Flight deck with inadequate notices. Then searched for woman’s overhead luggage. Others with delays elsewhere. Never again."

Nadelen: "No lounge in Philadelphia took my Priority Pass. On the flight, the woman in front of me threw her chair back without asking and almost had hot coffee all over me. When I asked her to put her chair up, she got mad. She went to staff to insist she could put her chair back. I showed them that I was indeed in a back brace for a health condition and that I needed opportunities to move and shift, cross legs to release tension, etc. Staff sided with the rude woman, who, given the chance to move to an equal seat on the opposite aisle where she could recline, refused to move. I was very frustrated and have never been treated with such discrimination regarding my health concerns."

Nadelen: "however there was no internet and bad entertainment. You couldnt really navigate on Oryx One and it was hard to select the autoplay or map. There was no remote unlike the B787 between MAN and DOH. Pre-download things on laptops, tablets, phones or whatever ifyou are not going to sleep on the flight. It also took 3 hours because of UAE and Qatar :("

Nadelen: "same remark : Before our trip we called Kayak service desk with the request to reserve our seats. The answer obtained was that we should do it online. When we went online there were almost no more seats available so we decided to go to the check in counter in the airport. Although we were more than 3 hours in advance in the airport there were almost no seats available. We were very disappointed about this service, we never experienced this with any other airline companies..."

Nadelen: "The food options were good, but twice our family could not get the items we wanted as they ran out of them."

Voordelen: "The food was very good, I liked vegetarian options and my stomach doesn't hurt after the plane food as usual. I like the bathrooms clean and nice smelling soap. The crew was very attentive and eager to please their guest but consistent and insisting on the safety rules (belts buckled up and seats in upright position)"
Nadelen: "There wasn't many good options for entertainment. Only a couple new movies although I liked the TED talks. Also I liked the plane but I wish there were some foot steps and more comfortable head support on the seats. I didn't like also strange option for Golden members in economy seats to be able to "order" food before regular people. There were only 3 options and everyone had the same choice. So basically all that crew does is just asking which course gold members want an hour before serving. It seemed silly with no actual benefit."

Nadelen: "Front row with a toddler meant that we couldn't lift the armrests up and get her to lay down. She had to lie on the floor, but when we hit some turbulence, we had to wake her and sit her back up with us. The second part of the leg was much better as we were on a normal row seat"

Nadelen: "We had to wait for about 5 years, more than 3 hours unscheduled wait. During this time we were provided with a very poor breakfast."

When I FINALLY get to use the toilet, after a smaller Asian girl and a taller Indian girl were getting bags of blankets out of, I leave a WOODEN CLIPBOARD full of VERY important papers that will cost me inside. Yet when I call to retrieve them they are "nowhere to be found" so you're telling me out of those 2 women, the Indian gentleman, the black woman & the other Asian woman back there didn't notice a clipboard when I was the only person back there trying to use the toilet or they simply threw a wooden and metal clipboard away ?? With what was clearly paperwork clipped onto it ? The girl at the service desk of Qatar airways claims to have looked herself. But she was rushing me off of the phone so I don't feel like she remotely cared even a little. I am PAST unhappy. So thank you for throwing my paperwork away I know for sure was left behind. Very thorough team."

New Istanbul airport is not fully ready for passengers. In some toilets weren’t water and papers. Very long walking distance till passport control area, we walked about 20 minutes."

Nadelen: "The staff was not great. An issue with a first class customers made them move around economy customers like they ' really not even people but utilities, all that for that one person. If they would have informed and talked with the other customers that would have been fine but being treated like a piece of furniture isn't nice. Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."

Voordelen: "Our Turkish Airlines flight was late boarding and passengers were upset about not being able to make their connecting flights. The crew handled it well, but anxiety was high. The food is always good and one of the reason I fly Turkish Airlines on a regular basis."
Nadelen: "Passport Control at Ataturk International was a nightmare with hundreds of people ahead of us in the queue. No Police to secure the area, so people rushed the line pushing us aside and jumped the queue, this happened repeatedly. I would advise people NOT to fly into this airport and expect to make your connecting flight, because it doesn't play out well at all. We were in line for 2 hours and witnessed people pushing, shoving, yelling at strangers and generally acting like animals. I found the whole experience highly disturbing."

Voordelen: "The flight was great and the service was wonderful. The plane was new and clean. A huge plus was the video entertainment in every seat along with headphones and USB Charging Port. They poured me a double Glenlivet scotch on the rocks at NO CHARGE!"
Nadelen: "I booked three round-trip tickets from LAX to Athens. Our daughter did not fly with us there but we checked with ticketing in LAX and they booked her seat anyway. The issue came when we tried to leave Athens the airlines then said that I had to purchase a one-way ticket! They informed me that the flight was cancelled for my daughter because she didn't fly to Athens. The ticket was almost $1,500.00 and I intend to get my money back but it was unfortunate that they had to charge me for it in the first place."

