tijdens de vlucht was er zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam cabinepersoneel beschikbaar."

Lufthansa is always late... better on our way back to Munich & Amsterdam. Outbound was a painful experience. Will consider to use them in the future.

Voordelen: "Lufthansa always departs and lands on time or early. The seats are comfortable and the crew is even better. They ran out of food by the time they got to me and my wife, since we were sitting all the way in the back, and they repeatedly apologized and brought us something from business class to make up for it. The layover time was also very short compared to other airlines I looked up. I will try to fly with them again in the future!"

Vol à l'heure. Vol court donc on n'a pas mangé mais des sandwiches étaient proposés. Pas de divertissement mais ce n'est pas nécessaire sur des vols courts.

It was only a 9.5 hour flight but I expected better from SAS."

Nadelen: "Bought our seats 2 months in advance. One day before flight, saw our assigned seats were changed, someone had our original seats 31G/H, and we were put in 48C/D. Could not get any assistance to correct the situation until we were at the gate and by that time no comparable seats were available. Also, my husband spilled his drink; one of the attendants said he was too busy to help with cleanup. Fortunately, another attendant came over after my husband went to the galley to again ask for assistance."

There was a second snack given just before landing that was basically roasted peppers on bread that was not good -- so you know, many vegetarians actually have sensitivity against peppers, so perhaps another vegetable or option would be better there. Crew was very affable and helpful."
Nadelen: "See point before re: second snack. Our flight was delayed for two hours, presumably due to snow in Oslo. The boarding area was disorganized -- something I remember from flying through Norway a few years ago as well. I also didn't quite understand why I received priority boarding, as a United gold member on my outbound fight, but not on my return. So the inconsistency was a bit confusing/frustrating. But the flight overall was smooth, and the accommodations quite good."

Next time I'll buy tickets directly from SAS."

Had we had earlier notice, I would have had time to hit the book store. Since the flight was delayed an hour, they had plenty of time to notify us earlier than just before boarding. An 8.5 hour flight without entertainment made the experience unpleasant."

Nadelen: "After a 9 hour flight from Chicago to Stockholm I had to fly to Athens in an old type airplane , no entertainment, no TV & I had to pay for the food and the drinks. Very disappointing !"

Nadelen: "There was a delay because of a software issue. They had to shift people around manually because of it. Baggage Fee was extremely high (> $50)"
Nadelen: "1) on the plane, they announced a choice of two meals and I enquired why did I get one without choice and they told me the second choice was an option only for 'economy plus' !! That was a rude situation....I felt cheated and then insulted . 2) CPH - Nice : The breakfast or the included orange drink gave me an upset stomach and bad case of Hemorroides. 3) I accepted a glass of tomatoe juice and when I asked for a coke with my lunch , the stewardess said I had only right to one drink and would have to pay the rest....really ? - wine used to be free and now a glass costs $4...really ?? 4) I arrived at CPH airport for my transfer .. the flight was yet not on the screen but no one gave any instruction and no officials of any kind were around to enquire....a cleaning crew finally directed me correctly. 5) the security line in New York to board was ridiculously long...someone shouted to take off our smelly shoes...really ?? 6) most were directed to the right with four snaking unending lines to one security check . From time to time others were directly directed ed to the left where there was no line and option of two security checks. Half way through my wait , most were directed to the left and all who were 'late', were let out first to their gate. The whole experience before, on the plane and after was not worth the money...least of all a pleasant one."

The booking never made it clear that I was not allowed to check my suitcase and I had to pay € 70 extra both coming and going and thereby paid 1 1/2 times more for my suitcase than for my ticket. I am very disappointed to be 'tricked' in this way and consider it a very dishonest business practice."

Voordelen: "My trip had two legs, Austin to Heathrow and Heathrow to Riyadh. The crew from Heathrow to Riyadh were great. I wish I could say the same about the crew from Austin to Heathrow."
Nadelen: "Overall, the flight was fine. My comments are relative to BA 1st class. At best, I would rate it in the middle of the business class flights I've flown on other airlines. There is nothing about the experience that is actually 1st class from a separate lounge, to boarding, to in flight meals. The seats on my planes were worse than Turkish Airlines Business class (among many others). Storage around the seat is also FAR worse than other airlines products,even in business class. I had taken the same flights in November and 95-98% of the entertainment options were the same. There were, maybe, 2 new movies and 2-3 new documentaries/TV shows. The in seat charger only worked on one leg. Several meal options were "sold out." Mediocre at best."