Nadelen: "My only concern was my flight from BUD to FRA which was delqyed by 20 mins. So i had to rush to make my connection. I had less then 15mins to run from a gate B to gate Z58 and pass US passport control. Luckily I made the flight but my luggage did not. The 55mins layover is not a sufficient one considering the size of FRA airport especially when the first flight is late."

Asked for help to find a different seat even if I had to pay for an upgrade and was told I couldn’t do that after the flight had started"

Nadelen: "The seats are way too close together for such a long flight. I fought off a panic attack for much of the trip. It was suffocating. I should not be able to give the person in front of me a head massage. The personal space humans should have was horribly invaded. I'm a 62 year old woman who's in good shape but even for me it was an act of gymnastics to get in and out of my seat. On my flight to Europe on the 13th with your airline our section of the plane did not have working monitors so it was like watching paint dry for 11 hours. So boring!"

Nadelen: "Lufthansa bumped us from our preassigned seats. We purchased our tickets five months in advance to ensure our family would sit together. When we arrived, they had our family of five sitting in three different rows. Two of our young children had to sit alone, eight rows away from the nearest parent. After telling them we would not board sitting apart like that, they moved us closer together but still separate from two of our children. Highly disappointed."

Nadelen: "Business Class Seats, same as economy. Middle seats left empty but this doesn't make up for uncomfortable, barely reclinable, narrow seats. Had ardered a special meal and was served the same meal on both legs of my flight from Sofia to London."

Voordelen: "The 747 is a big plane. Each seat had a full entertainment system in the back of the seat ahead. Seats actually reclined! Cannot recommend cabin crew highly enough. Efficient, polite, professional."
Nadelen: "I cannot understand why any airline continues to board forward to aft, forcing people with just a backpack to stack up behind others, allowed to bring obscenely over-sized carry-on bags, wrestling to get their sea chests into the overhead bins. Seat upholstery could have been better for such a long flight. I have "asnahtfuL" permanently embossed on my butt. 747 is an aging craft and this plane had disappointing response to turbulence."

Nadelen: "Too cramped. Pay for all food and drinks. Cheesy! Sad!!"

Voordelen: "The entertainment touch screen system is so much easier to use than the planes that have the remote controls. Having all of the toilets downstairs was nice. It was less noisy and had a little space to stretch. The crew was very friendly and helpful."
Nadelen: "Even though I was sitting on the left side aisle seat (2-seat section), it was very cramped. I'm only 5'2" and my legs were very uncomfortable. Along with less leg room than other airlines, it felt like the seat itself was narrower too. The food quality control was disappointing. The meal I had on the first leg of my flight (Mumbai-Munich), I noticed that it expired by about 2 weeks. And the complimentary water bottles also had a past expiration date (although, I don't know how water expires). Generally speaking, I think all of the meals I ate on Lufthansa were subpar compared to the many Asian airlines I've used for overseas flights. Quality could be improved and I think there's a missed opportunity to incorporate meal options correlated to the airline or international destinations (German airline, why not bratwurst? Pretzel bread?)"

Nadelen: "Seats comfort could have been better"

Voordelen: "I enjoyed the crew, the space and and the food was ok"
Nadelen: "The movie And tv show selection could have been better."

Nadelen: "Old plane. Bad food. Small seats. Obsolete entertainment system. Hate United!"

Voordelen: "Loved the flight and Aeroflot! Couldn’t be more punctual, the transfer is a breeze, very smiley and attentive crew and the food was soo tasty!"

Nadelen: "FOOD"

Nadelen: "They left late causing a missed connection abroad. They wouldn't hold the flight for an hour for the benefit of the 25 passengers."

Voordelen: "Rapport Qualité/prix. Ponctualité. Confort."
Nadelen: "Personnel de cabine pourrait être plus serviable.."

Nadelen: "It would be ok should we not lossed our luggage(( awful!"

Voordelen: "Hotess"
Nadelen: "More hotess"

Nadelen: "The organisation of the flight"

Nadelen: "Les foutus Boeing, les compagnies en profitent trop souvent pour diminuer le volume des sièges. Dans ce cas ci les quatre sièges centraux avaient au moins 10% de moins large que les deux rangées de sièges latéraux.. Fini Boeing dans mon cas..."

Voordelen: "Airbus À 320, on était capable de s' as soir au moins..."
Nadelen: "Je ne suis pas difficile, mais la cuisine Russe en avion..."

Nadelen: "Personnel antiphatique. Repas affreux et fonctionnement des écrans aléatoires."

Voordelen: "Helpful and pleasant crew, comfortable sits, good choice and quality of food and drinks, even of short flights"

Voordelen: "Comfortable flight and good timing."
Nadelen: "Vegetarian food is very poor quality."

Voordelen: "Rien."
Nadelen: "Personnel hyper désagréable. Propreté aleatoiee"

Nadelen: "Delayed for hours. Missed connecting flight. They rebooked for a flight half a day later. Horrible!"

Voordelen: "Entertainment was good when screens worked properly"
Nadelen: "Called to upgrade seats and told to do it in person, asked to do it at check in counter and told no seats available yet there was a space + seat directly in front of me that was not occupied on the flight. Many of the staff at check in, boarding and even some members of flight crew are rude, dismissive and not helpful. They should not be in a customer service oriented business."

Voordelen: "Crew kept the bathrooms tidy"
Nadelen: "USB port (for charging) was not working. The connector inside was destroyed. Light was not working. Crew member refused to serve the coffee saying that the plane was going thru turbulence which was not quite true. There was no vegetarian option as far as meals were concerned. He did not even offer fruits as substitute. One of the crew member did not seem friendly at all. rather grumpy at times. Most of them do not speak decent English so it is hard to communicate with them anyways."

Nadelen: "30 minutes de retard"

Nadelen: "Bloqué plus de 8h à Moscou. AUcune assistance. Lamentable."

Voordelen: "The price"
Nadelen: "The food was horrible One members the crew was attentive and pleasant Demitri one bag didn’t make it to tlv"

Nadelen: "Went to SVO at 6 AM on June 11th for flight at 8:10 AM to Brussels. Waited in line to check-in untl 7:23 AM Because of long lines at check-in (Russia Day, apparently) and inadequate staffing for the large numbers, I succeeded in getting through passport control and security ten minutes before flight time, only to be told "no Flight" I had to buy another ticket for the next day at a second fare, all because of Aeroflot' s inadequate staffing. Aeroflot service desk only told me to " go back into the city" where I found an Aeroflot office. After meeting three staff members in succession there, they made no effort to make good on their error. I will avoid AEROFLOT on all future travel. Brussels and Amsterdam airports were so much better set up to handle the crowds"

Voordelen: "Nada, esta ha sido mi peor experiencia con una aerolinea."
Nadelen: "Yo venía con ellos de Nizhny a Moscú para luego agarrar el avión hacia Vienna. Llegamos con 2 horas y 45 minutos de tiempo antes de que saliera el siguiente vuelo. Bajando del avión nos atrasaron 40 minutos. En el counter mas de una hora y en migración otro poco de tiempo. Nos saltamos la línea al ver que no nos iba a dar tiempo y así fue. Llegamos 18 minutos antes y no nos dejaron entrar. Lo peor es que Aeroflot no nos ayudó y nos dijo que nosotros fuimos los que llegamos tarde. Lo mismo le sucedió como a 10 personas del mismo vuelo y cuando estabamos poniendo las quejas vimos por lo menos otros 10 de otros vuelos con la misma situación."

Voordelen: "Rien."
Nadelen: "Le fait que le terminal et la porte d'embarquement soient changés 35 minutes avant le départ. Résultat: vol raté. lah"

Nadelen: "Les sièges trop petits"

Voordelen: "Some of the typical premium economy features in the economy class - like the slippers and eye masks, open snack bar, ice cream between meals, menu for meals."
Nadelen: "Limited choice in alcohol. No whiskey. No healthy options in snack bar."

Nadelen: "I still have not received my bag. Three lavatories in the coach class were out of order. When we landed in Washington there was zero coordination and information for what will happen next."

Nadelen: "4 hours delay"

Voordelen: "friendly crew"
Nadelen: "very limited space, entertainment without subtitles that was impossible to hear in the very noisy cabin"

Voordelen: "Normally take the same flight path once every few years. Always look forward to the excellent food and pleasantness of the flight crew."

Voordelen: "Friendly and halpfull stuff"
Nadelen: "Food is very poor quality and untasty. Last rows of seats do not have chosee because alternative meal is finish..."

Voordelen: "All the board crew were very friendly and attentive"
Nadelen: "The main dishes were not good at all, bland, did not eat it. Salad was bland, with ice."

Voordelen: "2 meal services provided more than enough food. Simple boarding process- everyone at once. There were also blankets, a pillow, and little disposable slippers provided."
Nadelen: "The tv in the seat back in front of me didn't work. It would not even turn on. The flight attendant wanted to move my bag from the overhead compartment to some location I couldn't understand because someone had a suitcase and they were running out of room. I was there first and did not want to move my bag."

Nadelen: "I haven't flown Aeroflot since early 1990s. Will not fly it again. Boarding was a mess. Then sat on the plane for almost 2 hours. Don't even try their food. Legroom in economy worse than on US flights. Touchscreen didn't work. And, they left ALL the luggage in LAX. Spent 4 hours in SVO filling out papers for the lost/delayed luggage."