Nadelen: "Seats seem more cramped than comparable airlines. Food quality was poor. For one meal they didn't honor my special meal request (they did for the other meal, so they got the request). Flight attendants didn't check back in comfort of passengers."
Voordelen: "The flight was 9hr each leg which is not baf of elder people. The food was fine. Entertainment was good. Austin to london flight was a little spacious and comfortable."
Nadelen: "You need to display gate information for connecting flight well in advance for thr elder people to get to the gate on time. We had the gate information displayed just 1 hour before departure. London to hyderabad flight was too cold. If the temperature was adjusted above 72 degrees it would have been appreciated. London to hyderabad flight was cramped up. Not at all spacious, my knees started to hurt after the flight."
Voordelen: "the crew was courteous and did their best to address problems that were beyond their control. alcoholic beverages are free."
Nadelen: "the light and most of the screen features did not work in our seats. I have encountered this problem before. this is a long and expensive flight for this stuff not to work. the food (special meal, asian vegetarian) was an awful, undistinguishable mush--poor presentation and dubious nutritional value"

Nadelen: "I asked and confirmed twice on two separate phone calls that we would need a wheel chair assistance and they assured that it s notified on her ticket .. and still nothing was there for her .. she went by herself in London to the information desk asking for the wheel chair and in Lax no one even met"

Nadelen: "This Business-class seat is a proper rip-off. The only difference from Economy is the in-between seat is not used. No extra leg room whatsoever. Economy from Honolulu to Los Angeles I had more leg room then this one. Unacceptable response from the crew: "that's how it's been the last years"."
Voordelen: "No drinks or snacks for econome class. Its just a 1 hour flight, KLM Does serve on 1 hour flights."

There was no time to get through security and make our flight. WE have sat through on stand by for 2 flights. It is not promising that we will get to Paris as scheduled."

Nadelen: "Broken tray, broken ear jack, very full flight and staff very rushed , skipping people re meals and drinks, definitely not as good a team as my outbound flight"

Voordelen: "The Chief Purser came over to apologize. At the end of the flight, the Captain came to me to apologize on behalf of the airline. (Too little, way too late.)"
Nadelen: "I am handicapped and the jetway was broken. British Airways took a bad situation and made it worse! Obviously they had no contingency plans and the gate agents just wan't to avoid any responsibility and started blaming the poor man who had been wheeling me all over the airport. ONLY BRITISH AIRWAYS WAS AT FAULT FOR THIS. Eventually they put me on a lift several gates away and then loaded me onto the platform lift of one of those catering trucks that deliver food to the planes and drove me to my plane. The plane door was shut and they had to bang on the door to have them open it and let me board. As a result, I personally delayed the flight (officially) 28 minutes; in reality about 40 minutes. This was one of the most embarrassing and humiliating experiences of my life; to be loaded on a plane like freight!! Is this how British Airways operates??"

Nadelen: "If BA wants to do business in USA, perhaps they might consider that many international travelers use Global Entry and TSA precheck services. It's not nice showing up and taking your shoes off and fumbling through your carry on to consolidate liquids without being forewarned!"

Nadelen: "Lost luggage - no one cared despite it clearly being lost at check in going down a broken bag shute. Plane was late. BA is losing their upmarket appeal trying to compete with cheaper airlines."

Austin baggage services was closed and check in attendants were unablento help me delivered the luggage that was cracked for replacement. I ended up paying for a 2nd checked bag and leave it at Miami AA baggage services for replacement."

Nadelen: "10 minutes after leaving Austin the pilot tellsnus Houston air traffic control is grounding all westbound flights due to a storm in Dallas that's causing too much congestion. So we sa on the Tarmac for 90 minutes. I have a difficult time believing this situation was a surprise. Possibly it was just to free up the gate and not have to go through reboarding. Also leg room is getting reduced to 28 inches. I'm 5"11 and cramped. How is JetBlue better than American? How much will these airlines continue to bend us over. I didn't even take the screaming infant into account.... since it's not AA's fault for letting that baby on board."

There was an American Airlines ticket that was cheaper but I opted to pay more because I thought I was flying on Alaska not American. I was very disappointed to see that I was actually flying on American once I was pro ting my ticket and after purchase and "no refund" message. I was very upset about that!"