Voordelen: "Great airline, ticket found for a great price by a great service"

Voordelen: "Not much"
Nadelen: "Food was terrible"

Voordelen: "Price ."
Nadelen: "Long walk in Moscow to change terminals. Had to go through cumstoms and passport control twice."

Voordelen: "I did not like that the ticket was cancel and I have to buy another ticket to Simferopol and the return ticket to SVO because was cancel by your company and also and they did not have any reference about your company. the only way I can fly if I buy and pay for the ticket I'm steal in Russia When I will get back I believe that you have to reimburse the payment of the ticket that I pay to you. Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "Flight was delayed. When I asked for a emergency exit seat since there was 4 available they refused , even though I try to pick a seat online I was not able to do it. Seats were empty the whole time. They could of just allow me to seat since they delayed my flight!!!"

Voordelen: "Everything was perfect!"

Voordelen: "Food much better than other airlines."
Nadelen: "Several passengers got up as the plane was landing. Even one opening the overhead storage area and no one of the staff said anything. I am sure they are tired of people on China bound flights breaking every rule possible, but I think it is dangerous for the person standing and other passengers. Thy should be more strict enforcing safety rules."

Voordelen: "Everything was SUPER!"

Voordelen: "Il faut que le personnel de cabine apprenne à sourire encore un peux mais on sent une amélioration par rapport à 2016."
Nadelen: "Toujours pas de divertissement sur les Airbus A321 entre Moscou et Genève et bagages n'ont pas suivis."

Voordelen: "Globalement correct, mieux qu'en 2016 sur le même itinéraire."
Nadelen: "Checkin fastidieux malgré un web checkin la veille. Il faut que le personnel de cabine apprenne à sourire encore un peux mais on sent une amélioration par rapport à 2016."

Voordelen: "Had computers and nice movies during the flight"
Nadelen: "overall my experience with this company as bad! the crew was not nice at all and were angry, without knowing any proper English (the flight attendant asked me in Russian what i want to eat so i answered her English please and she rolled her eyes and threw the meal she hold to my tray. Once we landed Moscow for our connecting flight we had 3 hours at the airport, on my boarding ticket the gate was 26, i came for the boarding to gate 26 but no one was there!!!! so i startes to asked people around where is the gate and since they dond know any English they are lying!!! some told me gate 33 some told me 28 and some told me a different terminal! this airport is huge! the the people that work there are not nice, very rood and angry and English it's not a language they will understand. Therfore, i missed my flight, running around trying to search my gate they changed on the last minute, in the end someone told me it was on gate 22! but they slready took off. SO i went to the operation office to get a new ticket- I met the most repulsive man which should provide a good customer service. He told me that was my mistake for not taking care to check why no one was at the gate/// WHAT?! Just mentioned it wasnt just me missing the flight, they were another 5 people with me and another 5 from other flights! the next flight was 13 hours later. he said maybe he can get free ticket for me, but he's not sure. I laughed and said not only I'm not supposed to pay for the flight, you should compensate me! So he took the ticket he gave me, smiling, and said "if you don't want it, it's OK' don't take it, bye bye" I WAS FURIOUS!!! I took the damn ticket, waited 13 hours to my next flight (which BTW the gate was also changed) and came home. I was alone traveller, came from Thailand after 10 hours flight, and went all this nightmare ALONE (i'm a women)! WILL NEVER FLY WITH AEROFLOT, will never do a connecting fight in Moscow and most probably will never visit this country full with cold and angry people!!!! FYI- will post this in every flight web!"

Nadelen: "air quality was poor in plane No english speaking staff. No english speaking instructions. No lotion in bathroom. Veg Food was poor. Poor service . No choice of have to drinks such as ginger ale. No pretzels given. No lotion in the bathroom and soap was very dry ."

Nadelen: "i didnt get my kosher meal"

Voordelen: "Aeroflot is very good value for money. The planes are new, roomy, have good in-flight entertainment choices and the crew give very good, polite service. Overall their flights are usually on time. The food is reasonable on flights leaving New York but on flights out of Moscow the food is really poor, sometimes even inedible! The English announcements are almost impossible to understand but that is the same on many airlines."

Voordelen: "New craft, professional crew, good meal. Excellent service."
Nadelen: "Tickets might be cheaper."

Voordelen: "The in flight service and check in were excellent."
Nadelen: "The flight was delayed and postponed no info was given."

Voordelen: "The flight was on time and flight attendants were up to the highest level. Good experience."
Nadelen: "The boarding crew people were non professional. When I approached them they made every effort not to make eye contact with me. I had to interrupt their not business related conversation to ask my question how to collect miles for this flight to my frequent fliers program, they advised me to serf internet. In civilized word this suppose to be done on the spot."
